Date of birth : 17 june 1995
You had send us notice that our due payment rs 2197/-, which i will not going pay. It's all your fault that you had not inform us about that now you are charging us more amount which i can't afford. We are always be your good customer who always pay you on time, its all your fault that you did not inform me yet. So, i will pay rs 350/- only not more than that.

    I am writing this mail due to the problem or call which i got from the person of home credit india pvt ltd on 12/1/19 actually the issue is that i have financed one of the phone from yours before some time back in the year of rs 2017 but suddenly i got a call of the person who behaved very rudely and misbehaved in a very crucial manner those i have never expect it from you to behave like this with the customer and i know that it’s my mistake that i have financed the product and it’s my responsibility for pay the amount even partially but the day became worst due to that vulgar person who gave me that. So please do the needful for me and take some strict action against these company or fraud persons who told me that we are the legal persons. I hope the issue will get resolved and below u can also find the recording of that one.{[protected] - virender, [protected]}.

      Sir, this is my id of home credit [protected].. & my contact no is [protected]...
      Sir, i like to inform that i have taken a cash loan (After requesting through call)
      From this one home credit... And my emi should be completed on till dated 12 th in every month... Sir in each and every month i have been paying till 12 th or before that and yesterday or before yesterday too i had already been informed that this one would be deposited till 10th january 2019.. But today some one of home credit representative came on our door & threaten us that if will not be deposit the emi on time.. Then may be 10 people will come to take emi..
      Therefore i like to know that is this the right way for recovering payments. Having saved the call of that particular representative.. Who threatened..
      I want to know that is this the right way.. Suppose i am unable to pay on time.. Then what would be done? Company may send a legal notice or send a criminal in the name of executive. Particularly in the absence of mine. Yes this is done by the company. Company sending criminal who threatened when i was unavailable from my home.
      While i just paying 28 or 30 days late. For this company can add some penalty beside intrest or send legal notice but company just doing opposite that they sending criminal by the name of executive for the socially harassment. While i pick all the call and reply properly. I was updated for deposits on dated 10.01.19 but before ending of this date company send some people at my home in the absence of mine.
      Hence i like to request to senior of the home credit don't send anyone at my home specially when i am unavailable from my home.
      I don't think that its a right way to recover your emi. Company can send me legal notice if not satisfied with me.

        Website: unnecessary charges on my credit card

        I had not received any statement or sms against my expense thru credit card. I had used credit card for first and the last time. I also tried to pay immediately as soon as i had done the transaction against my credit card but not details appeared and so i was not allowed to pay any payment. And then i went to my native town and was on leave for around the month. During my vacation i did not received any sms / email against outstanding payment. Still i as soon as i returned from vacation, i checked the statement thru netbanking and paid the amount. Now hdfc bank had debited directly rs.1038/- from my hdfc a/c against credit card and it is showing as fund transfer. On asking why i did not received any outstanding credit card details and their answer is that we don't provide any such details. Then how the customer will pay the outstanding amount of their credit card. Please arrange to refund my amount 1038/-.

              My name is gopal dhyani and i am receiving continuous calls from your side being claiming as an referencer of loan. While the person who has taken loan is only a employee in our neighbouring company and i don't know him personally. Your company also does not do any cross checking while providing loan to the said person by taken me as an referencer in case of home credit facility availed by bablu bahadur. I had already informed the same facts to you but still i am getting a numerous calls from your side which are irritating. Please change my no. Or does not call me again.                 Actually i have applied for a personal loan on 18th nov 2018,
                And the request was raised by a foolish lady of your organization priyanka mumbai location,

                From the day on application 18th nov to till yesterday she has never try to contact with me,

                Although i have send multiple email to customer care, there was only one response received from auto reply mail,

                Today the foolish lady priyanka told me on call that your request has been send still have to wait,

                Although some from your organization,
                Deepmala, arvind, kaushlendra has told me yesterday that the request has been send to back office, and a confirmation sms and email you will receice definitely before end of the day or morning next day, you will received the same,

                Another one thing i have already updated always on call,

                      On 5 may 2018 i purchase a mobile phone through home credit financial credit services. When i purchase this phone, a insurance added with my loan. Loan no. Is [protected]. Few days ago my mobile screen damaged so i will call home credit customer services. And complaint 3 times but he will be not resolved my problam. Customer care caller said we can not fix it. As i have been applying loan in this site since 9 months, it only shows that you are not eligible as i have all validations to get the loan. And main thing is its showing please apply after 28th october 2018 now also, but today its 23rd november 2018. Shamefull to promise people of loan and collecting data.

                              I want to complain agaist this bludy company. This is very poor service provider. My bike loan had been completed in 30/11/2017 but todays date there is no noc letter recieved.
                              I have complaint in this regard through cuatumer care and mail also mark to cusern team but there is no call no mail no message recieved. Not a single revert from this bludy company and stafff also.
                              This is humble request plz do the needfull otherwise i will do complain in nodal and to higher authorities also.

                                    Myself Kousick Mondal, a customer of HOME CREDIT company since 14 Sept 2018.
                                    on 14the sept 2018 I purchase a mobile phone through HOME CREDIT financial credit services. when I purchase this phone, a insurance added with my loan. on that time I told to HOME CREDIT representative to cancel the insurance policy, he told me that, call to customer care, they will instruct me and cancel the policy. as per your representative, I'm trying to call HOME CREDIT customer care, and they assure me to cancel the policy, therefore they give me a Request id[protected]. on 17th September 2018.

                                    After that, I'm trying to contact with HOME CREDIT customer care, then they told me, it was on process..

                                    Now toady is 22nd October 2018, still it on in process. already one EMI deduct from my account and the next emi shown on HOME CREDIT app RS 2213/-
                                    (Please see the attachment).

                                    In between that one of the Customer Care Representative over the phone (as a relationship manager, as per his recognition) told me that give us 48hrs and he will tell me the actual result on dated 20th Oct, 2018.

                                    Now what to do? I don't want this policy. and do not want to pay any kind of EMI payment including the insurance policy amount.

                                    Please do the needful as soon as possible. its too late. otherwise I'll go for another step.
