Dear sir,
Before today, I was in view that HITACHI is a very prestigious and responsible company who make good quality of all accessories, especially AC, however it is costly than other. Similarly about their team it was imaged that that will be very sincere and punctual. But now I am sure and loudly speak that it is a fraud, bogus, irresponsible and cheater group of company, who don`t care any customer.
Is it not enough that I purchased an split ac before 15 days and despite of repeated complaint to Shopper, dealer, service center at Patna, HO of Hyderabad and on all relevant phone of customer care who either not attended my phone or not entertained the complaint. even still I am facing my problem instead of cool air.
