Updated by sakurasaku I got phone call for annual maintainance servise for Hitachi AC in last year.
And Mr. Bilal(Air Cool Systems) came to my house at 11th Dec 2016.
He explained 3 plan for contract, and I chose full cover plan.
We contracted full cover annual maintenance for 2 spilit AC .
He said it will cover everything, I don't have to pay even 1 paisa in any condition.
House keeper also has heard it with me.
He left me receipt of 5, 194/- for 2 ton AC, 4, 973/- for 1.5 AC after payment
by the name of Air Cool Systems, and said he would send contract paper after.
A few days after I got receipt of 4, 475/-, 4, 675/- for both and term & condition of "Semi-Comprehensive"
by Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited.
I was busy for going back to Japan, and contacted him after returned to India in Jan 2017.
Still I believed the Mr. Bilal and requested to send a person for check before summer.
Engineer come today, 31st Jan without ID proof and said I have to pay for conpresser for 1.5 ton AC,
and did nothing for some noise for 2 ton AC.
I called Mr.Bilal for complaint. He said, "It is fully covered for AC which is within 5 years from purchace."
I purchased it in 2010. He did not ask and check my invoice at that time.
I chose most expensive plan for full cover, and he agreed with it.
It is clealy fraud and cheating.
I'm Japanese and keep 4ps Hitachi AC. I believed them because of the name of HITACHI.
I could not take any repairing from them, and now I need to refund full payment of 5194+4973=10167 asap.
I can't trust them anymore.
Why Hitachi being a brand name appoint such service provider to spoil their name.
