I have logged a complain no [protected] on 24 th march 2017 as my hitachi inverter ac is not cooling. Since then, it has been 21 days that my ac problem has not been resolved even after repeated follow up with call centre and sec 65 noida hitachi aervice centre.
Please note that i have amc contract for my ac
After repeated follow up, someone from sec 65 noida service centre turned up on 10 th april and after inspection, informed me that spare parts need to replaced.
Spoken to mr anil of sec 65 who informed me that spare parts are not available and will be delivered from other location.. Since then, i am waiting for the miracle to happen.
Is it the level of service that i expect from such a reputed brand hitachi..
Doe any one act here to take a stock o why a complain has not been addressed even after such a long duration,
Or, is it complex process breakdown and management is not bothered on customer satisfaction at all.
It appears that i am made to understand hitachi that i did a mistake buying hitachi products and also trusting the company by taking the amc service contact..
I am still hoping that good sense will prevail and someone will act to save the brand reputation.
