Contacted service center no one has come again called then one boy comes & says " apka Paisa lenge iska gas filling ka" ap dealer se contact kre dealer se contact kiye to wo br br ghuma rha hai koi is issue pe contact nhi kr rha hai

    I own a refrigerator which was not functional for upper compartment of 3doors and it’s out of warranty. The technician visited and checked and confirmed it is pcb issue. Power supply was perfectly fine.
    He gave me 2 options- replacement which will cost 13000 INR and one month warranty or 8000 INR and one month warranty. I went with repair as it will be done in a days time.
    Upon asking what will get repaired there was no ans straight but was told whatever part is gone will replace and will take 2 weeks.. so even for a single capacitor I am charged 8k as repair cost and even for the entire board it is same.. this sounds fishy! However I received bill from the vendor for the same! Assume this is authorised charges as it is authorised service Center - cool comfort. Is hitachi charging us correctly or just taking undue advantage of customer challenges??
    I would say the repair was done in a day and worked complete fine.

      Bhagwan ke liye hath jodti hu please mera ac repair kar do 🙏 I was told by the technician that there is a gas leak. That was 6 days ago and since then no one has come to repair it even though I have been CONTACTing the CUSTOMER care daily. My ac was brand new, bought 2 months ago. Rhe technician who was supposed to fix my ac is not picking up the call. Raised complaint to level 1. I'm literally fed up. Never buying products of Hitachi again because it has such ### CUSTOMER service. Just get my ac fixed, bheekh mangti hu.🙏

        I had bought a Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star Window AC having model no. RAW318HDDO from M/s Vijay Sales, Lajpat Nagar on 24th April, 2022. (copy of bill attached for reference) The product was delivered on 25th April, 2022 and installed on 27th April, 2022. Thereafter, I went out of town and returned back only some days ago. When I started using the AC, I found that the AC was not giving cooling effect. I immediately raised a complaint with your customer care on 16th July, 2022 vide complaint no. [protected]. The engineer from the service centre (Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Ashram) came on 17th July, 2022 in the morning. He checked the AC and informed that there is no gas in the AC due to which it is not giving cooling effect. On enquiring as to what was the reason behind this situation, he had no answer and said that some other person will come to check and fill the gas in the AC. In the evening of 17th July, 2022, another person from the service centre came to inspect and fill the gas in the AC. I enquired the reason for no gas in the AC from this person also but even he was clueless about it. I was extremely shocked and anguished to hear this statement. How come a brand new AC have such a big defect which can clearly be termed as a ‘MANUFACTURING DEFECT’. I requested a replacement for this defective AC, instead of gas filing to which he made me speak to his center in-charge Mr. Chetan. The centre in-charge Mr. Chetan, uprightly rejected my request and said that he can only repair the AC by filing gas but cannot get the product replaced.

        On 18th July, 2022, I registered a complaint for replacement of the defective AC with your customer care centre, whereupon I was assured that my requested would be looked into by the service centre team. However, till date I am still waiting for my request to be considered favorably.


        I am still shocked and amazed to note such a big defect in the brand new AC which can only be termed as a ‘MANUFACTURING DEFECT’. It seems that proper quality check of the product was not done. It is incomprehendible as to how such a reputed AC manufacturer company is selling such defective products to the customers which is tarnishing the brand value and reputation of the company. An inherent defective product has been passed on to the customer which is merely being taken up as a no gas case and covering up the defect by offering to fill the gas in the AC is not at all acceptable. I have spent a hefty amount to purchase the AC and I ought to be provided with the product in proper working condition. I will not accept this defective product at any cost.


        I was made to believe that Hitachi was a trustworthy company known for producing quality products and offering good service but this product/service has broken my trust and confidence and has given me enough reasons to believe that Hitachi is no more a reliable and customer friendly company. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the product and your company after this experience. I again reiterate that I will not accept this defective product at any cost.

        I therefore request for an urgent replacement of my defective AC with a new AC in working condition such that I do not have to face the mental agony and harassment that I have been facing over the past few days.

        Dear Team,

        I have not been contacted by any of your representatives, Rather I made a call to one Mr. Chetan, in-charge of one of your service centre to provide an update about my request. He said that the company has rejected the request for replacement of AC. But I have insisted again and again that I require the replacement of the defective AC. I will not accept the faulty and defective product at any cost. It has been 10 days since I lodged a complaint but still there is no satisfactory resolution of my complaint. Please arrange to get my AC replaced at the earliest possbile.

            I reported my Refrigerator breakdown request No [protected] on 10 June.
            40 days has passed and my fridge is still not repaired. The request was assigned to Mr. Girish Dhamija (Ph:[protected]. First they told that PCB is broken. They took advance payment of Rs 7500 for ordering PCB of Rs 15200. The Fridge did not worked after installing new PCB. Then they told that compressor is also not working. Now they are saying COMPRESSOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. My advance payment of Rs 7500 for PCB is also stuck with them. They keep on selling new refrigerators. But they don't have compressor for their old customer.
            They never ever reply to customer emails
            Kindly take some strong action against Hitachi.

              I purchased Split AC from Hitachi Company.
              But now it is not working. I am requesting Hitachi Customer Care to resolve the problem from last 15 days. I call Hitachi Customer Care 2 to 3 times daily they assure me "Dear Customer your problem will resolve within next 24 hr". Whenever I call them I get same reply.
              Please look into the matter and try to resolve my issue.

                Company not provide my indoor pcb it about 25 days and still count days goining service center i have already order your pcb but company don't provide then how i will give you and area hitachi manger also told lucknow hub not have part so sir wait first date given is 15 and now 18 only date are given but part not come very bad service from hitachi I frusted

                  Danish Mahajan, JAMMU It's been 5+ years for us installed fully centralised unit of Hitachi in our Home but from Day 1 we have hardly used the Ac as it never work's in the peak season. It's the 3rd time they are saying the gas has been leaked and not able to find the Damage. I have changed around 10 to 15 PCB which costs us 8000+ each Approx. Again this summer our AC are shut and i have been saying them to do something from last month. This time they gave us a bill of rupees 30, 000 for 2 pcb and 1 stone kinda plate. They just visit our place don't know what they check and leave suddenly saying it's a free man's work. It's so frustrating, earlier also when we purchased the unit's that installed it after two year's of purchasing because they never sent any Team to our Office.                     Dear sir
                    We bought AC on[protected] from Jain electronics, 1157/A/3, East rohtash nagar, Delhi
                    The AC is not working properly from last 2 months, even after multiple complaints to hitachi for solution they didn't take it seriously, the engineer came to house two times and did nothing but asked to wait
                    Its being a one month there is no replacement or repair by hitachi
                    Kindly provide the appropriate solution

                      I had lodged a complaint against non cooling of air conditioner on 4th june 2022. On the visit of technician he found that compressor is not working. Since it is covered under warranty period, a request for its replacement was generated.
                      Today is 4th July 2022 and still no solution is provided yet. I had contacted service centre, at civil lines, Allahabad, multiple times but they only say that spare part is not available yet. When i contact the customer care number as i did today, a guy named Kaushik said that will update you soon. Worst service ever had.

                      Firstly, all the executives from Hitachi don't have any idea about what is the exact concern of the customer. They don't have any update regarding the concern. I deeply request some higher authority to get in touch with a proper justified update, unlike "will update you soon", which i have been hearing since a month.

                      The complaint has already been closed a month before.
                      Merely giving a reply for pending escalations after a month won't justify your customer service priority.

                        I registered a complaint at the start of June that the AC was not cooling
                        After a couple of visits, the technician concluded that the copper cooling coils needed to be replaced. This was on June 11

                        Since then i have been emailing and calling up with no action

                        There is no response to emails and the only response i get on phone is it will be repaired once the part is received

                        I have tried to escalate on their website. But it does not allow escalation without a Unique Reference Number which has not been shared with me.

                        All i have is the following complaint number [protected].

                        Am at my wits end. please help

                          I have been calling your customer care and sent several emails to you on the subjected complaint but there is response since 04jun22 and had spoken with one guy called Hitesh and he said will deliver by 28th but till now I didn't receive it. Not sure where the problem is.. I want compensation for this and I have gone through severe stress due to this.. I will not recommend any one to buy Hitachiiiiiii products at all. I have recorded the calls which I spoken with your customer care and service center and planning to file a case on you people in consumer court

Is [protected].My complaint is that my hitachi ac is not proper work.i registered complaint to customer care.complaint no. is [protected].the technician is come and check the ac but he not fix the issue.he demand 2800 rupees for fix the ac problem .my ac is in under warranty.i puchased the hitachi ac to[protected]. The AC is not cooling the room properly .so i request you please solve the ac problem early. Otherwise i will go to consumer care.thanks

                                I bought a 1-ton Hitachi Split Air Conditioner with Serial Number SE210H09958 from the online website of Croma on 15 March 2022 and the same was delivered by Infiniti Retail Limited, Khasra NO 21/[protected]& 21/[protected], , Village Tikri Kalan, New Delhi, DELHI-110041. Soon after I have been facing issues with respect to its cooling since 12 May 2022 for which I lodged a complaint with Hitachi Customer Care on 13 May 2022 as the AC is under the Warranty Period given by the company, which was addressed on 15 May 2022 by a service center person who visited to assess the AC and told me that some part got damaged which they will arrange to be changed within a week’s time. When I connected with his senior [protected], he told me that the Machine will be replaced from our side free of cost but it will take 15 days. On my request for some alternate arrangement, the service person offered me a temporary solution in lieu of Rs 3500.00 without any receipt, which was actually an amount to be paid unofficially, which I denied. However, after 15 days I called them on daily basis to know about the Air Conditioner replacement status. On[protected] one senior person [protected] from Hitachi Ltd informed me that the company doesn’t have a machine of 1 Ton to replace and if I want replacement immediately, I can upgrade the machine to 1.5 Ton by paying Rs 4, 000.00 extra. I found myself in a situation with no other way and I paid Rs 4, 000.00 on 06 June 2022. After a span of three days, I regularly requested updates on the status of the replacement with the same executive [protected] regarding the last assured period of installation of a new machine. It was really the worst experience when the executive starts ignoring my messages with no response on WhatsApp or on call. Ultimately for a speedier address to my issue, I posted a social media post reflecting my trouble with Hitachi on Twitter and Facebook, in response to which I received a call on 20 June 2022 from Hitachi Customer Care asking me to send a formal complaint via E-mail on [protected]@jci-hitachi.com along with the bill and all proofs of my conversation and payments with Hitachi representatives till date. In response to the above-mentioned complaint, I received an automated assurance for redressal of my issue. Apart from this, I got a message on Facebook messenger from someone named Gauravi who denied disclosing her designation and her pet reply was, ‘Please allow me some time to get back to you. Gaurvi, Team Hitachi’ on 20 June, 23 June, 24 June, and 25 June too however, to date 28 June 2022 there has been no action taken to resolve my issue.
                                I am using a total of 5 ACs in my flat and all are Hitachi Split ACs as I believed in the reputed name of Hitachi Limited and associated myself with this company as a consumer with good faith to get access to a good quality product and trustworthy after-sales services. However, my experience and interaction with this reputed company during this period has been a complete violation of my faith and right as a consumer of this company. The reason told to me for the AC being ‘Out of Stock’ is convenient to the company but completely unacceptable to me as a consumer of this big and reputed company. In pursuance of this situation where the company such as Hitachi Ltd. has given up on my complaint on mere account of an OUT-OF-STOCK situation when a fresh piece of a Split 1.5-ton Hitachi Air Conditioner 3 Star Inverter AC is very much available in the markets which is a big irony to the reason given by the company executives in response of my complaint.
                                As an informed consumer, simple dismissal of my continuous complaints against the defect arising in the product is unacceptable. I reserve the right under Section 9(iv) of the Consumer Protection Act to be heard and to be assured that my consumer interests will receive due consideration.

                                Not only this demand of Rs 3500.00 on 15 May by an employee of service center with the collusion of his senior Mr. Zafar ([protected]) and the sum of Rs. 4000 paid by me in dire pursuance of a speedy and effective solution guaranteed by an employee of Hitachi Ltd with the contact number, [protected] on account of the difference for immediate replacement of my 1-ton Hitachi Split Air Conditioner with a 1.5-ton Hitachi Split Air Conditioner 3 Star Inverter AC is a clear case of cheating and fraud on the part of the Company against which I have the right to file a criminal complaint under section 415 and section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
                                I have been a patient consumer to date, as a result of which there has been no resolution of my issue and it has caused me a grave inconvenience as I lack access to an Air Conditioner in this scorching heat as well as wastage of my time in registration of complaints numerous times.

                                  This is regarding SPLIT DUAL INVERTER 1.5 tonne AC purchased by me on 1st June 2019. I purchased this AC with 3 years warranty under BSES scheme in which below 5star rating AC is replaced by 5 star rating AC at price list agreed between Companies/dealers and BSES. Under that scheme there were 2 prices for same AC, one with 1year warranty and another with 3 years warranty. I opted for the higher price of AC which was coming with 3years warranty. Also i have been told by customer care executive that the warranty for PCB controller is 5 years. I am attaching a copy of my AC bill where it is clearly mentioned '3 year manufacturer warranty'.
                                  Recently, I have placed a request for servicing on 16th april 2022 with Req No:[protected] with my registered Mobile No. On this request no one contacted and reached my home for servicing. On 11th may 2022 i got a message that my request is being cancelled due to 'Customer Not Contactable'.
                                  Again i placed a complaint on 13th june 2022 with request No: [protected]. Technician visited finally but they are charging me with visiting charges and Gas refilling charges. Although it is very clear that it's PCB connector has got damaged. I showed my AC to my known person who is in such maintenance work only, as per him it's PCB connector needs to be replaced. Technician want to make money by charging me with gas refilling charges which is of no use. That guy was so rude and misbehaved with me.
                                  Further i am denying the charges to pay because if hitachi technicians would have visited in april itself i would not have to bear these charges as my 3yrs warranty was applicable till 1/06/2022, but no one visited on my earlier request.
                                  I would like to mention here that once already it's PCB has been replaced in may 2020. Such a pathetic quality by such a big brand name Hitachi. They are just charging for extended warranty but not providing complaints resolution. Really disheartened with the quality and after sales services. I want its PCB connector to be replaced as soon as possible.
                                  Kindly Look into the matter and escalate my issue.

                                    I purchased HITACHI AC in July 2021..it worked fine in the 2021 Summers ...and now as we started our AC in summers 2022 it just gives cooling for 30 min or 1 Hours and after that it stops giving cooling...I complaint in HITACHI customer care..No response...service centre is not responding ...its really hard to live without AC in Bareilly, U.p (India) in this time..temp goes to 45-46 Degree Daily...Nobody is giving the right solution to my problem.
                                    Service centre person came to check and noticed the problem and after that he said to get the AC replaced but our complaint was closed automatically by the company without any replacement or repair...I have been using Daikin AC which is working perfect for more than 5 years but this HITACHI AC is worst I have used...plus customer care is even worse...after spending 26000 rs for a 1.5 Ton Hitachi AC my hard earned money is all wasted by Hitachi...i must have bought Daikin or Voltas AC instead of HITACHI they know...the customer needs...service is good...my mother and my wife stays at home on 1st Floor and room Burns like an oven without AC which makes impossible to live in the room ...I am complaining from 1 month but tha company and service centre person keeps on delaying the matter...so that my AC gets out of warranty and they don't have to replace or repair it...as weather is too HOT it's really hard to live without AC. I request the concerned Authorities to kindly look into the matter ASAP.
                                    STOP HITACHI in INDIA...HITACHI IS WORST and SERVICE CENTRE IS EVEN BAD.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      This is to inform you that I’ve raised a complaint since a month of my refrigerator. The technician visited us and told about the problem in compressor and the compressor was taken by him and it was promised that it will be done within a week as it is in warranty and after that there has been no positive response which is really disappointing.
                                      Looking for a revert ASAP !

                                        Complaint No.:- [protected]

                                        The said Complaint was registered on 07.06.2022 and was unattended in 48 hours.

                                        Reminder was given and the technician visited on 09.06.2022 at 8:30 PM i.e after 48 hours.

                                        Till today the complaint is unresolved even after involvement of various ASM, etc.

                                        The call was directed to various service centres from Hitachi's end but no respite.

                                        This new service centre personnel demanded Rs. 500 as service charge which I have already paid to the technician who first visited for inspection of the complaint.

                                        The service centre i.e. Magic Services owner says that he has booked the part on 10.06.2022 and the same is still not received from the company i.e. Hitachi.

                                        Mr. Raghav of Hitachi gave me the mobile number of Shri Avinash who is not picking up the call. (Just don't know how much follow up is to be done)

                                        It is sad to say that now no one is picking up the call
