cibil not update post (wo) settled showing why not closed

I paid all my dues with interest charges, before paying i discussed same on phone with your customer care and lady on phone said if i paid all charges with interest we will update your cibil as a closed status with nil outstanding but now its shows post (Wo) settled why please confirm why it is not changed am having noc also

Dear home credit,

In a month of may, 2019 i have a taken a phone through home credit samsung galaxy a50 and the loan amount was rs. 13, 599 terms of 13 months, my emi amount was 1134 and most of payment was on time i[censored] calculate 1134*12= 13608 but 1134*13=14742 where u asked me to pay rs1134 extra without any reasons i went to the shopkeeper where i did then down payment loan sanctioned he gave the was aware about any t&c n the shop is closed fully. Now one of home credit colleague called asked me pay the extra amount with so rudely i said why am i going to pay he just threatened did want to listen told me i need face to all the consequences for this. I'm requesting you kindly please look into that because lockdown i'm not getting the home credit customer care line to talk about this fraudulent things that you guys are doing rather i need report against you guys taking extra money with any reasons.

As we observed from our records, Installment for the month of June'19 was not paid on time, due to which you are not eligible to avail last EMI Gift offer.

In case if you have any concerns, please contact our customer team on [protected]@homecredit.co.in, our team will check and help you accordingly.

      Dear sir
      Actually I have bought an AC with the help of loan from home credit, I have successfully paid all of the EMI but they are still showing one pending EMI and when I reached out to the officials, they replied that I have to pay it as it's a safe pay Policy which is around 2687 rupees and when I requested them to cancel this policy as I find no use of it for me in the future, they replied that I should have requested for cancellation of this safe pay scheme before paying out all of EMI, the question is how would a person know that he is supposed to inform the company about cancelation of a payment which he did not give consent for? I have paid all of installments during the hard time ( covid 19 outbreak) and instead of standing with the people this company full of fraud making people fool. I have mailed to the company that I am not paying this safe pay amount because I did not ask for any of such scheme. Please help me with this case.

            Hello dear sir, i am the owner of a cyber cafe name is ashish vishwakarma. On 13 dec 2019, there was the incident. My friend was arrived at my cafe and asking for payment his home credits emi. I pay my friend emi only for one time. After 2 hours ago. Home credit india finance limited has deducted my money without my permission means unauthorized charges by me without any loan and the company always charges all emi payments on the specific period on every month.                     I have paid 4 emis of that loan on nov19, dec19, jan20, feb20 accordingly.

                        I gave my account to u for resolution, but for a long time no work was done on my account resolution, for a long time i did not get any response from you.
                        And after waiting for a long time finly i paid all the money to home credit india.
                        And home credit india gave me the closing latter & ndc. It has been 3 moths since the account was closed. Even after 3 months, you did not correct any improve my cibil score. Beacose your company not my account resolution for long time.
                        So i want the back money i have given to credit mantri.
                        Bc, z credit mantri cheated with me.
                        Another company has improved my credit score 735. But even after taking money from your company my cibil score did not improved.
                        Beacose you are cheat with me.
                        I still reuest for you please improved my cibil score.

                            My name is rakesh kumar iam pay 2599 in 26 november 2019 by home credit application this payment is update and stop calling me for payment but i am pay second emi than again calling me for november payment first customer care say that your payment not received after send screen short his tell me your payment refund in 15 jan 2020 and after 15 jan his tell me we not help anything you please contact razor pay his give me razor pay mail i'd and customer care no. But i am maild razor pay its not response any thing and customer care no. Not call connect that number and auto deduct 2599 in my account and again calling me and my family i and my family are very upset, i am a poor man, for me 2599 is too much, please return my payment or update it
                            I have already financed it with home credit earlier but till date there has been no such problem, now i will not be able to pay it forward.
                            Please resolve my problems

                              Dear sir, i took loan from home credit india (Loan number [protected]) amount of 80, 000. I got call from there side and they told i got some cash loan offer at lowest intreast rate and eligible upto amount of 80, 000. There executive told me that i have to re pay this amount in 5339 easy 20 installmemts. I was ok with this then he asked one otp by saying compulsory to avail this offer and said you will get a confirmation call from there side. Due to some work i was out of city and when i came back i get to know that they have provided me loan without any communication and intreast rate confirmation. Then i visited their office but they said it is already late now you can foreclose this after 6 months only. Then i started paying these emi. Till now i have paid 91000 something amount by 17 installment then i query about foreclose. But now they are saying still 76555 amount is pending. Dear sir i am really very disappointed by them and mentally preasuring from them to pay this amount. I need a solution. I am very mently harrased by there collection department. Please help me

                                  has come to my home without me informing and ask me to pay cash ammount regarding my loan
