I have lodge a service complaint ([protected]) on 23rd april 2013 for reinstallation but till date the complaint is not resolved even as per companies policy it should be done within 48 hours. The service desk is just extending the time by saying will forward the complaint to our seniors .

I have file an complaint to customer care for my air condition which has been purchased from Croma Store. The AC is under extended warranty and its been 15 days they are not working on my complaint. The ac is still not working and i am not getting any good response from customer care as they people are delaying it by giving us 1 or 2 days time and after that no convincing reply they give. i bought a hitachi company split ac which is about to complete two years.
