Respected Sir / Madam, I had purchased a split Ac 1.0TR HITACHI I CLEAN INVERTER COOL ONLY - R410A - RAU012ITEA, Invoice No 2124/1415/12392 from Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd ( 371/1, Diamond Harbour Road, Behala, Kolkata – 700034) on 16th October 2014. From the date of installation, I had faced a lot of problems like lot of sound coming from internal unit, a lot of vibration in external unit etc which is quite unusual. After facing so many problems, I think that the product is defective. I had complained a several times in the Hitachi Customer Care which they attained but there was no satisfactory result. At present the AC is not working as it should. The room is not cooled at all, while lodging a complaint ( Complaint No – [protected] ) on 3rd April 2015, an engineer came and after inspection, he told that there was no gas ( R410A )in the compressor resulting in no cooling. In this scorching heat, I and my family is facing a lot of problems. The purpose of buying this AC is in vain if I can’t use it when required. In this unwanted situation, I would humbly request you to make some arrangements to replace this defective unit with a new model (SPLIT AC - 1.2TR HITACHI KASHIKOI 400i INVERTER - R410A - RAU014CVEA ) as soon as possible. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you with regards to the complaint of your Split Air Conditioner.

Based on the complaint, the service team had visited at your premises and found that, the Gas leakage in ODU unit.

The reason for Gas Leakage is during the painting activity out side the premises by the painter when they are using the bambu structure.

The service team had requested you the arrange Ladder to complete the further job.

As per the feedback, you will arrange the ladder by today and the issue will be resolved after gas charging done.

Respected Sir,

This has in reference to your reply dated 04.04.2015. The reason you are providing is basically on anticipation, which lacks documentary evidence from your end. The AC installed in my flat is well protected under a lintel, which does not allow any chance of damages during outside painting of the apartment.

The air conditioner catered to the undersigned was defective since installation. It used to vibrate more than required while in operation and as well as weaken my room wall. The same was complained to you several times. The complaint was attended several times by your service engineers without any satisfactory result. The extra vibration has created the loss of gas which you basically do not agree.

I hope you will replace the faulty AC at your earliest as desired in my previous complaint at the earliest.

        I bought a new Hitachi 1 ton split ac from Vijay Sales, Infinity mall, Andheri west 5 days back and ever since i have been waiting for the hitachi technician to install the ac. Its been lying in a box in a corner of the house. Every time i call Vijay sales and Hitachi they assure me it will be done and that the request has been made but still its not been done. I have asked Vijay Sales to take the ac back but they have again assured me that the Hitachi technician will be visiting us today itself.             S Kind Attn : Managing Director/ Chairman Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased Five Star window AC, HITACHI model RAV 513 HUD, wide invoice no. DC/R-0541/ 2014-15 from M/s Electronic Paradise at B-1/ 626, Janakpuri on dated, 27 april 2014. I regret to point out that the subject AC was found defective right from the beginning. On my complaint in may 2014, your engineer visited and inspected the defective AC. After inspection he instructed us to run your ceiling fan at low speed. We followed his instructions but the cooling did not improve at all. And at last we had to complaint once again on 11th oct 2014. and your engineer came visited our house and this time this engineer declared in his own writing that there is a gas leakage problem, whose Complaint- CALL NO. is [protected]. It shows that the AC was having one problem or the other right from its purchased. Despite my verbal / written request, for the last 11 months, the problem has not been solved till date. now, the summer session is on and my AC guarantee period is going to expire in april 2015, I request your intervention in the matter and depute your expert chief engineer for inspection.                 I have made a payment of Rs.3260/- against AMC on 16.10.2014 and have been requesting for extending the service till date. Not even once they have provided the service in the last 5 months while according to the contract it is to be provided 4 times in an year. Inspite of repeated attempts to reach them they either reply to attend to in a day or 2 and never bother to approach too. Its been highly unprofessional service by New Bowenpally, Secunderabad-11 service center. Highly dissatisfied with the product and the services too.                   I have bought hitachi AC from their authorised store after a month that AC broke . I m continuously complaining till date and my AC is not fixed till now . Their mechanics visited some time but unable to fix it . And I contacted their service Center representative several time even contacted their customer support for a replacement if they are unable to fix it but they ignored my complaint every time . I m really frustrated by their services .kindly help . So that I can get this issue resolved.

                    Sir,
                    I Shree Bhagwan Jain brought a refrigerator of your company MODEL NO.- R-ZG470END1- (GBK) on the name of my firm OSWAL TEXTILES on 23rd of Janruary from Spark Digi World, but from 5th of november i am having two problems in the refrigerator.

                    1. The door gasket has shrunken from right upper end of the bottom door despite of being in contact with any hot materials.
                    2. The body of refrigerator gets heated up too quickly and that too very intensely which should not take place.

                    Please work on following problems and send someone to repair it.It will be thankful if you take the action in 2-3 days and send me a mail at manish.[protected]@gmail.com to get me notify is someone is coming or not.

                      With regards to my Hitachi 1.5 Ton Window A/C No RAV 518 HUD purchased from M/S Sadana Electric Stores, Aliganj, Lucknow on 16/04/2014 via bill no 9186; I would like to draw your kind attention to the following issues. 1) During the first installation the mechanic fixed the outer body not on screws but by hammering nails into the wooden frame which we came to know when we tried to uninstall the A/c during my transfer on 04/10/2014. Please analyse that we had to cut the screws which damaged both the outer body and the frame and I’d to pay for the frame to my landlord just because your mechanic was interested to save some time and labour. 2) During the fixation of front panel; due to lack of technical expertise the top part of the panel got cracked, which we saw after 2 months when the crack became prominent. After we shifted to our new home my Father contacted your service centre which sent Mr. Vinod – Technical staff for free service and installation (Although we were never told of Free service by anyone; but informed by one of my friend). Mr. Vinod informed that: • It’s not possible now to provide free service; as it’s starting of winter and the service is available only in Summer and suggested to only fix the A/c. • My father being unaware allowed him to fix the A/C; Mr. Vinod was told about the previous issue of hammering the screws and my father requested him to fix the structure only and only on screws and not to hammer the screws which will spoil the structure and body; but all in vain and Mr. Vinod did the same thing and hammered the screws. Getting infuriated by this behavior, my father told to fix the structure either on screws or denied paying for the service. Mr. Vinod behaved very rudly and left infuriated on the day but we received Calls for payment and on explanation of the issues it was communicated from your Service centre that “No issues Sir, anyways you need our service during Free services, which may get affected due to this nonpayment” Now, Please let me know: 1) Is it that being a customer of HITACHI I need to suffer psychologically due to technical glitches 2) Although I paid the total amount; still I’d to live with broken panel 3) With every transfer I’d to cut the structure and distort the outer body and pay the house owner 4) Even though we request for predetermined services; still we had to be threatened about the consequences. 5) Is it that we’ll never be informed of free services but on request we are being diverted by some silly reasons As I was occupied with some international assignment I came to know about the issues when I came back to India on 27/10/2014. Now After sending a mil to Hitachi E Mail id, i recieved a call from their local service center mentioning that "WE FIX THE STRUCTURE ONLY BY HAMMERING; IT'S YOUR HEADACHE TO SEEK OUT THE DAMAGES" and then getting involved in hot discussion with me. I'm fed up with the Service and Hitachi technical staff. Looking out for a rational solution of my problem

                          Refrigerator cooling not working, Complaint made, engineer visited thrice but not able to rectify the product. Please arrange to replace the refrigerator as i am fed up with this product now. Bought it as per reputation of Hitachi brand but now repenting. Immediate refund or replacement required.                             We had lodged a customer complaint with Hitachi India Complaint#[protected]... After that we must have called atleast 10 times and only thing we get each time is an apology and an assurance that our complaint would be handled the same day. This is the worst possible after sales service I have seen in any consumer goods / service provider. I would like to know how can a company with a name like HITACHI provide such pathetic service on complaint. Can anyone help here...

                              This is to inform you that I made a request for re-installation of my Hitachi Split AC vide request No. [protected] dt. 18/09/2014. Against this request, Mechanic Farmaan from Babylon Engg. Co., Delhi (Authorised service centre of Hitachi) installed the AC on 26th Sept 2014 and charged Rs. 1500 (service)+750 (for 3' additional pipe) = 2250/-. To my disappointment, when I operated it in the night of 27th, lots of water accumulated inside my room. When I complained it to the service center which installed the AC, I was told to complain on your Delhi No. I made a complaint there with complaint no. [protected]. Some body came on this complaint and told that gas has leaked from the AC and also informed that the person from the same service center will come for restoration. Some other person came to check and make corrections but this time he played with the AC like anything and did not even fit the AC properly and water leaking problem still persist. I am trying hard to contact the person who refilled and re-installed the AC and also the owner/manager of Babylon Engg. from where the mechanic was sent, but no one is picking up the phone and I am in doldrums as what to do? I made another complaint and three reminders too with complaint no. [protected]. But no action is taken and Ac is still inoperable and gas has again leaked because of improper installation. I never expect such a bad work and such a bad response from a reputed company like Hitachi. You are requested to take a note of this and do the needful so that my AC can work properly. it is not working and almost a month has elapsed since my first request to re-install the AC and I am suffering since then.                                   Hi, I had bought a hitachi window (RAW312KUDI) air conditioner in 12, april 2014 and it worked fine for 3 months . I had complained hitachi for low cooling problem in my air conditioner on 18th AUGUST 2014 (complaint no [protected]). The complaint was done and the Engineer came and said that everything is fine. I faced the same problem after ten days when ac have zero cooling and i again made the compiant no [protected] on 26/08/2014.A technician came and told me that gas has been leaked.he topped up the gas and complaint done. After one month ac stopped working and i logged compaint no [protected].A technician came and told me that there was a problem in the PCB and it needs to be replaced. He didnt commit about the time needed for replacement.I called to hitachi customer care about my ac and they just replied " your problem will be solved shortly ". Its really shame full for Hitachi that a customer has to suffer so much to get his AC repaired or replaced.I presume my request would be taken seriously and the company will prioritize the action ASAP before Summer season diminishes .                                     Hi, Just bought an Hitachi Ace Inverter AC (1.5 Ton) from SA Conditioning, Bopal, Ahmedabad. There should be a plastic or metal grill/mess to cover the outdoor unit compressor coils/fins, but that was not provided in the box. I have never seen any outdoor unit without this plastic or metal grill/mess. When I was trying to call Hitachi customer care number mentioned on their website nobody was responding on both numbers. I am having the worst experience on day one of my purchase as nobody is bothered to even receive my calls. Why you have mentioned numbers when no one has got time to at least receive a call...!!! Call us at:[protected]*,[protected] Some how I managed below mentioned details:- Head Office & Works Hitachi Complex, Karan Nagar Kadi Dist. Mehsana - 382727 Gujarat India Tel No. +[protected] When called on head office number even nobody replied on that number. Then again tried calling[protected], finally my call was received by someone "Sangeep Sen". I told him about my problem & he simply said I won't be able to take your complaint as system is down...!!! After a discussion of about 5 to 7 minutes I demanded Sangeep Sen to transfer my call to his senior or team leader. To my surprise he straight refused saying that no senior is available on this I lost my patience & yelled at him & threatened him that I will put all this on mail. Only after that he transferred my call to his team leader, now I was talking to Mr. Janardan. He apologised onbehalf of Sangeep Sen & again told me the same thing that he cannot register my complaint as system is down. I am not able to understand if a customer is buying such a costly product worth almost 53k to 54k, is this the kind of service one should expect from a brand like Hitachi...??? My point is why do you have call centers if most of the time your systems are DOWN??? Can't you have a standby Internet link for your call centers??? Why do a customer needs to suffer so much after spending money??? Again I yelled at Janardan & asked him why can't he register my complaint & why he is not having a provision of standby link. And I insisted that he should take my complaint now, only then he reacted & took my complaint. My complaint number is mentioned for your reference:- [protected] I had a nightmare when I switched ON my AC at night, my indoor unit of AC was having heavy water leakage. I am seriously not able to understand what's all going on!!! The person who came for installation has not done his job properly & so I have suffered entire night. Why can't you have properly trained & efficient technicians, who can complete their job properly??? I have sent a mail to Hitachi customer care last night, but nobody replied on that as well. Might be because Hitachi as a company is not really cares about its customers!!! Or due to MNC culture 5 working days, so on weekends customers are left suffering!!! Hitachi please change this customer unfriendly attitude...!!! I did lot of online surfing before buying this AC, I came across few very bad & negative feedback about Hitachi of a website "mouthshut.com" but still I thought that I will give it a try. Sorry to say but now I'm regretting my decision. Awaiting for quick action/response on this complaint mail.                                       I have a Hitachi Refrigerator since 2008. Few months back, the compressor gave away. After tremendous follow up, the compressor was replaced after 35 days of complaint. Since a week, as it appears, the new compressor has again failed. I am really amazed at the performance of Hitachi customer support group. I am based in Mathura, (UP). I am hopeful that Hitachi will at least respond to this complaint.

                                        Hi am using the 500GB harddisk form the Hitachi S/N 71GGLB8C my disk didnt read and i couldnot retriive my valuable information from this. so i would like to request you suggest me the ways how could i resolve this problem. The device when connected in compter shows the device connected in the USB Port but it doesnot load in the my computer. Pls provide me the assistance to get those datas from the device. Pls waiting for your response soon
