After using the product it beeps 12 times and no any function of ac. Complain and attended assured for replacement within warranty period. But after 15-days passed no any respond from the company attendent. Thus the warranty lapse process is goin on. Actually govt. Of india should take initiative to banned the all hitachi make items in india to cheat the indian peolpe....

Sir/mam i purchased a hitachi freeze from m/s gurumaa enterprises, rudrapur which is not working since 45 days and costomer care (Mr. Sakir malik) of hitachi saying that gurumaa is not a authorized dealer of hitachi, so we can\'t do anything and guru maa enterprises saying that we only sold the products and the company will provide the service.

We have purchased Hitachi 1.2 ton RIDAA split AC on 16th may 2017.After installation the AC didn't started for the same we lodged the complain and the technician found the outer unit internal wire was loosely coupled.
When we ask for the unit replacement Hitachi says it happens sometimes when we manufacture in peak season these kind of minor issues remains.

I used my new hitachi inverter ac only for 2 months at delhi and it stopped working. It is in warranty period. The technician was called who said that the pcb is to be changed. Hitachi took 10 days to replace it and we suffered during those summer days of july 2018 without ac.
