My loan amount is 98000, tenure is 42 months and monthly emi rs.4217/- i already paid 20 month emi its almost 84340/- still i need to pay 22 month emi. But i need to close the account, whenever i call customer care regarding question if i close my account means what is the exact amount i need to be paid. This is my question but they telling sir iam not able to say right now so u please call me after 20 days of your due date. They should know right my account details? Home credit is not transparent and every bank loan have preclose option with amount details what should i pay exact, but home credit doesn't have like this and also proper responses from there side... I am really disappointed and home credit is holding my pocket to pay interest interest interest interest interest only... Home credit is not leaving to close my account and live my life without credit...

    Myself brij bhushan, d. O. B, 26/10/1980. Loan no [protected]. Taken loan of 75000, after processing fee i get 72000, i poo aid 8emi of 4741 means 37928+3000 (Processingfee)=40928, after too many call, on refuse to pay 9emi they told me foreclosure amount i. E=67474, i shock to heard that much amount, their executive said on given time that no extra %or amount to pay on closing loan after 6month now they charged too much %, i have not much money in my hand so i had to pay according to your executive is35000only, if you agree then i arrange then paid. I filed one application to consumer forum also and tweet with pm o f india in their tweeter account they they help me for this type of fraud against me

    Dear Brij,

    This is in regards to your query registered with Home Credit.

    As discussed with you over the call dated 1st May 2019, we request you to refer the below key points to avail ”Early Repayment":

    1) You need to make minimum 6 installments to foreclose the loan.
    2) As per the policy terms and conditions, you need to make only the remaining outstanding principal along with applicable charges.
    3) NIL pre-penalty charges are applicable on the future principal amount to all of our customers. (where-ever applicable)
    4) We would able to activate the request received 5 days prior to your last EMI date, provided NIL delinquent amount as on date. You are advised to make the payment within 48 hours from the activation date.

    Once, the above-mentioned points are followed then the foreclosure amount will be shared with you over the call from our customer care team, further, for more clarifications kindly refer with your signed loan summary letter.

    We trust the above explanation is up to your satisfaction and will surely be of help to you.

        Sir, myself brij bhushan, d. O. B=26.10.1980, loan i'd =[protected], taken loan amount of 75000. Where i pay installments of 4741monthly, according to their executive said that if i closed my loan within a 6month so no interest they charges, when i paid my 5emi i call their customer care no. Said that no is change, then paid late my emi after it i call again. To given no said first to pay the installment then i told the foreclosure amount, after my 8emi i refuse to pay 9emi, then they told the amount of 67547, which gives me shock, where i refuse to pay that much of amount, according to their said okay 4741*8=37928) they charge 3.5% processing fees, where i got 72000, now i pay 37000only on foreclosure, i place a complain in consumer forum with my advocate, either manage it with in a day

        Dear Bhushan,

        We regret the inconvenience caused.

        We wish to inform you that as per the General Terms and Conditions of the Loan and the Terms and Conditions mentioned in your Loan Summary, the interest amount has been calculated basis the annualized flat rate of interest.

        The apportionment of the interest amount over the period of the loan is done on a reducing balance method so that the interest charged on a monthly basis is consistent with the principal outstanding at the end of each month. We assure you that the total amount of interest received from the customer basis the flat rate of interest mentioned in the loan summary remains the same.

        There are no foreclosure charges, however, depending on the date of foreclosure, the interest for the number of days in the month till foreclosure happens is calculated in a pro-rated manner.

        Please note all the terms and conditions of the loan are mentioned in the Loan summary and the General Terms and Conditions.

        Further, your contract is having the delinquent amount of Rs.5, 091/- which is pending from the last 9 days. Hence, we would request you to kindly make the payment at the earliest to avoid collection activities.

        But that much foreclosure amount is not affordable for me, due to some family problems I have not arrange to much money, so pls give me a least amount for foreclosure that I arrange to clear the loan

          I have query about forclosour of loan because they told me at the time of sanction your loan is on flat interest rate but now they said your emi is on reducing interest rate.. But as per sanction letter my emi calculation is on flat interest. Now they told me that this is our software generated calculation we can't do anything so you have to paid & close the query without resolve... Fake company.,... Don't trust

                Further to my previous complaints and repeated emails to you and to home credit india finance, i regret to inform you that my concern is still not resolved. What's the point in lodging a complaint with consumer complaint forum? You at consumer complaint desk are similar to home credit india finance. Now my application is cancelled because of home credit india finance's kyc server issue. I am unable to reapply because of same system issue. Is everyone in the market so shameless that it does not make any difference to you about what is happening in the financial industry?

                  My loan payment was pending ur customer service have call me many times in day I was irritated when I m contact with one person why different people call n say me u have to pay the loan. When I told the I m hospitalize they r calling n irratated I m very upset n will not say anyone else to take loan form ur company .first teach ur customer service person don't know how to speak after doing the payment ur customer service r useless I would say they are hopeless I m very much disappoint from ur services I m not go to take loan from u all in my life time boz when I have pay so much money behind this loan .                       As mentioned in my previous emails, home credit india has given me a tat (turn around time) of more 3 working days.

                      Kindly note that i have been receiving interim emails from home credit india since 12 days.

                      I reported this to consumer complaints (you) because i was expecting quick reply.

                      But it seems like you are forwarding my complaints to them.

                      In such case whats the point to highlight this issue with you?

                      whats the difference between consumer complaints and home credit india finance?

                      both are useless options, arent they?

                          Home credit india finance complaint status update [id: 2291980]

                          Please note that i received a call yesterday from one of home credit india's partners (Pos) to complete my kyc.

                          I also got a call from home credit ombudsperson assuring me that the issue has been resolved.

                          I went to the shop and realised that this issue is still not resolved.

                          And now they need more time to fix this. Please note that i have already given them 12 days of time to find a solution for me.

                          Now you tell me what should i do?

                            My name Pratik I am from Pune and I have taken loan of Rs.80000 from home credit, the Executive told me after 6 month you can paid rest amount and close it, I have paid 6 EMI which is 4392×6=26352 which is with interest I want to close this loan and I call customer care asked about my amount to paid for closing and they told me pay RS.76000 I asked them how? He said I don't know, I am so frustrated Home Credit India is third class company steeling money from poor peoples

                                I am assuming that they have intentions to misuse my financial data or they may use my bank account for inappropriate purpose. Please look into this urgent w.r.t my previous complaints.
                                I have logged in with my internet banking credentials as requested by Home Credit India. I don't want my cibil to be affected by any way because of poor and uneducated staff being hired by home credit India. They have poor system issues why should a customer pay for it.

                                  Having done multiple follow ups HCIN has taken a decision to degrade my cibil because they have poor staff, poor systems and fake promises. I have been through mental stress because of their emails. Their ombudsman team is less helpful and arrogant enough to challenge me for their mistake. Please look into this as there are almost 20 customer complaints on the Google Play store but no action has been taken by anyone. Please ensure fair business practices should be followed by financial institutions in India as per the regulatory standards.

                                      Mene 80000 ka loan lia tha our 12 emi pay bhi kar diye hai 5474 ke. ab me ushe chukta karna chahta hu to vo bolta hai 53000 our do.

                                      Unke hisab 12 mhino me 35000 intrest liya gaya hai to kaha ke hua 2.6??
                                      Our unhi ne bataya tha ki jab aap chukate hai to bina interest ke clear ho jayega lekin ye to intrest ka bhi intrest liya ja raha hai
                                      Wo chahte hi nhi ham loan clar kre taki unka fayda chalta rahe.
                                      Mante hai ki PRASNOLL loan ke tere jyada hote hai par itne bhai? Our saruaati intrest jyda hai to wo kahi batate kyo nhi?
                                      Ye to acha hai ki bole 35000 hi laga aisha bhi ho sakta hai ki aisa bol dete hamne sirf inrest hi kaata hai paisa pura baki hai..
                                      Ye dhokha hai koi solution do plzz.

                                        May i know why you deduct my money every month in the name of esc charge. I already spoke to home credit executive regarding this problem. They told me to maintain your account 6-10 days before u pay your emi and exactly i did that, but they did same thing. I don't known why. My emi pay on 10 of every month and which i payed. They deduct 56rs my money on 24 march 2019. I've been facing this terrible from past 3 month. I want my money back. Literally i retreating myself to finance with home credit.

                                        I applied for personal loan in home credit. It is getting cancelled in final step. I called customer care and they told some network issues and I can apply after 24 th march. Still I'm facing the same problem. May I know the exact reason why it is cancelled.
