I (Sushil, R/o 337, Shahpur Jat, New Delhi 110049) bought a 1.5 TR Split AC from Vijay Sales Lajpat Nagar, in November, got it installed in December 1st week.
When we started our AC in March 3rd week, it was not cooling. I registered complaint twice at Hitachi Costumer care, but to no avail. Some persons from Hitachi came to inspect, informed us about the leakage of Gas, told us would be done in 3 to 4 days. Since then have been following up rigorously but to no avail. Registered another complaint BUT STILL NO CONSOLIDATE ANSWER.
WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCT EVER...

Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [HHLI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Model no. RAS424ETD which was purchased on 8-4-2013 and the problems which are presently occurring are no cooling and compressure not working as it has been checked by the technician.bill copy is attached in a photo.
Kindly do me the favour for the above said problems as soon as possible. Eagerly waiting for your reply.
