I ordered ac on 29th march and i got the equipment delivered on 21st april (Almost took 22days for delivery) and i got the message for installation on the same day. Till now (29th april) no one called me for installation. When i called customer care center for my installation they told that they are creating high priority ticket and will respond for my request within 48 hrs. Twice i requested for installation (23 and 26th), now they are telling from today it would take 8 days for installation.

I hope some action will be taken and technician will attend asap.

My AC is installed at my home which is not working. The technician doesn't know how to give the connections...
I have given complaint multiple times but no one is revert till now. I am seriously not understood what action I need to take or whom I need to approach? Customer executive is telling that it will take 4 more days to attend the request.

My Sincere advice please dont buy any Hitachi Products...I suggest the people who are seeing/Reading this message . .There is no service at all from them.

        I have brought AC on 5 apr and from the very first its make too much noise then i lodge a complaint but no one come then again lodge a complaint but no one come then in third complain one engineer come on 13 apr and he says AC will replace then on next day one more senior engineer come and he also says AC will replace. Now it 28 apr AC is not yet replace.
        They says in case of any grievance connect to management, but no one responded. Customer care call give this no. For contacting service centre [protected] but no one pick. They all ignoring no one responding now.

        Only hope with the judiciary to help me and please protect me.

        I received a call on 28 apr from this no. [protected] after posting complaint. They says he will send again engineer for last time on 29 apr. No engineer come on 29apr neither today(30apr). I call back on this no. No one responding now.
        Dear Sir,

        I have tried all my best to get my AC repaired since last month 4 April 2016and tried all email I'd around 20 service center numbers maximum are non working around 20 complaint at your customer care number .

        You can see the time now because AC is not working all are awaken
        The worst company i have ever seen.have you tried any Service center number or tried to contact Hitachi service then you will come to know 3rd class service provided by your company.

        If your company takes more than 50 day to complete the complaint then better to refund my AMC charges, I will get it done by local AC repairing center.

        If you have any power in Hitachi, to get the work done let me know I f not delete the mail and you can also go to sleep.

          Hi team,

          I bought two split a/c's from hitachi. Where their iniial installation was not done properly and now and then i am facing issues with one air conditioner its in warranty. Thrice i requested for servicing, once i called them directly and twice i requested online they are sending messages that their technician will be available asap but no one is responding. It seems they are only concentrating on selling not on service. I am really feeling bad and i hope this site will help me in getting my issue fixed.

            I have purchase the above ac from sargam elecronics vide invoice no: spreet-012947 on dated 27 march 2016 & the window has install by the authorised person of the company.

            But at the time of installation the front cover has broken by the installing person & i have lodge a complain on phone at the same time at the sargam electronics pvt ltd, they have assure to replace the breakage part shortly but now we feel that they are linger on me & not provide the further assistance to replace the brakage cover as i have inform him on 29th march 2016 at the time of installation.

            Now, i have regular remind him but no response received till date. Kindly ensure to resolve my problem as mention accordingly & oblige.

                My new ac purchased in august '15 stopped cooling after 8 months (April '16).
                First, i got tired of trying to reach the customer service number because either the numbers are not reachable, invalid or nobody answers the call.
                I filed for a service request on the web-site. All i got was a text message with the reference id - [protected]
                Finally i was able to receive the service center number from the dealer who provided me with the ac. On calling they confirmed receving the request, but they had not approached or called me back yet until now. It had been 2 days.
                I was promised to be attended on saturday but when i called back at 6pm, i was told that no technition can come anymore and no service will be available on sunday.

                3 days have gone now with no ac in soaring temperatures of 42degrees in jamshedpur.

                On monday (4th day), finally the service man arrives at 2 pm after calling repetitively. He just switches on the ac asks for the papers and returns. Touches nothing in the ac. And closes the complaint and opens another with id - [protected].

                After much fuss, finally the technitions arrived. Now their complaint is that they are not able to reach the unit which is a little elevated on the ground floor with the ladder available.
                Let me tell you i have had samsung ac for 7 years before this in the same position. And the hitachi ac was installed by the hitachi technitions only in the same position. Now are you telling me that area which were accessible for installation cannot be accessed for maintainance anymore?

                My queries to the management -
                1)i have repeatedly mentioned this over the call that ac is not cooling. Why was i not guided to raise the correct request if the type of request raised was incorrect.
                2)there are no deadline for your service? If i raise a complaint i am suppose to wait for years just to hear back from you ? Also, if i do find a number where i can reach your customer care, i also have to assume the role of your assistant to keep reminding you about the service.
                3)why doesn't anyone recieve calls on the numbers displayed publically for your customer care.
                4)how do you find technitions who claim that places accessible to install an ac cannot be accessed for maintainance ? Must be a unique talent requirement for hitachi.

                  I purchased 2t hitachi ac zunoh 5200f based on the great specifications of this ac.unfortunately i never realised what i wasin for.i wish i had read the numerous complaints regrding hitachi india and their poor customer service.
                  initially they said it would beinstalled in 2 days and now its a week . their customer service number can only do is talk and provide literally zero real service.
                  after waiting 2 days i have been either calling them atleast twice day and they even give u the service center number of the technician from hyderabad who will come and install. unfortunatelyoverwhelming majority of thetimethey never picked up the phone whetherits land lineor scell. the service center herein hyderabad is neocool system .
                  i called them upagain and now they give a different service centr number in new bowenpally . before tht the dial a care number personnelhave given me numerous numbers of the technicians and they r switched off ornever work.
                  i tried contacting with the management thru their online forms and none of them from the level 1 management thru to the top management contact u.
                  this is the pathetic state of the hitachi india.
                  myaimis to informu these people will take ur money just be careful. hitachi india service like i guess for many japanese products in india is very very very poor.

                    No one turned up even after 48 hrs.

                    I have made several calls to hitachi customer care and every time i receive same reply - "technician is already assigned we will check why they are not attending".

                      I have purchased a 2 ton hitachi ac having model number zunoh rau324avd-3s-sac-wht on[protected] and after installation it was found that its pcb is not working as confirmed by the engineer from hitachi who visited on 23.04.2016 after my complaint.

                      I further registered the complain at the next showroom for replacement from where it was purchased but they informed me that the same model is not in stock.

                      I am yet to receive a response regarding changing of machine. Kindly take this matter on priority as its a pathetic to be fooled around by such unethical companies.

                      I want someone to take up the responsibility at your end & resolve the issue on priority.

                        I am a Hitachi employee, I had booked Hitachi a/c provided for hitachi group employees .

                        I am trying to raised a service request from Mar-15 but for 10 days their customer care no. was always busy some home I managed to get customer care no. then their server was slow and they have not taken service request.

                        Than I decided to call directly to Sr. officers but everyone giving no. of other person and no one providing solution. At last when I received no. of Mr. Anurag who are giving me dates from last 15 days and still I am waiting for service. at last I have taken paid service to my nearby market in place of free service for which I was eligible.

                        This is a big question on leadership of hitachi which has very good brand name.

                            I am a hitachi it employee, i had booked hitachi a/c provided for hitachi group employees .We booked on april 2 and got delivery on april 11.The time given for delivery was 15 days but we got it within 15 days. So far it was good.

                            We raised service request on april15 for installation. We were told that technicial will attend within 48 hrs and request has been forwarded to hyderabad service centre. No one turned up even after 48 hrs. I have made more than 10-15 calls to hitachi customer care and every time i recieve same reply - "technician is already assigned we will check why they are not attending", i told them to give hyderabad service centre number so that i ll contact directly, they gave 3 numbers([protected],[protected], [protected]) of which 2 are not working and i is not related to hyderabad.

                            Some how i got a number of hyderabad service centre([protected]). I called today morning but did not lift. I messaged hime will go to consumer court, they i got a callback asking for request number, he comfirmed details and said technicial will attend today, but still no one came.

                            I don't understand why brand like hitachi has such poor service centres who do have any professionalism or ethics. Do you think i will ever recommed again any hitachi product? Why? Because of the service centres and customer care.

                            Finally I got my hitachi a/c installed today after a long wait. I got a call on the next day I raised a complaint. and it was installed on next day.Thanks

                            I am having the same experience as well. I also bought a AC from Hitachi Site which was delivered after 10 days but this was informed to me earlier but after delivery the installation request is not being attended at all.

                            My Service request number is : [protected]. Its been 4 days and no response. Called Customer care 5 times and no use.

                            The did gave a number[protected], which no one is answering. Really disappointed with Hitachi service.

                              I registered a complaint and and executive came on 08.04.16 as per the attached bill.

                              He told me there is no problem with my AC and the problem is in stablizer, I told him to do it direct and check but he refused and took money stating that AC is fine I should get my stablizer repaired.

                              I did got it repaired and still the problem is with the AC as the compressor switches off and turns on after 30 min but the compressor light stays.

                              I have been cheated an taken with 500 rs also just to make a fool out of me.

                              I am going to register a complaint in court and send a legal notice regarding hitachi for cheating and fraudulent activities.

                                I have purchased an air conditioner from kishore enterprises Patna Bihar in february 2015. I have been complaining about not maintaining its cooling capacity again and again. But despite several visits the matter has not been dealt with. Again I have logged in a complaint about the same seven days back. No response has been received till now.
                                Under such hot and humid conditions the purchase of AC has lost its purpose.

                                  I have purchased 2, 1.5 ton Hitachi split AC, on 15th April 2016, from croma store, Secundrabad, Telengana.
                                  As per their initial message the AC should be installed within 48 hours.
                                  But still no one has yet come for installation.
                                  Kindly send Your technician for installation of AC at least by tomorrow.

                                      Hi.

                                      I have purchased new window a/c on 9/04/2016 hitachi rav 518hud 5 star was been purchased & installed at my residence - t-29 /f7 road no 20 baljeet nagar, new delhi - 11008...But just after the installation it came to our notice that the a/c moter is not working.
                                      I perched a ac on 9/4/2016 from vijay sales patel nagar branch & within next day notice that the a/c moter is not working .. I have submitted a request regarding the replenishment of my product but last 3 day no body is response to me anything regarding my replacement i have follow up by every day. The complement is registered for my name only no request number is given my name is ishwari dutt
                                      I was been told your complain would be attended with in three working days, but unfortunately my complain was not attended very seriesly.

                                      Thus at the end i could only say... Till now the hitachi experience has given memorable bad experiences...And to continue further
                                      I presume my request would be taken seriously and the company will prioritize the action asap before summer season diminishes .

                                        I have a hitachi split since almost five years and this ac was given by my parents on my wedding which has now become an embarrassment for me.
                                        Every year during start of summers it has some problem some times gas leakage some times censor issues etc .
                                        I am fed up of paying local vendors, i have a small baby so i dont get time to call some from hitachi customer care as they take 2-3 days for coming and in peak summers it is very difficult to be without ac for a single day also .I am gone mad sending mails trying calling them but no responses.

                                        Please help, i hope through this forum i should get some relief .
