I have bought an ac through tata power-ddl scheme of ac exchange, ac which was delivered first got damaged while its installation, i filed an request for its replacement, the replacement ac came after 10 days, but it was broken too, and from last 10 days i am asking consistently for the replacement of this unit, but there is no response from them, even there customer care are forwarding our request from one personnel to other. Please take some action against them, what they are doing is the harassment of customer and they have violated every right of customer, i am hoping you would take some strict action in this case and would provide me with justice.

Date of 1st installation: 2nd july 2016
Visit & report of 1st faulty unit: 6th july 2016
Replacement unit arrived on 14th july 2016

    I made a complaint about the breakdown of my fridge on12-07-16.I was given a breakdown request no.[protected] and I was told that somebody would contact me within 48 hrs. Nobody has contacted me till now.Will you please look into it and do the needful immediately?

      There is no proper follow up and resolution provided by hitachi service center. whenever calling to hitachi service center and their approach not trust worthy.

      I'm elavarasu.

      I bought june 2014 hitachi 1.5 ton inverter model ac, since ac went to faulty mode around three times.

      Faulty identified by hitachi service technician.

      Faulty description: outdoor unit oil leakage because of coil damage.

      1. technician collected the outdoor unit to service center for arrest the coil broken hole after that they returned outdoor unit and installed at my home and service center technician & branch manager agreed that issue not going to happen again.
      2. after few days same issue happened and logged the case through the hitachi call center. local service center technician came and said that we are going to replace the coil and collected the outdoor unit to their service center. but i don't know whether they replaced the coil or not, because the same issue again occurred.
      3. local service center technician came today 15/july/2016 and identified the same issue (outdoor unit oil leakage because of coil damage and gas empty) and they need to collect the outdoor unit to service center fix.

        Hitachi a/c dealer not responding to the request made by me for rectification of my defunct split a. C unit purchased 27 months back, though i am ready to pay for the repair charges. Improper repair being done by the technicians for two times, not responding for the 3rd time of similar nature of repair.

          Just sending the call records, do you feel practically i will ask them to create everyday a new ticket and then work, if you are asked by your ac tecninician that he wants to repair another part will you not allow, then will you not schedule someone in your flat to be there for him will you not be incovienced, will you feel ok if your new ac sees such 10 visits to correct and then will you be kind enough to be happy to continue with such a piece.

          Do you everyday loggg a new call and tel them that they will have to work on a new tick.

          If you are a human and say that my request is not justified for a complete replacement, your communication channels are a failure, i have to call them and anger on them then only they proceed to try even another path, they they promised anyways we will be giving a replacement but let us try to get this also working and let u use till we are through with the replament reaching your place, it might take a bit of time. my word sir.

          Aapko lagega ki kaaabaad aapko behcha gaya hai kar lo jo karsako. thats the feeling i have.

          Anyways lost trust that there is something will be work in my favour, might be in india, i need to adjust with such factors.

          Multiple times all componenets changed one by one stil they were not able to put it to work, then they said they will replace it, then their head thane service centre mr prasad [protected] promised that they have arranged the part and they will make it working and i can use the ac and meanwhile they will process for full replacement of the piece.

          This all took between 1 june till 1 july 2016, since then also no calls during that period also i only called and took the status event the call centre does not give any escalation email or phone number of nay official.
          No accountability, purchoon ki dukan chala rahe hain, koi mai baap nahi hai service ka.indian govt bhee better hogi.

          Ye haaal hai number 1 company ka...india is great

            I have purchased 1;5 ton split ac five star. On 22/5/16. Model ras 518 kwd. On 6th july i have placed a service request till now after 7 days no one has come turned out to check what is the problem. Then i got the local service centre phone number and they keep on promising that the service executive will visit but till today nothing has happened. The ac is not functioning properly, the hitachi company has no regard for the difficulty of the customers.

              First they told me there is a complete replacement which they would be doing now they say it not possible, we will just give 6 months warranty extension,

              O guys dont believe them anymore they are brats even cheat

              Like first it was a wron g remote in the initial packing. which they denied and when they were not able to work out with me they relucttantly send another correct one.

              Just dont believe them.

                  My Hitachi AC got repair done on 21/06/16 the service request no is [protected] so they replaced dcb board and motor both and charged 7020rs for dcb board-4570 and motor 1800 plus service 650 but the motor is good working condition I checked it with another Hitachi engineer I have doubt they are cheating without seeing anything replacing the items always and doing the same to all customers please take action otherwise Hitachi will lose faith

                      I have purchased air conditioner from Hitachi company on[protected]. During it's initial days only, it was malfunctioning. After that, after so many calls, the company representative finally visited and fixed the issue. But it was of no use, and this time, the compressor gas was evaporated and they filled it again but it got evaporated again. In present, unit is creating sound also which makes difficult to sleep.
                      I request you to look in to this problem asap and provide a replacement for this air conditioner .

                        Dear Concern,

                        I bought a Hitachi 1.5 ton Split AC from Vijay Sales Noida. It is a split AC and model no. is Zunoh5200f. Since we bought this AC, we are not satisfied with AC cooling.
                        AC cooling is not very effective. We have called Hitachi Call Centre multiple times and they have sent their enginners also but they closed the call without resolving my problem.

                        Last Saturday, Hitachi executive Mr. Yogesh has come and accepted that problem is there. He said that he could not resolve it so Senior engineer will come and he will either fixed the problem or your unit will be replaced.

                        Today, again Hitachi Senior engineer Mr. Praveen has come and said that there is a problem of GAS. As per earlier inspection done by Yogesh there is no problem of GAS. But as Praveen said that these is problem due to insufficient gas so I said ok no issue, fill the gas and check the AC’s performance. Again even after filling the gas Problem could not be resolved.

                        He talked to someone in Hitachi and said that unit need to be replaced as he could not found any problem but AC is not cooling. When I talk to Hitachi again, they said that now a super senior engineer will come and inspect the problem again.

                        Now almost half of the summer has already gone but I could not take the benefit of my AC.

                        If someone can understand the pain of Customer, please replace my unit. I have invested my hard earned money on it and taken loan from Bajaj finance to buy this AC. I have trusted on Hitachi, please maintain that trust.

                          Dear all,

                          Good morning.

                          I have purchased a 1.2 ton split ac, purchased on 1st may 2016 from vijay sales, gurgaon.

                          1) the installation was done as per our convenient time but the engineers came to install were very smart charged extra amount.

                          2) for a month or so, we were not at home and could not check if there is any problem. Immediately after we start using the ac, realized that water is dripping from the front side of the ac.

                          3) complaint issued on 17th june against complaint no. [protected]. Engineer visited on saturday, 18th june and informed that there is blockage in the pipes and gas to be filled. If it does not work properly even after that then the ac will be replaced. He has taken the responsibility to send the concerned person on the same day or next day as we cant get the work done in week days.

                          4) on following up, we found the phone switched off.

                          5) i got a call from engineer on tuesday, 21st june 2016 and he wished to come but i told him to come on saturday, 25th june 2016. As usual, no one came.

                          6) now, again i got a call on monday, 27th june 2016 asking me the question "madam, kya main aj aa saktu hu gas refill karne k liye".

                          Now, you can understand a small thing is being delayed week after week and nothing happening. Hence, this complaint. It is nothing but harassment to the customer. I am failed to understand that how come the service centre do not take any action on saturday and engineer always call on weekday to come.

                          May i request you to please help in resolving the problems. We have spent money for the comfort and not for the mental harassment.

                            Beware of buying ac from hitachi. Lodged a complaint. Folks came and opened the ac apart and not rectifying the issue of leakage of gas second time. Service guys say that they will not be able to rectify the issue. Please pay caution before buying any product from hitachi.

                            Ac 1.5 tons split purchased on dated 04.05.2014 from richa electronics, vijay nagar, kanpur.

                            Under gone breakdown in july 2015 repaired from your authorized service centre (Popular cooling centre, nirala nagar, kanpur). Received repaired unit on 22nd july 2015 and charge 1500/- paid.

                            Under gone again breakdown in april 2016 on complaint service centre told gas is leaked and cooling coil was melted. Replaced cooling coil and gas on charged of rs. 10, 000/- received repaired unit.

                            Again no cooling was done on complaint it was told by service centre technicians gas leaked out. They have collected sick unit after three days of complaint. They said they will (29.06.2016) check and then tell me other problems. What are there.

                            P. S. : i am not satisfied regarding cooling from day one. On complaint people from dealer as well as service centre used to say, now days it is very hot season.Installation as well repairing all the time is done by non-competent persons.

                            This time initially people from service centre denied to repair but after lot of discussion they got unit collect and latter on they will let me know all the other problems and charges.

                            Now i feel why i purchased hitachi a. C. This clearly seems to be a sick unit from beginning. Customer is senior citizen. Gas will be filled and leaked, filled and leaked, filled and leaked.. How long this process would go.

                              Myself bought Hitachi 1.5 ton Split a.c in April 2013 . My a.c is not working . i launched My 1st complaint on 2nd April 2016 and its no is [protected], & 2nd Complaint on 15th April 2016 and its no. is [protected]. i called to customer care they given the service center number. Those people are not responding at all. i called to customer care number to talk to the higher officials but they are not given any higher officials number.

                              i mailed my problem to your higher management levels, they are also not responding .Till now (80 Days completed ) My complaint was not resolved.i faced lot of problem during this summer.

                                Dear sir/maam,
                                I nidhish bindal is using a 601ltr hitachi refrigerator since last year. But in the past 1 month it has developed a problem of condensation and is developing water droplets inside the fridge shelf.
                                Now after 3 rigorous complaints the service centre people in my city just showed up once and are unable to repair it. The service centre people are illetrate and useless.
                                They have delayed repairing my fridge so much that it has become out of warranty.

                                  Itachi 1.5 split ac not giving cooling effect soon after it's last service
                                  Its really very disappointing that buying one brand like hitachi can give us this kind of trouble.

                                  2-3 months back they gave a call from their side for their last free service so we opted. The person came did servicing and gone back. Soon after his servicing we found the cooling is not happening properly in 16 dgrs also room doesn't get chilled where as before we were unable to keep @ 27 dgrs even as in 5 mins room uses to bee frozen like feeling. So what should we understand out of it?

                                  Our fault was we couldn't give a call to the customer care within a month /wk of the service as we were traveling sometimes. When i gave a call cust care people said sorry for the inconvenience caused but we can't help u on this, for service when technician goes they just clean n come and as you cross the time limit so we can't give u any free service.
                                  I was so much disappointed. They r not ready to even listen to us... Why the hell shall i refer anyone to buy hitachi product when the service is this much poor.
                                  Finally killing my anger we logged a call. The person came today and said gas is not there... How that can be possible? Its just an year we bought it and we have not even uses it in extream... It was below average use..
                                  Top of that last time while free service the guy came i had complained that remote is not working properly he replied its fine and today the technician said you should have complained before on this as the remote is having problem.

                                  Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [HHLI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I more dissatisfied because we felt this gas likage is being done knowingly as we didn't opt AMC. It's awful
                                  All people be very careful of fraud calls from Hitachi...just received a call stating that its a call from assistant manager from Hitachi and will deliver a new AC to your droor step tomorrow only 200 rupees extra charge you have to make through a card. I'll provide you one link or something through which u have to make the payment giving ur credit card details... Its just a draws call ...the number is [protected]

                                    Dear sir / madam,

                                    I am kaushik modi - mobile number [protected], i have purchased hitachi split a. C. From classic distributoers - gurukul road, ahmedabad in 2014.

                                    I have registed the complain on 13th june 2016 - service number [protected]. After that i called to hitachi custmor care three to four times and and i also called to owner of classic - mr. Vipulbhai ([protected]) but till today nobody has attempt to my concern.

                                    Since last one week i am following to attempt my service, which will be paid. But hitachi company or his dealer are bothered for the same.

                                    I want to completion againt the hitachi company and classic as well.

                                    Please take some neccessary action for the same. So in futher they will take care.

                                    Hope, you will register my complain and do the needful.

                                      I have requested for a regular service for my hitachi air conditoner nearly three times in the last one month. No one has come for the servicing till date even once. And they close the complaint no. Without even giving any service.
                                      Here are the messages i got from them :

                                      June 4 - dear customer, your call no [protected] is cancelled due to service not required. For generating a new call visit www.hitachi-hli.com or call at 35324848

                                      June 8 - dear customer your service req. [protected] for the air conditioner shall be attended asap. Share cdn:-7603 if you are satisfied with our engineer.

                                      June 20 - your call no.[protected] is closed in our system. Total amount collected rs.0 for the work done. Pls call 35324848 for any other service. Thanking you hitachi

                                        Dear sir/dear madam,

                                        We would like to inform you that dated on 13/04/2016 we have purchased new split ac - 5 star (1.5 ton). Model no: rac518kwd.
                                        Regretfully states that 3 times service engineer came to rectify the problems but still not resolved.
                                        Problems are:
                                        1) ice deposition in fins
                                        2) water coming out from compressor.

                                        Last complaint logged on 10.06.2016 and complaint number is [protected].

                                        We have complaint may times to distibutor as well mr. Prabhu (Head engineer - hitachi in kanpur) on cell number [protected]. But no one is bothering to resolve the issue as cutumer is suffering. As per company rules need to replace the ac by new one as it is being not repaired even thrice servicing it means any major defect in this item.

                                        Invoice details are also enclosed herewith.
