As a customer, I rate Hitachi customer service just 1 (on a scale of 1 to 10). This is because there still exist a few honest executives in their employ; otherwise, Hitachi-India operations would have closed down long ago. The person who visited our house name SALMAN QURESHI was such a rude person and had tried to make money from us. Again Hitachi customer care asking to call service personnel and to pay 500 to unlock. So fix this remote lock problem, we can't pay repeatedly for same problem.

Why such lock has been kept, just to recover money from us...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved.
