Hitachi has the worst after sale service, i have registered complaint a week ago and my complaint number is [protected] for normal service and inspite of several calls and mails i havn't heard from Hitachi and the best part is no body is ready to take the responsibility in there call centre and can't commit on timelines. i'm scared if there normal service is so pathetic then how will they deliver in case of major fault.. A window AC was purchased by us on 13.04.13 . This unit has troubled up us with noise and cooling from day one. Service has been less than satisfactory. I bought a Cassette Ac on the 7th of Feb from a dealer ASIA SALES AGENCIES. Old # 809/New # 128 Anna Salai. Opp L.I.C Bldng Chennai 600002. The product is HITACHI SPL. 2.0 Ton Cassette Ac.
