Hi,

I have marked complaint No [protected] for my 11 months old refrigerator Model No model no 440 PND-3 (GVK) on 1st May which is well in warranty. My complaint was taken up by your technician on 2nd May.

He identified problem in the PCB and accordingly took the part for replacement. Now I have been calling Hitachi technician, local service center and the Hitachi Call center to update me about the situation.br...

As a customer, I rate Hitachi customer service just 1 (on a scale of 1 to 10). This is because there still exist a few honest executives in their employ; otherwise, Hitachi-India operations would have closed down long ago. Please take this feedback seriously and I will explain below my reasons to prove my point.

On 27th April 2017, I request for service ([protected] & [protected]) for my window AC which was supported by a visit on 3rd MAY after multiple followups. I was in for a horror when the technician Mr. Sailesh mishandled my AC and broke the FAN casuing severe damage to the machine.

I am facing worst experience with their service. I requested a service for ac on 18 of April with request no [protected] and yet it's still not working. Their engineer are fake engineers. The person who visited our house name SALMAN QURESHI was such a rude person and had tried to make money from us. First day when he came, he filled the gas in such a way that It got leaked within an hour. The second time when he came he said there is a leakage...

My registered mobile number is [protected]. My Hitachi split Ac remote lock has gone in lock mode. In February same happened and I called your service person and charged 500 to unlock. Again Hitachi customer care asking to call service personnel and to pay 500 to unlock. So fix this remote lock problem, we can't pay repeatedly for same problem.

Why such lock has been kept, just to recover money from us...

We have booked AMC for our Hitachi KAZE Plus windows AC on 21-Apr-17 with service agency "RELIABLE CARE, 26/1, KHUREJI KHAS, DELHI - 110051" and provided cheque no. 000027 of INR 2, 651/- drawn on HDFC Bank dated 21-Apr-17 and receipt clearly shows "AMC DONE" with "AMC start date as 21-Apr-17" and "AMC End date as 20-Apr-18" but even after a lapse of two weeks there was no formal communication was received from the "RELIABLE CARE" (service...

It is such an inferior product, possibly selling in India only on their attractive ads. Hi my ac was working fine before wet service performed by khalsa refrigeration vashi navi mumbai. Hitachi takes money from us to promise better service however they transfer all these requests to other company which are not bothered about customers. We have purchased a split AC and paid in full thus demanded to get the installation done the very next day.
Now the service guy shows up in his arrogant irritated mood. Above that he blames us because the distance between the wall where AC is placed and the window grill is wide due to seating platform next to window. Long back we consulted a constructor who told us AC installation guys have equipments that can drill through such wide...

With reference to my earlier complaint dated- 20.04.2017, this is to inform you that Hitachi technician has visited the site and tried to solve my problem but were unable to solve then again I have initiated another request on dated-25.04.2017 but till date no response from their end has been received. I had purchased a hitachi ac inverter 1.5 ton kasikoi5400irsa518caea on 24april2017 in emi scheme financed from bajaj finance from raj electronics bhubaneswar. I am filing this complaint for the second time against the service center and the coordinator of hittachi company of jaipur for not responding inspit of calling and complaining them sooo many times. I bought a split ac less than two years.in less than one yr it's external unit fan broke down. It was reluctantly replaced by the company rep. However again on 16 apr 17 the external unit of ac started making abnormal sound.. I lodged a complaint and a rep paid a visit on 17 apr 17. My experience is going bad day by day with my first Hitachi equipment Inverter AC bought in Aug 2015.
This equipment took 20 days for installation. At that time many parts were damaged and replaced. Even few were not even installed.
First season it was ok but starting of new season April2016 it again stopped working. We got to know due to a missing part the squirrel has damaged the wires. We got that...
