Hello, my loan contract number is : [protected]. And my contact number is :[protected]. I have signed contract for approved amount of 90, 000. And was told that money will be disbursed in one working day. I have not received any amount as of yet and customer service only says it's under process and will take 2 days 3 days etc but not providing any exact response as to why it is not disbursed. Can anyone provide exact information as to what is actually happening with disbursement.

    Hi, my cash loan was approved and i was asked to submit relevant documents again. Post that my loan is yet to be disbursed. I was asked to wait for 5 working days which i did but none of the executive from their end has reverted on the same. I highlighted the issue on social media platforms but post that csr started disconncting my chats when i approached them.. On of the platform i was told such contract number doesn't exit (Hv snapshot of approved loan). My concern is loan not disbursed, but emi date has already decided as of 18th of every month. I just want the company to tell me if they intend to disburse and if not then remove my name from their credit inquiries as my cibil is affected

      Hello i am a customer of home credit finance company
      I have taken a loan amount of 62000 at date 23.7.2018 for which i was told to pay the total amount in 1 year. But the company keeps calling me for paying my installments for 24 months. Which is not ethical according to the interest rates charged by them.
      As till date i have paid 10 installments for which the company have not given me any receipts.
      Nor any company employee have told me about the details of my remaining installments.
      As i have read many articles about this fraud company. I need you to take strict action against them

          My name is m. P. Singh

          I had taken 61500 loan from home credit on instalment of 3983 for 30 months.

          I have given 13 instalments. This means 52000 rupees approx.
          But they are demanding 49500 for settlement
          This means 52000 + 49500 =[protected] = 40000 interest.
          Rupees 40000 interest of 61500 in 13 months is very high
          Kindly look this matter and solve my problem because interest is very high.

            My name is m. P. Singh,
            I have taken loan 65000 from home credit. But they pay only 61500 and make 30 instalments of rs. 3983 instalment of every month.
            I have given now 13 instalments.
            Now i want pay full payment.
            But home credit is demanding 49500 now.
            This means total 3983×13 + 49500 = 101279
            One year interest[protected] = 39779

            This is very huge interest. This interest is looking as old time zamidari pratha.

            Sir i help me and reduce interest and settlement my loan.

                  My mother name is raj rani ghai

                  My mother took a loan from home credit. She paid from last 11 months. But from last 2-3 months we have multiple issue from home credit.. My mother is not well from last month n she is a single earner in our family she is into a financial crisis. She didn't paid the emi for the last month. Now these people are using profane language over the phone and harassing her that if she will not pay then, she will suffer mentally and physically. Also she said to home credit people that she will pay once she has the money, she asked for time.

                  They refused and kept on calling 100 times in a day. She is really depressed and as she went into trauma last year due to mental pressure, now she says she will not stay longer (Means "die") as these people are harassing them everyday. They cll her n her daughter again n again.
                  She is really not well plzzzzzzzzzzzz
                  She is already suffering with health issues.
                  My humble request is to kindly speak with home credit and inform them not to harass the customer in such a way that she has to think of ending her life.

                      personal loan not disbursed

                      I have applied personal loan online and it was approved and then i was asked for kyc verfication which i did and after that received email funds will be disbursed in 1 working day and its been 4 days not received the funds

                        Hi, I went to a shop to purchase TV and there was a home credit representative which approached me to buy the tv on emi. Since it was a small 24inch tv for my restaurant of amount 15, 800, i refused and said i will buy normally, but then he insisted to plz go for emi since he has to meet monthly target. He told me that the amount will be divided by 12 and 4parts will be paid as down payment and 8parts as emi. This was d exact statement. I accepted his request. Also paid[protected]x4). For the rest 8 months, i kept on timely paying 1320rs.

                        A real shock came to me after 8months when i got a call from home credit saying i have not paid my emi. On asking, i was told that my loan was on flat 17% interest and i need to pay 4 more emi. I was shocked. Flat 17% is way to much. When i asked more, they mailed me a document sayin you only accept out terms and conditions. When i saw the document, it was not my signature. It was a forged sign tried to copy from my pan card photo. It wasnt me. I raised a complaint on home credit (ticket no[protected] to resolve the issue but no solution provided till date. This case is pending since 2015.

                        I posses two credit cards which combined limit of 3.5Lakhs. I hav an impeccable record of cbil but no due ever ever. But home credit has destroyed by cbil. If i had purchased on my credit card, then also i would hav taken on 14% reducing emi. I file an ITR of 6lacks then why will i buy a 15, 000 tv on an interest of 17% flat.

                        My contract no with home credit is [protected]. And i cud b reached on [protected], [protected]. If anyone can listen to this complaint then i will b highly obliged.

                            My mother in law took a loan which was a pre-approved loan. At first they kept on calling and pushing the customer to take the loan.
                            Now she is a single mother and sell clothes in the hawkers market. she is not earning that good and financially she is very low at this moment.

                            Every month HOME CREDIT people put the direct debit of 8900 inr on any date and as date was decided and on the loan papers it is 26th of every month.

                            Now due to direct debit, every month she is paying about 1500 to 2000 extra. It has been informed to them to put the direct debit on the date as told to us.

                            Now from last 2 months she is into a financial crisis. she didn't paid the emi for the last month. Now these people are using profane language over the phone and harassing her that if she will not pay then, she will suffer mentally and physically. Also she said to home credit people that she will pay once she has the money, she asked for time.

                            They refused and kept on calling 100 times in a day. She is really depressed and as she went into trauma last year due to mental pressure, she says she will not stay longer(Means " DIE") as these people are harassing them everyday.

                            NOTE: Any such thing happens to her then I will not leave Home credit and will make them penalized for this.

                            Also this is not the way. it is a unsecured loan and bank is responsible if customer gives back or not on time.They can't force customer to commit suicide, if they cant pay on time.

                            My humble request is to kindly speak with home credit and inform them not to harass the customer in such a way that she has to think of ending her life.
                            she has a small kid and she is single mother.

                              My name is mayank saxena, first i applied loan on 2/07/2019 upload all documents and eligible for loan of 2lac fro home credit after that verification done and document signed on 3/07/2019 and received message and amount will be disbursed in 1 day but next day my loan was cancelled and i wrote a mail and received a response that due to technical error loan was cancelled but you can re apply. I need money on urgent basis so i reapplied on 05/072019 and with all formalities and now this time also received message on 5/07/2019 that amount disbursed in 1 day. Now its again cancelled and customer care dont even know why its cancelled again.. What a fake app and un professional staff and company who make false promise.

                                Some one (Shrivastav) was telling me that the home credit finance is not quiry before giving the loan, after getting 23 emi out of 30, company is going to quiry about the person who took loan from them.
                                Please reply that is it right or wrong as today i taught by the representative (Srivastav) of company.
                                One thing more please reply that if i am not giving your emi then what will you do?
                                Will you punished me as socially or mentally either take support of court or will you send boxer to recover your loan emi...

                                  Sir, each and every policy of company shows that company try to harassed me. Socialy & mentaly & nothing besides this.
                                  I have been requesting since long that kindly send me a legal notice if company is not happy to see my depositing plam of emi, & court is the right place where you can say every thing about me. And i will accept all thing whatever said by court.
                                  In place of court company send people at my home for recovery of payments.
                                  Sir is this the right pollicy to recover loan amount.
                                  My guilty is i send my emi 20 to 25 days late... Against this i paid 350/panulty & bank is also debit per 290/- i lost my civil scores too.. After accepting all loses company is going to harrased as spcial or mental.

                                      I have been received 1.83.000 as personal loan from home credit finance i did not apply anywhere for it they call me for giving information related to loan after ending the call they deposit the amount in my account i never tell them to do so neither i give consent for anything
                                      As soon as i received a sms from by bank of the deposit made. I file various compaint and asking them to take it back but the refuse to do so. I file complaint against their online ombudsman portal and visit their office many time. The asked me to give 4000 thousand extra charges for intrest of loan amount/their cancelation process
