i have purchased split air conditioner 1.5 ton model no. kappa RAS318HUDD on dated 29.03.14 from Mittal enterprises shopping center kota, rajasthan. i have already inform to service man and installation man my ac after purchasing 2 days water droping one by one and after one month out door unit ( compressor ) not working and ac no cooling.

    Dear sir/Madam, I have purchased Hitachi 1.5 split Air condition in the year 2012, but it was not cooling now in response to my complaint dated 2.4.2014 two technician came and refilled air and taken Rs. 2600/ for the same receipt not given and they left blower without proper fitting with assuring to come next day. Despite of my repeated reminder they not responeded. I again complaint to customer's care center but not yet visited. In view of above, it is requested to arrange to solve the problems. Thanking you.       Respected sir/mam I am using hitachi window ac 1.5 ton. During this season when I first switched it on, it was not cooling and I registered coplain to hitachi customer care on 13th april 9**9. Hitachi service is so bad that they took my ac to there workshop n returned it on 26th april 9**9 and that even with another problem of making too much irritable noice. My ac was not making any noice when they took it to there workshop. I asked the person who was from workshop that its making noice but he asked that they only fill gas in ac and they dont know about noice. I had to pay 9**9 Rs as per bill but my old problem of not cooling was solved but they made my ac worst due to there mistake. Please take necessary action

        I got he following AC Installed from Hitachi : Model: RAU318HUDD> Model Descritpion. : SPLIT AC - 1.5TR HITACHI KAMPA - RAU318HUDD My Registered Mobile Number - [protected] Purchase Date: 25/03/2014 I have Tried to Get In touch with the following repeatdly but got no reposnse. : All India Customer Care:[protected] Local Indore (M.P) Branch Office :[protected] Branch Controller (Indore Branch) : [protected] CRO : [protected] I have a number of complaints for which the Hitachi Service centre has kept sending Service Engineers and now they have stopped responding on all the above numbers including the Customer Care, the call is either not picked up or it just disconnects: Issues ( Still unresolved Despite Repeated Requests) : - Ac Switching on ON on its own - Remote Malfunction number f bot tons not working - Installation Receipt Still not received ( Even If its Free I need proof that the AC was Installed by Hitachi) - Rs. 2250 Taken from me for additional copper piping installed but received not receipt for it. Further, I am not happy with the service quality and the product quality I have already had a number of Service Technicians from Hitachi come to my house and visit and have not been able to install the problems since the time of installation, and now they have stopped responding . I would hence want the product to be taken back and provided with a refund for all my expenses.

          I bought Hitachi 1.5 ton split AC two years back. It did not work even for a single day. I made several complaints through email and telephone. But they did not even bother to respond. After a lot of frustration, I had to file consumer case against Hitachi. For the last two years, I am just following up the matter. However, the people in Hitachi are so unprofessional that they chose not to appear before consumer courts also. So they were proceeded ex-parte. When the matter was for final hearing this year, then one advocate appeared on behalf of Hitachi and sought time to settle the matter and again got a date beyond six months in the matter. However, even thereafter, no one came back with settlement offer. Now I will have to wait for several months to get my matter listed before consumer court. It is really frustrating to deal with such a fraud company. They just want to sell their product without giving any after sale services. I am fed up with this rogue company.

                To whomsoever I hope it concerns this is to inform you with great frustration that after buying a HITACHI 2 TON SPLIT AC MODEL NO RAS324EUDA on 06/04/14 iam still waiting for the AC to be installed...
                I believe I made a big mistake of buying a HITACHI product and will never do so in the future.
                I demand immediate installation of my AC or I will return the AC and will want my full money back.

                  I have lodge the complaint no [protected] in hitachi service center but without solve the problem.it has been closed.again i have lodge the compressor problem.staff came and charging 500 rs. and take the compressor with gas charging cost of 2500 rs. but ac does not cooling still and again contact that person to solve the problem he again charging cost of 2650 rs. but still ac is not cooling and that person does not recieve my phone. I m very helpless. Plz help me

                    Dear sir, Before today, I was in view that HITACHI is a very prestigious and responsible company who make good quality of all accessories, especially AC, however it is costly than other. Similarly about their team it was imaged that that will be very sincere and punctual. But now I am sure and loudly speak that it is a fraud, bogus, irresponsible and cheater group of company, who don`t care any customer. Is it not enough that I purchased an split ac before 15 days and despite of repeated complaint to Shopper, dealer, service center at Patna, HO of Hyderabad and on all relevant phone of customer care who either not attended my phone or not entertained the complaint. even still I am facing my problem instead of cool air.                       i gave a complaint in the month of march regarding my 1ton A.C as there is no cooling. the technician came on 2oth of march and told me that as there is gas leakage an d they would come within 2 or 3 days and fill the gas.as no one as come i lodged a complaint [protected] on 25th of march.there was no use so again i called them for reminding they told me that there are going to come as soon as possible but in vain.so i would like lodge a complaint against the company for not giving proper response even after repeated phone calls.

                        Dear Concern

                        I am owner of jewelry shop in reputed market of Mayur Vihar phase-1, due to improper installation of split AC 1.5 Ton which is accepted by your service executive in written; and i am loosing my customer base as customer stating me that how greedy you (Gyan Chand), repair it asap; floor of AC will down on people while entering in shop... no one providing proper solution..no one in senior management want to talk with me. its a height of negligence of such a reputed organization.

                        i have provide stand too but installation person refused to put the stand & replied its to late cant do more work no more time i can spend for installation and he have rude behavior with me.

                        Every time when i log a complaint executive commit that this time problem will resolved 100% but i had faced negligence again and again.

                        I had log many complaints about installation of Split AC 1.5 Ton with stand (Purchased from Neha Electronics, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi-91) and taking followups regularly.

                        No action taken yet after so many complaints registration & many verbal conversation at office & concerns. and asked for installation...i agrred for the same but no one came to re-install.

                        I have spoken to Mr Anuraag[protected]/15), Mr. Nadeem ([protected]), Mr. Mohit, Mr. Sunil, Mr Sanjay, Miss Arti...and list goes on...

                        Now you have to give me 1 year warranty extend...with proper installation and i will not pay for this because no use of AC.

                        Now i am fed-up with this i am facing loss in my business.

                          I bought 2 hitachi airconditioner (big mistake) in 2012. Both the ac's have been performing very bad since the time I bought it. Everytime we have placed complaint we have had some one come and see the ac's and saying AC's are working fine after doing some tweaking. Not at all happy. Our money has completely gone down the drain and I have been not getting a good response from Hitachi. They dont take ownership for all the products of Hitachi. Conveniently they are pointing towards Reliance since I bought it in reliance. Hi Hitachi.. if you have any regard for customer, please refund my money back.. and take the AC's. I dont want people to come and fool us saying our AC's are fine

                                We bought a HItachi fridge R-T350ENDIK[protected] litres in Aug 2012. We noticed only later that a flimsy plastic tray screwed on at the back kept filling up rapidly with water and overflowing. We complained twice, IBy June 2013 we were having to unscrew this tray, empty it and screw it on again EVERY THREE DAYS.We removed the carpet next to the fridge because of the constant overflow. In June 2013 the technician who came told me there was nothing to be done about this. He suggested that I put in a sponge everyday and squeeze the water out! ( Yes, this is indeed what he said) This is supposed to be a frost free model The guarantee period expired WITHOUT THE PROBLEM BEING SOLVED.. Either we have BEEN SOLD A DEFECTIVE PIECE OR THIS HITACHI MODEL HAS A SERIOUS DESIGN FLAW. We put in a complaint in Sept .Complaint no [protected]. Technician came on 28 sept . No solution and did not come again. We rang again on 30th sept.On 4th Oct we rang Mr Prakash ( [protected]) at 1.20 pm and received no help. I advise customers to think carefully before they buy any Hitachi fridge. There are serious design problems and technicians are incompetent. R Singha

                                  Hello sir,

                                  I have bought AC from Croma on 16-Sep-2013. bill no is SLF02A0040300.


                                  I was given assurance from tata croma that installation will be done before 19-sep-2013 . and that is why i took
                                  followups on 19-Sep-2013 but at the end of the day installation not done.

                                  My frustation level becomes so high.

                                  Why we choose standard AC like hitachi ???? because we get everythink on time..Is this service provided ???
                                  i[censored] will not give me justice then repeatedly this will happen to some else custmer.....

                                    I shyam sunder r/o 202 A new roshan pura najafgarh had bought an Ac of 1.5 ton split from Hitachi. It worked well and i was satisfied too.But from last one month it makes a lot of noise and when i contacted the customer care they send the executive. The executive told me that it need service and the service was done. But the noise was there too. On third day when i again complained the executive came and told me that the AC need to fill the gas. I asked him to do so and he then told me that instead of filling the gas by Hitachi which cost nearby 2600 rupees he can managed to do so with 2000 rupees. I refused to do so, and it was the begining of the problem and now when i call customer care they don't reply and the office at Janak Puri make ridiculous replies and the service executives do not turned up. I made a lot of call from my number [protected] and [protected]. My present number is [protected]. Please help me.

                                      Dear Hitachi,

                                      Sincere request, if you are not able to handle calls and complaints of customers then please shut your company.

                                      Your customer care & service centres are so lame that they can't even repair a AC in 5 days and on top of it no return calls to customer, even you can not provide stand by units to customer.

                                      I think i made biggest mistake of my life buying Hitachi AC, LG Home Appliances (India) and Samsung India are much better company in handling customer complaints and their products are much better than yours.

                                      Seriously recommending everyone not to buy Hitachi Home & Life Solutions if you love your money....

                                        I bought an HITACHI AIR CONDITIONER - WAC-1.0 TR KAZE PLUS - RAW511KTD HITACHI WINDOW AC on 07th April 2013. The AC was installed by M/s Nutan Electronics, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110095 from where the AC was purchased. After installation the AC was making a lot of noise for which a complaint was lodged by me on 19.04.2013 with the customer care. A complaint which was registered on 19th April was attended by HITACHI PEOPLE on 20th April. They said that the problem is due to leakage of gas. They took the AC to their service centre and filled up the gas and installed it. On 25th May 2013 the same problem of noise started and again I lodged a complain on 26.05.2013. The same was attended by the Hitachi Representative and he said that the noise is due to stablizer and suggested me to change the stablizer. He did something and the noise problem of AC stopped on that day. On 03rd June 2013, the same problem started again and I raised the problem with the Customer care. Again they send the representative and he did some work in the AC. Once again on 04.08.2013, the problem of noise started again, I raised the problem and the representative Mr. Rinku Yadav attended the AC and did something in the AC and suggested that the AC has not been installed properly. He said it will cost Rs 500 to re-install the AC. I said OK and told him that I will call him later on. Now on 04.09.2013, the AC is neither cooling nor any water is coming out from its back side. I am VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED BY THIS HOPELESS SERVICE ON THE PART OF SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE HITACHI. Please help me out and replace this defective Air Conditioner and improve your after sales service Waiting for Company's action.
