Dear sir/ madam, I bought hitachi a/c from last year.i have free services. A/C is still in warranty, but we have problem from last 15 days. I called to hitachi care 4 5 times and i registed request 2 times.But i did not get reply from hitachi.if i am not get service in 24 hours, i will take legal action on it.

    I saw a ad in Times of India newspaper on 25th April 2015 about Hitachi offer i.e. Standard Installation at 451 + Tax and Stabilizer at 350 + Tax looking at the splendid offer I made decision to purchase Hitachi 1.5TR SAC KAZE PLUS RAU223HUD. I contacted nearest Hitachi dealer at GIP mall Noida ACE TECHNOMARK and purchased AC and I was informed that I can buy stabilizer as per offer but Hitachi is providing 4 KVA stabilizer only but 2 Ton AC requires 5 KVA stabilizer which is not provided by Hitachi and suggested me to buy from market. I called customer care to provide 5 KVA stabilizer for 2 TON AC by they were unable to help and didn't provided complaint number over phone even after I tried multiple time and they asked me to send a written complain via email and they can't help it and company can only provide 4 KVA stabilizer (which will not work with 2 TON AC). I am really disappointed as I finally had to buy stabilizer from market @ 2870 as Hitachi was only providing 4 KVA stabilizer for 2 TON ac which is no good to me, and even after clarifying with customer care/dealer no resolution was provided and I feel cheated by the offer. I should be compensate by company for the difference amount which I had to pay because of their wrong advertisement and no resolution provided by customer care. I have already mailed all details to Hitachi customer care via email on 25th April but no response/acknowledgement till now.

      I have raised a service request on 23rd Apr 2015 around 10:30 AM in morning, service request number [protected]. They informed me that withing 48 hrs techinician will resolve it. Today is 26 April 2015 I dint receive any call for Service. I called up many times to customer care they just set priority to URGENT and say Sorry. I dont know what does URGENT means to HITACHI. I never recommend anyone to go for HITACHI. I hope this URGENT mean to company now and resolve the issue asap. Customer satisfaction is the 1st priority. Vikas Bhagat +91 [protected] New Delhi

        I registered for a free service request before my warranty period, and they asked me to wait for 48 hours. I did. But there was no response in turn. Today I lodged another service now they say it'll charge me 600 bucks just for checking my AC! Why did this happen? You people cunningly dodge customers requests so that it becomes chargeable soon after warranty ends? Thoroughly disappointed! I wouldn't recommend anyone to get one from Hitachi!

          HITACHI SPLIT 1.5TR KAZE PRIME-RAU318HUDZ purchased on 22.6. 2014 making rattling noise so not operating it Complaint lodged and followed up at telephone nos 35324848 but no response has been received. Every time the person attending the call says that we are really concerned and feel sorry in t hsi regard and the technical man will be deputed soon. When asked what time and atwhat date he will come then reply is given that we can not tell you in thsi regard. As and when convenient we will depute the person. So being a senior offical of Govt of India I finail to understand for how many days I have to keep following HItachi and stay at home leaving all official and personal works to be available for Hitachi personnel? IS IT A PROPER RESPONSE ON THE PART OF HITACHI OFFICIALS? PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND DO THE JOB TODAY ITSELF AS ALREDAY LOT OF TIME HAS ELAPSED AFTER THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED FIRST.           Model no. RAS424ETD which was purchased on 8-4-2013 and the problems which are presently occurring are no cooling and compressure not working as it has been checked by the technician.bill copy is attached in a photo.

            Please Please do not purchase any product from Sathya agency :The product is not orginal ((Hitachi 1.5 Ton RAU518) Please Please do not purchase any product from Sathya agency :The product is not orginal ((Hitachi 1.5 Ton RAU518HUD) I have purchased Hitachi 1.5 Ton RAU518HUD ace cutout model from Sathya Agencies Madipakkam on 27th of Aug 2014 and they delivered and installed the same on next day. I was in a doubt as soon as I see the quality of packing. So, i immediately tried open the product but the delivery person requested me not to open the packing one without the notice of the installation person and it again caused me more doubt on the product whether it is original or used one. The installation person came and installed the product and when they switched on the AC, immediately there was huge air out from in door without cool with big noise and they said there is a leakage from condenser and it needs to be replaced. They gave me the service manager number and asked me to speak with him to replace the product and i called him and explained the situation but he tried to convince me and will replace the indoor unit alone. my doubt came true as soon as they taken the warranty paper and updated the machine details on that. when i checked the warranty card and i could seen that it was already used by some other person by Feb 2014 and they overwritten on the above card and with this i directly went to Sathya agency and asked them to provide me the new one but they said we can not provide the new one and the company will provide the replacement and delivered the same from the company. i was really got frustrated since they sucked my money from my credit card of 45000 rupees without new conditioner. The second one they installed and it was also got the damaged one and there i stopped no more game from Sathya and asked them to refund and they said will surely provide the new one tomorrow and they installed but i am not really sure the product is really the original one or used one. So please please never go with Sathya agency people are going to Sathya only because of the EMI option with zero percent interest but I am requesting go with some other agency instead of sathya... The above acompliant i have made on August and as i explained above the one they ahd delivered me the used one got problem of gas leak and i had rarely used since after august we will not be used AC often until unless if it is necessary. Now the summer started and used to have AC and found no cooling and i raised complaint and after one week the technician came from Sathya and told me there was a gas leak and not explained about the reason.. Please help Hitachi consumer to replace/deliver the new AC since i have spend my hard earned money of 45000 with lots of hope/analyse with hitachi. Kindly do the needful.               On 21.04.2015, I made a complaint of not cooling of AC and was provided with the service complaint no. [protected].Inspite of reminders, no service personnel from Hitachi has called to attend to the problem. We tried to contact their service center numbers but these put their numbers in busy mode everytime. As per them within 2 days they should rectify problem but still no response despite of 100 calls. We are totally disappointed by the response of your service department and request you to please intervene for immediate action keeping in view the reputation of your company.

                On 21.04.2015, I made a complaint of low cooling in my three door Hitachi Refrigerator Model No. R-S37SVND S.N. [protected] and was provided with the service complaint no.[protected]. Inspite of reminders, no service personnel from Hitachi has called to attend to the problem. We are totally disappointed by the response of your service department and request you to please intervene for immediate action keeping in view the reputation of your company.

                  I have requested for service of my A/C on 20/04/2015 with request no.[protected]. Next day service boy come and switch on the A/c it was not working. My A/c warranty period not expired yet, as it was buy on 23/4/2014. He said that " Your A/c fan not working so we will change it first, than on same day we conduct service of your A/C. But today a service request close message receive and the same request is closed by them without solving the same. They have not any system of customer feedback. And the most important thing was that the service boy and other members have no manners how to behave/ attend/ deal with customer. All the process above stated have harassed me a lot. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Its very difficult to me live without A/C in this 45'C temperature.

                    We had bought Hitachi split AC in May 2010. For last one year its compressor is not functioning. We had lodged a complain last year. It was taken by service centre in faridabad for repair twice but it never became functional. We just got the message that your problem has been resolved. Thereafter despite repeated calls to service centre no one came to visit. Now this is second summer season with that nonfunctional AC. And soon the 5 year warranty on compressor will also lapse.                       I had purchased Hitachi ATOM in May 2010 from their authorized dealer M/s Freeze Engineering, Mammallapuram, and till now there was three major breakdowns. At present my Air-conditioner is not working for the last fifteen days and the dealer is not responding promptly as expected as being Hitachi a brand name. Incompetent technicians attending at late evening so as to make excuses with attending it TOMMROW which has not come as yet. I feel Hitachi after sales service of Hitachi has not been able to fulfill the expectations of the consumers. As such I recommend prospective buyers to think twice before making such purchase.

                      I had lodged complaint on 21st April (ID:1048163) But HITACHI nor its dealer is sensible to contact me and try to resolve my air-conditioner problem. The Company is die-hard to establish its in-efficiency towards after sales support giving space to other manufacturers to pick up this short comings.
                      I have puchased HITACHI WINDOW AC 1.5 TON 2 STAR on 08/12/12 from your dealer FRONLINE ELECTRICAL, sanjay place, Agra.
                      The AC is not cooling and spreading noise loudly. I have complaint to above dealer on 24/04/15. yours authorised service center at agra
                      AC point representative came on 28/04/15. After checking of AC he advised us for filling Gas. So he took Rs.350/- from us as visit charges. But till the date no person has come from AC POINT AGRA to take compressor for Gas filling. Your Service is Very Poor and
                      Very Very Poor and Unsatisfactory in Agra.

                        Hello, I am a Hitachi customer and using their AC from last one year. I made a purchase on 7th April 2014 and found this year on 15th April 2015 that their was a lot of noise in the AC and called the customer care and the person who visited was always talking that you will be charged about 5000 or more for many the fan motor without checking what could be the exact issue. After telling this he started walking outside so that we should start taking stress and would pay him the amount immediately. He left and we felt a little suspicious about his behaviour and called some local person to actually see what the issue may have been. He saw and understood that only a small piece of rubber was touching the fan because of which the issue was their. He aligned it properly and all went fine. You all can see how Hitachi is cheating their costumers and trying to earn money by creating false pressure on costumers so that they pay them money and this is how they are earning. Their products a re such that you face issues every year and they earn from you every year.A strict action should be taken against these people so that they would not dare to behave in such unprofessional way with others also. This complaint should be taken to their higher officials so that they don't mess with costumers like this and try to ROB them.

                          I (Sushil, R/o 337, Shahpur Jat, New Delhi 110049) bought a 1.5 TR Split AC from Vijay Sales Lajpat Nagar, in November, got it installed in December 1st week. When we started our AC in March 3rd week, it was not cooling. I registered complaint twice at Hitachi Costumer care, but to no avail. Some persons from Hitachi came to inspect, informed us about the leakage of Gas, told us would be done in 3 to 4 days. Since then have been following up rigorously but to no avail. Registered another complaint BUT STILL NO CONSOLIDATE ANSWER. WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCT EVER... IM SEEKING TO GET THIS COMPLAINT TO THE TOP LEVEL, MOST ANNOYED WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE VERY BAD PLEASE, AGAIN A REQUEST, GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED ASAP Im reachable at [protected]

The Person Provide the demo told us he is not enable to guide us completely about the silent feature of air conditioner.

                              I am SHAZ KHAN, i bought your air conditioner last year, since then its not working working properly as it should work despite several checks and service but we managed some how last summer. But now when we are calling for yearly service of our machine then there no response to our call for service.Nobody has been sent till date for service purpose We have been calling for service from march Now i am really frustrated and this is my last message or you can say attempt for this purpose, If I dont get any service now i will go consumer forum for strict action against you for breach for promises which were made at the time of sale. contact number [protected] [protected]

                                Hi, I have booked complaint for my 1.5 ton split ac not working.. The technician guy came and said that gas is gone and should go for anual maintanance charge as it would cost less and would cover annual maintanance. I thought it as beneficial and gone for it and purchased it on 26th March 2015. He said to call to service center on 4th. I logged a service request on 4th of march. I dint received any call from technician till date. When I call customer care they say they will send person ASAP. But they were useless. I called them continously for 3 days with no help. I lost total 3860rs for amc and 150 rs on phone calls. Waste of time, money and talking to this idiotic fellows. Person who sold amc is jabbar that guy is not lifting call neither the service center guys helping nor customer care guys helping. I never recommend this garbage company to anyone Not at all satisfied with the service. They treat customers like buffaloes. Please help me I am in very bad situation not knowing where to go.                                   I am writing this after being very frustrated by Hitachi services. I must congratulate you for getting this achievement "Worst service provider". I had purchase Hitachi Ac seven months back from your dealer Adonic electronics- Gandhi path, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. There is some technical problem in AC and AC is in warranty hence we called Adonis for sending technical person. They said they have told Company to send one person tomorrow. But sadly i have to say after reminding them hundred of times, visiting there store i found it was just sheer waste of my time. First complaint i did there in mid of May 2015 and today is 9 April 2015..They stopped receiving my call and one of their employee (MR RAJU) shouted on me while talking on phone because your work ends as soon as you sell your product and for you customer is . Is this the way you treat your customers who trusted you and your company. I am hoping that soon you people will take some action if you have any bit of integrity left in you and you want continuous sale of your products.Otherwise i will go to bigger platform .                                       Hello, I have bought Hitachi RAU318EVD FMS Thorugh Online Via ebay, And registered installation service request on 31st march SR # [protected], with Name : Samir patel . This request is not completed today after 7 days, every day I am calling the local (baroda # [protected]), they said Morning, then evening just giving false commitment... And your customer care number is always closed[protected],[protected], , , I am very frustrated by taking Your A/C. Other provide LG / Samsung will take 7 -8 hrs only for installation... regards Samir

Wide Order no. jam/sales/111. dt. 14.03.15.Model No. RAW518KUD.5star. and paid by cheque no.857155 dt. 15.03.15 Amount Rs. 54500.00 of canara bank. The same has been not supplied till date.
