I purchased a refrigerator 2 days back from lotus and they said you cannot open a fridge without the hitachi executive who will give demo and then you can open..

Till this time of writing a complaint, no hitachi executives has yet not came.
This is a sick attitude of hitachi and poor customer service.

We have been suffering since 2 days and no solution has been done

I want to return the fridge and does not wish to keep it and want a full refund of my hard earned money

    Its been 2 months, i have bought hitchi ac..
    It was a defected piece and within 1 month, one of its part got damaged.
    Now when we have registered our complainent, no body replacing that product, neither they are repairing that.
    When we called to customer care, they are also disconnecting our call.
    15 days back, an engineer was also assigned and he is also not picking up my calls.
    I want to escalate this issue asap.

    I raise my complaint at June 14th about compreser lapses my Hitachi ac. Your people saying it's out of stock, how much long time it will be taken.

      I would like to inform you that i had purchased an inverter ac of hitachi - split ac - 1.5tr hitachi kashikoi 300i inverter - r410a - rau019ivea

      The ac was not cooling properly and even dropping the temperature to 16 -17 ° c was not working. Accordingly, i registered a complaint in the web call registration form of hitachi portal with breakdown request -[protected]. The complaint was booked on[protected] and it is almost two months but my ac has not been repaired. I am very sorry to inform you that such a pathetic service of hitachi was not expected.

        I am facing an issue with my AC from the last couple month. It is really frustrating for me to call every day to Hitachi customer care and explain the same thing to every call. There is no followup from the Hitachi team and no one taking the responsibility to resolve my issue.

          I bought a new hitachi 1, 5 ton inverter ac. I got a call on 1st july that a service person would come to my home on the same day. As i was in office i requested him to send the person on 2nd july around 10 am. I got a message with technicians number and name as sesumani. S. I just want to get the confirmation that he would be visiting my home on 2nd july. But he did not pick my phone. I could not take leaves and wait for him at my home expecting him to come on one fine day. You # can not even pick my phone and tell me when you would be coming. I will teach you a lesson for your rude behavior. I will go to any level of escalation including filing a suit.

          All together it was a frustrating experience. I am still worried about what would happen to my future service request with this reckless service team of HItachi. Fortunately the Sathya show room persons of washermenpet branch persuaded Hitachi team to sort this problem. The service person called Silambarasan of Hitachi did a good job in the end though the management persons of service team and other technicians are poor. They should be given a training on a topic called customer satisfaction. Call center of Hitachi is worst. They did not even file a complaint as there is a already a pending case of installation request.

          Your customer service is very pathetic. No body called me until persons from the show room involved in this. Your service team has updated that they did not contact me as my phone was busy. But I was always calling them only. But nobody picked. hence I took off and waited and waited until service person called Silambu called me. What happened if I did not take leave on that day when he came. Why do not you inform me when you would be coming. I will escalate to pg portal and bring this to their notice if this happens next time. Why you guys did not bother to pick up when ever I called you to get an appointment from you for fixing. You either did not attend the call or disconnected the call

          A person called me and told me that the response management system would be improved at Chennai location in future. I hope that happens ASAP. The installation of AC is also done and AC is running fine from day before yesterday

            Due to Above History of failure and untrained staff practicing and make a fool to customer.It seems, that there are no qualified engineers, and they play with Hit-and-trail method, and charge from the customers for the service provided, which is not required, and does not fix the problem. I realized that I have to purchased AMC to running this worst product till some of year so I made a call & mailed also to customer care, before warranty date & after also, then same they was again make a fool with non sense reasons & didn’t give complaint number.
            So now I felt like somebody theft my hearten money & even enjoy with my time to whole year. anyone please help me out to return the faulty product & refund my money.

            I have purchased a Hitachi Air Conditioner. There was a gas problem before in the warranty period. Now it has the PCB Problem. There cannot be so many problem in just one product. The company has cheated on me by sending me the defective product. I strongly recommend everyone not to purchase any product from Hitachi.

              I have purchased dc inverter through hitachi in 04th june 2018, this year (16th june 19) outdoor unit pcb has not been working and engineer (Ravindra pratap) visited our house and confirm us the same and told us this is part is not readily available with us and it will take 7 to 10 days. Now it is 15 days is over but noboday even customer care is not give response to us. This is pcb unit is covered under five years warranty and this has been confirmed by engineer as well.                 With an utter frustration i am writing this email rather i would be very specific that hitachi sales after service response had made us so frustrated that i am bound to write this email. The details of ac is mentioned below, we use to renew the amc of ac every year on time expecting that whenever there will be an issue with the ac we will get a prompt service. Now forget about receiving service, we had registered a complaint of ac non functioning on 17th june and till 19th june there was no engineer visited and after making multiple calls to the customer care on 20th afternoon an engineer visited, he checked and told us that pcb is not working and need to replaced. I asked him when can it be done. He said we had ordered the parts it will arrive by 18th june and on 19th june we will be able to fit that.

                On 19th june nobody turned up and no calls were made to us informing what is happening. When we called the customer care we got a new surprise to hear that this, it will take long time may be 20 – 25 days and the response was in quotes “see what you can do, we can’t help you in this”. Is this the response you are supposed to give to the customers? Can you explain why the hitachi people comes every year and ask to renew the amc when they knew that they will not give any service? Why are you people making fool of the customers? Do you think this is improving the companies brand name? This is an extremely disappointment from the whole team of service.

                Trust me this will be my last product i bought of hitachi and i am ensuring that as many people i know in kolkata or outside kolkata i will advertise not to ever buy any product of hitachi and will surely ask them to pass this message further.in the past also i faced same issues with the service it got never improved. I am extremely disappointed dissatisfied disgusted with the service and response from hitachi. This is the worst ever service i received from any fmcg company and i must say you guys will not grow your market in this manner if your customers are not happy. This ghastly sick to see such a poor service.

                I have attached the so called welcome letter of amc received from hitachi. I want to cancel this amc and want my money to be refunded as soon as possible or else i will have to escalating it further and i may approach the consumer forum as i am literally disappointed with the approach of hitachi and the response from the team, i have not received any service from hitachi as claimed during the purchase of amc hence i want to cancel this amc with immediate effect and need my money back asap.

                  My Job no- [protected] has not been received since 11 days which I booked on 11th may 2019. Also the guy from service center which is near my home once came to my home with local brand compressor and broke my window AC. They are also not replacing my compressor with new one and charging high transportation fees and gas charging as your warranty for compressor states that transportation will be applied only if its out of municipal corporation and the because the compressor is faulty, gas must be filled free of charge with he replaced compressor. So please resolve this as soon as possible.

                    Dear Hitachi Team
                    I have brought hitachi 5 star Split inverter AC RSB518HBEA on 5th May 2019 from Electronic Paradise, janakpuri, new delhi last month. On 7th May the day of installation the engineers who were to installed the AC told us that the indoor is defected hence we were not getting cooling. On the same day we made a complaint with the customer care vide request no [protected] and showroom as well. Engineer came and repairs the fault. After installation, we were not satisfied with the service and quality of the product, as there was cooling problem, the ac cools for about 5 minutes and then gets off and hot air comes out. We made complaint to the engineer Mr. Azad who came and installed the AC and irrespective of his several visits when he was not able to solve the problem and declared that it is defected

                    Then our patience got exhausted, We registered a complaint to Hitachi customer care on 15th June 2019 vide request no [protected], we had engineer from hitachi on the same day who came and examined the Ac and informed us the reason for no cooling was gas leakage and and there is wrong installation.
                    Then again on 16th June 2019, we registered complaint for reinstalling as informed by the hitachi engineer, then the hitachi team told us that it is to be done by the dealer side only.
                    Then on 16th June 2019 itself we spoke to Dealer’s point Electronic Paradise Mr. Bhatti and asked him to help, he also assured that he will look in to the matter and will revert. But nothing has been done till date despite my regular calls to him. Then on 18th he told me to speak to Mr. Walia, the manager of Electronic Paradise
                    On 17th June 2019, we had 2 engineers from hitachi who did something and said the leakage is repaired and gas is reinstalled we will not have the cooling problem. On the very same day i.e. 17th June 2019, when we realized the problem was not solved and there was very low cooling and after 5 minutes of cooling it gets off and the hot air comes out. Then on 17th June 2019 again we registered complaint with Hitachi vide complaint no [protected] which was allocated to Mr. Lakhwinder Singh. But till date there is nothing adequately been done.
                    Please note on 17th /18th and 19th June, i have been calling hitachi engineers, Mr. Bhatti, and Mr. Walia (Manager of Electronic Paradise) but all in vain. They simply reply we can only follow up with hitachi nothing else can be done at their level.
                    Please note since day one of installing this AC at our place we have been facing this problem and running between installation team to dealer and hitachi engineers. It has been more than a month we are harassed and mentally tortured by the Hitachi engineer and Dealer and since at the time of installing itself, the installation engineer Mr. Azad told us that it is defected AC and in this particular model they being an engineer are facing lot’s of customer complaints on daily basis.
                    Therefore, it is humbly requested to take the AC back and give us the full refund of the amount that you charged for this AC because in this Delhi heat not having an AC is a total torture
                    This kind of poor performance is not expected from Brand like Hitachi. As customer we have paid higher price to Hitachi over other brand because of the trust of quality gained by Hitachi over a period of time, which will be spoiled if performance and quality of product would be like this.
                    You are requested to kindly look in to the matter and get us the refund of the same.

                      Dear Hitachi Team
                      I have brought hitachi 5 star Split inverter AC RSB518HBEA on 5th May 2019 from Electronic Paradise, janakpuri, new delhi last month. On 7th May the day of installation the engineers who were to installed the AC told us that the indoor is defected hence we were not getting cooling. On the same day we made a complaint with the customer care vide request no [protected] and showroom as well. Engineer came and repairs the fault. After installation, we were not satisfied with the service and quality of the product, as there was cooling problem, the ac cools for about 5 minutes and then gets off and hot air comes out. We made complaint to the engineer Mr. Azad who came and installed the AC and irrespective of his several visits when he was not able to solve the problem and declared that it is defected

                      Then our patience got exhausted, We registered a complaint to Hitachi customer care on 15th June 2019 vide request no [protected], we had engineer from hitachi on the same day who came and examined the Ac and informed us the reason for no cooling was gas leakage and and there is wrong installation.
                      Then again on 16th June 2019, we registered complaint for reinstalling as informed by the hitachi engineer, then the hitachi team told us that it is to be done by the dealer side only.
                      Then on 16th June 2019 itself we spoke to Dealer’s point Electronic Paradise Mr. Bhatti and asked him to help, he also assured that he will look in to the matter and will revert. But nothing has been done till date despite my regular calls to him. Then on 18th he told me to speak to Mr. Walia, the manager of Electronic Paradise
                      On 17th June 2019, we had 2 engineers from hitachi who did something and said the leakage is repaired and gas is reinstalled we will not have the cooling problem. On the very same day i.e. 17th June 2019, when we realized the problem was not solved and there was very low cooling and after 5 minutes of cooling it gets off and the hot air comes out. Then on 17th June 2019 again we registered complaint with Hitachi vide complaint no [protected] which was allocated to Mr. Lakhwinder Singh. But till date there is nothing adequately been done.

                        I have purchased ac on Jul 2018 from Flipkart, Order ID – OD[protected] Date -10-Jul-2018, My registered Phone number is [protected], email id – [protected]@yahoo.com

                        Product Details are - Split Air- Conditioner – Model – RMI223HBD Split 2.0, Hitachi – ACE3100F- RMI223HBD.

                        The ac ran fine for almost a month and since that time the performance has gone down miserably, there is no cooling and we are not able to recognize its performance, this summer when we started to use it, it again went down on our expectation.

                        So far, I have raised below Service Requests with you to rectify this problem but there is no resolution.

                        [protected]/12-May-2019 Status - Close
                        [protected]/19-May-2019 Status- Cancel
                        [protected]/22-May-2019 Status – Cancel
                        [protected]/16-Jun-2016 Status – Close

                        And all the above request are closed and cancelled without our intimation, as you are not able to fix the problem and I have always informed that it’s not fine. How can you close the service request without customer remark as problem getting resolved.

                        I tried to reach out to Mr Rishabh Bajaj on Twitter as well but he is also doing time pass and not provide any resolution.

                        Now I have escalated to level National Service Centre – Vishal Marar, but no luck issue is still remain same.

                        This will move to General Manager Service – Satish Nair.

                        And next to National head – Service – Rajesh Nagari if I don’t get to hear soon from you or my AC is not replaced. It’s a faulty unit and I should not be made to suffer for that.

                        So, please replace my AC ASAP, as it’s still under Warranty .

                          Hi Team,

                          I have Hitachi 1.5 ton split AC (model - RSD318EAEA) and it's an outdoor unit was not working. The technician checked this and got to know that its PCB is got damage and needs to be replaced. So I have been talking to Hitachi support and no resolution has been done for this issue. As per this forum, I have sent the mail on "hitachiindia.[protected]@gmail.com" and the details with the issue but looks still my problem not solve.

                          Hitachi has very very very poor product and service and the way this issue is getting handle by the team so far, Now I am wondering I should not buy Hitachi product due to poor product performance and no service at all.
                          Hitachi team member said that we do not have that PCB to replace and we can fix existing PCB but it will be 50-50 chance. If that work you have to pay 9000 rs and does not work still you have to pay 3000 rs and technician charges will be paid extra.

                          I bought this Hitachi junk in Feb 2018 in 45k. I am not able to understand what kind of product Hitachi is making cause as far I read on the internet I have seen hundreds of issue on your PCB. This is really surprising that a global company like Hitachi are making such a poor product and have such a poor service even in a big city.

                              Hi,
                              I bought new one ton 5 star Hitachi AC in 2 months back. Now I'm getting some sound inside indoor device. Also not sure how to clean the filters as it is not easy to do. Almost 3 months is going to complete with this 20th June 2019. Hence I raised a service request: [protected] on June 10th 2019 for Hitachi AC service. Since it is falling in free service period no one is caring about this. I just got one message saying one shall be attended asap. No one called me back, no one turned around. Tried to call on service center but no way to speak to someone except raising request. Tried sending email to customer care email. No response. What else I can do? Is Hitachi only cares to sell the product but no service after that? If so cant we raise a case against the company?

                                I am facing serious concerns regarding the repair/ after sale service of my hitachi refrigerator under complaint number- [protected] which was registered on 27th may 2019.The service center representative Kamlesh Rana suggested me to get the name of the owner and address updated in the system. However, no such condition is mentioned anywhere (billing docs, website, app, etc). In this case this is a clear denial of service.

                                The refrigerator was purchased by brother gautam jain from Hariom Retails( ashok vihar, new delhi). Hence my brother who is not in india thus the complaint is registered in my name deepak ( iffco colony gurgaon) and i also have the original bill.

                                I am following up with your service center and customer care but no one is responding to my complaint. Few days later one of your representative ( mr Vijay pal-[protected]) contacted me and requested me to lodge a fresh complain under my brother name. I again lodged my complaint under complaint number-([protected]) and shared the same with mr. vijay when he came again to check the refrigerator on 5th june 2019 and assured me that name and number will be updated. But on 11th June he gave the number of one of your representative Rohit Rathore ( [protected]). He told me that your complain has been rejected due to mismatch of owner’s name and phone number. He assured me that my information will be updated soon as he has lodged the new complaint ([protected]) and my refrigerator will get repaired soon. But I have received the new message that my complaint has been rejected. Though I can see that my information has been updated but no action has been taken on my complaint. How long I have to go through the same grind because this is causing a lot of harassment to me.

                                Request you to look into the matter and get the same resolved asap.

                                I regret to say that i am totally dissatisfied buying your products.

                                As i have tried all the possible way to lodge my complain including your customer care app.Since no one is responding, let me know the alternate way to get it resolved.

                                  I am your 5 years old loyal customer and big fan of HItachi company due to its brand name and unmatched quality products. But...I have very bad experience since few days.

                                  I bought the 1.5 Ton Split AC on 10th May 2019 (attached is invoice for the same) from local dealer (Sargam Electronics, invoice attached) in Ambala which we suppose to gift to my sister. Everything was fine until we request (30-May-2019) Hitachi customer care to install the AC in our home and when he opened the box we found broken AC inside the box (attached are pics).

                                  We immediately report about it to dealer (Sargam Electronics) same day and told them about incident, he said don't worry he will replace the broken piece and request us to bring it to shop. We did the same as he requested. Today is 11th June and we are still waiting...

                                  Today I lost my patience and decide to complaint about it to you as nobody is listening to me here. I don't want to put it on social media but they are forcing me to do that. For your knowledge I am IT expert and running my small company here, we help people to promote their websites on search engine and social media.

                                  I have a humble request to your team to take a strict action against the dealer as he harassed us too much. Please ask them to replace my broken AC ASAP...I will be very thankful to you. I believe you'll be aware about hard summer this time and we have small kids at our home, that's why we bought the separate AC for their room. What are the benefits if we can't use it during this hard summer time ? It's waste for us if we can't use this hard time.

                                  Lastly...I will be greatly appreciate you if you take this very seriously and solve my issue ASAP.

                                    On may 1, I had made a complain (complain no.[protected]) on the APP regarding my refrigerator not cooling. Not was done and got canceled automatically on 7may. I made another complain on may 8, (complain no.[protected]) an engineer made a visit on may 10 and said there is gas leakage and need gas refilling. He said it would be done in 2 days. Since then I have been calling regularly. And have even written 3 email regarding this issue. Now it's over a month since my machine broke down and hasn't been resolved yet. I would like the top service management team to look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                      An AC was purchased on the name Parvez Qureshi. The product is still in the warranty but it is not working properly and we have complained many times to the company but haven't received any proper response from the company. They are simply delaying our request. We are complaining since past one and half months and once they had send their person to check. The person came, examined, told the defects and since then no resolution has been provided. Please look into this.

                                        I have logged a complaint on 28 April thru your customer care, about non working of my AC which I have purchased last year in month of July. My registered phone no is [protected].I have approached thru customer care many times as well as to Mr Imtiyaz of your company at Lucknow, but still the problem is not resolved.
