I had not received any statement or sms against my expense thru credit card. I had used credit card for first and the last time. I also tried to pay immediately as soon as i had done the transaction against my credit card but not details appeared and so i was not allowed to pay any payment. And then i went to my native town and was on leave for around the month. During my vacation i did not received any sms / email against outstanding payment. Still i as soon as i returned from vacation, i checked the statement thru netbanking and paid the amount. Now hdfc bank had debited directly rs.1038/- from my hdfc a/c against credit card and it is showing as fund transfer. On asking why i did not received any outstanding credit card details and their answer is that we don't provide any such details. Then how the customer will pay the outstanding amount of their credit card. Please arrange to refund my amount 1038/-.

then i did not get my refund i raised my issue on [protected]@homecredit, co.in but Home credit team activated my ECS in syndicate bank Wrongly, even i have given details of Axis Bank, during the Loan

My name is gopal dhyani and i am receiving continuous calls from your side being claiming as an referencer of loan. While the person who has taken loan is only a employee in our neighbouring company and i don't know him personally. Your company also does not do any cross checking while providing loan to the said person by taken me as an referencer in case of home credit facility availed by bablu bahadur. I had already informed the same facts to you but still i am getting a numerous calls from your side which are irritating. Please change my no. Or does not call me again. If my query is not resolved then i will take the help of state consumer forum. Kindly take the matter into your concern and take some speedy action.

From the day on application 18th nov to till yesterday she has never try to contact with me,

Today the foolish lady priyanka told me on call that your request has been send still have to wait,

As i have been applying loan in this site since 9 months, it only shows that you are not eligible as i have all validations to get the loan. And main thing is its showing please apply after 28th october 2018 now also, but today its 23rd november 2018. Shamefull to promise people of loan and collecting data.

Baki ka amount Mai foreclose karna chata hu...to mujh 22746 rs. Payment ke liye bataya gaya hai jo ki 5594 rupay zada hai Interest rate ke according.

I had call & mail to customer care for this matter but no positive response they are revert me on mail for pay according Loan Repayment statement.

Please help me for this matter. and ask them to follow fare policy.

I want to complain agaist this bludy company. This is very poor service provider. My bike loan had been completed in 30/11/2017 but todays date there is no noc letter recieved.
I have complaint in this regard through cuatumer care and mail also mark to cusern team but there is no call no mail no message recieved. Not a single revert from this bludy company and stafff also.
This is humble request plz do the needfull otherwise i will do complain in nodal and to higher authorities also.

Incorrect deduction of interest. Non cooperation from customer service.

My monthly emi - 4185
Loan duration - 15 months
I have paid 6 months emi -4185 x 6 = 25110 and 8290 interest include this amount so there is an incorrect deduction of interest amount.
There is an improper service almost no cooperation from customer service.

Sir Maine 112000 ka loan liya tha 42 months ke liye jiski installment 4822 thi aur mujhe kaha Gaya tha ki apka annual rate of interest 23.9% rahega aur aap 6 mahine ke baad kabhi bhi foreclose Kar sakte ho aur aap jab foreclose karenge tab apka bacha hua byaj nahi lagega ... Sir Mai e 23 emi paid Kar di hai jis hisab Maine ab tak 1, 10, 906 rs bhar diye hai b Mai foreclose karna chata hu...to mujhse 70500 re manga ja Raha haijo ki 15500 rupay zada hai interest rate ke hisab se Maine 2 sal ka ke hisab se 53536 RS bharna that to sir Mera total amount hona chaiye foreclose ka 54536 RS Jo Mai bharne ko tayar hu lekin agar 70500 rupay bharna hoga to Mai nahi bharunga ... Uske liye aap Mera cibil bhi kharab karte hai to koi problem nahi hai.. aur Mai ab ek Bui emi bhi nahi bharunga...ab aap dekhiye Kya ho sakta hai...

Myself Kousick Mondal, a customer of HOME CREDIT company since 14 Sept 2018.
on 14the sept 2018 I purchase a mobile phone through HOME CREDIT financial credit services. when I purchase this phone, a insurance added with my loan. on that time I told to HOME CREDIT representative to cancel the insurance policy, he told me that, call to customer care, they will instruct me and cancel the policy. as per your representative, I'm trying to call HOME CREDIT customer care, and they assure me to cancel the policy, therefore they give me a Request id[protected]. on 17th September 2018.

After that, I'm trying to contact with HOME CREDIT customer care, then they told me, it was on process..

Now toady is 22nd October 2018, still it on in process. already one EMI deduct from my account and the next emi shown on HOME CREDIT app RS 2213/-

In between that one of the Customer Care Representative over the phone (as a relationship manager, as per his recognition) told me that give us 48hrs and he will tell me the actual result on dated 20th Oct, 2018.

Now what to do? I don't want this policy. and do not want to pay any kind of EMI payment including the insurance policy amount.

Please do the needful as soon as possible. its too late. otherwise I'll go for another step.

Home credit company is totally lia all loan i have took loan 89000.00 they have been interest rate 32.50 but i have paid 8 emi 4886.00 approx 43000.00 than i have been last 2 month following for closure but never answered and answers given me prisipal amount 87000.00 i have been completed to all wey but never answer and there person mr bhachan rajput and amarsinh no +[protected] [protected] [protected] came at home and give to all violence and gunda giri dhamki about kill me so what i do? My name is keshav kathe i have taken cash loan in december 2017. I have paid 09 installments and now i want to foreclose the loan. I called on your toll free no. 15 times and they are telling me different different amount. Someone is telling to pay rs. 96625 and someone is telling to pay rs. 100325 to foreclose the loan. Are you playing with me? You have one of the worst customer service. How could they tell me different amount. What amount i should to pay 96625 or 100325? Stop bothering your customers. Just tell me how much i should pay?
