To,
Respected sir/madam
I have taken a loan for an amount of rs. 1, 23, 000/- having 48 emi’s of rs. 4, 595/- per month starting from 07.09.2018 till 07.08.2022 at a flat rate of interest @ 19.83 % with loan contract bearing no. [protected] dated 13.07.2018 and i have paid 24 emi’s, upon calculation rs. 48, 782/- was to be paid but rs. 67, 810/- was paid, so the balance amount of rs. 19, 028 should be adjusted in my loan account.
Another loan for an amount of rs. 60, 000/- having a 48 emi’s of rs. 2, 231/- per month starting from 07.07.2018 till 07.06.2023 at a flat rate of interest @ 19.62 % with loan contract bearing no. [protected] dated 01.06.2019 and i have paid 15 emi’s, upon calculation rs. 14715/- was to be paid but rs.22018.54 /- was paid so the balance amount of rs.7303.54 should be adjusted in my loan account.
I was paying all the emi’s on a regular basis and called upon your office and emailed you to enquire about my loan account status and asked to settle the accounts, but received a cold response and you have sent me loan schedules on mail which was shocking to see that you have charged a floating rate of interest on the principal amount borrowed from you instead of fixed rate of interest and increased the emi’s which is wrong and illegal as per the settled terms of contract between you and myself, if it was told to me earier i would not have taken loan from you.
So i request you to look into the matter and help me out in this aspect, else i will be constrained to ask my bank to stop the instalments and further take legal action against you at the earliest possible.
Thanks & regards
Girish kumar
