I bought a Hitachi Refrigerator (Model No. R- SG 37BPND - 4 BK) on 19 Jan 2013 from Ace Technomark, J 36/37, Sector 18, Noida for Rs 49, 500.00. Invoice No 2892, Book No. 58, 7223X. Hitachi offers 1+4 years of Warranty against Manufacturing Defects. The Refrigerator refused to work in the month of May 2013 and despite repeated complaints, Hitachi refused to replace the piece. They temporarily repaired the Refrigerator which has once again gone faulty on 30 Aug 2015. Repair charges taken by "Repairing Service Solution", Shop No 27, 1st Floor, Kiran Garden, New Delhi who are the authorised repair centre for Hitachi were Rs 6750.00. The Refrigerator was repaired with a warranty of 3 months, however, the Refrigerator again packed off on 31 Aug 2015. I fail to understand as to why action was not taken again Hitachi against my complaint lodged on 29 May 2013 with the Consumer Forum. I had a Bosh freezer and contacted Repairing Service Solution, Shop No. 27, Kiran Garden, New Delhi for its repair. They charged Rs. 5710.00 to replace the defrost motor. Alias, it never got rectified. 3 months guarantee from 28.8.2015 is getting expired soon. Either their phone is switched off or some number rings, but they disconnect immediately. I am going to file an FIR and hope, no body falls in the trap of this fraudulent outfit.

    Gas leakage Quantity / Manufacture defect Hi, I had ordered "Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star split air conditioner" of 2 quantities from Flipkart seller "WS retail" with order id OD[protected] . Hi Flipkart Team, Now a days, your trust with the customers are not up to the mark. I will explain the simple as well as worst experience from you and your support. After the installation of my Hitachi A/C, from the day1 to till now there was no cooling due to huge gas leakage. I made 5 tickets directly with Hitachi. Twice gas refilled by Hitachi Technician. Finally fed-up with that product and raised the refund request. Your team scheduled a call with Hitachi technician and he visited today and confirmed that the defective product. Again when I approached customer care, your guys are simply disconnected my calls. After 5th time spoke with your guy and explained the full history. But your guy again need to schedule another ticket with Hitachi for the same issue. Please give the clarity of the below questions 1. Almost a month wasted my money, still I didn't utilize the facility? You need to provide the justification? 2. Whenever I approached your customer care, only focus / support seller. Why? 3. Are you plan with run the show with-out any customers? 4. As per the flip kart friendly return policy, if defective product you need to give the refund? 5. Why keep on schedule the call with Hitachi rather than provide the permanent fix for Customer? 6. If I am not getting any proper response or refund, I would like to bring this to Consumer Court with all my evidences. It is not a big deal now a days to damage the brand name via media and social networks. So based on your reply, will act accordingly. Note: You are treating the customer like this but today also I order DigiCam and Jerkin. So think and do the right way. If no customer then no business. I am regular customer of flipkart and I was happy shopping from flipkart till now but this issue has upset me a lot. We are middle class people and in this kind of situation puts us in trouble to shop further from flipkart. I am hoping they call us within 24 hrs or else I need to escalate this careless matter to consumer complaint forum. Can this be looked on high priority?

      I had registered a complaint([protected]) 5 days ago that my AC is not starting and no one from service center called me to give a timing to visit my AC ..And even I have 1 yr AMC plan.
      After numerous calls to call center didnt yeild any results.. I had called service center directly and even then I am being told a service engineer will come today.. But they are not saying any timeline on when they would come. Should I simply wait for the service engineer for the whole day without doing any other work ?

        I have purchased Hitach glass top 3 door refrigerator from Vijay sales, Ashram road, Ahmedabad-61 on 15/06/2015. From the day one cooling in fridge compartment is low.We have complained more than 5 times for the same. After so much of follow up technican come, he changed some part nd than next day cooling was 0%. Again we complained, he came, took photos, did something nd ask to wait for 2 days. Now there is very low cooling. We can't keep things in it as it get spoiled. Now today when i called up, he is saying instead of no cooling atleast low cooling is there. So u manage. What the hell is this. Hitachi's service is worst nd i would ask everyone not to buy Hitachi products. Worst service nd worst manpower. All cheaters.. After spending so much money, we r suffering from past 2 months.They have opened new refrigerator twice but still problem is same. They should replace a piece bt they r not willing to repair it also. I will never recommend Hitachi products to anyone.

              I have purchased one HITACHI Make inverter split AC (Model RAU019CVEA, KASHIKOI 400i) FROM KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, MADHYAMGRAM.but to my utter surprise the high valued item fails to function since its installation ie.30.05.2015 for damaged blower, after several communication a replacement was provided after 18 days which again shows low cooling . The service station has picked it for checking at their end (on the basis of complaint no : [protected] dt 07.08.2015) but till today nothing positive has been heard from them except assurance. It is not understandable to me that why such a defective units are floated in market by world renowned HITACHI. I am writing this to bring this matter to the authority as well as to HITACHI official to look into the matter at an urgent basis so that a solution can be obtained immediately .                 This is to bring your that service provided by "HITACHI " is absolutely pathetic. I have tried to talk on Gurgaon Helpline no. which is "[protected]", they simply pick up the phone and put it on the table without answering anything. Then i talked to Toll Free Customer care No. "[protected]", they attended the phone but hardly answering any quarries. I have registered a complaint for AC repair on no."[protected]" and waiting for Hours for their Service request Conformation. "HITACHI CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS and WORST EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE" Details of Complaint:- 1 Failure of A/c Date :16.08.2015 Time: 8: 00 AM 2 Complaint Date : 17.08.2015 Time: 07: 00 AM 3 Not received any conformation by SMS till 11:05 AM any Customer Care is hardly answering any quarries without any satisfactory answer.

                    I bought my hitachi refrigerator on 11jan 2015 back.. and from past 3 months it is creating problems.. the fridge is producing so much of water droplets which the converts into ice... i register the complaint in hitachi but the executive come after one month with an old belt so we reject the belt and now after 2 months nobody come to resolve the problem ... shame on hitachi... worst service ever seen

                      We have taken a/c service contract from hitachi. They never follow up for services. We as a customer have to remind them everytime that their services are due. To add on their service guys are never on time / date that they confirm. After paying so much this is what we have to experience.

                        I purchased a double door fridge from K.K. SALES, Allahabad on 1st april 2015, after few days I noticed that the lower door of fridge is not being closed properly, I called so many times since may 2015 to dealer, local service center and even Hitachi customer call center to attend the problem but after dozens of call their service came without having any spare part on 29th of july, he said that he will come after 1 week to attend this. But till the date problem is at same level. Now LED display of my window AC has become faulty purchased on same date, dealer is not receiving my call, so today in the morning I emailed to hitachi regarding this but no reply mail has come from their side.

                          I had purchased 1.5 ton split ac of Hitachi from ashoka traders sec 16 faridabad last year in May.after installation the ac stopped working the very next day and the compressor was very noisy.we lodged complaint on Hitachi customer care no. and engineer came to check..first they said that compressor is not fine..then they said that the noise is normal n compressor is fine however we were not satisfied with it as we hv 3 more ac n no compressor makes such noise..we again complained but with no resolution.. Finally they told us that stabiliser is not okay so we got it replaced..we still complained about defective compressor n told them to replace the complete piece but they did not..now since last 2 weeks we have lodged complaint as our compressor has stopped working enginerr came to check n confirmed that compressor is not working n told us that they will replace it but till today it is not replaced.. It's a pure harresment as we have been chasing them since two weeks now and every time some new agent picks phone and gives same story that they will replace the compressor but its all lie

                            The visiting charges are too high @ 500/- It is equivalent to any doctor's visiting charges at home. The service guy took 500/- only to say that there is gas leak in AC. The gas leak charges are 3250/- which is very much higher than any other AC company in India. This is too expensive.

                                THE DETAILS OF HITACHI A.C 1.5 TON UPDATE WHICH I HAD PURCHASED - I had purchased one hitachi A.C 1.5 ton on 4th may 2015 from sales corner, Vadodara. It has arrived evening on the same day. -A.C. installed on 5th may 2015. By the tech. of Hitachi co. It is found that there is no gas in the outer unit of the newly fitted A.C. The rep. has reported to Vadodara service centre in the noon time. The complaint No. is [protected]. We had tried to contact in the next morning(6th-May) Vadodara office. Also contacted to customer care centre Mr.Ravi at 10.50AM. He said that the matter/complaint will be solved with in 48 hrs. And also the complaint given to Asoka team, Ticket no.2673116. -I had contacted to cust. Care centre at 16.10 PM on 6th may -2015. They said that some updation is going on. So the work will be delayed. -I had contacted to Sales corner. The above complaint had given at 15-40 PM. On 6th may 2015.Also contacted to Mr SAGAR(Manager) Hitachi Vadodara/Incharge.(Mob. No.[protected]. He has agreed to replace the unit within two days. -I had contacted customer care and Hitachi head(SAGAR) many times on 8th May. -SAGAR assured me that the unit will be replacement is in progress. It will be replaced with in two or three days(12 th or 13thth May-2015). -I had contacted to sales corner Mrs. Roshni on 10th May 2015. She said that the unit will be replaced shortly. -After several reminders finally the unit has arrived on 13th May 2015 and installed on 13th May 2015. The technicians asked for installation charges. But we had argued and the amount not given. During purchasing it is agreed that the installation is free of charge. -The above correspondence was during peak summer at 42-45 degree temperature. Then what is the use of A.C . - On 17th July I had complained to customer care centre about the No cooling complaint Complaint no. [protected]. Mehanics had arrived, checked and reported on 17/07/2015 that the gas has leaked. Mechanics also reported to Vadodara office. In the evening the message is received that the complaint is closed. - I repeatedly lodged another complaint. Complaint no.[protected] on 17/07/2015. - I also contacted to Manager Hitachi Vadodara Mr Sanjay and given the above complaint no. --This summer is gone. Not get the pleasure of A.C this summer. - Kindly replace the unit as early as possible. - Delay in your side an attempt will be file the matter in consumer forum. I contacted to Hitachi Vadodara office manager Mr. Huzafa. He is agreed earlier that the machine will be replaced on 24/07/2015. But the unit has not been replaced. Again another date given is 28/07/2015. Till today the unit is not replaced. I had contacted to customer care. The complaint no. [protected] is still pending. I am fed up with Hitachi co.                                   I had purchase the hitachi refrigerator in 6/11/2015 which is not working since last 10 days. The service engg was come to check it and said that the PCB card is not working and will replace within 2 days, but till date no one has come. Today I have regd. one more complaint online on hitachi site so that I can get some help

                                    Hi, I bought a Hitachi Split AC 1.5 TON on 26 April 2015 from Electronic Planet. Bill no. EPR-284, Dated[protected], Shop # SCF 95, Phase-7, Mohali (Punjab) Tel[protected]. I am facing the following problems in my AC which already brought to the knowledge of the dealer: 1. The AC stops cooling in-between. Now there is continue dropping of water from front side. 2. The dealer advised to clean the filters but it is as such after filters cleaning. 3. The front cover is not closed properly, it seems that the AC unit has manufacturing defect. I lodged a complaint today and waiting for service engineer to visit. I will show all the defects explained above to the engineer and wait for company action as the dealer is asking me to brought these defects into the knowledge of company engineer.                                     Yes, Hitachi ACs whether window or split are performing far from expectation. my HITACHI, 2* window AC required gas refill in the very second year with a bill of 3, 500. My Split 3* Kaze 1.5T split came up with LBT damaged and PCB affected in the third year. A bill of 3000 is spent again. All these are in addition to regular servicing and maintenance costs. ACs are not on regular use. B Mondal, , Platinum Ht, Sector-18 Dwarka.

                                      Hi, I bought a Hitachi Split AC 1.5 TON on 10 May 2015 from Kohinoor Televideo PVT LTD. Shop # 6 & 7, Orion Business Park, Ghodbundar Road, Thane (W) 400610. Tel[protected] 1. I got a Faulty remote which got replaced by the shop after following up with them for almost a month 2. The AC has stopped cooling now. I lodged a complaint and a technician was sent to inspect it. It clearly felt the technician did not know what he was doing and then concluded that there is a gas leak due to which which it was not cooling. He said another person will come and fill the gas on the 14 Jul 2015. 3. 14th july passed and no one has contacted us or visited to address the complaint. 4. I have again filed a complaint and I'm still waiting for someone to address the complaint. 5. I have been tricked by Kohinoor with a faulty product and a pathetic after sales. Kindly help in this matter

                                      Since it was part of the warranty they didn't charge me any. After a lot of follow-up and also registering it on Akosha team. I finally got it sorted.

                                        Thanks for calling the hitachi service centre. Your req. [protected] for scheduled pms / service of your air conditioner shall be attended asap.
                                        I have bought ac from, navrang electronics, patparganj on 8 may, 2015. For past one month ac is not giving cooling. I complained to hitachi vide above regs no. Engineers came n went. Further teo engineers came from dealer. They said outer unit o[censored]r split ac has to be changed n assured that people from hitachi will come change ur outer unit. 11 days have passed nobody came. We r being harassed by u n ur dealer. This peak summer we have to suffer for no fault of mine. If faulty outer unit cha red today, we will be constrained to file cheating n harrassment suit in consumer courts. Regstd mob [protected]
