Dear sir,

We purchased split ac of hitachi on 06/05/2014 from hitachi's authorized dealer (Raheja refrigration, bhilwara).
But from the date of purchase we continuously facing lots of problem with ac. Even after many complaints through mails, phone calls, customer service portal of hitachi's web, even we mark adverse point on there service reports site but neither there executive nor top managements are looking into this matter.

We completely fed up with hitachi brand and post sale service of hitachi.

We want our air conditioner replacement with new.

    Yesterday and today, I have registered a online complaint for my lower deep freezer not cooling. No response at all! Today I called the customer care, he bluntly told that it will addressed after 48 hrs. If deep freezer is not working in this summer, you can well imagine what happens to a family with lot of fish and meat stock.I wonder why I went for a 3 - door freezer well above 65K inspite of my friend's circle advise not to go for you 'Excellent Post Care Service Delivery'.

      Water leakage

      I bought ac on 12-4-16 and installed on 13-4-16 on the same day itself water leak started.Inform to the service person came for installation as of 16-4-16 not visited and without my knowledge they tear the installation completed page.       No gas in unit
      Raised complaint on[protected], 50hrs i fight with service manger in chennai then he send the service person, he checked no gas in unit, and he said at the time of installation not done properly, the kottivakkam service branch sending contract labours they don't know the manners and knowledge about the unit, they know drilling and connecting the unit only leakage very very poor service, already i have voltas service from breeze air con very good service.

        I have been contacting Hitachi Customer Care for past more than 4 days for Complaint no. [protected] for the Window AC. No one has so far contacted. Despite repeated followups with the customer care.

        Service centres numbers were given by the Customer Care all of which are permanently switched off or busy. So all my attempts to contact service centre have been futile. (Numbers given are: [protected], [protected], [protected]).

        NEVER EVER EXPECTED SO POOR CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY. A BIG LET DOWN FOR ME.

          I bought a split ac-1.0 tr. Hitachi toushi pro 3200i inverter - r410a-rau312kwea on 22/04/2016 under hhli scheme tpddl and got it installed on 30/04/2016 by your technicians.
          It hardly worked perfect for 18 days and after that problem of low cooling started.
          After observing for a few days ii registered a service request on 24/05/2016 at 11:21 a. M with service request no [protected].
          After waiting for two day i gave reminder calls on

          Your customer care representative provided me two no [protected] and [protected] of service center of my area.
          I tried these numbers for atleast 40 timed but numbers were either switch off, busy or no reply.
          I sent complaint on their email i. D. But that even was not responding amd mail failed to deliver.

          After getting frustrated and humiliated by this attitude of your reputed company i am bound to complaint here.

            I, gian chand aggarwal r/o 2565, jawahar colony, faridabad having 3 split air conditioners of 1.5 ton capacity. I have taken 2 years exented warranty expired on 19.1.2017.In thrice of ac having cooling problems time to time & having so much complain to their customer care but there is big negligence to attend the complain. Their sector-31 faridabad service centre staff always denied to attend the complain & reply that area has been transferred to franchisee of hitach. Franchisee always arrange for engineer after 4 days after so much phone calls. They never arrange replaced parts & given false commitment for change the parts in warranty. They have misbehave us & always attend the complain without any proper instruments. We make 4 times complain for single problem faced in ac but they never solved it. We are facing summer problem during temp 45 but their engineer always not interested to resolved the complain. So please help us.

              Air Conditioner is an aspirational product for a middle class family. After living with a 'desert cooler' my parents finally decided to buy an AC for their bedroom.I suggested to go for a premium brand and Hitachi was my recommendation. But they have been suffering since the day they have installed this AC. They bought it on 21st May 2016 from Liberty Associates in Udaipur. The dealer got it installed the next day. The Hitachi service team was supposed to visit for a demo. My parents felt that the cooling was not effective and they contacted the hitachi team. They visited and said the fitting was not done properly and gas was leaking so he did something. But still nothing improved. They visited again and said everything is fine. Since then i have written lot of mails to thier customer support and no response has come. My parents are frustrated as they have invested good chunk of their savings and buying this and it is not giving satisfactory results. I want you to please take charge of this situation and request the company to change the product if need be.

                I have bought a 1.2 Ton Hitachi air conditioner in Arcot, Vellore district - Tamilnadu. When i bought i had very good feedback about the hitachi product. With in a week Hitachi AC stopped working and i have raised a complaint against it. Service person came and said there is some problem with the installation so that Gas was leaking. So he fixed and he asked 200 rupees for the transportation charge. With in a week again AC stopped working and raised a compliant. Now three weeks went no one came to my house for service. I was keep on following up with the customer care and no response.


                Beware of their AC product, They will ask for transporation charge everytime when they visit your home even there is some problem with their installation. Those are hidden charges from them.


                Service person came to our house has no experience to install it. He took almost 4 hours to install that stupid AC and broke something. I have spent 5K more than other AC because i thought Hitachi is a good company but its a waste product.


                Please don't buy Hitachi Product

                  I had purchased an Hitachi A.C.S1.5T RAU318AWD-3* from Kohinoor, Dadar on 5th May 2016. At the installation we observed that the AC is making noise. We registered a complain with Hitachi customer care, after which there engineer visited. But the claimed the AC was fine explaining that since a new unit it will take some days to get sorted. But after the very day the AC started making noise even more. We again resisted a complain again an engineer visited but he also could not discover any fault. After a day or two the AC started making noise like that of some kind of engine running, unbearable. I approached to Kohinoor for the same but no use. Finally I went again to Kohinoor and this time I straight away told that I will loge a Police Complain since you are not ready to take any action against the same. Currently they have mailed the company stating for the replacement of my AC hope this time they take some action. All this results in lot of mental and physical stress.
                  Please don't ever go for any Kohinoor products.

                    This is regarding my Hitachi 1.5 Tom split inverter Ac which i have purchased in April'16.

                    After registering complaint 6 times for same issue, i am writing this mail.

                    One day on turning my AC on, the indoor unit started vibrating and making sound. On May 10, 2016 first time i have raised the service request after 3 days technician from Babyloan visited my house and told me that the blower is damaged hence we will replace it. On that evening i got a message that the complaint is closed. First tell me without resolving problem how can complaint be closed. Then i called service center again and told the issue, they told me that they cannot help me out but can raise another request only. After requesting them to solve my problem they provided me with the number of patparganj service centre who never picked up my phone when required.

                    Till today its been 2 weeks and since then i have raised multiple complains which are resoled without technician visiting my home, the babylon and Patparganj service centre are not answering my calls. i am not able to use my ac in the hottest period of the season.

                    I am regretting on my decision to purchase Hitachi Ac as the Babylon service centre told me that you are the not only customer to serve. We will repair ur AC when we have bandwidth.

                    Never expected such kind of service from Hitachi.

                    I have requested many times for changing my indoor unit as multiple times technician visited my house but are not able to repair it.

                    If you have any policy for customer satisfaction or post sales service, request you to please look into the matter and get is resolve asap.

                      My name is lakshman, due to low cooling problem. I complaint my ac at hitaichi tollfree number[protected] on date 13 may 2016, my complaint number is [protected]. Hitaichi mechanic mr sohail his phone number is [protected] took my ac at service center on 14 may 2016 and said they will return my ac with in 3 to 4 days. But they have not installed my ac at my home till now. When i called to hitachi customer care, they says me our mechanic will call you and tell you all details but nobody called me & when i called to mechanic who took my ac his name is sohail and phone number is [protected], they do not pick my phone.

                      Again i called to hitaichi customer care & they give me reliable care service center number [protected]. When i called on this phone number mr umesh picked my phone but they did not give me any satisfactory answer. From 19 may 2016 everyday i call to customer care, service center and mechanic but no one give any satisfactory answer i am frustrated by hitaichi service, they provide worst service to customer. They do false commitment to customer.

                        Bill n. O. 01l[protected].
                        From day first i is not working properly. It is a defective piece and company is not replacing it and misbehaving with me on call.
                        1. Outdoor unit pcb unit malfunction.
                        2.Indoor unit pcb malfunction.
                        3. Remote control unit defect.
                        4. Panel swing defect.
                        Since day one it is not performing.
                        Its servicenter employee is misbehaving with me on phone, when i asked im to replace the unit.

                          We bought AC ajust a month ago and it's not working properly as it has cooling problem. We complaint almost 10 times and did escalate too on emails but haven't received proper response and solution. A person visit our home Friday after complaint he check the problem and told us that one part of AC is not working he will come tomorrow and replace the part. But he hasn't visited yet it's Monday and we received text from your company that your complaint has been resolved. How a person could do this without solving a problem. And there is no personal number and escalate level mention on website and customer care not providing any number. How customer contact if there problem hasn't been resolved after so many follow up. Customer never thought this kind of after sale service. If we already know that why we purchase Hitachi products when there are many good option available in cheaper price. Very disappointing service. Never suggest anyone to buy Hitachi products specially AC. My contact no is [protected]

                            HI i purchased hitachi ac in chennai from reliance digital anna nagar, the product was a waste of money from day 1 it was not working, we complaint the store they send some tech and do repair work still the issue going on, called several time to hitachi customer care just to know that ac is fine, they keep on saying we need to talk to reliance, and the reliance tech dont take any interest to fix it permanently, i am so fed up with the product dont know what to do - there are several ac company which comes in a cheap rate and works amazing but after paying this amount i feel like cheated and cant do any thing

                            hanks for your acknowledgement but let me tell you if I purchase a brand and I need a tech from your brand Hitachi what need to be done ? If I knew that the after sale service will be provided from reliance I would have bought a reliance ac not a Hitachi one . your company is selling a product and don't take care of service that shows your loyalty and responsible towards your customer, this is a faulty unit I need it to be exchanged not repaired, stop cheating customers as we can't take a trial of this kind of product before payment, the time it was installed its having a prob even I have signed document of the tech who came for installation, this is the worst customer service done by Hitachi, I was a loyal customer of godrej AC and I was so happy just some told me to go for Hitachi I been fooled by that and reliance used to keep all the used product which I have experienced in new Delhi as well, pathetic service as you guys are not bother what does I feel when I paid 40 k for this stupid box, if you can replace the complete unit or send a Hitachi tech to check its fine or I don't have time to explain how I feel like to be cheated by a company who is least bother about there customer

                              I had brought my hitachi split ac on 25/03/2015
                              after the installation of the ac i had no cooling after a month the performance had reduced to no cooling effect.
                              since my father insisted me to go on to buy o general but i refused to
                              buy hitachi.Now my warranty is over and again 22/05/2016 i had called the customer care for no cooling.they said theyll sent an expert technician by costing me of Rs 500 for just visiting

                                Hi,

                                I have registered 2 servicing request for my 1.5 tonne window ac from hitachi, for servicing at hyderabad, kondapur.

                                First servicerequest was on 23rd april, and second servicerequest was on 15th may under registered mobile number.

                                I have also registered complaints with hitachi-hli, for the two servicing requests being not done:-
                                Complaint #[protected] on 15th may (For service request dated 23rd april)
                                Complaint #[protected] on 21st may (For service request dated 15th may).

                                Due to lack of service my electricity bill for the current month has doubled, since the ac has to work overtime to provide cooling. Request for reimbursement for the same and prompt servicing.

                                  I had bought a hitachi 1.5 ton rau518kudb logicool 5 star ac on 10th may 2015 through invoice no-ver/0270, venus e-mart private limited rohini sec-16. It developed some problem around 7th of may’16. We lodged a complaint through telephone number [protected] and 35324848 the same day. Though we were promised that the technician would arrive within 48 hrs but till date no one has visited our house. Our repeated follow-ups didn’t yield any result as we were only told to wait.
                                  This is highly disturbing that a reputed company like hitachi can’t live up to its commitments even after multiple follow-ups. It seems to be a deliberate ploy by hitachi to delay sending the technician so that the a/c runs out of warranty period. This would enable hitachi to charge exorbitantly from the customer. It is a pity that hitachi has resorted to such cheap tactics to mint money from their customer.
                                  I will be forced to lodge this complaint through appropriate authorities on the atrocity we have been subjected to due to delayed tactics employed by your company.
                                  I need immediate action asap.

                                    Hitachi product : hitachi rau318hvdob 1.5 ton 3 star split ac

                                    Product is making extreme noise and vibration (More than 60db). I had done multiple complaint and techinical ; mr. Harshit visited many times but issue is not solved.

                                    I had also wrote to management but no resolution is provided from them.

                                    On 16th may 2016 ; i talked to manager mr. Bhavesh banker @ [protected]. He sent the technician again. Not solved.

                                    I requested many times.. If you can not solve please replace the product. But no response from them.

                                    This is really mental harashment by hitachi. I am not able to sleep properly and this affects in my jobs. Hitachi is responsible for any physical or financial losses. Please solve this isse.

                                      1.I purchased a brand new Window AC model no.RAW 511KUD 1 ton 5 Star(date of purchase:19/04/2016(BILL NO: 02, AMOUNT:Rs 25000/-) from Vansh Electronics, Laxmi nagar

                                      2. after purchasing when I tried to use this AC, It came to know that my AC is not cooling properly.

                                      3.Due to non-presence in Delhi, I complaint it to customer care no.[protected] on 04.05.2016 which complain no. is.[protected]

                                      4.Complainant attended on 05.05.2016 evening by technician of Hitachi & as per him due to gas leakage cooling not proper, after that I called several times to customer care for rectification of AC, on dated 12.05.2016 again technician came & my window AC taken away to service centre for gas refiling. After that again I called several times to service centre on 15.05 & 16.05 regarding status of my window AC, on dated 17.05.2016 my Window AC returned & installed at my home but in presence of technician of Hitachi AC remote not working, again I called both customer care & service centre regarding this new problem, which complain no. is [protected]again on dated 18.05.2016 evening technician Md. Arman came & attended my AC & as per him display of my window AC is defective, same I conveyed to service centre as well as customer care.
                                      5. On dated 19.05.2016 afternoon technician of Hitachi again came at my home with new display & tried to rectify my AC but in vain, after installation of new display my AC remote again not working, same I conveyed to service centre & demanded replacement of defective AC with new one. Besides this I send mail to [protected]@jci-hitachi.com regarding whole matter on 19.05.2016.This matter also conveyed to shop owner but he refused & said this matter will be solved by Hitachi.

                                        One split ac was installed by the company on 13.06.2015. During the one year period ending 12.06.2016 the company has provided only one service. I have registered 2 service requests-one no.[protected] on 09.05.2016 and the other no. [protected] dt. 17.05.2016 but not a single personnel has attended my ac till today i. E. 20.05.2016. My telephonic contacts also did not yield any result. My complaint sent via e-mail (Customercare @hitachi-hli.com) is not being received by their server.
                                        Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [HHLI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
