Hi,
Am premnath, i bought a new ac, 9 months back. Split ac - 1.5tr hitachi kampa - rau318hudd. I requested for service past 6 month. I have 3 free service for first one year. No one come. I purchased through sathya agency tutocorin. I have called lot of time, requested for service. But theu also not doing anything. Compliant no 889833 this is given from sathya agency. Please resolve this. My ac not properly working.

    Hello,

    I have a hitachi 1 ton split ac in my house that was purchased in june 2015 and is still within the warranty period. It stopped working on april 14, 2016 and even after calling the hitachi dial a care center multiple times, i have not received any response. The ref. No for compliant is : [protected].

    It is the peak of summer and if the ac does not work in the time when it is needed the most, then what is the point ? We have senior citizens in our house and they are suffering because of your poor customer service .

    Please try to resolve this issue urgently. This is not something that is expected from a reputed name like hitachi.

      I bought a new window air conditioner on 8th may but the ac can not start. It has a manufacturing defect. I want to contact with customer care service 100 times, but they did not respond any more. They did not help me to solve this problem. It was bought for my father and my father was a heart patient. Doctor advised for ac, but this is not possible for him. Please help me immediately.

        My name is ajith. I am from kochi kerala. I had purchased one hitachi 1.2 ton ac on 9th april of this month from nandilath g mart, edappally, kochi, kerala
        As per vendor they will book for the installation of ac. But after waiting for 3 days i
        Hav not received any calls from hitachi. So i called hitachi customer care and they said my registered mobile number is not yet registered
        And the guy in customer care vishal said the dealer is misleading the information that they will book for the installation
        The customer had to call directly.
        I registered through customer care on wednesday.
        I got an sms also which is pasted below

        Dear customer your installation req. [protected] for the air conditioner shall be attended asap. Share cdn:-2756 if you are satisfied with our engineer.

        On thursday i called customer care again as a remainder.
        Another guy said their duration for action is 48 hours and within 48 hours they will take action

        It has been 60+ hours and no one is taken any action
        I have not purchased this ac to put in show case

        We friends bought 5 acs together from same dealer 3 daikins and 2 hitachis
        All the 3 daikins installed within 2 days from the date of purchase

        Only this bloody bull is not getting installed

        Rainy season will start from the end of next week and wat is the benefit of ac after that

        The worst customer support as far as a product is concerned

        My worst decision to buy ur ac

          Ordered a hitachi air conditioner on 28.03.16. Order no is 17874. Item is delivered, but invoice details are wrong. Amount in invoice is wrong, order date is wrong. I have purchased air conditioner model rau518avd and have paid rs 42, 820/- but in the invoice the amount is indicated as rs 33, 760/-. Order date is mentioned as 01.04.16 instead of 28.03.16

            I booked one refrigerator model no. Rvg540pnd3kx (Ggr) 489 lts. For rs. 64500/- on 11/04/2016 with 0% finance, 0% processing, no file charges from bajaj finance and free home delivery and installation. I got a call from your dealer bansal electronics that come to their shop at sector 16, panchkula for completion of formalities. When i went their he starts demanding 1% extra. I told him that product was booked with above mentioned offer and it was told by hitachi officials. After making some calls he agreed. Now he started demanding bajaj finance card issuing charges which i denied. After some exchange of words he agree not to issue card. Now he starts demanding carriage. I told him that the home delivery & installation is free, but he denied to give the delivery and returned my papers after wasting my one and half an hour. Now what i should do, guide. Booking sr.               I bought an ac on 11th april 2015 from rajapuri, dwarka new delhi.
              While buying the product, no one told us that the ac has to be serviced thrice in the first year. I booked a service request (Request no. [protected]) yesterday and service engineers turned up today itself for servicing. My warranty expired just yesterday which presumably the service engineers were aware of. So on immediate inspection he pointed out that the gas has leaked and is not functioning properly. He quoted a cost of 3500 + service tax for repairs and service. They did not even bother about the warranty having expired just a day back. I am now concerned that the the issue mentioned is a faux and the service engineers are fraudulent. I bought a hitachi hoping it was a good brand. However this shows the level of customer centricity firms have. I am bewildered that an ac from such a reputed brand can go kaput in less than a years time. I certainly won't recommend hitachi ac to anyone. God help people like us who have already invested in them!!
              I am just hoping that this is not some kind of a scam the third party service centres are pulling on us!!!

                Bought two new AC's last year from Hitachi but their service is very poor, customer care representatives are very rude and doesn't understand the problem just give excuses.

                Logged services request no. [protected] three days back, at the time of logging request I have told that technician will come in next 48 hours and now its more than 65 hours. Neither I have got any call nor any update till now, called customer care 3-4 times and every time I have been provided a new excuse. Tried to contact customer care representatives through chat bit got excuse that our system is not working. Mailed customer care and other members for the issue but haven't got a single reply till today.

                Request you to please do the needful.

                    Dear madam/ sir, date :06/07/2016

                    I have 2 nos air conditioner, the both ac are in amc. Due to yous 3rd class after sales services.Both ac are not working . I am suffering from last 10 days i was registered a servicing call . But sorry to say, on 28th march-16 technicians come from reliable care for servicing rashid market east delhi, . And said 1 ac is not working properly due gess problem . So for charging we will carry this ac for gess charging .And you will pay rs.750, for transportation charges.I was agreed after discussion with your call center.

                    And 2nd ac also not working . After many follow ups with mr. Aftab (Reliable care) on mobile no.[protected] & [protected]. On 4th april we got information, that reliable care is not qualified for hot & cold ac.And my ac is shift in hitachi work shop for repair & please contact mr. Anurag on mobile no.[protected].

                    Today morning i talk with mr. Anurag. Requested at least give me 1ac in working condition for my old age mother in this summer season.

                    It is very surprising no response from hitachi till the time .


                    Now i feel hitachi not understand request.

                    It is very clear, if my both air conditioner not repaired till tomorrow . I will take legal action against hitachi.3rd class after sales services of hitachi air conditioner

                      My complaint number [protected] was registered on 2nd april, 2016. I have taken annual maintenance facility from hitachi on 23rd deb, 2016 for split ac 1.5 tn. My split ac is not working & not giving cool air. I have called up several times on customer care, they say they have noted, but no action is taken. Spoken to pardam on customer care, he said engineer is absent. Does hitachi have only one engineer with them to visit customer places and resolve issues.. My complaint is not being addressed, no engineer has visited our place. I am very disappointed with this service level and that too when i have paid for annual maintenance contract. I have also sent mail on [protected]@hitachi-hli.com regarding this complaint, i wonder do they check their nails or not.

                      And look at the customer care[protected], call is put on hold saying out customer care executives are busy right now. Pl register your phone number will all back. Despite doing everything no service is being given to us.

                      I am planning to buy another ac from hitachi but after this horrible experience i will have to change my mind.

                      Pl help.

                      Pl resolve my issue on an urgent basis.

                        I brought Ac from bajaj electronics, hyderabad on 30th march and that guy told that installation will get it done within 2 days.After 5 days also no one turned up from Hitachi.then again i follow up no of times with hitachi customer care it's literally pathetic, no proper information and disconnected calls without any intimation.Even i wrote mail to customer care, i never received any response from so called customer care.Sincere request is don't buy hitachi product.

                          Despite repeated request from us you have not been able to fix the AC . Not even a technical has shown up to address the issue.

                          From now take this issue very seriously or we have to take appropriate actions.

                            I purchased two ac s from gip garden galleria on 27th march . Ac s were fixed on 01 04 2016 . In my bill invoice slfo2a[protected] .It was mentioned that installation is free, but the person who came to fix charged rs1000 +700 for one fixture. Installation quality was very poor . Abnormal sound is coming from compressor . He was totally inexperienced and could not even explain basic function of remote. Still problem remained unresolved . I was not expecting so poor service from croma and hitachi both such a reputed companies.Pl do some damage control.

                              I have bought one Hitachi 1.5 ton Spli AC ( RAU318HUDD )last week and it has been installed on 29th March 2016.
                              After just 2 days the AC stopped working, i have lodged complaint on that day and one service man came on next day and told that the installation person has bent the GAS pipe so much that the indor unit has to be replaced.
                              But after that almost 2 days past no response from him so i have called customer care several times but they are saying that they can only register complaint and service centre has to do the rest.

                              Please let me know is it a fault of mine to buy Hitachi AC, that within 2 days it has stopped working due to Hitachi installation person and then no one is replacing it.

                              Dear Sir,

                              4 days have passed already but my AC has not been replaced so far.
                              I have called helpline number 35324848 several times, but each time they are registering the complaint and saying within 48 hours it will solved.
                              But still my AC is not working and no one is even bothered to attend it.

                              I have got 3 service centre manager number as well [protected] and [protected] and [protected], but all the numbers are always busy, I am trying for 3 days.
                              Could you please help me in replacing / repairing the AC.

                              My complaint numbers [protected] has been closed by HITACHI without resolving the issue, didn't understand gow they can do it.

                              My other existing complaint number is -- [protected], which has been raised by HITACHI personnel on 04th April 2016, but again 48 hours has been passed without any update. ( From 1st of April i am waiting for the replacement of my AC )


                              Please let me know if there someways to escalate this matter.

                                I bought an ac on 8th march 2015 from kapila electronics(Janakpuri, new delhi). While buying the product, no one told us that the ac has to be serviced thrice in the first year.
                                Yesterday i switched on my ac first time after last summers and it was making a lot of noise. I immediately made a service request, i knew that my warranty has expired and i will have to pay for it, however the technician told me that there is gas issue and it will cost inr 3500 along with inr 750 service cost. I have no other option but to pay right now however i expect hitachi to pay this 3500 as it has only been 25 days out of warranty and i expect some customer centric approach here.

                                The exact same issue happened to me today. The service engineer visited, checked and mentioned the exact same issue. Also quoted the same amount. I bought mine from Rajapuri (near Dwarka). My warranty expired just yesterday and they did not even bother about that. I bought a Hitachi hoping it was a good brand.                                   Good Day,

                                  I had purchased a window AC of following details on 24th Dec 2015 :

                                  Model No: RAU513HUD
                                  Machine Serial No - 150M05054

                                  while installing the AC the technician noticed some abnormal sound coming from the AC, he made some adjustment to the inclination and suggested that the noise was because the machine is new and will go off after few days of running.

                                  Presently as the Noise started aggravating we requested for a service from Hitachi via your customer care number[protected] on 27th March'2016. The address for service is as follows:

                                  Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400078
                                  India.

                                  Today i.e. 30th March'16 the service personnel / technician visited and tried to solve the issue, however they have confirmed that the ABNORMAL NOISE WAS COMING FROM THE COMPRESSOR and the Compressor is defective.

                                  The Service Personnel requested us to write to the customer care for replacement of the unit. None the less the Unit also has the following defects which definitely requires a replacement.

                                  The Evaporator unit has damaged fins at various place and the damage is quite extensive, exposing the tube at various places.
                                  The Compressor is making abnormally high nose.

                                  This is having a very negative effect on the usage of the AC and it is so noisy that using it during nigh/silent hours is very disturbing.

                                  We had very high regards to HITACHI products but unfortunately the whole experience has been devastating so far.


                                  We request you to do the needful to replace this unit at the earliest. Using this product presently is nothing more than a nightmare.

                                  look forward to hearing from you for the replacement of the unit at he earliest.

                                      I have bought one hitachi 1.5 ton inverter split ac (Model no.Ras 019eueaz1 i/d & rac 019eueaz1 o/d) on 16.01.2015 from great eastern trading co., sodepur, north 24 parganas, west bengal. The company has to give one free service within one year warranty period.The service center has contacted two times over telephone for the free servicing and given two different dates for the same, they were also forcing me to make annual maintenance contract for the machine which i disagree .After that they did not come for the servicing.Now they are saying that as my warranty is over i have to pay for the service.In this connection i pray your kind favour for an early solution of the problem.

                                      I have bought one Hitachi 1.5 Ton Inverter Split AC (Model No.RAS 019EUEAZ1 I/D & RAC 019EUEAZ1 O/D) on 16.01.2015 from Great Eastern Trading Co., Sodepur, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. The company has to give one free service within one year warranty period.The service center has contacted two times over telephone for the free servicing and given two different dates for the same, they were also forcing me to make Annual Maintenance Contract for the Machine which I disagree .After that they did not come for the servicing.Now they are saying that as my warranty is over I have to pay for the service.In this connection I pray your kind favour for an early solution of the problem.

                                        I have purchased a refrigerator of hitachi company on and at the 1st year only the refrigerator doesnt work .the service person comes and tells us that we have to open the box and see . it seems that they have give us a damage product. i requested them for a replacement of the product.but there is no response from there side
