Hello sir,
Iam N SETHU having two AC with 1.5 ton capacity. On that one AC is in AMC
Yesterday before I just booked my service. Yesterday they came from service center (palaniyappan nagar, virugambakkam, Chennai). And they opened my inner unit and they said me there is a leakage in evaporator coil sir so we want to welded it to arrest the leakage and the cost will be 2750 without transportation cost. And I told sir u can remove it and arrest the leakage they just removed it and I told him to show me a leakage in that unit and they showed me and he said sir there is up to 7 to 8 leakage. Thats ok iam asking him is that possible sir to arrest or not I will be change my coil into new. He said no sir it will be definitely work upto 1 or 1.5 years. After that I said ok sir u can do it(this communication on 10/3/17, 1pm)
But now (10/3/17, 6.30 pm) after welding sir it will not work more than ten days.u should change ur coil into new. And also paid that rs.2750 and that new coil rate will be around 6500 and also for gas filling 2750 so it will be 9250. Morning he said welding warranty is one month. But now he said no warranty for welding. Iam really upset and very dissatisfied ur service department. Please do something about my problem and in a valuable way please call back me asap!!

    I have purchased ac, hitachi rau418hud, ean#:[protected] from reliace retail ltd., burdwan-713101, w. B. India.
    My relationship id: [protected]dt. 05.04.2016 (Bill attached with this mail)

    It was commited by store that, 1st year there is three times free servecing by the company.

    But unfortunately till date they have not provided me the same.

    I and my wife both have called and visited your stores so many times but they have not solved my problem.

    Due to which i am facing so much problem. Which is unexpected from your side.

    It is requested you to kindly solve my problem at the earliest. Otherwise i will complaint aginst you in consumer forum.

      I would like to bring into your notice that I received a call from Cool Breeze HVAC a company based in Borivali East as they gave me the offer for AMC contract for 4 nos of Hiatchi Split and said that they are authorised Hitachi Service provider, but as I enquired with my friend that the company called Excel Service is Hitachi Authorised, so I called their executive and told about it so they said yes its the same company.
      The policy of this company is if the client pays in cash they make the contract letter of Cool Breeze and if you pay in cheque then Hitachi Home & Life Solution
      as this company is cheating the end user of Hitachi product, the company should take action aganist such curroupt people running this business.

        Hi,

        I have purchased Hitachi fridge and within 6 months it starts giving trouble, I have start contacted customer care but they did temporarily solution and said it will not happen but still I having the same issue and there is no resolution for the same.
        calling customer care but no one is coming even automated voice mail is saying compain registered.
        Can some one please help me on the same.

          This is the height of Nonsense, as when I approached Excel Service after putting the complaint their owners both Mr.Alok Yadav and Mr. Sandeep Gupta called me to say that please dont involve Hitachi in this matter as they have not paid them the AMC amount which I have paid them, they are begging me to keep my mouth shut, and today when after calling them 100 times I personally visited their office address but shocked to know that they have shifted their off a month back, is Hitachi aware of it or they have been absconding with the money.

            On 1st feb and 5 feb I have requested service 2 times for, but still there is no one came and i recd a msg, service is done.
            Aftr that i have done mail on 8 feb still there is no one came..
            The hitachi tag line
            World class ac with worst service .

            Then i call to the person, the ac from i purchased, to him i said all my problems and he told me i wil talk to the hitachi.

              I have a Hitachi ace cutout model taken in 2015 march.I found swing blade of a/c not working from last 6months.I contact nearest service Centre Bharat Refrigeration in bokaro steel city & report ed minimum 6 times.But always they said that swing blade not come so that they can't replace it.                 We contracted annual maintenance for 2 spilit AC at 11th Dec. I asked to them full cover maintenance. Mr. Bilal said it can be covered everything, I don't have to pay even 1 paisa in any condition.House keeper also has heard it with me. He left me receipt of 5, 194/- for 2 ton AC, 4, 973/- for 1.5 AC by Air Cool Systems, and said he would send contract paper after. A few days after I got receipt of 4, 475/- and 4, 675/- for both.and term & condition of "Semi-Comprehensive" by Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited. Still I believed the Mr. Bilal and requested to send a person for check. Engineer come today, 31st Jan, and said I have to pay for conpresser for 1.5 ton AC, and did nothing for some noise for 2 ton AC.

                After complained to them, Mr.Bilal said, "it is fully cover AC which is within 5 years. " I purchased in 2010, and he did not ask and check my invoice at that time. it is clealy fraud and cheating. I'm Japanese and keep 4ps Hitachi AC. I waned to believe them because of the name of HITACHI.

                I could not take any repairing from them, and now I need to refund full payment of 5194+4973=10167 asap. I can't trust them anymore.

                I got phone call for annual maintainance servise for Hitachi AC in last year.
                And Mr. Bilal(Air Cool Systems) came to my house at 11th Dec 2016.
                He explained 3 plan for contract, and I chose full cover plan.
                We contracted full cover annual maintenance for 2 spilit AC .

                He said it will cover everything, I don't have to pay even 1 paisa in any condition.
                House keeper also has heard it with me.

                He left me receipt of 5, 194/- for 2 ton AC, 4, 973/- for 1.5 AC after payment

                I was busy for going back to Japan, and contacted him after returned to India in Jan 2017.

                  Bought the fridge in June 2016. Since then it's been repaired 4 times and every time 2 days after repair the issue is the same.It just doesn't stop making noise and ice in the vegetable tray n behind in the fridge.
                  I was told a noise is normal.Imagine a Japanese company n noise normal. Encl video for noise.
                  I need a replacement of the unit. I really think k the problem is unfixable.

                    This is satyawrat yadav from jabalpur (M. P) i purchased a tata hitachi 220 machine on february within the duration of 10 months its bucket got cracked which is under warranty and the company office of jabalpur is not providing me a new bucket and they haven't inspectioned the bucket properly. I am repetitively asking them for a new bucket but they are denying my request i request you to please help me or i am free to to file a case in consumer court

                      Dear Team The purchase of Hitachi inverter ac was done at Croma six months ago but no proper service given whenever technician came for resolving complaints. Latest complaint was raised on 23rd november but till date no resolution given. Have been calling the service Centre number given by Hitachi customer care but no one visited from there in past two weeks. Fed up buying this product.

                        I purchased two hitachi split 1.50 ton ac in which one found manufacturing defect sppiting of water and engineers came to visit and last they told me to replace indoor unit before about 3 months but till now no any one come and don't replace my indoor unit i contacted many times on telephone but they don't give me any appropriate reply any time .

                        I GOT PHONECALL RIGHT NOW FROM HITACHI THEY ASKED ME WHAT THE ISSUE THAN I TOLD THEM EVERYTHING THAT I AM COMPLAINING HITACHI FROM LAST LAST MONTH FOR THE SAME PROBLEM BUT TILL NOW NO ANY ONE TAKE ANY NECESSARY ACTION TILL NOW ABOUT THE SAME AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY FIND THE DETAILS AND THAN UPDATE MY STATUS BUT I AM TOTALLY DEPRESSED WITH THEM AS THEY DON'T TAKE ANY ACTION TILL NOW FROM LAST 6 MONTHS THAN NOW WHAT THEY DO FOR THE SAME AND NOW IF THEY DON'T TAKE ANY ACTION WITHIN 2 DAYS THAN I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM AND THEY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL KINDS OF EXPENSES RELATED TO THE SAME.

                          I placed an online order for refrigerator vide my order id: hhli-20958, dated october 29, 2016 through hitachi e-shop for hitachi french bottom freezer series french bottom freezer r-wb480pnd2- (Gbk). Before placing the order, your customer service department informed me that if order on hitachi e-shop, the delivery will be made within 7-8 days. It is very much regretted that even after 17 days, there is no sign of any expected delivery in near future. I have sent five emails to your ids: hhli. [protected]@gmail.com, "hitachi e-shop", but it appears hitachi has got a very poor communication system. None of my emails have yet been acknowledged till date. The only telephone number provided to contact for orders placed on hitachi e-shop is [protected]. It is very disappointing that this number is mostly no reply. But if picked up by mistake, a lady answers and informs that nobody is available to respond to my query. I expected hitachi, being a japanese company, to be very prompt in service and communication, but i am very much regretted that hitachi has extremely poor communication service, and they do not honour any commitments for the orders placed online where full payments are paid at the time of placing the orders. I expected hitachi to respond to my emails, but they did not acknowledge any of my mails. I request hitachi team to arrange for the immediate delivery of my refrigerator.

                            Hitachi as Brand is not good in service. I brought 1.0 ton Inverter ac thinking saving electricity and from day one cooling issue and Technician does some temporary repair work and again after months time cooling Drops! One day I was surprised as machine got breakdown and Techician told me ODU controller needs to be replace which cost almost 40% of machine value and this happen just crossing one year warranty of company ie. after 15months. I am double mind do I TRUST is unprofessional brand so called HITACHI ? Should I spend such a huge amount on repair (that to unprofessional Brand HITACHI) or put some more money buy some other brand AC.

                            Please ask Hitachi to replace entire machine itself. lost confidence on Brand.

                              I had purchased the window ac (product no w1.5318kvdi/ chasis no d200069510115327130582) on 14 july 2015 but since then, i have been complaining about the control panel issue which is getting conked off every 3 months. during warranty period, hitachi did change the panel at their cost but my request to them was to change the product. they did not change the product but assured me that the problem will not get repeated but as luck would have it, after the warranty period, the panel got dysfunctional again. i had to replace the panel at my cost. if this continues, every 3 months, i will have to replace it at my cost. it is expensive proposition for me and i also have to go to pain of ac not working for couple of days. after sales service of hitachi and their product quality has really put me off. can i have someone senior from hitachi to help me replace the product immediately.

                                  Hi,

                                  I purchased hitachi 5 star window 1.5 ton AC roughly 2 years ago and Right from first month of purchase the AC given to me has been working pathetic.

                                  Problems from 1st month:
                                  1. AC cooling pathetic
                                  2. The noise created by AC is extremely high
                                  3. The auto cutoff that happens in the AC creates sound as if the machine is breaking down and some machine parts will fall on me as AC is right above my head. You can understand how disturbing this feeling can be set late night in middle of the sleep.
                                  4. The supporting parts of fan in the AC is of such low quality that it lowers within 3 months and starts touching surface of the AC machine leading to heavy sound and breakage of fan and or other surrounding parts.

                                  I complained Vijay Sales and they said hitachi company need to take care of your AC. I complained hitachi more than 6 times, finally escalated with multiple email chains and post this a tech guy came who broke the AC even further. Again the complaint chain followed and finally a trained tech guy came and he fixed few of the problems (noise) and to certain extent cooling was fixed. BUT this was temperory. Within 4months AC is again acting useless with almost NO Cooling and HEAVY NOISE.

                                  I am fed up of the pathetic company service and more fed up of the irresponsible behavior who charged me around 35000Rs saying window AC having 5star will be long term benefit but it has been my worst experience ever. I have assembled AC, National AC in other rooms and they work so good since past 10 to 12 years and I just regret picking hitachi.

                                  I need someone to look in to this issue not just for me but also for all those who are suffering similar issues but are not educated enough to make such complaints online and hence struggle day and night calling on their call centers and suffer.

                                  Hope this is read by some Sr. management of Hitachi so they know what their staff is doing and how Hitachi is on the edge to see a big drop in coming future.

                                    I purchased new hitachi a/c 1.5 ton (Zunoh3200frau318awd) on 10th oct 2016, invoice no:24925, 12th of oct 2016 technician from hitachi came and made the installation, and try switch on the unit but it's not working. He tried to solve the problem he couldn't. Finally he said that power panel was not working sir, i will inform to our electrician from hitachi and they will come and rectify. Same day one mr. Ravi (Mobile - [protected]) electrician from hitachi came and confirmed that power board was failure. He inform me that need one day time to replace the same.

                                    Next day 13 th oct 2016 came and changed the board and make the unit running and confirmed the problem rectified and gone. Same day night i try to switch on the unit, it produces lots of noises then i switched off the unit while switching off noises came from the unit from several places.

                                    Today morning i contacted the electrician mr. Ravi and informed the problem he said that he will come and rectify, simultaneously i raised query in rathna cools pvt ltd mr. Hari - [protected] where i purchased the unit in chennai. Ravi came and try to solve the problem by dismantled the entire indoor unit to arrest the noise. I am really upset the problems came in the a/c unit which is branded one. First the power panel failure and the second one is noise from the roller in indoor unit.

                                    I am really unsatisfied and discomfort in using this a/c unit in future. I requested from your hitachi customer team as well as the dealer for replacement of the unit with new one.

                                      Purchased an hitachi air conditioner 1.2 ton split ac from snapdeal.com on 29/08/2016, due to excessive delay from the company in installation the 7 day return policy of snapdeal.com could not be acomplished. Post installation the ac worked only once and after repeated calls and complaints posted at htachi website a service engineer was finally sent home on 13/09/2016, on inspection i was informed that the part is faulty and would need to be replaced, however since then i have approached 6 times to national manager (Mr. Vishal marar), country service manager (Mr. Satish nair) and board of director (Mr. Varghese joseph). I have acknowledgement received from the company for each complaint and till now no replacement has been done. I have received calls stating that the part will come in 2 days but till now no replacement has been done. This has caused excessive mental agony of anxiety and disappointment for calling so many authorities and desperately seeking help. I have spent 32000+5000 so far on an ac which have used only once in the past 3 months.

                                        We have two hitachi ac which we bought last year along with 1 year amc for both ac, where we were told that if any issue occurred in this year will be dealt asap by hitachi new delhi team.

                                        Last week one of my hitachi ac was not working. A new delhi hitachi team member came to my house & suggested that a circuit board is damaged and he will replace. It look hom 2 days to do that.

                                        Then even after changing the circuit board, the ac was not working properly, so the team which changed the circuit board, told us that they are here only to replace the circuit board, nothing else and we should complaint again. Which we did.

                                        Now after 3 days of the 2nd complaint, we were told that some parts are not available in delhi and they are being brought from gujarat and it will take some time.

                                        Now it has been over a week and my ac is still not working and i am not able to get a straight answer from hitachi new delhi team.

                                        I also called the team today and some guy name jitender told me that the we will come and repair your ac when the parts will come to us. Then i ask by when you will get these parts? He said that we should call them after sometime to confirm.

                                        Hitachi isn't a local company, and they you should have replaced the ac if you can't repair it. It is such a disgrace that such an mnc company is acting like this.
