Hi, I purchased a loan of 125000 from this company in October 2019, I paid 5 months emi till March 2020. Emi is 4947. interest 22.5%/pa. term 48 months.

I opted 5 months moratorium. Now they are requesting me to pay EMI 4947 for 70 months. I told them I am ready to pay 5 months moratorium interest of 17000 as one time payment now and will continue paying 43 emis out of 48 as I have already paid 5 emis.

They do not agree with that they want to get 346000 from me instead of 237000 for just the loan of 125000. I don't understand why I am liable to pay 22 emis more just opting 5 months moratorium. Pls review attachments thoroughly and take action against this frauds

Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is very sad to inform you that I took the cash loan from HomeCredit India Pvt Ltd 1 year ago. I had been paying the EMI on time but due to corona virus pandemic I couldn't pay the loan amount since March month 2020 delayed in paying the amount. Paid the one emi on October's month of Rs.6965 with 350 penalty charge on 12th October which was my emi is 6615. Daily receiving unlimited calls from company and I already tells them about my situation and different different executive calls and harassing me. I'm in big trouble they never try to understand my problems. I recently paid the amount of Rs.6965 on 12th but since last two, three days again they are forcing me to pay the emi of Rs.6615. I'm so helpless I somehow managed the amount of 6965 but again after 3, 4 days of the payment they are forcing me to pay the amount and on 12th October they sent the executive for the collection Money from home without informing me. Which is so unexpected from HomeCredit and insulted me in my locality and they also harassed me lot and also harrsing.

                  To,
                  Respected sir/madam

I have taken a loan for an amount of rs. 1, 23, 000/- having 48 emi’s of rs. 4, 595/- per month starting from 07.09.2018 till 07.08.2022 at a flat rate of interest @ 19.83 % with loan contract bearing no. [protected] dated 13.07.2018 and i have paid 24 emi’s, upon calculation rs. 48, 782/- was to be paid but rs. 67, 810/- was paid, so the balance amount of rs. 19, 028 should be adjusted in my loan account.

Another loan for an amount of rs. 60, 000/- having a 48 emi’s of rs. 2, 231/- per month starting from 07.07.2018 till 07.06.2023 at a flat rate of interest @ 19.62 % with loan contract bearing no. [protected] dated 01.06.2019 and i have paid 15 emi’s, upon calculation rs. 14715/- was to be paid but rs.22018.54 /- was paid so the balance amount of rs.7303.54 should be adjusted in my loan account.

I was paying all the emi’s on a regular basis and called upon your office and emailed you to enquire about my loan account status and asked to settle the accounts, but received a cold response and you have sent me loan schedules on mail which was shocking to see that you have charged a floating rate of interest on the principal amount borrowed from you instead of fixed rate of interest and increased the emi’s which is wrong and illegal as per the settled terms of contract between you and myself, if it was told to me earier i would not have taken loan from you.

So i request you to look into the matter and help me out in this aspect, else i will be constrained to ask my bank to stop the instalments and further take legal action against you at the earliest possible.

                  Thanks & regards

I have taken a loan of rs 200000 on 28.51% flat interest rate for the tenure of 48 months. I have paid 6emi. I have taken moratorium for the period of 5 months. My emi amount is 8917 as per the flat interest rate. As per the flat interest rate calculations my interest part of emi should be 4751 per month as it is flat interest rate not reducing. So my principal part in emi should be 4166 per month. I have paid emi for 6 months so my outstanding balance should be 4166*6 = 24996,
[protected]= 175004. They are saying that my outstanding balance is 189576.76. Also they have charged interest for moratorium period of 5 months for 6951.25 per month i. E. 34756.25. On what basis they have calculated this amount?? I want to foreclose this loan and i am agree to pay my outstanding balance of 175004+[protected]*5) = 198759 but they are asking for to much amount than this. Kindly help me in this matter

Hi, i have purchased an air conditioner (Daikin) on 30th march 2019 at sonovision, vishakapatnam worth 60000rs.
I have been offered cash on my hdf credit card.
I have been informed that rs 6000 cashback would get credited within 6 months of tenure.
Have given multiple reminders on the same and non of them care to resolve it. I seriously lost hope with these hdfc credit card guys and the mannerism was always sarcastic.
It's been disgusting on such serviced and it's my bad to part.

Dear consumer affairs team - need require your attention

                                  Loan contract number - [protected]

I took out a loan of 1, 42, 000 in june-2019. When i took the tenure of 42 months at interest 28.80. I was paid emi for the month of may-20 and jun-20. Due to which i have taken moratorium policy.

I called home credit customer care to check my outstanding loan balance. They have informed me that load tenure has been increased from 42 months to 51 months which is insane because i have not paid 2 emi's due to covid. Now you people are charging me moratorium interest for extra 9 months emi which i really don't understand.

I took this loan based on my tuition classes and now my all income is stopped somehow i am surviving.

When i asked the foreclosure amount i was told that it is 1, 33, 271 as of 10-sep-2020.

Out of 42 emi i have already paid 15 emi of 7399. That means 7399*12= 1, 10, 985 rs. And still home credit finance saying my outstanding loan balance is 1, 33, 271 rs.

Due to my current condition i would like to inform you that going forward i will not be able to pay any emi, until i get the full and final settlement amount. The amount which you are sending to me will see if it is my favor i will look for to to pay. If i don't get any solution in the next email will be involving all news channels and media as well.

Also something happens to me. Home credit finance is responsible for that
