I bought 1 ton AC from Electronic paradise recently vide ref no.PV/R-0254. Since beginning, the machine is not working properly. I have lodge complaint twice, attended only one and after that the machine is still not working. Hi! I had the servicing and Gas changed on 20th May my reference number for the same i [protected], the ac is still not working properly we had made a call yesterday and again today to the vendor, but no response from him. The number was shared by the hitachi customer care servise. Request you to please look into the same. i dont understand what the issue is there with the services by your company. Hi, We have purchased windows 1.5 ton Hitachi - The so called "brand" for Air Conditioner. I must say forget the Air conditioner cooling - it doesn't even serve the purpose of an air cooler. The cooling is SUPER DISGUSTING. I have been trying to reach their customer care for long but NO RESPONSE ! Ridiculously sad, expensive and good for nothing ! I had purchased one Hitachi brand A/C machine from Bharat Electronics, Bhubaneswar on 21.05.2015. But till now (by end of 2.15 P.M) the said machine has not been installed. I had purchased Hitachi Window AC 5 star rating on 2012. They claim it has imported kit fitted. In last month April end 2015 suddenly AC makes noise.
