I am dinesh i applied personal loan today by online amt of rs.50000.00. My contract number [protected] request number [protected]

But now i wish to cancel this application because of higher rate of interest of 36.00%.

I called to customer care and told to cancel my application also.

So please look into my matter and cancel my application.

    Mene 80000 ka loan lia tha our 12 emi pay bhi kar diye hai 5474 ke. ab me ushe chukta karna chahta hu to vo bolta hai 53000 our do.
    Intrest rete hai2. 6
    Unke hisab 12 mhino me 35000 intrest liya gaya hai to kaha ke hua 2.6??
    Our unhi ne bataya tha ki jab aap chukate hai to bina interest ke clear ho jayega lekin ye to intrest ka bhi intrest liya ja raha hai
    Wo chahte hi nhi ham loan clar kre taki unka fayda chalta rahe.
    Mante hai ki PRASNOLL loan ke tere jyada hote hai par itne bhai? Our saruaati intrest jyda hai to wo kahi batate kyo nhi?
    Ye to acha hai ki bole 35000 hi laga aisha bhi ho sakta hai ki aisa bol dete hamne sirf inrest hi kaata hai paisa pura baki hai..
    Ye dhokha hai koi solution do plzz.

      May i know why you deduct my money every month in the name of esc charge. I already spoke to home credit executive regarding this problem. They told me to maintain your account 6-10 days before u pay your emi and exactly i did that, but they did same thing. I don't known why. My emi pay on 10 of every month and which i payed. They deduct 56rs my money on 24 march 2019. I've been facing this terrible from past 3 month. I want my money back. Literally i retreating myself to finance with home credit.

      Hello,
      I applied for personal loan in home credit. It is getting cancelled in final step. I called customer care and they told some network issues and I can apply after 24 th march. Still I'm facing the same problem. May I know the exact reason why it is cancelled.

        This is regarding the worst experience I faced through your organisation.I want to close my loan. Last emi paid this month March and as spoke to customer care executive. She told me that I need not to pay interest for the month of April if I pay the principle amount today. But to my surprise when I called customer care today they told me that I will have to pay this month interest too. Why different version from the came company? I told her last emi I paid on 18th March then you can take 2 days interest and why should I pay for whole month interest.

        What sort o[censored]nethical practices Home Credit is following? Besides when I put my calls on conference with my husband with all authentic verification . Customer care executive Miss supriya refused to give any information stating policies of company.What sort of policy is this? Didnt find logic in it.

        Further how can you charge extra interest on days I didn't use your money?

        Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

              I buy mobile phone from mobile shop and take loan for mobile from home credit.due to some issue i unable to pay the money.i pay once I get money I pay. But i don't recive any notice or any letter from home credit and some body called me and say you Complaint has been registered in Delhi police and local police come to arrest you.they irritated me such way.please help me out in this situation.

                  Hi this is manoj i have taken loan of 45000 in homecredit on nov 2017 till now i have paid 15emi of 2073 at the time of taking loan execitive didn't inform any thing about reducing intrest now they are telling me to pay more like i have cleared 15k till now but now they are telling 38k still i have to pay where i has to 30k i'm fed up with this fraud loan company im not going to pay my further emi and not going to single rupee to this company of they want to close my loan i'll 30k otherwise i can't pay extra and my loan contarct num is [protected]

                  In reply to your query, we noted from our records that your relationship manager has already contacted you and your query has been resolved as per the telephonic discussion which you had.

                  We wish to reiterate you that the interest amount has been calculated using the flat rate of interest for the entire loan period. The interest amount shall be appropriated to loan account on the basis of the monthly reducing balance of the loan amount.

                  In order to foreclose your loan, please refer below terms and conditions.

                  1.Minimum 06 installments to be paid to foreclose the loan under this option.
                  2.As per the loan summary letter terms & condition you need to make payment of the amount communicated by our customer care team.
                  3.Nil foreclosure penalty charges will be applicable on the outstanding principal amount as per the loan summary letter terms & condition.
                  4.To raise a request for Early Repayment customer have to call us before 5 days from last due date.
                  5.Once the request is raised and activated with us customer is advised to make the payment within 48 hours to avail the benefit of Early Repayment option, which is as per the terms & condition of loan summary letter.

                  Hence, we are closing this concern.

                    Muje homecredit se loan k liye call aaya tha i said no to executive but usne kaha tha ki 6 month ke bad mere loan forclose karne pe koi interest nahi lagega aur sirf balance principal amount paid karke me ye loan foreclose kar sakti hu. But mujhe abhi 12674 jyada bharne k liye bol rahe aur proof mang rahe hai pls help me out otherwise mai ab ek bhi emi pay nahi karungi. Mene use mere loan ka full repayment statment manga tha jisme muje clear mention ho ki mere har emi me mera kitna principal kata aur kitna interest. But usne muje kaha ki wo information hum aapko nahi de sakte h. Hame sirf closing amount hi dikhati he. Usne muje closing amount 85013/- bataya.

                    Loan amount - 95000/-
                    I paid 11 month emi = 4480/- * 11 = 49280/-
                    12 month interest = 95000/- @ 28.02% = 26619/-

                    That means i paid total principal= total emi 49280 - total interst 26619 =22661/-

                    According to me foreclose amount =[protected] = 72339/-

                    According to you foreclose amount is 85013/- and your getting extra 12674 rs.

                    Please give me answer as earlier as possible. Other wise i am paying any emi and also make complaint against you.

                      I apply for a cash loan from home credit company
                      With loan id [protected].
                      As per document total loan amt =200000
                      Interest rate =21.97% annually (Charged on flat interest rate)
                      Duration =48 month
                      Interest will charged on reducing rate
                      Emi per month =7827 rs.

                      Before the this document sell person told that this emi amount contain 60% principle +40% interest.
                      But right they charging 70%interest+30% principle and this is untold by any one before talking loan. They charging to much amount on behalf of reducing rate.
                      I have running other loan also, but there reducing ratio is normal 70% principle+30%interest.

                      Before 14 month i want to close this account and i asked outstanding amount they told me 171000 rs.
                      This amount is to high.
                      If they deduct 50-50% as principle and interest then my outstanding amount isb 144000 so i can pay this amount.
                      But as i said they don't open reducing rate before loan took..
                      And normally other company reducing rate is below principle amount.
                      Hence i want to close this account with 144000 but they demanding 171000.

                      They fooling customer on behalf of reducing rate.

                      Please help me in this case.

                      We wish to inform you that as per the General Terms and Conditions of the Loan and the Terms and Conditions mentioned in your Loan Summary, the interest amount has been calculated basis the annualized flat rate of interest.

                      The apportionment of the interest amount over the period of the loan is done on a reducing balance method so that the interest charged on a monthly basis is consistent with the principal outstanding at the end of each month. We assure you that the total amount of interest received from the customer basis the flat rate of interest mentioned in the loan summary remains the same.

                      There are no foreclosure charges, however, depending on the date of foreclosure, the interest for the number of days in the month till foreclosure happens is calculated in a pro-rated manner.

                      Please note all the terms and conditions of the loan are mentioned in the Loan summary and the General Terms and Conditions.

                      Further, If you wish to foreclose the loan, we would able to activate the request 5 days prior to your next EMI date, provided NIL delinquent amount as on date. Upon activation, you are advised to make the payment within 48 hours from the activation date.

                      Additionally, we observe from our records that loan related details were shared with you in the loan summary letter and same is duly signed by you. Hence, we request you to kindly adhere to the shared loan summary letter and make timely payments to avoid late payment charges and further collection activities.

                        I am anish mirza. My mobile num is [protected]. This company calling me again and again and harassing me and asking for some maulik oza. I bought the new number and these people are calling for some x user. Told them so many times that i am not the guy for whom they are looking for. Since last 45 days they are ringing me again and again. Every time they says we ll update the details and you won’t get any more call. But every morning things remains same. I am tired. Stop this all nonsense calls.

                          We were unable to attend the conciliation camp by home credit team on 30-jan-2019, but I have paid the emi, still getting legal notice, please help how to proceed.
                          Please advise how to proceed and also help us how to stop receiving that notice.

                          We will repay the loan at the earliest.

                          I have called customer care and already had a word with them they told that if we pay the emi there will be no issues, even after paying emi i am getting legal notice.

                            We wish to inform you that as per the General Terms and Conditions of the Loan and the Terms and Conditions mentioned in your Loan Summary, the interest amount has been calculated basis the annualized flat rate of interest. The apportionment of the interest amount over the period of the loan is done on a reducing balance method so that the interest charged on a monthly basis is consistent with the principal outstanding at the end of each month. We assure you that the total amount of interest received from the customer basis the flat rate of interest mentioned in the loan summary remains the same. There are no foreclosure charges, however, depending on the month till foreclosure happens is calculated in a pro-rated manner. Please note all the terms and conditions of the loan are mentioned in the Loan summary and the General Terms and Conditions.

                            Further, If you wish to foreclose the loan, we would able to activate the request 5 days prior to your next EMI date, provided NIL delinquent amount as on date. Upon activation, you are advised to make the payment within 48 hours from the activation date.

                            Additionally, your contract is having the delinquent amount of Rs.3, 622/- which is pending from last 2 days. Hence, we would request you to kindly make the payment at the earliest to avoid collection activities.

                                I took the loan of 122000 and they assign the loan on 32 % i have completed 17 emi which is amount of 113000/- emi of amount 6698/-
                                Now i want to close the loan and they asked that u need to pay 89661/-. what a game approx 200000 rs i need to pay on place of loan 122000/-

                                Its a fraud company. I have made very big mistake in my life to take the loan from this type of 420 company. i never suggest anybody to took the loan from this company.

                                This is with regards to your query with Home Credit under reference number 16258696.

                                In reply to your query, I am pleased to inform you that your query has been resolved successfully as per the telephonic discussion which we had today.

                                We wish to inform you that the interest amount has been calculated using the flat rate of interest for the entire loan period. The interest amount shall be appropriated to loan account on the basis of the monthly reducing balance of the loan amount.

                                In order to foreclose your loan, please refer below terms and conditions.
                                • Minimum 06 installments to be paid to foreclose the loan under this option.
                                • As per the loan summary letter terms & condition you need to make payment of the amount communicated by our customer care team.
                                • Nil foreclosure penalty charges will be applicable on the outstanding principal amount as per the loan summary letter terms & condition.
                                • To raise a request for Early Repayment customer have to call us before 5 days from last due date.
                                • Once the request is raised and activated with us customer is advised to make the payment within 48 hours to avail the benefit of Early Repayment option, which is as per the terms & condition of loan summary letter.
                                Meanwhile, we are closing this concern.

She said to me that if i do all process online then amount will credit in my account within 2 days, then i call in home credit, and one of your representative says that, loan amount will be credit in my account till tuesday, if not done tuesday then it will definately credit by wednesday,
                                  I call many time to talk with manshi ji on wednesday, but she is not talking with me, i am totally disturbed, nobody will help me, i have voice recording in my cell phone. Still i am not receiveing loam amount in my account.

We wish to inform you that mentioned charges are levied by your bank as your ECS was returned unclaimed in the month of Dec'18 due to 'Insufficient balance' as confirmed by your bank.

                                        Any standing instruction being dishonored would attract the ECS return charges and same would be charged by your bank. Hence, we request you to contact your respective bank for more clarification in this regards and ensure sufficient balance in your account and timely payment for all your subsequent EMI. 

                                        We recommend you to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account 6 days prior to your EMI due date in order to avoid any last minute hassle.
