Respected sir or maam i purchased a 2 ton hitachi ac last year on 27 october 2015 amd now it is not working and ice is appearing in indoor unit . Before also i faced this problem then the hitachi service provider provide a ac service and after that 2 3 weeks ac work properly but now it is giving the same problem.
Many times i registerd a complaint in call centre but they are not giving any response towards my complaint they always said that technician team will conatact me as soon as possible . Four days before i registerd a complaint but now also there is no response.
So i kindly request you to see to my complaint and if possible repalce this product with the other one

I have raised a complaint on water dripping a week before but till now no one attended it. I have a small baby she is unable to sleep for past one week. Hitach is performing such an irresponsible job. I never expected this. I never suggest my friends to buy hitachi anymore. I am very frustrated.

    I am very disappointed with the hitachi ac which i bought on[protected] at bajaj electronics. I am writing to seek a refund.

    I bought an air conditioner 1.5 ton, 3 star on 28th april 2016 which has came to my home on may 2nd week and was installed on later dates. I had lot of issues such as gas leaking, water leaking from indoor unit (See pictures attached), no cool air, outdoor unit making lot of noise, water leakage from outdoor unit right after within a week. I filed a complaint, then technicians came and did some repairing but not solved the problem. I kept calling the customer care later on dates and technicians keep coming (4 times) but there is no solution for ac problems. The final technician who came on 9-aug - 2016 also confirmed all the above problems. I felt that its better option to replace the ac.

    I called a local hitachi cro named bhanu chander (Cell:[protected]) and explained the case, he still wants to send the technician again but not ready to understand the case to replace the ac and is lying that i just called them 2nd time. He refused to listen to my problems and then asked me to confirm the number of times i called the hitachi customer care with them. Later i called customer care to confirm this, they checked the records and said that i called 4 times. He behaved very unprofessional way and is arrogant towards me.
    Finally once again he sent the technicians to my home, being already visited my home they concluded that ac has multiple problems. They said that i will receive a call from their office to speak about replacement on 14 - aug-2016. But i did not got a call from anyone. Again i kept calling the customer care 3 times from aug 14 till today, they are saying that they will send technicians but no one came.
    I am very much tired with their rude service. Finally i decided to get full refund of the ac cost. Please help me in this case as soon as possible. I am attaching invoice and water dripping pics of the ac. Thank you.

    if any will ask about hitachi I will give 0 marks out of 10 and not advice about hitachi. my brother using blue star and voltas AC he is taking care of customer an closing service with in 48 hours
    I have purchase window ac 2 year back. Product is very burst.

    This year we have amc contract for same ac with amount 2400 . Not providing service. We have complian in 30 th of agaust. Today 4th of agaust. But no service. As per my openion, hitchi is day light theef.

    Hihtach is working like nokia, will repeat nokia story with hitach soon.

      Complaint is pending since 24th aug. There has been no satisfactory resolution of the same.

      The ac is a brand new ac and after sale service is horrible. All fraud service technicians and they are just fooling customers without even checking the ac

      The service engineer is just fooling the customer by saying the the remote control of ac is not working and that he will replace it tomorrow. But never comes to help or repair/replacement

      At the same time at the call center the feedback is that the spring motor is not working and no spares are available, which frankly is not our problem. This issue was never discussed with us and not even known to us as the technician told us only about the remote control.

      Dont know whom to trust. Its been so exasperating to deal with a bunch of incompetent people like them.

      Whatever the case is either fix it or they must replace it with a new one within 24 hrs. We have paid money for this and its a brand new ac

        Dear sir,

        I have raised breakdown request of my split ac ( split ac - 1.2tr hitachi zunoh 5200f - rau514awd) 4th time since i purchased this new ac in may 2016. I am highly disappointed with the product and thereafter services of hitachi as every time it took nearly 15 days to get it resolved. Now, i am regret on my decision that why i have purchased this hitachi ac. I am hardly able to use it for more than 15-20 days since i purchased it.

        During installation time itself, the technician has reported a small gas leakage and spoke to hitachi engineer (Chandigarh). Once he confirmed and assured its not an issue, i get this ac installed but its not working at all.

        I would like to get this ac replaced asap. I can not withstand the pain of getting it repaired in 101-5 days. If this can be done, pleae refund my money.

        Last time, the hitachi service center (Chandigarh office) promised me that it will not occur again.

        Please consider this request on high priority and get it resolved asap.

          I bought 2 units of hitachi rav 513 hud/1. 1 ton window acon 16.4.2016... One unit has stopped functioning from 17.8.16. Lodged complaints the next day.. Call no. S - [protected]/250. The mechanic came but left withh vague assurances of replacing a damaged part.
          There has been no response henceforth despite my regular calls.
          I request you to replace my ac as early as possible because a mere replacement of a part fails to assure me of the future smooth functioning of the machine. This horrible service of a 5* company is unwarranted. Please do not compel me to lodge a complaint with the consumer forum.

            There is no cooling of refrigerator. We complained many times. But haven't received any response from the shop. They are not providing any service to us. Everyday they give some silly excuse of not reparaing it. I am not at all satisfied by their service. At the time of purchasing they given promises of giving 100% service. Can u tell r u making customer fool by selling old refrigerator. I request all the customer not to buy hitachi company product. I want my money back any cost. Or replace my refrigerator. This is the worst company. Frayd company. Please never buy this company product.

              Regarding above complaint, o ne of the engineer came for service but nohing was done but the payment was taken. W hen i called him he kept on postponing and didn't came to check. N ow he is not even responding. I've called hitachi service centre too but they also didn't do anything. This was highly unprofessional from a company as reputed as hitachi. I'm really disappointed from service and i had no other option to go to higher authorities. Please look into this matter asap.

                I bought this ac 2 months back. I register the complain for ac not working as some smell was coming out from ac. The engineer visted and confirm that the problem will be resolved within 3 days but still the same is not resolved. I am calling continuously customer care department for the update but they have only once answer sir, your complain will be resolved at the earliest. Pathetic service and pathetic product.

                Further there customer care is providing wrong no. Of their service engineer.[protected] which is out of service and second [protected] which is not the no. Of hitachi engineer.
                Hope someone will help at the earliest

                  I had purchased a hitachi rau-019ivea invertr 1.5 tons a/c on 23/05/2015 from fairdeal (International) sourin roy road, kolkata 34 vide receipt number 1276. The a/c stopped working on 20th july 2016. After many complaints, the service engineer came and took the circuit away. This has been over 2 weeks now we have not heard from the service engineer. Also, the service engineer did not give a complaint number or contact details. On my discussion with fairdeal (International) i was provided with a number oc[protected]. I don't know what the number is. I am highly dissatisfied with hitachi, during summer months when we need the a/c most, the product breaks down and the repairing takes ages. Please resolve this immediately. I will wait for your call. This product had been financed thru bajaj auto finance and the loan account number is 410ewc10086365.

                    This is the third time now. I can see ice-formation inside the fridge. The same thing had happened in the last week of may for which some technician had come on the 3rd of june to fix it. Second complain was made in the last week of july and now again there is a breakdown. Now again there will be a delay in sending the technician thanks to your pathetic after-sales sevice. This is ridiculous. You claim to be a premium brand but its worse than a chinese make.

                    I have never experienced this with any other brand i have used before. It was a big mistake to invest in your brand. I hereby, demand a complete replacement of the unit or a refund of the cost of my fridge with the interest.

                    In the absence of a favourable response from you, i will be compelled to take legal action as i have been harassed by your company in every way possible, be it the fridge, after sales, tat, ridiculous responses from your technicians.

                      I called the customer care on 27th July 2016 to complain about AC not cooling.
                      after requesting daily, 30th july, the guy came, and said... the gas has leaked someone will come tomorrow, no one came, then after calling again n again gas got filled on Tuesday(2nd Aug)... which was leaked immediately after the guys left.
                      again had to call again and again.. and telling them that gas has leaked and from where.. the guys came today (6th Aug) and says... there is no gas, someone will come tomorrow... they make me talk to their manager Mr.Sonu... who was very arrogant and rude, and says... cylinder leke thordi ghoomte hai.. when I said, I have been saying this again and again.. the gas has leaked.. he says.. aise nahi hota, will have to search kahan se nikli hai... I said.. I am telling you the point... as I saw it... He says... aisi kaunsi gas hai jo dish gai!!!
                      Kuch bhi karlo aan nahi bharegi.

                      Is this the way to treat a customer?????

                        My AC is just a few months over 2 years old and has not been shifted since. The blower which is in the front is broken. The technician said in the 5 years of working with the company he has never seen this problem. Obviously a defective piece was sold to me. I feel I made the wrong choice by buying a product of such repute. My complaint no is [protected]. The product is not even available. It will come by Tuesday

                          Dear Sir,
                          This is to inform you that I had raised breakdown service request for my AC as it is not cooling properly on 24/07/2016 (Req no- [protected]). Although the product is in warranty, no one has came to attended the service request. Again I had raised the another breakdown service on 02/08/2016 (Reg no- [protected]). But till yet nobody has came to attend the service request.

                          Already I called 7 to 8 times to customer care regarding the issue, but no one has taken proper action instead of sending reminder to the service center.

                          This is what Hitachi is providing the service to the customers as well as providing the worst products.

                          The technicians are not well technically trained to identify the problem of the system.


                          Its my humble request to resolve the problem at the earliest & pls provide a better customer service.

                          Looking forward for your positive response.

                              I purchased 1.5 ton inverter ac in the month of december[protected] n the same was delivered to my address in the month of feb'16 after following in up for more then a month... N during the installation i was out of station and my caretaker has get it installed and was not able to get it checked because the electric plug doesn't come with ac. When i returned in the month of june i got the plug and tried to start the ac which was not working... I called up the helpline no n lodged a complaint no-[protected]... After 2-3 days the engineer came and told me that the wires inside are damage and the remote control panel is not functioning and needs to be replaced.

                              Now it is more then a month i have been following it up with customer care... But yesterday all of a sudden i got a call from the service center (Service center name-temperature cooling) and told me that the parts have came and no engineers available to fix it up... So they will close the complaint no and will send an engineer after a day or two as the complaint is pending for a long time... Then i have clearly asked them not to close the complaint no as it is still unresolved for me because the ac is still not fixed...

                              Then all of a sudden i got a sms stating that the complaint no is closed... When i called up the helpline they told me that the complaint no is closed as i got the service... I again raised the complaint and a new complaint no was generated [protected]... But morning again i got a sms stating that i don't need the service and the complaint no has been closed...

                              The service center named temperature cooling is just playing around like anything... They are so rude when i asked them that how did they closed the complaint no without my concern... Request for immediate intervention as my mother is not well and cannot take the summer heat.

                                On 8th nov 2015, the unfortunate day we landed at kohinoor electronics, godhbunder, thane west to buy a fridge. The salesman there sang praises of hitachi saying there has never been any complaints regarding this so-called premium brand. Without much ado, we bought the hitachi 3 door model no - ffrsg37bpn. We were happy with our purchase so much so that even my mother bought the same unit.

                                But only till the last week of may when ice started forming around the interiors of the fridge. We spent 3 days in just following up with the shop, customer care and service centre. We were almost about to take legal recourse, when they finally sent mr riyaz to check the machine. He came and repaired it. It was working fine till today. Now the cooling has completely stopped. I have lodged a complain again for prompt service else everything in the fridge will rot. But knowing the history, i am sure we are not going to get any prompt service.

                                Very pathetic!!! I am not going to recommend this brand to anyone. U promote it as a premium brand, but its not been a year now, and it has gone into repairs twice. How different is your fridge from any local brand?

                                I need a complete replacement of the unit since if within one year it can break down twice, then i cant imagine what will happen in the future. Else i need refund of the fridge amount. If none is done, i am definitely going to the consumer forum cos this is not some cheap fridge. We have paid more than 50000 for this. This is not a small amount for us.

                                I need immediate response from your end.

                                  I have bought hitachi 1.5 ton split ac model no. rau518iud. my ac is not working properly, a red light is blinking continously and stops cooling.
                                  On 7/5/16 a complain lodge for technician. docket no-[protected]. technician was visited approx.10-12 days after date of docket and after 7-8 times calling to customer care no for service (that's very unfortunate). technician said that a parts of ac (probably he mentioned motherboard) need to be changed. he was advised me of amc for better response. i paid 3742/- on 21/5/2016 for amc. (tcr no-37067). again i lodge a complain for repair faulty parts on 4/7/16. docket no-[protected]. but till now no one visit my house for changing the parts. i called again and again to customer care, technician but i did not get concrete response from them. behaviour of technician is very very rude that's really irritating. i need immidiate action for repairing my faulty ac.

                                    The pipe connected to indoor unit is leaking at many places, cooling has also got reduced. Please do the needful as soon as possible. We are facing this problem for so many days. When i called up on hitachi customer care, it was switched off. Could not understand what kind of services are you providing. The poorest i have ever come across. One more thing, you guys take too much of time to take any action against a complaint. Therefore, i request you once again to please look into the matter asap.

                                        I have brought the ac from bajaj electronics, punjagutta, hyderabad branch on[protected]. since then, nobody has visited to install the ac, even after repeated calls to the call center[protected] and other numbers). so, i got installed with local dealer. and it has worked well for a month and has stopped working after that (since 1 month). i have given a complaint to the above number, and kept on calling. on saturday also, some person has called me back from a phone number bearing +91 [protected], and has promised to come and look into the matter on monday. till today, he hasn`t turned up and i have called him today at 11.30 a. m., after knowing that iam calling, he has hung up the phone... and since then he is not lifting the call...
                                        May i request you to kindly arrange me a person to look into the matter, so that my ac starts functioning normally...
