Dear sir,

The amount of rs 295 has been debited from my bank account. While i have paid the monthly installment of home credit india on the scheduled time of[protected] from the home credit application, and when i call them for the issue there is no satisfactory answer given by them, they said the amount is deducted by the bank but bank refuse to accept that according to bank the ammount is deducted due to bounce of payment of home credit and now when i called home credit for the solution they totally refuse to solve the issue.

    Hello this vaibhav shah this is to inform you that i made payment through paytm but it was not update by home credit now home credit is saying that it's third party we are not concern what they are saying. And as per paytm there payment has been successful proceed. One of the worst behavior of the ladies costumer contact speak rashlessley and very bad language.

      I already in relationship with home creadit since 5years recently in january 2019 i had a personal loan from your side with contract id ([protected]) contact number ([protected]/[protected]) now i want to renew the same with new one loan worth rs2lakh to need to close my current loan and use pending amount but your consumer care said i not had any offer in my profile so they not give me an loan i want to ask only one question when i had 5years relation with home credit my record also ask you that i had no bounce no late fee in my past loans so why you not give one more loan to me with same profile this behavior not expected from a big company like home credit

      Dear Sir,

      I, Shyam Kumar having customer id: [protected], request you to let me know the Interest rate charged on my loan having EMI Rs. 3, 432 & Principal Amount Rs. 72, 000 & Tenure 42 Months. As i have seen the acknowledgment, Interest Rate charged on my loan was 28.63 % p.a. compounding monthly.

      As i saw the repayment schedule sent by you, interest charged on loan 45% p.a compounding monthly which is inconsistent with the rate mentioned in the acknowledgement i.e 28.63% p.a compounding monthly.

      And Please find the attached file in which i have shown both the scenarios or you can yourself calculate through EMI calculator attached.

      So Please don't try to do such manipulations with me and try to re-issue me the updated repayment schedule as per the rate of interest 28.63% p.a asap .
      I am really looking forward to your reply in this regard asap.

        What kind of customer satisfaction are you guys giving to your customers???

        Out of 720 complaints only 39 complaints are pending... This is how you resolve issues... Without giving proper justification to the complaint..

        It is so cool to tagged query as "resolved"... Your company's representative must have earned some incentive... He /she must have achieved some product target... But but let me just tell you it is not yet resolved... If you trying to reach your customer who doesn't have money to repay the loan... Who is not even earning 2k per month...
        Ofcourse he will not answer your call... How can your company approves loan without checking salary slip or appointment letter or any salary proof...
        That tooo 79k loan with a interest rate of 35% p. A. For a person who is not even earning 2 k p. M...
        This is how your company make money...
        Unethically/ without checking proper documents...

        Your company has taken aadhar card as documentation... Your recovery agents come n and tell family members that if you guys fail to repay the emi they will take your tv and fridge (Did you guys took their permission when you paid 79k to my brother... Nooo right then you don't have any authority to trouble my family members or harassing them for any kind of repayment) you guys even know how the family is running the house...

        What is your company's vision - approve loan without documents and then trouble/ use abusive words to customers family (Poor family members didn't even know about the loan thing)

          In my cibil report, it is showing that I have taken loan from you in 2015, which I never took, that is also saying that you have filed suit against me, for which I have no idea.
          There is a confusion from your end which is hampering my credit score
          Please have a look at the matter as soon as possible..
          It is saying consumer loan on 1-9-2015 which is overdue by RS 19, 138.
          I have no idea what is going on as I never took any loan from anyone in my life.

            This is my polite request to home credit finance indai that kindly wait till given date by me as i have been sending 25 days almost late just becasuse of my input. So i do not want to give any argue, i just requsting.. That please call me now when i wound not submitt my emi on date 08.10.2019 for the month of sep 2019.
            So there is now only 4 emi is balnce out of 30.
            I did under stand till today that whats the motive of company. Regarding this emi i have confirmed on your toll free request no... So inspite of any rewards. Company only try to harrassed. Any way these all thing is subjest of mamajment.

                Home credit consumer loan [protected], this showing in my cibil report as settled, but they informed in mail as finished status, the are not updated in cibil buaerow, please look in to this matter, i'm seriously missing lot of benefits.

                In this case i contacted with creditmantri and paid amount for resolving the issue, but they also not updated, and informed cibil.

                And cibil report is mentioned as a negative account.

                  In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that mentioned charges are levied by your bank as your ECS was returned unclaimed in the month of February, March, Apri, l May, July and Aug (2019) for both contract due to Insufficient balance as confirmed by your bank.

                  Any standing instruction being dishonored would attract the ECS return charges and same would be charged by your bank. Hence, we request you to contact your respective bank for more clarification in this regards and ensure sufficient balance in your account and timely payment for all your subsequent EMI.

                  We recommend you to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account 6 days prior to your EMI due date in order to avoid any last minute hassle.

                        I like to know that what is the difinition of commpaint resolved. Is this the diffinition that after getting a call of bhawana madum
                        (No was [protected]) as per her assurity i was satisfied but unfortunately today call are coming again and again and the last call was very bad as she talk me and threatend me that she will send legal notice while i never request to do not send legal notice i jsut requested for depositing date confirmation. Her name is krishna as she said.

                            I have applied personal loan (application no [protected]) on 27th July 2019. it's taking too much time to the credited amount in my account. I called Homecredit customer care to cancel my loan application due to late processing on 9 August 2019, I had sent mail also for that. On 13th August 2019 loan amount credited in my bank account after 4days of my cancelation request. I called again customer care to ask why money credited in my account. Relationship Manager called me to resolve this issue. Today your RM said that the total amount of loan is paid by me to close this issue with processing fees. I am not happy with your solutions. This is to pressurize me to pay an extra amount of loan without a single fault from my side.

                              My loan id is this [protected] and recently i have deposited emi for the month of july with late panulty less 60/- that 60 will be added with next late panulty. So now i will deposite my emi of agust on dated 08.09.2019 due to shortage of funds.
                              This information has already been transffered by myself on toll free number since 12 th august &... I have requested several times that now this will deposite on such date..
                              So inspite of giving proper responce of your each and every call... Executives are threatening to me why?
                              I expect to my financial com. Will co. Operate soon.

                              Note.. My fiancial comany is free to send me legal notice to give a such reply that why i am giving emi 20 -25 days late with panulty. Inplace of threating. I will send my all balance five emi and its my duty to return.
                              Hope with our financial partner/company would be like to see me happy in place of dead body.

They are asking some sharad and sanket amolkar and i don't know them at all. They told me they will continue calling me if i don't give details. They keep harassing me. They call me twice a day or sometime more than that.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am Shardul Saxena and have an old consumer durable loan with home credit no. [protected]. I took this loan in June 2013 and for some reason the last emi didn't go through my account and now the loan shows written off on my credit report.

                                  I'd like to close this account by paying the dues and need an noc asap as I have applied for a car loan and they need this noc before disbursing the loan amount.

                                  I have contacted the home credit customer support team via calls and have been told that I will get a call back bit still didn't receive any calls. I've also sent an email but got no revert.

                                  I need to get this done on priority and I request home credit to contact me ASAP.

                                    Home credit well known company who provides personal loans to customers... Some people are in need of money and good you approve loan so fast..
                                    Don't you people think it is totally unprofessional to approve loan without knowing earning capacity of the customer..
                                    How come company approves 79k loan with 35% interest rate to a customer who doesn't even earn 5k in a month...
                                    On top of that when he fails to repay the emi it is so obvious if he doesn't earn from where he will pay the emi... Your so called recovery agents come and use bad words to his family members who are not even aware that his /her son has borrowed 79 k loan from home credit... Has his family members signed any contract wherein it is mentioned that if the primary customer fails to repay the money his family members have to pay...
                                    "we are here to help you" are you guys really here to help or to trouble middle class people...
                                    Other financial companies also give personal loan but they follow proper process, verify details like salary slip, appointment letter, confirmation letter, bank statement (To verify salary)..

                                    And when you write to the customer care about your concern they say, we will share the details with customer only... Then why your recovery agents are coming home and using bad words to the other family members... Don't bother them try to reach and recover your money from the customer...

                                    It is so cool to tagged query as "RESOLVED"... your company's representative must have earned some incentive... he /she must have achieved some product target... But but let me just tell you It is not yet resolved... if you trying to reach your customer who doesn't have money to repay the loan... who is not even earning 2k per month...
                                    Ofcourse he will not answer your call... how can your company approves loan without checking salary slip or appointment letter or any salary proof...
                                    That tooo 79k loan with a interest rate of 35% p.a. for a person who is not even earning 2 k p.m...
                                    This is how your company make money...
                                    Unethically/ without checking proper documents...

                                    Your company has taken aadhar card as documentation... your recovery agents come n and tell family members that if you guys fail to repay the EMI they will take your TV and Fridge (did you guys took their permission when you paid 79k to my brother... nooo right then you don't have any authority to trouble my family members or harassing them for any kind of repayment) you guys even know how the family is running the house...

                                    What is your company's vision - approve loan without documents and then trouble/ use abusive words to customers family (poor family members didn't even know about the loan thing)

                                      This is in reference to spam calls which i getting 10 times in a day from last six seven months from home credit.

                                      You guys are calling me to connect a con call with ms. Ankita she was ex employee of my company and she left the job six months ago, i dont know her personally and i can't help you out with this.

                                      Everytime i explain this to your caller but still i am getting calls again and again.

                                        I have loan a/c no.[protected] of 140000 of 28.02% p. A. For 42 months and emi is 6602 per month.
                                        And pay 14 emi of 92000 and now when call customer care i said i want to close my loan and ready to pay full payment so they said that you have to paid 120000 something for close your account and now when i concern to other financial departments they said that they charge higher emi on 140000. They said according to 28.02% p. A. For 42 months on 140000 the emi is 5267 per month so my according principal amount is 80 to 85 thousand applicable.
