I have finance the mobile from your company and your agent is told me after 6 month u will do the forth close and get discount in your payment asper agent i am pay 6 month installment after that i am call from customer case for forth close but his told me you will pay 4502 rupees form close the payment and your agent is told me you will pay total 11500 and your loan was close so please help i want Clem in this company this company agent was share the wrong information for m and i can afford this money i am just pay 11500 not 13502 rs so please help and

I apply the loan of ₹ 9000 + Down payment of ₹3, 400 (₹400 of Processing fees) for vivo Mobile. I was wait 1:20 hrs in mobile shop, but the loan is rejected without any reason. My all the documents are clear.

Useless finance services, wasting my time.

    Maine 22nd November 2016 mai oppo a37 home credit se finance mai liya tha aur bank account se 1, 399 rs direct debit hone wala tha har month ka 16th tarik ko but debit nhi huwa hai, uske waja se every month ka 20th, 21st date mai Cash Payment kar k aya hu December se lekar 21st February tak jo k 3 month complete ho gaya hai aur hai k 3 month ka Bill pending mai hai. Is March month mai Office k taraf se call nhi ane k waja maine call kar k Customer Care Executive se baat kiya hai aur bola hai k Cash payment lene k liye koi v nhi ayega kuch problem k karan aur Online Pay karne k liye bola hai. Mera due date hai har month ka 22nd date ko hai toh is baar mai Online pay kar dega. Thanks

      I have taken a loan from Home Credit to purchase a Oppo Mobile phone on the 20th Jan 2017. My EMI due date is 20th of every month for 6 months. While applying for loan I have opted for ECS, i.e., direct deduction from my account. This has not been activated and the collection department start calling me atleast twice in a day from the 14th itself.

      Inspite of several requests, politely, not to disturb me as I would be working the executives demand and talk rudely. Moreover they point blankly say that the bank is at fault and refuse to put the same thing in an email.

      Whatever they communicate would be oral and do not put anything in writing, creating a suspicion about their intentions and modus operandi.

      I request the concerned to resolve this issue and let me know in writing via email if the bank is at fault.

      II also advice people sincerely not to take any loans and onduct business with Home Credit. If you do so you will risk your peace of mind and would be subjected to harassment.

          Than Again i pull cibil Report on Feb 2017.
          Still They didn't update Loan Information to my cibil.

              In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that we have investigated your case and our customer care executive contacted you dated on 11th March'17 on registered mobile number and given resolution over the call. As per our records we observe that your due date falls on 5th of every month and ECS presentation instruction to the bank will be given 15 days prior to your due date. Hence we always suggest our customer to maintain sufficient balance from 6 days prior to the due date.

              We have noted that you have you have made the payment dated on 4th March'17 via Cash Pick Up and thus same went unclaimed due to insufficient balance.

              Any standing instruction being dis-honored would attract the ECS return charges and same will be billed by your bank. Hence we request you to liase with your bank in this regards.

                I am N.praveenkumar i have taken a loan in home credit for mobile phone they said me i have to pay emi amount every 6th is the last date and i have maintained certained amount to be paid to home credit but for there technical issuse they have not cleared amount from account on 6th march 2017 i have maitained emi amount from 2nd to 8th march for there emi but after that they have charged me ecs of 300 and main importhant is they have bounced in my credit score because of them i have to face problem in three months i wont get any loan or credit card i need a bussiness loan i want to apply it but now how can i apply it now with ecs bounce in my credit history i need to compliant on home credit

                We understand from your email that your concern about the ECS return charges billed by your bank. We observe from our records that basis your standing instruction received, we tried to claim the EMI amount from your nominated savings account on a monthly basis.

                In view of the same we have had tried to claim the EMI amount however same was return unclaimed for reason ' Insufficient Balance'.

                Any standing instruction being dis-honored would attract the ECS return charges and same will be billed by your bank. Hence we request you to liase with your bank in this regards.

                  Dear Team, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. However I didn't not taken any loan, I told them that I don't know Paramjit Kaye or have any relation to her and requested them to please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing and warned that you will receive daily call the statement like "Kar lo jo krna hai call toh aaegi" i have recorded this clip on my multimedia phone. Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help me from getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

                            When buying mobile phone from star communication of dehradun. Ur agent told us that this phone is available in emi. So we pay the downpayment 2000 rs and he told that you have to pay only 7 months emi. But after paying all 7 months emi. Your customer care executive tell us that we have to pay 5 months more emi to close the loan. That is direct case of giving misinformation from your agent. We trust your company but your agent is fooling us. Please take quick action. Otherwise we file a case to consumer court. Regards.

One of my known has some business with Home Credit and he is not reachable to them. But they are calling me instead of calling him. I have given them the person's number and person's wife no still they are calling me. I don't know from where they got my number. Their call management is calling me again and again every hour.                                     Dear Team,

                                    I have gone to sangeeta in JP nagar 7th phase and I have given all documents to sales executive of home credit and I have select Samsung j7 prime and he have fill up all things and he got approve for my loan then he saw that he is logined in anthore I'd of provikaa then he cancelled loan and he recreate all from first then he send 2nd time to approve then they have cancelled the loan

                                    I am really badly disappointed

                                    Kindly look it and kindly do something for my loan

                                      Hi.. Recently home finance is constantly contacting me and my guaranters that i havent paid for month of february where as i have enough money already in my account.. So i went ahead and paid online transection id: hcpl1129675payu.. Still u people are calling us like 50 times a day and mentally torchering.. Plz stop this as u hv got ur payments and close my loan as i hv paid for 6 months. My contract number is [protected].. Also check my credit rating so u come to know that i hv never missed any payment of my emis in my life..

                                        Respected Sir/Mam,

                                        I have taken a personal loan from "Home Credit India" on March 2016. They have provided me with a personal loan of 1 Lac rupees (Rs.97, 000/- received after documentation fee).
                                        Their interest rate was too much high than the market rate but since I was need of money so I agreed to pay 34.80% per annum (2.90% every month). I took this loan for 24 months.

                                        Also I have told the sales executive that rate of interest is too high, Can I foreclose the account anytime ?

                                        Their Salesman (Over the Phone) said you can foreclose the account only after 6 months and their will be no extra charges to close the account permanently.

                                        I agreed over the phone they I do have my documents which was already with them because I was the existing customer too.

                                        I agreed to pay Rs. 7079/- on every 3rd of the Month and the loan sanction to me for 24 months (Duration) but I was told that I can foreclose it after 6 months.

                                        After when I contacted them on the 7 Month (Oct 2016) when I asked them that how much is the balance due own me so I can permanently close this account and the executive over the phone said Rs. 85, 000/-, after that I was like what ?
                                        Till that time I have paid them nearly 50, 000/ but still they were asking me to pay 85, 000/- I have ask them about the calculation many times but every time they said it's a computer generated amount and did not explained the full calculation.

                                        Now, its been almost an year till today (Feb 2017) I have paid them about Rs.77, 869 (11 EMI's) but in order to close my account they are asking me to pay Rs.70, 500. (7079*11=70, 500)

                                        I am very disappointed now and I have left my job on Jan 2017 and if I do not repay them, their customer executive says that they would take legal actions if not pay their EMI.

                                        Kindly help me please because they are charging very high interest rate and not telling me the the real calculation of foreclose amount.
                                        According to my calculation take a look below:- Home Credit Loan No. - [protected].

                                        Loan amount - Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (March 2016) Received only Rs.97, 000/- (Rs. 3000/- documentation fee)
                                        Rate of Interest - 34.80%
                                        Duration - 2 years (24 Months)
                                        EMI per month - Rs. 7079/-

                                        Paid 11 EMI's till 3rd Feb 2017.
                                        Rs.7079 x 11 EMI (Paid) = Rs. 77, 869
                                        Loan amount Rs. 1, 00, 000 – Rs. 77, 869 = Rs. 22, 131/- Remaining balance.

                                        But they are telling me to pay Rs. 70, 500/- to close my account. I am so much frustrated and disappointed kindly help me please.
