I have query about forclosour of loan because they told me at the time of sanction your loan is on flat interest rate but now they said your emi is on reducing interest rate.. But as per sanction letter my emi calculation is on flat interest. Now they told me that this is our software generated calculation we can't do anything so you have to paid & close the query without resolve... Fake company.,... Don't trust...

As i have requested earlier too that do not try to send any collection executive at my door but unfortunatelly home credit again send any one today around 1 pm. When it has already been updated that this emi of april would be paid till 4 th may. When i receive or pick your call then why are you sending unknown person at my door.

As i apply for techno mobile phone in home credit india as emi payment for 6mnths, since from the last 6mnths, i have paid all the emi before the due date i, e 6 times in a month wit honestly but still today the account is still active and nothing information about closing account, it really hurts my credit scores+ report,

Kindly note that i have been receiving interim emails from home credit india since 12 days.

Home credit india finance complaint status update [id: 2291980]

Please note that i received a call yesterday from one of home credit india's partners (Pos) to complete my kyc.

I also got a call from home credit ombudsperson assuring me that the issue has been resolved.

I went to the shop and realised that this issue is still not resolved.

And now they need more time to fix this....

Having done multiple follow ups HCIN has taken a decision to degrade my cibil because they have poor staff, poor systems and fake promises. I have been through mental stress because of their emails. Their ombudsman team is less helpful and arrogant enough to challenge me for their mistake. Mene 80000 ka loan lia tha our 12 emi pay bhi kar diye hai 5474 ke. ab me ushe chukta karna chahta hu to vo bolta hai 53000 our do.

May i know why you deduct my money every month in the name of esc charge. I already spoke to home credit executive regarding this problem. They told me to maintain your account 6-10 days before u pay your emi and exactly i did that, but they did same thing. I don't known why. My emi pay on 10 of every month and which i payed.
