Hi,
I purchased a Air condition machine( Hitachi 1 tron Keze+ model) Rs. 32000/- from Great Eastern shop fully paid from kolkata on 30.04.2013.
They installed the machine on 06.05.2013 to my house. After one day it is not working. I complained to customer care and day after they sent a technician to my house for fixing. But after checked they got that its capacitor is damaged. So they gone back and reported to company about it.
They said they will be back soon after getting the parts which is damaged.
But after that they never back . I called each day to customer care. The customer care simply avoiding me saying that the damaged parts is not available. 12 days gone still i did not get any service from them.
The summer is going end. I purchased the AC for getting benefit against the hot weather. But it seems to me i cant use it in this summer. It is very upset me and i m clueless what i need to do.
So i am requesting here please see this matter give me proper suggestion.

Hitachi — Wall damaged: Right to compenstaion

This is Kushal Poddar from Kolkata.I purchased a split AC as on 16th of May, 2008. On 31st of march, 2009 I made a first complaint regarding the waterfall problem to the Kolkata service center[protected] & [protected])and now 10 days ago the problem has been solved. The problem was persisting since 6 months. I made inumerable calls on these two numbers and the technicians came many times and the problem remained unsolved within this period and in this intervening period my wall has been damaged and as a consumer, I have a right to receive compensation to the extent of loss damaged to my property. I approached Kolkata Head Office and they refused to hear my claim. the treatment that i got is totally unjust and unfair. my time, money and energy has been wasted in these last 6 months for the waterfall problem. and so i am not demanding any refund for that. my only request is to bear the extent of loss caused to my property.. and Mr. Rahaman([protected]) knows about my property getting damaged from the beginning. Why the technicians came many times and the still the problem remain unsolved? why did not Mr. Rahaman come and personally attend my home? I have decided not to recommend anyone to take any item of this brand... i bought this AC because of this brand and now i am really frustrated and humiliated by the treatment of your employees at Kolkata Branch. please look into the matter immediately.this matter needs urgent attention. and this is my final ray of hope...as an evidence i have enclosed the 2 photographs of wall getting damaged and in the photographs there is no AC as on the day of photograph the AC was getting repaired and fitted.

    Buying a Hitachi Window AC has been the worst decision of my life so far. Every year, there is some problem with either the blower, compressor, fan or something. And just when I thought that was the worst part, I got bigger surprises! The after sales was even worse. Right from the telecommunication responses to the attitude and services every single step was a pain. This year the blower first stopped working so I complained. After several days (yes, not hours, days!) two guys came, they did some cleaning or something and asked me to sign a blank paper. When I refused saying that I need to write a comment before I sign, they said there is no need to write anything and that they would do the writing. Then I told them to wait until I speak to the Hitachi customer care to confirm with what just happened, they fled! Literally! Just after two days, the compressor also stopped working. Again I followed the entire procedure of calling one person, to another to another but still in VAIN. Now I'm stuck with this 1.5ton AC and looking for options to sell it off...I DO NOT suggest anyone to go for Hitachi EVER!!!! All you'll get in return is invalid numbers, invalid service, invalid customer care representatives, invalid product and everything that's possibly related to Hitachi, invalid.

    Hitachi — Worst After Sales service

    I am having a Hitachi Air Conditioner (purchased last year), i have registered a request for AC Servicing on 28th April 2011 Request no: [protected] with Hitachi till date no-one contacted me for the issue.
    And i am calling Hitachi customer care on daily basis from 29th April 2011 onwards every time they say the same sentence " it will be attended shortly" but nothing happened. This shows how much company is focusing on the After Sales Service.
    Never Buy Hitachi Products!!!!!!

    I have had similar experience with Hitachi. Poor customer care and substandard products. I shall never buy a Hitachi product again.

    Hitachi — service is worst

    I bought Hitach ACE cutoff 1.2 ton on last Tuesday[protected]. Still installation is not done. Customer service is very very poor. It is not at all branded A/c. They will cheat with false promises.

    Water leakage from AC

    I have purchased Hitachi 3 star split AC in April 2016 from Manoj Electronics, Darya Ganj.
    I have found some water leakage problem, could you please assist on early basis.

      I had bought three Hitachi Air Conditioner's in 2008 .
      1)One of the AC's started giving trouble within a year .When company was contacted they procrastinated till the time warranty was over. Once warranty was over they apparently repaired the AC without any change in cooling.
      2) Above condition was continued till 2012, when they finally agreed to replace compressor but gas filling & repair charges had to be paid.
      3) AC worked fine for one season but again this year as per technician of HHL compressor needs replacement.
      4) They strangely do not have record of this
      5) When confronted on this attitude company officials stopped picking up the phone.
      My complaint is as follows.
      1) I have paid for the product which has not served the intended purpose.
      2) Company deliberately delayed admission of compressor having conked off to avoid repair under warranty.
      3) Compressor having being replaced cannot be just working for one season.I brought AC in 2008 & compressor is under warranty till 2013 .One replacement does not mean Warranty is over
      4) I have spent around Rs 15 k on repair of this AC with huge stress & mental trauma .
      Such companies should be banished from the market
      Anyone having similar problem with Hitachi please call me

        Date of purchase of 20.4.2012 i have register complaint dt 13.4.2013 regarding service and noise in my airconditioner. He came and done service but said its ok now you can run this machine and our office is in ashram near to your home if any mishappen u can aavain call us. Then we went out and when we use a.c on 26th april its motor stops working. I lodge complaint and your service boy told that its motor burnt you have to pay now i told him since th motor is in warranty period u should repair it free of cost in warranty. Till then i am chasing ur people some time they said motor is not in stock and oud ASM manoj mob no[protected] is not well and met with an accident i as human being said ok. But when i feel that no one from company make me call regarding my a.c . Initially manoj ASM o[censored]r company told i will speak to my okhla office and let u know but now he hands up and said i cannot do any thing ur rep at okhla branch mr. Rana straibht refuse to listen my complaint and very unperfessionally Spoke to me. IS this Hitachi or local company i will go to consumer court if nothing is happen from ur side

        I HAVE PURCHASED MY ONE TONNE SPLIT AC MODEL RAU312 KSD FROM HARI OM ELECTRONICS ,CLOCK TOWER,SHAKTI NAGAR VIDE INVOICENO RI/12-13/2066 DATED 21.06.2012 .

        ON 29.06.2012 THE AC STOPPED WORKING AND WE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND A COMPLAINT NO.[protected] WAS REGISTERED IN RESPONSE MR. Z. HASHMI TECHINCIAN FROM S.S. ENTERPRISES HAS VISITED ON 30.06.2012 AND DETECTED THAT TEMPORARY SWITCH ON THE INDOOR UNIT WAS MAL FUNCTIONING AND SUE TP THAT THE UNIT WAS TRIPPING ,HE TRIED TO RECTIFY THE FAULT AND AFTER SPENDING NEARLY ONE HOUR HE DECLARE THE PROBLEM AS RECTIFIED (AS PER ENCLOSED FILED CALL REPORT CALL NO.AND [protected]).

        HOWEVER THE AC IS NOW WORKING BUT THE MALFUNCTIONING OF TEMPORARY SWITCH IS STILL CONTINUE AND AC IS KEEP ON/OFF DUE TO THAT .

        PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL FOR IMMEDIATE REDRESSAL OF MY PROBLEM BY EITHER RECTIFY THE FAULT AT ONCE OR REPLACE THE FAULTY INDOOR UNIT, AS THE MACHINE IS PURCHASED ON 21.06.2012 AND HARDLY WORKED FOR 10 DAYS.

          I have purchased a new 1.5 ton split AC on 22-May-13 considering my past experience and reputation of Hitachi , but this time unfortunately I am not very happy with the product quality and technician’s behavior. So hereby I request to take a quick action on the following issue:

          AC is making unreasonable noise and cooling is not proper (it doubt that product is genuine), although technician has already visited my place but no solution was provided. So in this regard please provide a quick solution and since it’s a brand new product which is causing problem I would like to have A REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT

            Hi ,
            my name is dheeraj jog I have buy hitachi split AC on[protected], invoice No.-S/RJ-429
            and my address is 17/127 subhash nagar new delhi -110027. I have facing problem with
            My AC since i buyed , i am really not happy with my hitachi AC every month i found problem
            In AC, whenever i call to hitachi they told me that's not our mistake and sometime they come
            In my house and promised me your AC will be fine. After 8 month company found the problem
            That indoor pipe has been puched when i bought this AC and when they found the problem they
            Didn't give me response, i was calling before two months till now no one come here and replace
            My AC. Actually the company waiting for end my warranty so after end of warranty they won't replace
            My indoor. So i requested please help me otherwise i complaint to the police for fraud with me....

              This is with reference to 2 complaints registered by me at Hitachi Customer care centre. The Registration No. of these complaints are [protected] dtd 24th April, 2013 for my split AC and [protected] dtd 25th April, 2013 for my 3-door Refrigerator.

              I am extremely pained to witness the state of Hitachi customer care. Unfortunately, both my Hitachi AC & Refrigerator have given me problems at the same time & the response from the customer care has also been very poor. To begin with, the customer care Nos. are themselves so difficult to get thru. It is only after 10-12 calls that one manages to get thru. The complaints registered by me were only responded by late afternoon of 27th April and that too when I made several reminder calls. I had to call up service centres in Delhi to request them to come over, only to find that a service centre in Delhi whose No. had been forwarded to me by the helpline had either closed operations or has been allotted some other area!!!!

              With great difficulty, 2 boys (claiming to be from some service centre) came home on 27th & declared that both the AC & the Refrigerator needed gas refilling but it was possible only after 2 days, as they do not work on sundays. However, no one came on Monday but on calling up were informed that the gas was not available & they will visit us when they they receive the same. It is now 9 days since my complaint & we have not received any response to our complaints. I have been calling up helpline daily & have called up the shop at Ashok Vihar from where I purchased the refrigerator but no one has been helpful. I am feeling extremely let down more so because we thought that we had bought these expensive items considering they were the best in the market!!!

              It is extremely unfortunate that a company like Hitachi should have such a shoddy customer care service. This is bound to affect the credibility of the Company.

              I am forced to send this mail as I do not know how else to get through to Hitachi. I would be grateful if someone in Hitachi is able to take care of my above mentioned complaints and spare me and my family the trouble we have been having going thru.

              I have purchased an Electolux refrigerator with the above. deatails from Sonis Home appliences, Ochira, Kollam, kerala.

              Now the refrigerator has not working.
              ie,
              a. no ice formation and cooling
              b. refrigerator attempts to start but does not start. the voltage stabilizer attached to the fridge working properly.

              kindly take necessary steps to repir it as early as possible.

              Refrigerator — Not functioning

              My complaint no.- BP No.:[protected] on dtd.-27.07.09. I am following up from last 5 days but no satisfactory response.What pains me more is that the Samsung Call centre supervisors promise a call back & never honor their promises. I have spoken to 4 of the supervisors of their call centre since 27/07/09 regarding my faulty refregerotor & invariably they promise a call from their engineers which never materializes. I have a whole range of Samsung products & feel that I have made a very big mistake in selecting the samsung brand. I really feel angry at the company which repeatedly fails to honor their promises that too at a supervisory level multiple times. Do you really take care of customers? Or making fool them by giving customer care no. [protected].

              Refrigerator — not working

              I have purchased BPL double door Refridgerator last 4 years ago at the nearest retail shop which is located at ECIL.

              Problems with the product:

              >Defreeger is not getting cooled
              >Vegetables are getting spolied, over all is not working properly

              Refrigerator — refrigerator Not working

              Dear Sir,
              I had purchased L.G. Refrigerator Model No.GL-255VM5 from Rajdeep Electronics Ahmedabad on[protected]. We selected L.G product because of it's high market reputation in-spite of our previous refrigerator had no complain for last 20 years. But our bad luck started immediately after purchase of LG refrigerator. Cooling in two sections was not proper for which we made frequent complains to your service center. Every time some unskilled technician came and did some minor repairing but our problem continued. Ultimately they took the refrigerator to your service center on[protected] and repaired it. Now again cooling system has failed and our refrigerator has stopped working.

              Our list of complaints are:
              1. Your call center people speak politely & softly but their actions on complaints are very poor.
              2. Your service center people never explain the reasons for dis functioning of parts.
              3. Every time new service men comes for serving the complain and they neither bother whether the customer is satisfied with their service.

              Even I complained to Rajdeep Electronics But they were helpless in serving us.
              I hope this is enough to rate your quality of service. Our refrigerator is not working at all.
              Can you help us?

              Sorry 2 say but very poor customer care response...
              I have bought Whirlpool referigerator(310 ltr) on 7/7/2010 from
              Bhagat Electronics, Shop No.-160-61, Old Ropar Road, Manimajra, Chandigarh U.T.
              Due to power cut its not working properly only light is switching on till last 4 days.
              The complaint is made to the dealer since Sunday(29/5/2011) and no action is taken against the Complaint.

                Myself Sanjay Gupta, resident of FB-194, Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad wants to register a complaint that I had taken the AMC from HITACHI HOME & LIFE SOLUTION (INDIA) LTD, B-43, SECTOR-65, NOIDA dated on 3.03.2013 for two window air conditioners against Cash memo no. 54100 & 53121 for Rs. 3309/- each (Rs.6618/-). Their executives names were Mr. Asif Ali and Mr. Vinod and their Mobile numbers were [protected] & [protected].They had taken the cash amount from us. They were coming with the Hitachi Noida Branch’s Tag and they had given us the Service Contract Copy with a stamp of Hitachi Noida Branch. Now they are saying that both the executive are not working with Hitachi and they had done a fraud with you. So my complaint is that I am using the Hitachi air conditioners from last six years. I want to know where the fault of mine is being a customer. If this things occurred by a big company like Hitachi then who will trust on Hitachi. I had spoken with Hitachi Hyderabad branch so many times but they are not ready to assume that the fault is at the Hitachi part. In this case, the company is totally responsible for the fraud making by their executive because a customer can identify the executive by I- Card and stamp of the company. So why should I bear the cost? This is my humble request is to look into it seriously and take the early action in this matter. Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

                  Dear ravathy,

                  As we discussed earlier, I had bought Guardian stablizer double booster first and then after your people told me that there is voltage problem and then i gone for v-guard to test the voltage issue. I can feel / sense that your people who came to my home are non professional till now.

                  One technician says that there is a voltage issue, one says that there is issue with PCB of the machine, one says that stablizer that we changed is a problem and he says to go back to guardian. wat u people think i am?? a crazy fellow trusting all the craps ur technician's words?????

                  see Mr.senthil told me that he will send Hitachi's person for this issue. I asked hitachi and they telling that due to SSR we can't come and repair the VIvek's product since they are in contract to service by themselves.

                  I need a proper report form your service person who comes tomorrow to service my AC and if It exists then its ur call to make the replacement. since no other go for me and it like a trap of my money with viveks. its

                  With reference to the below mail we have send our technician and found that voltage problem is there so that we have suggested to change the double booster. Since the double booster had a problem pcb not getting the proper output from the stabilizer. So again our technician have attended on tuesday and instead of V.Guard stabilizer we have checked the unit with the use of Guardian stabilizer where the technician have brought over there.

                  At that time ac was working fine so problem is only with the stabilizer hence if it is changed then ac will be working fine. So As per the discussion we will send our Supervisor by tomorrow to check it properly and we will rectify it at the earliest and in case we found that the product faulty then surely will get back to you with the best solution.

                  I am Writing this mail third time for the repair of my newly installed hitachi ac in my home. After my second mail, Mr.senthil from viveks service center called me regarding this and he sent his person today for verifying the repair again 4th time.

                  Now the technician Mr manikandan done all trouble shooting and he said that V-guard is the problem. Pls change to Guardian. and any of the AC technician from Viveks given me the job sheet till now.

                  Mr.senthil doesn't bother to here what exactly the customer's issue and he keeps on doing wat he wants to do with his service men.And he simply believes wat ever his techinicians said to close the call without a proper certification from the customer. I dont know why the hell all ur AC technicians are telling each reasons for my single Issue. Mr.manikandan said that today the placement of ac in ur home is not correct and the stabilizer from V-guard is not running properly.

                  Today i am totally vexed. Here after i wont get any of the products from Viveks and i wont refer anyone. You people lost your word of mouth from me. I have asked for a replacement from your side, and till now there is no proper response for it. Any customer never ever accepts that a brand new machine got delivered with a defect one and installed in a crapped manner. Due to this issue i have spoiled my name in my family and now i am totally depressed. Pls do the needfull.

                  Pls find below the queries regarding the service issue in my Newly installed AC. After this mail and continuous follow up with Mrs revathy of customer care center as well as Mr. Illias and Mr. Janaki Raman of viveks Service center, the service person Mr.sana(the person who installed the AC in my home) and another person came to my home on the same day of my mail and given the report as there is voltage drop and you have to go for triple booster or consult your electrician for the boosting of the voltage issue in my home.
                  I consulted my electrician and changed the wiring as well as i have upgraded my 16 Amps voltage to 32 Amps for better flow of voltage. and my electrician itself claimed that the Stabilizer guardian may be not up to the level pls go for V-guard with LED display so tat u can see whether the Voltage drops like that in an electronic manner.
                  Today, i directly gone back to AC bazaar and changed the guardian to v-guard and i paid the price of it. and reported to Mr. Janaki raman regarding this and he instructed illas to attend the issue in front of me.
                  At 7 pm your persons came and rectified all the issue such that Stabilizers installations, AC wall mounting issues, AC gas leakage test, AC indoor copper test, AC voltage test and it has been a long 4 hours work even after the installation and a immediate service issue.

                  Even though fixing of all installations issues as well as voltage issues,the AC again giving the same result like before that is "NO COOLING INSIDE THE ROOM".

                  Now Mr. Illias saying that there is a problem with product, PCB inside the indoor unit is not working and we have done our best to the installation servicing. Pls consult the vendor AC bazaar or Mr. janaki Raman for further details.

                  I bought the AC at the cost of 33400 and i have spend around 10,000 extra for all those claims that ur people given for not running of the AC and now they are claiming that the issue is with the product. I could not understand how things like HITACHI goes worng after the QC from the Brand. This spoils both the Brand image of the product as well as the Retail distributors Image. Pls send a quality team for the installation and on service pls ask your team to give a proper trouble shooting for the issue like this. each one gives one and finally i land up in trouble in spending. if i gone for triple booster with the advice o[censored]r person then it would be a total crap for me without identifying the exact issue in the machine.
                  I am totally upset on this, u can sense this from my long mail and the time i have drafted you. I need a proper response form your team on this. I need a replacement of the product and i Need it ASAP.

                  I have bought Hitachi kaze plus in your AC bazaar on 13th of this month and it has been installed on 19th. Since i am out of station my dad and mom look after the installation. yesterday night only i have returned and found that there is No Cooling effect from the AC and only the Air blowers blow out the Air.I have enquired with my dad and he says that this is the maximum cooling that the AC provides. I then decided to go back to my Old ceiling fan and i am used it for yesterday night to get my sleep even though i have bought a brand new Hitachi AC. I dont know exactly where the problem is!! it may be in your product or it may be in the installation. My bill details are furnished below. Pls make arrangements to trouble shoot the issue in Installation or in the product, today itself. Already i have waited one week to get delivered and now i am not fully satisfied with the product u have delivered and installed. pls make arrangements to sort out this issue today itself.

                  Hitachi Kaze model — Worst service i have seen

                  I had bought Hitachi A/C from Bajaj electronics two montths back ,
                  when it got installed i noticed heavy noise in the Out door unit , i had raised so many complaints..

                  one day i wrote a mail ..customer care ..after that one tech had come and confirmed that problem persists and
                  .recommended to replace the Out door unit with new one.

                  It has been 25 days no response .. when u call customre case people ..theire job is to just log a complaint ..
                  i have not seen such worst service in any other products..

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased a 1.5 T Window Airconditioner (S. No 18454) on 4th May 2011. The equipment started misbehaving and giving problems within a week of purchase. My first service complaint regarding a thudding noise was addressed by detecting an extra piece of wood below the compressor which was left behind erroneously by the technician at the time of installation. Thereafter, I logged in three complaints in the month of June 2013 regarding lack of cooling. The unit was taken to Hitachi workshop and repaired, with assurances that there would be no further problems.
                    Last year, at the start of summer, the equipment again started malfunctioning by way of no cooling. The problem was diagnosed as ‘Gas leakage’ by the technicians. Accordingly, the unit was taken to the workshop for repair and Gas filling. Post this, I had to log in at least three service calls for the technicians to solve the issue.
                    However, this season again there was no cooling, and I had to raise a Service Request [protected] on 16th April. It was again diagnosed as ‘Gas leakage’, the unit taken to the workshop on 18th April 2013 and repaired vide your receipt no DEL-4/ 4291 dated 19th April 2013. Since the unit is still malfunctioning and is not cooling properly, I raised another Service Request [protected] on 25th April. I got a call the same day from your technician, saying that he would visit next day morning. However, the service request was closed on 26th April without the technician visiting the site. When I spoke to your customer care, they had no explanation for the SR closure and instead opened another SR [protected] on 26th April, promising to send a technician next day. However, this SR was again closed on 29th April, without anyone attending to it. Once again, I called up the customer care, who raised a fresh SR [protected] with a promise to attend within 8 working hours. This SR still remains unaddressed.

                    To summarise the problem :

                    (i) The equipment malfunctioned from first week itself. It has worked properly for approx 2-3 months only since its purchase.
                    (ii) The unit had three ‘Gas leakages’ in the past two seasons (well within the warranty period). Need to address the root cause of the ‘Gas leakage’ rather than asking me to get the gas refilled every season.
                    (iii) Repeated closure of service requests without looking into the problem, current SR unaddressed for 3 days.

                      I have purchase Hitachi AC in November 2012, but now cooling is not happening so I registered a complain in Hitachi customer care one of engineer come at my premises and says compressed is not working and it needs to replace as my AC is in warranty period it will replace free of cost but engeener says u have to bear a transportation charge of 650 Rs. I complain in customer care for same but they also says the same but as my product is in warranty period why I bear a transportation charge at the time of purchase company assure me if any fault came in product during warranty period it will replace free of charge they did not mention any transportation charge as it is company fault company has to bear a transportation charge. Kindly do needful.

                        As I have purchased an Air-conditioner From Hitachi last year, I am not getting proper warranty service from their end. After several times of telephonic conversation and so many e-mails from my end I have never get any satisfactory answer from Hitachi. Now my Air-conditioner is in dead condition and it is within warranty period but Hitachi failed to repaired it . Please help me or show me the way so that I can get a well conditioned Air-conditioner from the same Company.

                            This is to bring to your king notice that I have called many times to croma customer care for the repairance of my window AC as it is under extended warranty given by croma. Its been more that 15 days, I didnt get any positive reply. Cust care representative is stating that they are not getting the AC part from Hitachi centre and THIS IS THE ONLY REASON FOR DELAY IN REPLACING THE AC PART AND GET THE AC TO BE REPAIRED. I need my ac to be repaired asap. Hoping for the positive reply.

                              I have file an complaint to customer care for my air condition which has been purchased from Croma Store. The AC is under extended warranty and its been 15 days they are not working on my complaint. The ac is still not working and i am not getting any good response from customer care as they people are delaying it by giving us 1 or 2 days time and after that no convincing reply they give.                                 Dharmender in-charge of Alipur Hitachi services talked very harshly. He don't know how to talked with the customer and said do complaint wherever you want I will not provide AC service.

                                Complaint regarding their services: I purchased your AC on 9th April 2012, after few months Hitachi's technician visited for Dry Service of AC and He told us that Hitachi company had provided us three free services two dry and one wet service. I had asked him : do your organization needs any reminder for service or you come by your own, he answered: There is no need of any reminder, we will come by own. Now it's almost one year passed non of their technician visited for any services, would you please provide my rest of my service. And Now they are saying they will charged because one year completed, it means they are cheating customerrs openly. This is my right to get my free wet service which is promised by Hitachi.

                                Complaint of call center : I called up to their call Center dated 19th April 2013 for AC wet service(free) complaint. Hitachi employee was saying she can't Lodge my complaint because they only Lodged complaint against defects of Product and register for service. Will you please ask them where i (customer) would Lodge my complaint against services of Hitachi company services.

                                Hitachi — AC servicing not done properly

                                I have bought a HITACHI AC on[protected]. unfortunately after 14 months it sudeenly stopped working. I summoned the nearest HITACHI servicing centre (TIME-N-SERVICE-- 16/6, Sahapur Colony, Plot 306, New Alipore Kolkata 700053, India). they took the Product on[protected] and till today[protected] they neither returned it nor gave us any confirmation about what the error actually is and what they are going to do with it..
                                We bought 1.2 tn Ace Cut Our Split airconditioners ( 2 units ) during April 2009, vide Invoice no 9 dt 18th April 2009, which are installed at 243/241, Sobha Onyx, Near Agara Circle, Sarjapur Ring road, Bangalore. I'm wondering . Repeated Efforts for free Services / inspection ( Due within six months from date of purchase ) with franchisee M/s Concorde Aircoditioning System, Banglore & Hitachi Life Solutions through online cmplaints / mail follow up are failing miserably in getting appropriate response even after more than a year of purchase.

                                  We purchased a Hitachi Window 1.5T Q .Cool Summer Plus-RAV518ERD from Kapila Electronics Janak Puri,New Delhi on 10-Sep-2011 with invoice no. : 6513, The AC on 2nd June 2012 developed a snag and did not start up. A complaint regarding it was made on 3rd June 2012 (Complaint No[protected]) the complaint was diagnosed to DC Motor Failure. It took around 2 weeks for the problem to be sorted out and part was replaced.


                                  After sometime problem again started appearing and AC started turning itself off/on and after that it stopped working in the month of September the complaint was made on 22nd September with complaint no.:[protected]. On Investigation by the company it was pointed out that component (DC Motor, changed by Complain no.: [protected]) which was replaced earlier is faulty. As the same component is faulty it should be replaced on no charge basis but it was denied by local service agent saying warranty is not there.


                                  Then AC was not required because of the coming winter. Now we need the AC working again. We have made a complaint on 15 Apr.2013 with complaint no. [protected], In view of above we request you to get the complaint attended on no charge basis.

                                    Its been high time since i have bought this scrap to my house. This is your so called air-conditioner which is suppose to be generator. I bought this scrap for 38000 which is the expensive one amongst all its competitors.Once you switch this on with in a few minutes this starts making sound and whole goes in switching this off and switching this on. This we bought in the month of may 12 and its been around 11 months till now but it still the scrap. The services provided by the company are sickest of all. No one should buy the hitachi product i[censored] dont want to spoil your nights.

                                      hitachi air gas leakage problem.
                                      i bought a hitachi company split ac which is about to complete two years.
                                      as i live near by a sewage area which cause gas leakage problems in ac's, they told me to do an AMC of ac and pay for it at the completion of 1 year in advance when the guarantee will be over.i paid but when i occured with cooling issues i requested for a complaint.
                                      they visited my home 4-5 times and everytime a new service man come up and say that he will check the problem and that it needs gas filling but nobody tells us why the leakage is there.they told us everytime that the ac will be taken to the center by their team but no one turned up.we requested complaints again and again.once one of the service man came and filled the gas without repairing the damages and looking for it.we told him continuously but he says that the ac is fine.just refilling is required.still it is not working. now when we get angry they are saying that their service man had come up and stating the repair will cost 17,000/-.
                                      i dont understand what sort of buisness they are making out.are we fools that we are provided with so many service man just to check up again and again and at the end asking so much of money.i am going to comsumer court.i am so frustrated with the company.
