Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I would like to bring you a kind notice that i have taken a personal loan from home credit in effect from 08.02.2018 and as its 6monthly Emi's are paid so now i want to repay it but the amount told by customer service representative is way higher than the amount that must be paid.
They have told me to pay:Rs.96, 151
I have paid 6emi's of Rs.5598
Yearly interest is:33.85%
and as per half yearly calculation:16% approx is paid
So via simple calculation it can be calculated that I have paid Rs.2820 per month with each Emi as interest and the rest being my principal amount.
So after above calculation it can be calculated that the amount that has to be repaid is Rs.83, 332
so why the system is showing that the principal that needs to be paid is Rs.96, 151 and if this was the case so why it was not informed at the time of loan approval.
So its my humble request to you to look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible

In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that as per the loan summary letter terms & condition below mention points should be fulfilled to foreclose the loan under Early Repayment option:

Minimum 06 installments to be paid to foreclose the loan under this option.
As per the loan summary letter terms & condition you need to make payment of the amount communicated by our customer care team on[protected].
Nil foreclosure penalty charges will be applicable on the outstanding principal amount as per the loan summary letter terms & condition.
Additionally, we wish to inform that in order to foreclose the loan, you need to call our customer care toll free number within 15 days of your EMI due date without any delinquent amount on the loan account and activate the foreclose request with them. The foreclose amount will be shared to you over the call and you need to pay that amount with next 48 hours of service activation to foreclose your account with us.

    I have recently taken a new mobile number and i am getting continuous calls. They are trying to reach someone. And continuously harassing me by calling every now and then. I have told them many a times that i have bought this new number for me in the month of july'18 and i do not know that person. Still they keep calling and everytime they promise that they will update their records but nothing happens. They want to know every detail of mine that who am i and what's my address but when i asked for the details of their representative like name and employee id, he simply denied.         The sales executive misleads me regarding my loan, and my installments. They didn’t provided me any of the document regarding my loan summary or anything. The executive made a commitment that you have to pay 11 installments, when i made all emi successfully afterwards they said you have to pay one more.. Because it was an offer for you, that has been cancelled because of your late payments. When i filed a complaint regarding this issue by calling them on their tollfree no, no one helped me with the proper information. Each executive will tell you a different story.. After struggling alot finally a senior called me and claims that he will waveoff the last installment if i show him my bank statement via e-mail, so i did that and unfortunately he didn’t receive that e-mail (Senior told me this) and he ended up with my case, after one month they start harassing you, and some of the executives misbehaves alot. When i called the tollfree no they start lying to me that i haven’t called the tollfree no, this call is connected to collection department. And i never get assisted properly, every person over there claims to be a supervisor but can’t pull up any information regarding any of their executives.

              Hi i am sebastian pillay. I had taken home credit pre approved cash loan before 9 months also paid 8 emi which is 5324. Now i wants to close my loan & when i called to home credit customer care they told me that wait till 1st august now when their collection team called me they told that u pay only this emi then we will take complaint for foreclosure amount so i state that u tell me the full amount for foreclosure & will pay that within 24 hours but still no one is helping & call me regarding this.

                  Dear sir/ Madam, This is in regards to your reply with your baseless reply and am not that kind of customer you are thinking that will u satisfy with baseless reply and resolution.Firstly I want to draw yours kind attaention towards the scenario, I was truly affescted by Non fortunate conditions, That truly bad experienced me and after that
                  I paid you fully and final payments including interest and penalty to you, and if you are saying that Thus, "we cannot change the status from Written Off to Closed/Standard.
                  "Than please let me know how you cannot remove this Because of
                  MASTER CIRCULAR NO.DBOD NO.BP.BC.20/21.04.048/2008-09Dated 04 july 2008, as per annexure 4.2.5
                  4.2.5 Upgradation of loan accounts classified as NPAs
                  If arrears of interest and principal are paid by the borrower in the case of loan accounts classified as NPAs, the account should no longer be treated as non­performing and may be classified as ‘standard
                  Accounts. With regard to upgradation of a restructured/ rescheduled account which is classified as NPA contents of paragraphs 4.2.15 and 4.2.16 will be applicable.

                  Now if all these definition could not understand you Than specifically I Moved to Consumer court for mine justce and mine propers Accounts.because you know a little part of law ., and I know evRy part of law and rules and notifications..and this is mine last warning if you will not closed mine account, Than fasttrack court will decide what to do ..

                      Last year, I had purchased a mobile phone with loan no. [protected].Due to financial factors I was unable to pay off them on time.Yet, after sometime I cleared all my dues and received a Non-Dues Certificate.
                      Now the problem is that after paying all the dues, still the CIBIL report creates problem for me in other financial tasks.

                      Now, please help me out.

                        My mobile number is [protected] you can check my loan number with that... I have took a loan from homecredit of amount 150, 000 and because of some business losses i was unable to payback the loan after 90, 000+ of payments to them... I have many bad days they did not reached me since many days but suddenly now recovery agents from homecredit are calling me and being very abusive and they are threatening me that they will come to my home and they will insult me... They are also giving me bad very bad hindi gaaliyaan gandi wali... They are telling me that they will beat me etc etc... However since starting i am saying that i did not get a call in between and i have to pay many people and i am paying to everyone with my job you did not follow me up thats the reason i also did not.. And because of my business loss i am in a job right now i wont be able to pay the intrest on which they are agree... But they want me to pay the balance 60, 000 inr in 3 monthly installments however i have told them that my salary right now is 14500 only and after my conveyance and everything i am unable to pay 20, 000 a month... But they are keep harassing me again and again... I am mentally very much depressed right now... I am in a depression and whole day only those things just roam around my mind.. As my family is there in delhi and i am not in delhi... I have no option left but just suicide as i cannot see my family to be torched by them... I dont even have an insurance... This is the last request i can do with you... That i want to repay the loan but i cannot pay the intrest also i can pay only max 5000 inr per month for that only... Or i have no choice apart from suicide as there is no way a person can pay 20, 000 inr month when he is earning 14500 inr... Mr shushant (Recovery agent) is giving me.. If i will die the only reason will be mr sushant and home credit itself... I know my rights and i will also file a complaint in consumer court as the kind of abusing language he was using... For me and my family i feel so guilty... He said that he know goons in my local area and he is a goon himself and he will drag my family members and beat them in front of everybody... And harass them... He is keep saying that they will soon visit my home... I live out of delhi and my old father, mother and my wife live there... I am in a very very serious dpression i have no idea what to do.. I have a high blood pressure and my head is about to blast... I am just controlling myself... I cannot let this happen... The only solution i can think right now is suicide as it will inform media about you... I am sending the copy of this letter to all the other govt departments as well and also to media agencies... Please make mode of communication email only for futher communication... I know my right and i dont want any calls from you.. You are a service provider and you are responsible for your profit an losses you can forcefully do this... Before die i will do my best to get your company shut.

                              Two contracts got cancelled-

                              Contract number 2 - [protected] (Pratap yadav)

                              These two contracts were having some errors in documentation and required to be submitted correct documents. And we already provided corrected documents to homecredit team-

                              After providing documents the file was pending for a very long time due to which it went to cancellation.

                              After asking many times they were unable to provide pod for documents.

                              And asking many times to homecredit team they kept saying we have dispatched documents and it will be active soon.

                              And mr. Rafiqul contract number - [protected] has already deposited his first emi & he is still getting phone calls from homecredit regarding deposit of emi. They are saying that they have not received emi amount but the customer have all the proofs of amount being deducted and deposited to homecredit.
                              Kindly do the needful.

                                  I request for foreclosure at the beginning of my 8th emi starting itself.then y I have to pay interest for that emi. 10 days before itself I call customer care they told before 15 days u request to foreclosures.no interest will come ..At the time of applying they told at the time foreclosures u have to Pay only total principle outstanding only .No interest, no prepayment penalty charge .Last week I got mail from home credit to pay 120152 for foreclosure. Before making inform to customer care they said but I call customer care they r telling to pay 125000.. they r cheating customer ..And misbehaving.. I had attached a screenshot received for foreclosures amount... Till now no call I received from. Home credit ..

                                    This was not inform me that you are just pulling information from bank and credit card dept.
                                    That we also know how to get details

                                    Rate of Interest is very high. Really very high I got 150000 loan and I have to tepay 294000. This is very high rate of Interest. No one have mentioned me this. I go this loan offer through phone.
