My RAT 518 HUD is dead sice Saturday Evening. It was not turning on even though the Voltage Stablizer was giving the desired output. Yesterday sunday i raised the complaint with docket number [protected]. I requested the dealer to get this done on sunday itself but he said HOTACHI dont WOrk on SUndays. Today in Morning a person calls me and ask me what the problem. I said its dead and I dont know More apart from this. I adviced him to come after 3.15 pm and you will find the person at home. he came and checked and said that swing motor is spoiled and thus will be changed and asked me about the bill. Bills were not been traced but we requested him to do the wet service as the entire cooling coil seems to be choked as there is a continuous message of dirty filter displayed on the Panel in front of ac. He showed us tantrums and said that one problem will be entertained at one time. next time he will only come to replace the motor and after that you can again rasie a complaint against the service. One question my wife is alone with a four year old jkid how will she go o market to get the photocopy of the bill for their reference. it is utterly disgusting attitude of your service personals now the problem still persists. I THING I AM A BLOODY FOOL WHO SPEND 38200 INDIAN RUPEES FOR A WINDOW AC AND WITH POOREST OF THE SERVICE POORER THAN LG, SAMSUNG WHIRLPOOL. YOU HAVE A TRACK OF EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT WHICH IS BEING PURCHASED FORM THE AUTHORIZED DEALERS THEN WHY THIS SHEER HARRASSMENT FOR THE CUSTOMERS.

    To The Manager, This is to inform you that I purchased 2 air conditioners simultaneously in month of February and i am facing cooling issues in one of the AC I purchased. I am facing problems since last 3 months I also contacted your service center but the response is not satisfactory. The remote of the Air conditioner is not working properly and the cooling of Air conditioner is also bad, sometimes its not cooling at all. Please send a good and technically sound engineer at my residence who can look into the matter properly.

      Hi, This is to inform you that I purchased a Hitachi Window AC last year and I had also paid for the AMC of 2 years. Yesterday, I called to Hitachi Call Center and filled a service request for the wet service of Hitachi Air Conditioner. Complaint number for Hitachi Air Conditioner is [protected]. Today, Hitachi Service come to my registered address and they not misbehaved with us but also their way of service is totally waste of time. They were just doing the formality of washing AirConditioner. I request you to please inform this to Hitachi Air Conditioner so that they can have better idea of what type of service are they providing to their customers.         We installed a new A/C 2 months back which did not start. When we asked the unit to be replaced since it was a defective unit where screws were missing and and rewiring etc ws done, we were told that Hitachi does not manufacture this product anymore and that we will need to give another 2000 Rs extra to get a new replacement after nearly 50 calls

          I had purchased one Hitachi triple door Refrigerator in the name of Abhijit Chatterjee contact no. [protected]. The refrigerator is giving trouble in cooling from the begining and your service engineer came twice and changed certain parts and informed that it was some manufacturing defects of this particular model. After that change it was working well. But again during last week the deep fridge stopped functioning. The same problem was earlier also. I lodged complain to your customer care/ Hitachi Service Centre and my request no as informed by your service centre is [protected] on July 5th 2015. Though they informed that call would be attended within 48 hours till date no body has called or visited us. In between I made three more calls and the same assurance was there. Request you to send some engineer immediately and also arrange to change the refrigerator as there is some manufactring defects of the model

            Hitachi window ac bought on 20.05.2015from supreme radios jalandhar and installed that day but after one day complaint of loud noise from ac was lodged which was attended and was cleared that problem of improper ac fitting . On 05..07.2015 ac stopped cooling and today person came and told dat while fitting two pipes got touched due to which leakage happened and gas needs to be refilled and pipes to be repaired and the new ac was repaired . But now we want the ac to be replaced with new one as within two months ac had been repaired and what is the surity that the ame problem in ac will not come againd as such brands with price is paid but we are facing such problems So look into the matter seriously before anyaction as after paying so much money we are facing such thoms

              We had logged complaint wide complain no [protected] for non cooling of AC. We had installed two split ACs before one year in our office. First we had logged complaint on 02-Jul-2015 and they informed that your complain will be attended by our technician withing 48 Hrs. But no body came and we again send reminder on 06-Jul-2015. They said technician will come by 6 PM on 06-Jul-2015. But no one came to our premises. Again today i.e.[protected] we sent reminder to complain regeistered deparment they provided us no of customer service department and assured for resolving complain at the earliest without providing any time frame. I again called customer service department. He said your complain has been allotted to our company technician and he will resolve the same. When i inquired withing what time he will be visiting he denied to provide any time frame and disconnected my phone. Now, he is not even picking up the phone and the complain is still pending. I hope proper action will be taken and my querry will be resolved at the earliest. I have already written to their service department but have not received any response.
              Yes Siril you are very right. I have also faced same with Hitachi AC. I come to conclusion that Hitachi product may be good but very bad service. Also their cost is very high. So before buying Hitachi AC please consider its service will be worst.

                I had purchased a HITACHI Refrigerator Rt-310 End 1K(2 Doors) on 23/07/2014 from a shop in Patna, Bihar named as Aditya Vision, Bailey road, Opposite Tara Mandal, Patna-800001, India. CST No.-[protected], Vat No.[protected]. I have been using this refrigerator with an external stabilizer since the beginning. HITACHI service centre in the most pathetic place to rely upon if one needs any service from hitachi. And the product in itself is a pain for the customer. A customer whenever purchases an electronic appliances, he wants to be rest assured that the product purchased will be a help for him and would make life easier. But with this HITACHI refrigerator I m highly disappointed and annoyed with the problems I m facing with it after every 3-4 months of repairing. For the initial three months this refrigerator operated in a good condition but later in November’14 there was problem in its automatic temperature adjustments. It didn’t get cold, and remain in the normal room temperature continuously. After complaining the same to the shopkeeper and Hitachi service centre repeatedly for 6 working days, they sent us a repairer who did it’s repairing and changed few of its internal parts as well. Then it started to work in proper condition. Later in the month of March’15 it again faced the same problem. The refrigerator could not get cold and used to remain at normal room temperature even under proper electric supply. We complained the retailer again and the HITACHI service centre. Continuously following up with the service centre for almost 10 days and then a repairer came to repair it and brought it to usable condition. And now again we are facing the same problem with this refrigerator in the month of July’15. Its becoming a kind for pain for me. I have been constantly calling and texting the shopkeeper and the HITACHI service centre for help but not receiving any response from their side. This Hitachi service centre is so hopeless that I can never rely on this product brand. I m extremely disappointed with the service as well as the product. I would neither suggest this brand to anyone nor purchase any of its product ever. I had my previous refrigerator from Videocon and had never faced any problem of such kind. And their service was also prompt. Contact No.[protected]

                      I have entered into an annual maintenance contract with the above company on 23. 09. 2013 for maintenance of my 1. 5 ton hitachi kaze rau318ksd split ac (Ref no : 986) . According to the contract they will provide 4 (Four) routine service apart from breakdown of the machine during the period which expired on 22. 09. 2014. I had paid the contract price by banker's cheque no. 017943 dated 23. 09. 2013 for rs 3, 522. 00 drawn on u. B. I. But even after repeated call they had attended only once. Thus i have deprived of their service even after paying the full consideration amount. In my opinion my machine is damaged heavily for the non - servicing. I am, therefore, claiming a compensation of rs 1, 00, 000. 00 against the company. All the papers are with me.                         I had purchased an AC of above mentioned brand from Sales Corner, Kothi char-rasta, Vadodara.From the day of installation from the same day the AC was a defective piece.I complained about this to the retailer (Sales Corner).But they were not ready to accept the claim.Then I called to the customer care number of the Hitachi.They sent a technician to my address.Two technicians came to my address and tested the AC as I had complained about the improper working.They tested the AC and the outer unit.They found that there was a problem in the outer unit, Cooling problem and gas leekage from the compressor, to which they assured me that the total unit of AC will be replaced by a new one within two working days.But since 2 weeks no one came to replace the unit inspite of calling the customer care frequently each day.They always gave 48 Hours of time of replacememt but was not done.Then I called the retailer and investigated about the situation.But from his talks I can easily make out that no one was ready to take the responsibility, not the retailer nor the Company.I had purchased the AC in summer dated 19th of May, 2015.But due to such worst service I could not use it in summer and I had many problems due to this.Since 43 days I have been complaining regarding this issue to both the retailer and company.Before 6 days they sent a new unit to my address and took back the older one.But till today no one came to install the new AC. It has been 43 days of constant complain regarding the AC. It proved to be total waste of time and money for me. Please help me to get out of this fraud. Thanking you, Kaladharan C.Kurup

                          I am regular customers of hitachi products. I purchased hitachi split A.c i have water draing(from indoor unit) problm from the date of purchase. I complain many time in hitachi customers care my complain no is ([protected], [protected]) but i am not satisfied with my complaint. A mr bahadur ac technician from your company came with a onther person to repair A.c he cheked and told me that your indoor unit is faulty and head to replace. He told me that after 2 or 3 days i will come and solve your problem. but no one come i complaint many time but not get any response

                            I purchased a ac model RAW018KTH sr no.[protected] dated 05/06/15 in patna Bihar. At time of installation the installer is not able to use the remote and even AC is not cooling properly. So they told that they will change the AC remote. After repetitive follow-up the hitachi technician turned-up on 28th June and confirmed that the remote is not working and AC need to be repaired. Have we purchased a 2nd hand used AC? At the peak of season we are not able to utilise the cooling from AC This kind of support we never expected from the Hitachi. So kindly replace the the AC.

                              I purchase hitachi 1.5 ton a/c three years ago.Last year I take AMC from hitachi co. After 9 months I call in hitachi co for service but there is no response from service centre, after two days I received a call from service centre there they says there is gas leakage problem in your a/c.l told them that l have no problem in my a/c and I only want washing service for my a/c in AMC but they says that if you don't refill gas in your a/c we can't do any work in your AMC

                                  Dear Sir, I have purchased a Hitachi Air Conditioner one year back. Now I wanted to take Annual Maintanance Contract for my AC. I have contacted your local (Vadodara) service centre on 20.6.2015 and requested to send somebody to my residence for AMC. On the next one service man came and inspected my AC and I was told that he will come on the next day with all documents of contract for collecting the cheque. But I am sorry to say that inspite of so many my phone calls nobody has turned to collect the cheque for AMC. I don't understand why this happened in such a reputed company like Hitachi.
