[Resolved] Home Credit India — About claim of mobile insurance | |||||
Sir i finance mobile with insurance from home credit. My name is davinder singh. My loan no is [protected]. They tell me that company can insure mobile for 1 year for breaking, lost and water damage. After 20 days my mobile was break. I go to salesman of home credit company, but they tell me that your mobile is not insure, actually they add fake insurance for increasing down payment. They cheat me. Then i stop pay emi. But the custmur care call me about 20 to30 times per day. What shoud i do? Was this information helpful? | |||||
