From very long i have been complaining a issue regarding emi date problem to their executives,
But they are not listening and scolding me and very Harsh behaviour im so tired to talk with home credit executives so i stop the payment.
Till now they are not listening to my speech and they only speak about the payment and not listening to my issue.
Because of their emi date problem im getting bounced. The problem is with them but they are not ready to hear that and only they do is to make payment asap or u will be punished like threatening me

U are calling more than 50 times a day this is very bad on ur behaviour no is [protected].
Im very tired with ur behaviour.
For example this is today screenshot from my phone see this.i[censored] keep on doing this i will not pay the balance amount.

In 30 mins more than 10 times u have called me.
U are not leaving me to do my work.the mistake is ur side but u are torchering me, indian government just watching u guys and ur interest rate 33.85% per annum this too much . I brought a loan for 1, 20000 but repayment amount is more than 2, 40000 with interest and repayment months is 36months, ur executive didnt explained me about this and simply sanctioned my loan. When im checking now i have shocked, CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.IN PLEASE HELP UR CITIZEN AND SAVE ME FROM HOME CREDIT.
PLEASE DONT TAKE LOAN ON HOME CREDIT
GO FOR GOVERNMENT BANKS

U have cheated me and torchering me daily, and making me to push for suicide, if i die the only reason is u. Government will punish u
I wont make repayment for u hereafter, u should waiver off my loan balance amount fully as a compensate for torchering me.

    Please see my problem i face issue is.. M take cash loan from home credit india, m pay 02 emi also on 3nd emi they guys misbehave with my all family member & call again & again.. This is not tolerable too way talk with senior person & know about all family member who is working who is not, where we are... This is your service, this is way to talk with person & never come to point..

    If you guys not able to handle it never give us loan & nor talk regarding all this..

    Am pay lots of loan amount.. Home credit executive waste to waste talking.. They want all family member detail why they guys not come to they point & understand all this things..

      Hi, I have bought mobile in 2018 and we paid emi for three monthly then we didn't receive any intimation regarding the emi and receive not even a single calls to repay the remaining emi, please confirm on how to repay it and whom to contact, tried reaching customer care and they saying that we will receive call from customer care but not yet received.

            I have been receiving 5-6 calls daily from home credit call center for some mr. Vinod kumar. However, i do not know any vinod kumar and it seems the company has the wrong number. I have mentioned it to customer care several times but they are not willing to listen and are threatening to call me again and again. Infact the call center agent is asking my personal information. Pls help.

              They are just making your fool. Charging too much extra % of interest. They have only told me about 6 EMI now only for the delay in the payment asking me to pay 2800/- extra on 15, 000/- Rs. Of phone EMI they are charging me 20, 000/- bad services lot of bad customer care department don't even know how to talk with customers... they missed guide me.

                I have made a payment of 1828 on 30th of nov as my 2nd emi but it was not updated after 76 hours as it only takes 48 hours to update them i called home credit they told me that the payment was dropped by the bank. Then i again made a payment of 1828 as 2nd emi on 6th of dec which got updated. But now the 30th nov payment was updated and the 6th dec payment got removed. So again i called home credit they told me that the amount has been refunded back but i have my bank statement no amount is being given back to me yet. And after calling them every day each customer service executive says different thing upon that. I want my money back.

                  Hi, i went to a shop to purchase tv and there was a home credit representative which approached me to buy the tv on emi. Since it was a small 24inch tv for my restaurant of amount 15, 800, i refused and said i will buy normally, but then he insisted to plz go for emi since he has to meet monthly target. He told me that the amount will be divided by 12 and 4parts will be paid as down payment and 8parts as emi. This was d exact statement. I accepted his request. Also paid 5, 280 by my card. For the rest 8 months, i kept on timely paying 1320rs.

                  A real shock came to me after 8months when i got a call from home credit saying i have not paid my emi. On asking, i was told that my loan was on flat 17% interest and i need to pay 4 more emi. I was shocked. Flat 17% is way to much. When i asked more, they mailed me a document sayin you only accept out terms and conditions. When i saw the document, it was not my signature. It was a forged sign tried to copy from my pan card photo. It wasnt me. The document was printed and signed one day after i actually went to purchase the tv. The same can be verified too. I raised a complaint on home credit to resolve the issue but no solution provided till date. This case is pending since 2015.

                  I posses two credit cards which combined limit of 3.5lakhs. I hav an impeccable record of cbil but no due ever ever. But home credit has destroyed by cbil. If i had purchased on my credit card, then also i would hav taken on 14% reducing emi. I file an itr of 6lacks then why will i buy a 15, 000 tv on an interest rate so high.
                  I am attaching photos of loan summary, its sign and my original sign for ready reference. I cud b reached on [protected], [protected].

                  If anyone can listen to this complaint then i will b highly obliged.

                              Home credit customer care is continuously calling to my friend's mobile number..
                              Please stop calling my friend when i am not reachable.. Each and every day calling him for 15-25 times a day is very harassing..
                              He is a very busy person and he ia getting angry and when we met face to face he is shouting on me saying about this..
                              If we delayed a payment we will pay it with fine.. But please stop this telephone call harrasment.. It's very annoying.. Since we don't have full amount of money we decided to take loan from home credit.. So if there is a delay please try to use common sense that the amount is not ready yet.. And stop calling continuously asking it.. Stop this harrasment against customers.. I will never recommend home credit to any of my friends or colleagues in future due to this kind of harrasment..

                                  I, shyam kumar having customer id: [protected], request you to let me know the interest rate charged on my loan having emi rs. 3, 432 & principal amount rs. 72, 000 & tenure 42 months. As i have seen the acknowledgment, interest rate charged on my loan was 28.63 % p. A. Compounding monthly.

                                  As i saw the repayment schedule sent by you, interest charged on loan 45% p. A compounding monthly which is inconsistent with the rate mentioned in the acknowledgement i. E 28.63% p. A compounding monthly.

                                  And please find the attached file in which i have shown both the scenarios or you can yourself calculate through emi calculator attached.

                                  So please don't try to do such manipulations with me and try to re-issue me the updated repayment schedule as per the rate of interest 28.63% p. A asap.

                                  We wish to inform you that the interest amount has been calculated using the flat rate of interest for the entire loan period.

                                  The interest amount shall be appropriated to loan account on the basis of the monthly reducing balance of the loan amount.

                                  In order to foreclose your loan, please refer below terms and conditions.
                                  • Minimum 06 installments to be paid to foreclose the loan under this option.
                                  • As per the loan summary letter terms & condition you need to make payment of the amount communicated by our customer care team.
                                  • Nil foreclosure penalty charges will be applicable on the outstanding principal amount as per the loan summary letter terms & condition.
                                  • To raise a request for Early Repayment customer have to call us before 5 days from last due date.

While i have paid the monthly installment of home credit india on the scheduled time of[protected] from the home credit application, and when i call them for the issue there is no satisfactory answer given by them, they said the amount is deducted by the bank but bank refuse to accept that according to bank the ammount is deducted due to bounce of payment of home credit and now when i called home credit for the solution they totally refuse to solve the issue.
