Today is 12th day from registring for AC installation but still i'm waiting for installation.
I have purchased a Hitachi window AC RAT518HUD on 31/5/16. I have registered for installation on 4/6/16 and registration no is [protected].

While purchasing and registering for installation I was informed that it will take maximum of 48 hours for installation.
Many times i talk to patna service incharge Mr Kamlesh ([protected]) but he dint take the positive response.
I have also mail to senior management but dint get reply.
Their condition of warranty is if we installed the AC on our own the warranty will expire on the sameday.

    I have been calling Hitachi customer service since 17.05.2016 to get my AC serviced. Everytime they say technician will come in 24 hours but no one turned up till date.

    Complaint no. are [protected]. Now also they say they cant do much than sending or talking to service centre in charge.

      As we switch On the Air conditioner after few minutes water is start leaking from the lower side of the A.C. . as we are facing this problem from last 3-4 months . please take the action as soon as possible as it make us suffer a lot. I didn't except such kind of problem at least from Hitachi company appliances.
      So I request you see the above problem as soon as possible and make us relief. And I am at least accepting that from Hitachi company to take action as soon as possible .

        Dear sir,
        I have brought an air conditioner on 19.04.2016 with trust and goodwill on such big brand name. But to my astonishment i noticed that the air conditioner is making very loud noise. So as an responsible customer i had made a complain on there customer service number '35324848' in the month of may 2016. They promised me 48 hours prompt service but till date i. E 11.06.2016 even after making several reminders i have not received any service. Extreme harassment been caused to the customer by such an big brand name. What a shame. As per my recording in telephone i had a talk with your representative mr aditya who gave me service center no '[protected] &[protected]" which is either switched off or nobody picks up. I a small consumer investment my saving for my comfort whereas the big corporate houses cheated us and breached our natural justice i request the forum to look into the matter and and give a due ear to my request and resolve the matter.

          I have taken split AC of Hitachi but have many problem listed below
          1. AC cover broken at the time of installment. It was taken and not replaced for many weeks. So AC was off for two months.
          2. AC cooling is very poor. Called service team and they confirmed that it is OK. Still that problem is not closed.Cooling of my earlier AC was better even if it was only one ton.
          3. AC connection with remote was not happening from day one. but nobody taken it serioursly . now last month AC was checked and then they have taken inner board for replacement under warranty. Till now nobody turned up to refit the new part.

          I have purchased this AC for my betterment but till today I have not used it to my satisfactiob .Service team of Hitachi is very un experienced so not providing proper support. I want this AC yo be returned and my money back.Also the expenses incurred to call and discuss was also huge.

            I have hitachi ac my ac is not cooling properly thats why i had complained to customer care 3rd (Friday) 2016 of june they told me that there technician contact me within 48 hr bt now 192 hr but till now they not contacted me regarding this. Regularly i had called to customer care on 3rd june 7the june 8th june 9the june customer care repeated only two things 1st one is srry sir and 2nd one is as soon as possible. I told to customer care can you forward my call to the senior they dont transfer. They gave me manager number but those number is switch off ([protected], [protected]).               *((I have purchased the subject referred refrigerator on 17th July 2010 from Nikshan Electronics, Kannur, Kerala, India (ref. supplier invoice No. B9860). I had paid a price of INR 37, 000/- . Even though I had few issues, now I have a serious issue or rusting the front door!. At the time of purchase I was informed that the front door is non-rusting pure steel and hence opted to choose one for me. Please advise What can be done to clear this issue.
              Since few days I'm trying to reach your help line#[protected] and also [protected] in vain.

                Date of purchase : 28may2016 (1 year warranty - lapsed despite repqted requested to hitachi for renewal)

                Incident : we had requested for amc renewal of our ac which was bought on 28 may 2015. Hitachi had called up and asked for amc renewal, which we were interested in. However for last 8 months despite of repeated mail from our end about amc renewal, no correspondence was made from hitachi. And it finally lapsed on 28 may 2016. Now they are charging us for renewal as well as servicing, which is shameful as their technicians doesn't not have the simplest know how to service a split can they are naïve and this matter should be escalated to hitachi higher officials.

                Resolution : we will have to pay the servicing charge and amc renewal due to the negligence of hitachi

                  I had registered a complaint about no cooling (2 ton inverter ac) in the month of april 2016. According to technician it was due to insufficient gas in the compressor. He refilled the compressor with gas and assured about the cooling with guarantee of 3 months on refilled gas. But still the issue is the same... No cooling. I have spent 2 months in this extreme summer with the same issue. I have registered the same complaint to hitachi office 3 times but without solving the issue they are closing the complaint again and again.

                    We purchased a new hitachi window ac model number wac raw222kvd 2.0t 2s on date[protected]. From day one the ac was not working properly and according to hitachi service engineers the cooling done by it was perfect. Now, since past 6 days the ac is not working at all. As soon as we switch it on it shuts down the entire mcb's. We have been calling hitachi customer centre since these many days but there is only one response that the complaint is under process we will help you soon. Till now nobody visited in regards to this complaint. We are so tired of their services, everyday we come to our workplace and have to sit without ac.
                    We require permanent solution to this problem asap.

                      Dear sir,

                      This is to bring to your notice that still my hitachi air conditioner is not repaired. On saturday one of your service man came and told it might have lost all its gas and it will take some more time to repair it. When i asked, how much more time???... He said, sir now waiting list is going on for filling of gas but how much time he also don't know may be 5 - 10 days.

                      I have made the complain on 28th may, 2016 for non cooling, 9 days has also passed and no work has been done.Infact the a. C. Was installed on 4th may, 2016 and since then it has not worked properly.

                      Requesting you kindly look into this matter on priority (Replace/refund/repair) as i want to use my ac in this summer only.

                      Has not worked properly since its installation. The after sales service is horrible as even after repeated followup after 48 hr. Of complained booked no personnel of hitachi cares to call and the issue is attended after 20/25 days.

                      Kindly refer attached documents and resolve the following issues :

                      1. Breakdown req. [protected] dated 28.05.16 : not yet attended, moreover no call for the same is received even after followups made with the customer care only reply is "it has been allotted and will be done soon." 5 working days gone no one attended.

                      2. Call no. [protected]: installation charges paid was rs. 1951.00 but only message of rs. 501 received by the company is received.

                      3. Last breakdown req. [protected] dated 04.05.16 made just the next day of installation was resolved on 24.05.16 ie. After 20 days.

                      Request you to kindly deliver the service and take the defective product back and return the money at the earliest as the product does not work and no service is provided by hitachi so that no further intervention of any forum is required.

                            Change of compressor under warranty is pending since 20 days attitude of hitachi and its service centre darshak electronics is deplorable and arrogant. Just not bothered. Personal daily visits and innumerable calls are not yielding results. Mr hiren mehta owne has lot of ego and arrogant and cuts off phone without giving reply. How long should i wait. Complain to service manage and general manager was done. No action from them also highhandedness arrogant attitude and behaviour and mental torture to me and my family is unbearable. Pl resolve

                              Machine was bought in march from flipkart and installed by the company. The very next day it was making heavy sounds, water dripping, lack of cooling etc. Many complaints were mad with the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. To my surprise the message was received complaints cancelled since customer don't want the service. This can't be accepted. I have spent rs.45000 and swetting for last two months inspite of purchasing this machine. The peak summer is getting over the company is playing with innocent like me.                                 I have purchased a hitachi wac raw318kud kaze on 26 may, 2016. I have found that the sweep function was not working in the ac and so made a service request to hitachi on 3 june, 2016 vide breakdown request [protected]; cdn: 5762.

                                As per the visited technician, he pointed out the fault that sweep motor is missing from the unit. For a reputed japanese brand like hitachi (Which believes in quality inspection), a qa passed product has been found the part missing is really sad and unacceptable. Replace my unit with the new one and provide me compensation of rs. 5, 00, 000/- for cheating and ignorance to the quality of the product.

                                  Hi,

                                  I own three window air conditioner of hitachi, subscribe for their amc every year since 2011. Recently, one of my air conditioner stopped cooling and i lodged a complaint on 17th apr, 2016 (No.[protected]). The local hitachi service facility took away the air conditioner and returned the same confirming that there was some issue related to gas.

                                  But yet the ac was not cooling.

                                  I booked another complaint on 2nd may, 2016 (No. [protected]). Technician came and took away the ac. I was surprised to receive a message just after the left my place that the complaint has been closed.

                                  Then i once again talked to customer care at 35324848 on 13th may, 2016. I was issued a fresh complaint no. [protected] which was subsequently closed on 22nd may, 2016 without returning the ac.

                                  I wrote an email to level 2 *mr sandeep gupta - general manager *on 24th may, 2016 but to no avail.

                                  It has been more than a month that i have not been offered a solution.

                                  I had never expected this sort of poor service from a company of international repute.

                                  I will appreciate a quick address to the issue.

                                    We purchased split ac of hitachi on 06/05/2014 from hitachi's authorized dealer (Raheja refrigration, bhilwara).
                                    But from the date of purchase we continuously facing lots of problem with ac. Even after many complaints through mails, phone calls, customer service portal of hitachi's web, even we mark adverse point on there service reports site but neither there executive nor top managements are looking into this matter.

                                    We completely fed up with hitachi brand and post sale service of hitachi.

                                    We want our air conditioner replacement with new.

                                      Yesterday and today, I have registered a online complaint for my lower deep freezer not cooling. No response at all! Today I called the customer care, he bluntly told that it will addressed after 48 hrs. If deep freezer is not working in this summer, you can well imagine what happens to a family with lot of fish and meat stock.I wonder why I went for a 3 - door freezer well above 65K inspite of my friend's circle advise not to go for you 'Excellent Post Care Service Delivery'.

                                        I bought ac on 12-4-16 and installed on 13-4-16 on the same day itself water leak started.Inform to the service person came for installation as of 16-4-16 not visited and without my knowledge they tear the installation completed page.                                         Raised complaint on[protected], 50hrs i fight with service manger in chennai then he send the service person, he checked no gas in unit, and he said at the time of installation not done properly, the kottivakkam service branch sending contract labours they don't know the manners and knowledge about the unit, they know drilling and connecting the unit only leakage very very poor service, already i have voltas service from breeze air con very good service.
