I purchased a 2 Ton Split AC from Hitachi in end of April. In a few weeks , it stopped cooling properly. I registered a complaint and the technician came and said that it would need gas refilling and we should make another complaint. I registered complaint no [protected] on 2nd June. Since then I have also registered a complaint on their website 3 times. Every time I call their call center, I am told that they cannot commit when the complaint will be addressed. Finally I asked them to give me the number of the Service Center in Okhla, Delhi where the complaint has been sent to[protected]/93.

I'd be happy to know if any one can ever get through to these numbers... I have not been able to. Even if it busy a few seconds ago, no one will ever pick up the call.

ac of hitachi — ac is not cooling properly

hi i am kamal singh rawat advacate from alwar, i have purchased a air conditioner 4 september 2008.
my address is village and post burja district and tehsil alwar rajasthan.my contact no. is [protected].after buying of this ac it wasnt giving cooling and after complaint to dealer he said to buy a stepliser we have purchased it also but still now it is not cooling .the dealer is annoying us
Kindly refer to your service contract dated 11/06/2013, for our Window 1.5 RAV018EQD installed at 9/12 N, Mahalaxmi co. op., 1159 Society Ltd., 3rd floor, BPL Center, Matunga (W), Mumbai – 400 016.

We called at your above office on 2nd May 2014, and you told us your service man will come within 2 days i.e. 5th May 2014, but no one come for service till today.

Our above mentioned AC is in under warranty for service, since 1 month we are calling your for AC Service purpose, but there is no response from your side.

Kindly send your person for service our AC.

    Dear Sir,

    I complained regarding my Hitachi ACE CUTEOUT AC on dated 09the June'12 but till date he didn't take any action regarding my problem and I didn't received any phone call till the time.
    As below mentioned text as complained regarding my AC




    I would like to bring to your notice that I purchased a Hitachi air conditioner model ACE CUTEOUT
    from DIGITAL SOLUTION, JAIPUR in march'12, last two months i have faced lots of problem with your
    AC, and for that i have complained 8 to 10 times to Mr. Patani "Digital solution,Jaipur"
    and he has given services four to five times but problem remains same Regarding Cooling. i think
    problem is with your machine model ACE CUTEOUT.that's a reason i am not satisfied with your
    machine and services after reminding again and again for major fault in INSTALLATION of machine therefore i request you to replace me this machine or refund my amount with immediate effects.

      Hi,

      I bought a HITACH Split AC in the IInd week off May 2012 and the same got installed in my home by HITACHI service representatives.
      I faced few problems in the AC functioning and to rectify the same logged a service complaint with HITACH 044 – 35324848 on May 27 2012.

      Service Complaint Number: [protected]

      TILL DATE NO ONE FROM HITACH HAS COME TO SERVICE MY REQUEST.
      MY AC IS UNDER WARRANTY .

      I have been calling the HITACH service support number 044 –[protected]by selecting option 2 ) to know my service request status and was hearing one of the below responses.

       Your service request has been assigned high priority and it will be attended by tomorrow.
       Your service request has been assigned high priority and it will be attended by today
       You have to dial 044 – 35324848 followed by 2 to reach follow-up team. This is the way I have reached the support person.
       You can call Chennai office for further details
       You can send email to our customer care to escalate
       You can call our Ahmedabad office to escalate

      I have sent email to HITACHI’s customer support email ids '[protected]@hitachi.co.in' and '[protected]@hitachi-hli.com' but not even received email acknowledgement.
      Whenever I asked the support team member to transfer the call to a higher authority they simply say..
       They do not have the access
       Higher authorities are not available at this moment
       Dial 044 – 35324848 followed by 2 to reach them

      I have been following with the HITACHI but till date nothing has happened.
      I AM NOT SURE HOW TO BRING THIS KIND OF WORST POST SALES SERVICE SUPPORT PROBLEMS PROVIDED BY HITACHI TO WORLD VISION.

      Hi,

      I have bought a Hitachi Window AC in the month of May'12 which just 1 month back from Croma, Faridabad but due to poor installation, suddenly my AC has stoped working. 3 days back i have loged a complain(Complaint No. [protected]) and i am continuously following with Croma people on [protected] and also have been following with Hitachi people on [protected] and have spoken to multiple people from Croma and Hitachi but so far no body have bothered to sort out my problem nor any of their technician have turned up so far. Apart from that one Executive from Hitachi Customer Care Center have spoken to me very badly and have used many abusive words. I have also spoken to one senior person Mr. Irshad from Hitachi and he made sure that he will sort out my problem immediately and will also take action against that executive who has misbehaved with me but so far i have not yet got any response from their side. My AC is under warranty and i am having sleepless night daily due to too much hot now a days. I think Hitachi is spoiling their name in market providing such type of services to customer and more over having worst and unprofessional customer care executives and also having irresponsible senior people in their system. I do not know what to do now. i suggest people not to buy Hitachi AC by mistake also.

        Hi,
        I am from Delhi, i purchased a Hitachi window AC on 24th June, 2011 from Navrang Audio Video(p) Ltd., Laxmi Nagar,Delhi(Ph No :[protected].Model No of AC is Hitachi-Wac 418ERD(4 star).

        On 16th April, 2012 i called to the service center on[protected] number for free wet Service of AC(as company provides 3 free services within 1 year).
        After my call two technicians came to my home after 2-3 days From Patparganj delhi service center[protected] and they washed ac.After cleaning when they started to set it back then i was surprised that they forgot to set about the wiring, water pipe and sensor etc and they were asking to me how to do.Anyhow they did and went.

        Now from next day i felt that there was a noise, bad smell and cooling problem.I noticed it for few days that and finally i complaint on 21st April, 2012(compliant no : [protected]) on Hitachi Customer care on[protected] about above problems.The problem was being to and fro for long time(There are lots of reminders) and after 15 day technician came and tried to solve that problem but he was failed to resolve the problem.I was following them by phone and they told lie that they have resolved all problems.When i reached at home i found only no cooling problem was resolved and rest problems are still there.Iwas not at my home so they got signed from my wife and closed the complaint.

        On 12th May, 2012 i again complaint(complaint no : [protected]).After 8-9 reminders technician came to my home to resolve the problem and he agreed that he is not able to understand the problem and ask me to sign.When i refused to sign then he miss guided me that complaint will not be closed if you remark on this.I remark that senior technician is required.I waited for senior technician but no body came and when i checked with customer care then i found that complaint has closed.I don't know why hitachi has hired these untrained and non-qualified technicians.

        Once again i complained on 24th May, 2012(Complaint No : [protected]) for senior tecnician.One person Mr. Ravinder came to my home he tried to solve the problem.He used some deodorant and perfume to stop bad smell and pushed some small wooden pieces into ac walls to stop the noise.The problem was seemed good but as he provided temporary solution so after 2-3 days problem was again started.

        Once again i complained on 31st May, 2012(Complaint No : [protected]) for the same problem.Yet as of now today is 11th June, 2012 but no one has visited.In between this i followed with Patparganj delhi service center[protected], they tells today/tomorrow technician will come.I found supervisor of this service center is Mr. Shaify : +91-[protected].He told that our Sr. Technician has gone for a long time for some urgency and he will come after 1 month.I tried to take the no of their manager but they told that he is busy in meeting.Even on customer care executives also gave the same answer when i tried to reach out to the senior authority.Even i requested them to arrange call back with these period for so many times but on one called me.

        As Hitachi as not given very very poor services so i want to put their attention on my problem.And since they had wested lots of time (Approx 2 months)so my warranty should be extended.

        Hitachi — poor service

        Dear Sir,
        I want to file a complaint against Hitatchi company for not providing service of my Air Conditioner on Time.I bought 1.5 tonne AC from NEXT store from Sector 31 Gurgaon on 16 may 2010.(Model No RAV 0818EQD21).I was promised two free service within one year of warranty but their promise was not fulfilled.Till date no one has contacted us for service inspite of repeated complaints .they assured me that AC would be serviced by 4 may but no contact till 16 May.Today my Warranty period for Free service is grtting over so i request you to kindly file a complain against the company for wasting my time and energy.

            On 13th may 2012 I had purchased and 14th may 2012 it installed by reliance digital retail limited. And on 19th may 2012 it takes fire at afternoon when house was closed and no one at home from last
            six hours and it happended because of air conditioner . Social workers from surrounding areas broke up the doors and make control on fire. Local fire brigade also reached on spot for help on the
            complaint of local peoples. I have lost rs 30000/- ac and rs 74100/- other loss. I complained to the customer care at the same time (3...00pm), but they visit on 20th 12.00pm and taken the ac for
            investigation and assure to give ac replacement also other loss after consulting Hitachi official. On next day Hitachi team visit my house but not give any decision and till now i have not got any solution.
            My house damaged badly and i and my family suffering and living at hotel. I want hitachi to pay for our losses.

              Clear disappointment from a brand like Hitachi.

              Written the complaint to their team - waiting for their response.

              Hi Ravinder,

              This is in continuation to our discussions.

              Giving the background again - I purchased 1.50 Ton Window AC on 24th March, 2011 from Sachdeva Electronics (P) Ltd. Vide Invoice number 13330.

              For last week or so, I am getting a problem of the unit not cooling, on a complaint to your service centre, your technician reverted and informed that it’s a case of Gas Leakage. This comes as a big surprise for a product from a company repute of Hitachi.

              From a company like Hitachi - I do not expect you not telling me (which you have already couple of times) that product is out of warranty knowing the product is 14 months old as compared to warranty definition of 12 months. This is a clear case of low quality manufacturing OR a manufacturing default on the product.

              Sumeet, I wanted to have a word with you but in spite me repeatedly requesting Ravinder – I did not get your number. I request your intervention for an amicable solution. From my perspective, amicable solution does not mean “free repair” from a brand like Hitachi.

                I have bought the above mentioned Air conditioner from KINGS ELECTRONICS,Panvel, there are various problems(Regarding cooling & Noise) with this A.c since the first day i bought it, informed this to Kings Electronics but no any action has been taken for its replacement.
                Once it has been repaired during the 1st week of its service.
                I don't want to keep this electronic garbage in my House,take it back otherwise i will take some legal action.

                  Dear Hitachi - Customer Care,

                  It has has been more than three weeks since I am talking to you on call and writing on mail but as of now no action has been taken on any of the complaint of my AC.
                  It has just been a month since the AC got installed and I am facing the problem of Water Dripping form Indoor Unit and Red Light Blinking showing filter indicator within one month of purchase.
                  Your Service partner from Meerut was supposed to co-ordinate with me i.e. Mr. Paramount Service Center and Mr. Zaidi from service center use to assure me everyday that he will be visiting my place but all in vain.
                  I has became a case of metal harassment for me and now I am regretting the decision to buy a AC from Hitachi.
                  Further I bought Hitachi Ace Follow Me, 2. Ton and now after installation the Indoor and Outdoor unit has started water dripping.
                  I want my indoor unit to be replaced or you need to bear the consequences.

                    I have purchased two units of window AC in the year 2007 and 2008 respectively. Initially, I was impressed with the performance of the ACs. But since last year, I am forced to consider that I have really made a mistake to get associated with Hitachi Company. Last year, the AC bought in 2007 had gas leakage problem and it could be sorted out by the company service centre in almost 15 days, that too after lot of phone calls and reminders. The customer is being treated as if the work is done free of cost and he (customer) is of no value for the company and he is begging for something.
                    This year, the second AC got the similar problem. This time again, the exercise of making phone calls and reminders started and after lot of hassles, the AC was serviced on 26.04.12 by the local service centre ‘Jaina Services, 6926/131, second floor, Jaipuria Mill, Sabzi Mandi, Ghanta Ghar, Delhi-07’ vide complaint no. [protected]. It charged 2400 for the same and that too, after having broken the front panel lock and without owing responsibility for the same. On 31.05.12 again, there was reduction in gas pressure in the AC and the cooling system of AC failed. I contacted the Jaina Services since they had repaired earlier and I had been verbally told that there is warranty of 3 months for gas filling. But it (Jaina Services) told me that it had been delisted from the Hitachi Company (although the information had not been verified by the Hitachi Customer Care Centre).
                    On 02.06.12, I lodged a complaint with the Hitachi vide no. [protected]. Finding no response from the company, I called back the customer care on 03.06.12 and informed about my emergency that my father inter-alia suffering from several ailments has been prescribed complete bed rest and due to scorching heat, he is feeling restless. But to my surprise, no action was taken thereafter too. Hence, I had to get the AC repaired by local mechanic on 06.06.12 by paying Rs. 2000. Moreover, till date, no technician has contacted me. If this is the true meaning of your motto ‘We handle our customers with care', then I salute you.
                    Now, the first AC 0f 2007 has short circuit in the front panel and it has stopped working. What should I do? Whether I should stop calling customer care?

                      This is Niranjan Bansal from Bhopal. I bought a brand new Hitachi split AC from Home shop 18 and it reached my address on time. However post installation, it was termed as Dead on arrival by technician. I called hitachi and reported the incident. calling and following up daily for two weeks, nothing was done.

                      Voice customer care was of no use, so I emailed Hitachi and after 6 business days I got a reply from Hitachin stating that as it is installed from outiside technician, we will not cover it under warranty.

                      I was shocked as I have other AC's namely Bluestar and LG and they never gave me this trouble of getting installed from outside.

                      I told Hitachi that I was not even aware that you guys provide installation service. They just disconnected my call.

                      I finally lost 36000 Rupees( two months ) salary and have a non working AC.

                      Please help

                      I Gurbax kaur bought Hitachi AC on 9th June 2011 from Fairdeal Electronics.Registered mobile no [protected].
                      Dealer assured me thal I will get 3 free service in 1 st year but unfortunately nobody come then in the month of January I contacted service centre and then I got its 2 nd dry service.
                      Again on 12th April 2012 I requested for for 3rd service (wet) for which technician came on 25th April.
                      But instead of service I dont know what he did My Ac stopped working again I called hitachi service centre then on 28th April 2012 some other two technician came and took its PCB and assured me within 2 days they will repair it and fix it. But unfortunately no body came back. Again on 2nd May I called service centre and some Mr Hardik attended the call and he assurrd me by today evening this will be sorted out but again none of the technician came and fix it.
                      On 3rd May again I called service centre and Mr chanchal talked to me and assured me that your complaint has been Registered and complaint no will be sent go you by sms but again none of your technician came nor I got any sms.
                      This kind o[censored]nproffesional service by Hitachi is not expected Do let me know wheather you can fix my ac or not if not then replace my ac or give my money back.

                      I am a serving MILITARY OFFICER.I purchased 1.5 ton window ac on 4 Jul 2012 from REFRIGERATORS & ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, KANPUR. After one month of purchase, the AC started giving me trouble.( Model no- RAT518ESD and Machine Ser No- 120G04063). I found Customer support service most irresponsible but the dealer who sold AC to me was most cooperative and got my AC repaired immediately. Thereafter my AC went off road three to four times in quick succession but the dealer was nice and got the AC repaired quickly.
                      I then got posted to DRANGDHARA MILITARY STATION DISTT SURENDER NAGAR, GUJRAT. When the AC was installed here, It was not working and on switching on was showing 'E9". I got my complaint registered at[protected] on 31 Mar14 and was assured that mechanic would visit me within 48 hours. When no one visited me, I again got in touch on 4 Apr14 and was told that my complaint would be attended as soon as possible. No one has approached me thereafter.
                      I regret having purchased a Hitachi product at a whooping price of Rs 33000/-. I request that my complaint be attended at the earliest . Else I will have NO alternative but to approach Consumer Court for redress of my grievance.

                      This is in respect to the Split AC model 318HUD Hitachi I have bought from Lamba electronics, K-140, Kalkaji purchased on 16th July 2014.

                      It is to draw your concern over the request number [protected] dated 12th August, it is now 10 days from the filing of the complaint and I have not received any positive result for the Unit even after 4-5 visits of the representatives from the Hitachi. So I would like you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and get this resolved.

                        1. Pl refer to my complaint No [protected] registered on 04 Jun 2012.

                        2. On 05 Jun, a person came to repair the AC.
                        After examination, he told me that the fan unit was faulty and Rs
                        3900.00 would be charged for repair. Since the AC is only 13 months
                        old, this was very unlikely - my recommendation was to check for

                        3. The person returned at 10 pm - as he began to replace the fan unit,
                        I saw that the fan unit was a used one. When I asked the person, he
                        admitted that it was a used one. Pl refer to photograph attached - all
                        the relevant details are given in the photo. He told me that the old
                        peice was carried by mistake. He was extremely casual and when
                        questioned, he just did not care. This was a clear attempt to cheat
                        and is highly objectionable.

                        4. I now have a doubt if the fan unit is faulty at all. Kindly do the
                        follwoing :-
                        a. Have the AC inspected by a different person from a different agency
                        preferably from Hitachi on roll person.
                        b. Initiate measures against the representative and kindly inform
                        me regarding this.

                        5. This being summers, please have the actions taken on PRIORITY.

                              I recently purchased a new Hitachi AC (Kaze model) on 1st June' from Jaipur (Rajasthan, India). The person who was supposed to come for installation/demo (Mr VASIM, [protected]) did not turned up and instead sent a carpenter on 2nd June at 9 PM on 2nd June. The carpenter told me that some 16 ampere switch was required. By this time all the electronics shops were closed, he discussed with the servicing person from hitachi and that person told him to connect the stabilizer wire directly to mains(Power Switch) and paid him the charges according for installation + woodwork.
                              Yesterday there was a sparking in my switch and since then my switch is not working(might be that rubber has melted down).
                              I am continuously in touch with the Hitachi people here in Jaipur, they are saying that they will send the technician day after tomorrow. Is this some kind of a joke.
                              NO PERSON FROM HITACHI EVEN CAME DOWN TO MY PLACE SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW AC. AND WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE SWITCH (OR THE ENTIRE LINE) WHICH HAS RESULTED IN SPARKING IN MY HOUSE.
                              AND WHAT ABOUT MENTAL TRAUMA I AM GOING THROUGH.

                              I AM DYING IN 46-47 DEGREE TEMPERATURE AND YOUR EXECUTIVES ARE JUST NOT TURNING UP.

                                This is for your information that your Company's existing system of "AFTER SALES SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER" is completely ineffective, full of negligence and corrupt which I have found and came to conclusion that I NEVER EVER WILL PURCHASE AND WILL RECOMMEND ANYBODY HITACHI WHICH PROCLAIMS TO BE THE NO.1 AND MAY BE FOR TECHNOLOGY BUT NOT IN CASE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL RATE YOUR COMPANY A BIG ZERO.

                                WHY?

                                On my 22nd of May, 2012 mail I wrote everything with details but without intervening deeply with the mater of facts you served me a simple thoughtless reply and concluded that problem resolved and just completed your duty. Now let me explain:-


                                FIRST CHAPTER OF HARASSMENT :

                                On 19th of May, 2012, I have purchased a Hitachi 1.5 Ton Split A.C (Model No.: RAC518HEDD) from Ma Tara Electronics, 182/7, M.B. Road, Birati, Kolkata-700051 through Chalan No.4215. Accordingly on that very day I booked a complain for installation ( Comp.No.[protected]). As per your company Rules and system somebody from your end have to call me for Installation within 48 hours. But nobody rang me within 62 hours except my own several times phone calls to your Customer Care No's, Branch Office in Kolkata, Service Centre Jessore Road and Including incharge of this zone Mr. Asraf and many others.As if I have done wrong by purchasing Hitachi A.C. Machine and it's my duty and responsibility to contact each and every person concern and to listen false assurances from Customer Care Services that Technicians are coming, will call you, registered to come only today etc.,etc.....but ultimately nobody neither turned up or called me for installation. SO WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? THIS IS THE FIRST CHAPTER OF HARASSMENT DURING INSTALLATION. I HOPE THE PERSON WHO SENT ME THIS REPLY SHOULD REALISE THE PLIGHT OF A CUSTOMER PUTTING HIM OR HER IN THAT PARTICULAR POINT OF PROBLEM. OTHERWISE HE OR SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO STAY OR WORK OR NOT AT ALL ELIGIBLE TO TAKE THAT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE POST CONCERNED ON BEHALF OF A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE HITACHI.


                                SECOND CHAPTER OF HARASSMENT:

                                After a great struggle of INSTALLATION on 23rd of May, 2012 on that very day I have once again registered a request for DEMO( Req. No- [protected] ) but once again repetition of the SAME STORY. In this regard of Installation I must ask you to take serious attention of that : The people who came for installation on that day on maximum time was engaged in telephonic conversations with others regarding the installation of A.C's of other companies and recommending to purchase the name of companies not Hitachi but others like Voltas, Samsung etc,, etc. The tools they had brought was non functioning mainly the Drill Machine.The Installation was done in a completely unskilled and unsystematic manner rather I would say "SOMEHOW". The installation people whenever faced any problem on that day always were trying to contact with the person concerned in the office who sent them to my house unable to contact him for the whole period during INSTALLATION.

                                They took Rs. 5240/- ( Rupees Five Thousand Two Hundred and Forty only) against the INSTALLATION KIT AND INSTALLATION CHARGE without any Challan or Receipt. When I asked for Money Receipt I have been told by them that the money receipt will come by post. Another serious thing I have immediately brought into the notice of the Installation people about the "REMOTE CONTROL" where "TWO BUTTONS ARE MISSING" and the INDOOR UNIT making Noise and the OUTDOOR UNIT's Fan is not Starting sometimes and all the pipes are remaining wet and water is leaking from the outdoor unit. Despite of all those problems when I asked them that whether I could use the A.C now they answered me we don't know anything except INSTALLATION for this DEMO people will look after and you have to register a fresh request.

                                There are essence of corruption and malpractices among the recruited Hitachi people attached with the Customer Services in the area where from my services are enlisted to provide and the responsible person concerned must be questioned immediately for this .

                                IS NOT THE PROCESS TOO LENGTHY TO GET A PURE AND PROPER CUSTOMER AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE i.e. FROM 19TH OF MAY 2 012 TO TILL DATE i.e. 4TH OF JUNE 2012.( 25 DAYS ). HOW MANY DAYS ARE NEEDED TO GET A PROPER AND EFFECTIVE AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM A COMPANY LIKE HITACHI.

                                IF YOU KEEP DEAF EARS TO MY COMPLAINTS AND NOT IMMEDIATELY RECTIFY THEN I WOULD BE BOUND TO KNOCK THE DOORS OF THE COURT OF LAW AND ALSO CIRCULATE MY PROBLEMS TO THE PRINT AND ELECTRONICS MEDIA EVEN THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORKING.

                                  Its over 7 days since I have complaint about my Hitachi A/Cs low cooling. But forget addressing the same, no technician has even bothered to call. on top of inefficient service they have utter disdain about their customer;s problems. Infact they possibly drive sadistic pleasures out of it. For eg. when I told them that I have shown enough patience for 7 day, I have small kids and I cannot force them to bear Chennai Heat due to Hitachi's inefficient service. They checked with their sevice centre and told me that It will be done on Monday since today all technicians are busy. Post this their call centre just put my call on hold (wo even telling me that they were doing so) and just left it.

                                  Escalation to their MD, Head of Customer service and Head of Sales also does not address infact these guys (vishal.[protected]@hitach-hli.com, joseph.[protected]@hitachi-hli.com and Shinichi.[protected]@hitachi-hli.com) do not even acknowledge your existence with the courtesy of a reply

                                  Hitachi / AC — no response for complaint

                                  I purchased one 1.5 t ac in the year 2009 and the AC stopped work about 10 days back. A made a complaint through phone to their centalised service call center and the service man visited after 2 days declared that the AC will be picked next day for rectification at Patparganj service center. That was the last thing happened after that no action but just false assurance. Lot of repeated complaints by phone and emails made without any result. None of the emails were answered. Their phone numbers at central service center often goes disconnected during conversation. The phone numbers at service center are either busy or not attended. I do not know what to do know. Can anybody help me

                                    In this hot summer, after 20-25 followup, Hitachi service center is not able to service my AC which is not cooling. Today is 12th day after I logged the complaint and till date after regular followup (Twice a day!), their technician has not even called me back. God knows what will be time required for them to fix the issue if they are not able to callback after 12 days!! Every time the customer service will say that they are forwarding the complaint, raising the priority etc etc. Temperature is 48 degrees in Delhi-Gurgaon and they are so insensitive to their valued customer.

                                      we bought an air conditioner of hitachi company on March 2009,after an year its not cooling well just bcoz of compressor problem...may be it was the damaged peace...We changed the compressor on Nov 2011, but still we face the problem. whenever we called to the customer care they always replied tat the worker would come tomorow...but stil no one comes......could any one help on this...when we could get a solution for this problem. its been a month , I registered for an complaint. there is no proper response from the customer care.

                                      I had purchased a Window Air-conditioner on 10.03.2008. The thermostat of Air-Conditioner is not working from the starting. Although its been 1 year and 3 months and the AC has stopped working now. I complained to the customer care and the service people said that the compressor / refrigerant gas is finished. However, to my knowledge there is no need to refilling the gas for at least 8 years. I have inquired this from other dealers too. I am afraid that the dealer has given me a defected item.

                                      Below complaint I have sent on 03rd July2008 regarding my window Airconditioner for which I got a reply on 16.09.2008 from Hitachi Customer Casre, almost after Six Months.

                                      On 12th May 2009 I again call at Hitachi Customer Complaint Centre for some problem in my AC Vide Complaint Number[protected], the service engineer has visited and found a leakage of gas. I have told him take the AC at their service centre and thoroughly checked the same, as this is the second time in one year where I have faced this Gas Leakage problem, but he overheard my request & fill the gas only at my residence . Now after two months again the Gas Leakage problem exists . I am very much disappointed with the performace of my AC. I want a replacement for my AC immidiately, as this the THIRD TIME in a span of ONE YEAR where I have faced "GAS LEAKAGE PROBLEM"

                                      Hope to have a early action & reply from your side in my case not like previous one where it takes SIX MONTHS from your side to be actioned

                                      I purchased the hitachi window AC on 12.7.2010 and after repeated requests the person from company came for giving demo, but he did not complete the demo by maing vague excuses that the AC is not properly installed. When I gave him the contact number of the person who installed the AC, he assured to come with that person. Now more than one and half month has passed, but no one from the company came to give demo. The dealer is claiming that the hitach is the best company in providing service, but I have no faith in it and now tell me whether I should go to press or to consumber court about this misdeed of your company

                                      Very Poor Customer service... There is no response from the customer care #[protected], 73.
                                      I purchased a hitachi window AC on[protected] from M/S Suraj Business Pvt. Ltd. Ansal Plaza, Gurgaon, From the very begining I am suffering a lot and made so many complaints, but all in vain. Even I have to pay the charges within guarantee period. In some cases I have paid the visit charges against which no receipt was issued. The Hitachi AC was purchased with five start mark being the superior in technology as listen from the advertisement/brotchure etc. The only defect in the AC is it trips very frequently without maintaining the set temperature. It seems that either the thermostat is working properly or else it wants some tuning of the system, but the problem is every time who so ever visit us he is illiterate and can not fill up his complaint book form, what to talk about the tuning or assessment/judgement of fault.
                                      I am also attaching herewith the photo copies of such papers for your perusal.

                                        Nobody is listening to attend my complaints – from a world fame company – “HITACHI”
                                        I am calling to the concerned regularly since last one week even thrice a day but no body listening

                                        Dear Authority,

                                        My Complaint number

                                        • I purchased two Window AC on 18/06/2011 vide invoice no SLF02A[protected] from TATA CROMA DLF MEGHA MALL Gurgaon in the Name Kuldeep Singh Chauhan
                                        • I called only Company to install and shift the units.
                                        My Units’ Complaints are:-
                                        • My One unit being very hot and not working properly.
                                        • Second unit is not cooling as required.
                                        • Both Units’ front and rear soft nets are pressed badly – it’s not good. (Your field technician Mr Javed came when shifted the units).
                                        • He “Mr Javed” partially damaged my units and not working properly.
                                        • After few days when we checked the ACs and found one unit damage due to high voice.
                                        Complaints against the technicians:-
                                        1. I feel your technicians are unskilled labours.
                                        2. Field technicians are handling the units carelessly.
                                        3. Always these technicians insist to sign the service paper at the spot without checking it to run the unit at least one hour running.
                                        4. These technicians are not polite – some time very rough on asking something.
                                        5. On shifting your Technician Mr Javed came and damage one AC unit and he did not inform us.
                                        Please, do the needful.
                                        6. On May 27, 2012, your technician Mr Sumit came in a hurry and treating the units very carelessly and insisting to sign the service paper. But problem not resolved. (complaints :[protected] and[protected].)
