My Name is Rajiv Kumar Yadav and my contract ID. is [protected]
We have paid Rs. 1202 to Home Credit India by web site gateway (https://homecredit.co.in/loanpayment.aspx) on 09.12.2016, amount debited from my account but payment is not reflacting in our loan account, so they are made lot of penalties on this unpaid transaction. We have already paid the all due EMI of My loan.
Kindly help me to get the NO DUES CERTIFICATE for this loan.

As per discussion with you over the call dated on 14th Feb'17, we wish to inform you that we observe from our records that basis your standing instruction received, we tried to claim the EMI amount from your nominated savings account for month Nov'16.

In view of the same we have had tried to claim the EMI amount however same was return unclaimed for reason ' Insufficient balance '.

Any standing instruction being dis-honored would attract the ECS return charges and same will be billed by your bank. Hence we request you to liase with your bank in this regards.

Additionally we would request you to kindly share the updated bank statement with us so that we can check and assist you accordingly

I need that money for my personal use and i have already done the documentation and also got the confirmation for that even but still every time i call i get to know that backend team is still working on it. It's been more than one week now that i am continuesly calling in the loan department and i am not getting any clearance from them.           I am getting 5 to 10 calls on daily basis from home credit india finance.
          Executive named sagar keeps calling and tells my number is updated in the company database. He asks me to identify certain people whom i do not know.
          I am always being told it is a system generated call and i will be called again and again. I always confirm them it is wrong number. Please remove my numbe from the database

          I have been receiving calls from the Home Credit telecallers who have made more than 50 calls in the past two days and despite telling them numerous time of their looking for wrong person on my phone (sagar), they persistently making calls from different numbers. I have call recording of all the conversation. Despite my warning them of not making calls on my number, they are using filthy language and persistently calling on my number, on an average 3 calls in 15 minutes. Its such a harassment. Please consider this legal notice

            Iam Siju Laxman from Trivandrum, Kerala. Yesterday I had a bad experience from your customer service executive. I wondered that this much training you provide to your employees?. He act like as a cultureless person, I had done my payments properly. U can check with my track records. He is not ready to reveal his name and he disconnect the call also. I have done my payments through net banking. But he want to collect the same from my home.. I Hope there is some commission activity behind this. Any way I feel this incident his culture is just like A Dead Rat Smell, , , .

              I took Rs 15000 cash loan for 42 months and was promised i will be charged 26.71% interest and i paid Rs 700 per month for 13 months. Now when when i want to finish my loan after 13 months Home Credit is asking me to pay Rs 12800. That means i will have to pay 9100 + 12800 = 21900.The interest amount for 13 months comes to[protected] =6900. That means if i close my cash loan after 13 months i will have to pay 46 % interest

              I have contacted your customer service at[protected] but i am not satisfied because they say that we levy interest on Cash loan according to Companies Policy. But please tell in which rule of the Companies Act 1956 it is written that you can charge interest from your customers as much as you like. My Cash loan A/c No is [protected].

              Home Credit is a Pvt Ltd Company and is governed by the rules of Finance Companies Act 1956. In my monthly installment of Rs 700 who permits you to charge Rs 500 as interest and only deduct Rs 200 from my Principal Amount.

              i was not given any loan summery, you just gave me a Sanction Letter in which it was written that you will charge 26.71% flat rate of interest. In that Sanction letter it was also not mentioned that in my monthly installment of Rs 700 you will charge Rs 500 as interest and only deduct Rs 200 from my Principle Amount

                  I have taken a mobile phone loan from home credit my loan account no is [protected] in the name of Ravinder Singh Rawat and i paid 4 installments from last 4 months on regular time without any bouncing or any late fee as per your policy we can apply again loan from home credit after 90 days and today i applied again but my loan has been rejected. I visit your home credit office Rajpur Road Dehradun but i doesn't get any response behalf of my loan rejection I spoke to Customer care also but their also a same response.
                  I just wanted to know why this happened.

                  maine loan liya home credit se infocus phone k liye and yeh mera phele loan tha jsimai 3 laon mera bonus hogaya tha.. yh log ne cibil mai nam dal diya n sachi home credit ka service bahot slow hai itna phn kar k irrerate karte hai reference ko bhi n realtive too they ask for 2 numbers n call them.. maine loan clear kiya late payment ka penty bhi bhara y they are doing like this such a bad service wil say no for home credit loan.. now m fight for my cibil also m not getting loan for other staf

                    Case I: A person name Sangram Singh is a brother-in-law of one of my friends. He bought a phone on credit i.e. a black berry handset of which he had settled of all the credit. I was one of the two person who gave verification about where he lives and what he do.
                    Case II: Now i am getting calls from Home Credit that if i know Sangram Singh i obviously said Yes i do know him. They are know continiously calling me regarding his i dont know what if he had taken any loan because they do not tell me the purpose of the call but insist me upon make him call Home credit or give his phone number. I know him it does not in any sense make me responsible for what he is doing or dealing with other people. I have so many times said that i am not a part of this deal or whatever it is and requested them not to call me again. though they keep on calling me hundred times a day. It has ruined my life where ever i am whatever i am doing i keep on getting calls from Home credit for a matter i am not aware of. I have talked with many of their tiers that they should remove my number team lead floor supervisor and many others many times about it. I have started denying that i do not know any Sangram Singh now and even I am not the person they want to talk with. I have recorded so many calls. I am sick of it now. What should i do next.

                        Home Credit India Finance — Unwanted calls on my number

                        Dear Team, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. I have also mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. However I didn't not taken any loan, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing and warned that you will receive daily call the statement like "Kar lo jo krna hai call toh aaegi" i have recorded this clip on my multimedia phone. Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help mefrom getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

                          I was working on a company name Home Credit India Finance Limited, I joined in the company in 18 sep 2016. Then after some days I quit the job / resigned the job in 30 sep 2016.

                          Reasons :-
                          1- When I joined in the company they told me one thing but after joined the company they were doing another think.

                          2- Behavior was also bad( rubbished )
                          3- they uses bad languages on me
                          4- They were pressure on me to quit the
                          Job
                          5- They were conducting meetings on the Rain and also doing work on rain.

                          After these problems I decided to quit the job.
                          They told me, after resigned the job your money will be paid by 40-45 days.

                          But after 80 days they are not paid my money.
                          When I called him, there behaviour is also bad, if I talked about consumer case, they are told me, it's your wish.you can consumer case against our company, we can't help you...

                            With reference to your complaint received on consumer forum we have investigated the same and wish to inform you that your ECS forms has been Rejected stating reason Drawers signature differs and hence you need to make payment using below listed payment channels:
                            Online Web Portal, India Post, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Suvidha, Easy Bill, ITZ Cash, Online Payment through NEFT, Paynimo and Cash pick up by FE.

                            As per the updated status, the payment made of Rs.1, 400 through field cash pickup has been updated in our records on 21/12/2016 for which you were requesting field executive.

                            If you want to opt for ECS service, then you need to share us the scanned copy of the cancelled cheque or front page of the passbook copy including details below in the given format:
                            Account type:
                            Account number:
                            Account holder name:
                            Bank name:
                            Bank branch:
                            Micr Code:
                            IFSC Code:

                            It will take 10 days to send mandate forms and 30 days post receiving signed mandate forms from your end for ECS processing and till the time ECS service gets approved and active you need to make payment using above listed payment channels.

                              I would like to take your kind attention towards your csr or customer executives, however i have experience of 8 years in bpo industry as well as in corporate line, i have never heard this much of nonsense on call to the customer and for the customer either. Its a very shameless thing for your company that you didn't teach your employees that how to talk and what to talk as well. I swear if they would be in front of me surely they would have had a punch or a slap on their faces. [censored] upon me that i chose home credit, i have taken a wrong decision, in 2015 i have taken loan from bajaj finance, they have done that what your employees did to me. I am suggesting you something, no matter what you do how you do for me but at least you please teach your employees how to talk to somebody, they are so illiterate and uneducated. I could have made a complaint in court for your company but i didn't do that because its not your company's mistake some of your employees are ruining the repo of home credit. I remember the name of some of your employees who doesn't have manners that how to talk to anybody, even i am wondering how did you hire them without any interview or did you hire them without asking their education qualification, way of talking, behavior and short temperness, they don't have willingness to help, fumbles and no repo building on call, they be so rude from first word to last... Their names are followed:

                              1. Arwind (I got a call he said "sir apko pata hona chaiye na ki apne pese dene he to karaye kyun nhi)
                              2. Geeta (She was little good on call but when she transferred the call to the supervisor, that became a nightmare for me, he was so rude and arrogant.
                              3. Jai prakash was also so rude and doesn't have manners how to talk.
