    Home Credit India Finance — Fraud of chor company home credit india


    I have taken a personal loan from "Home Credit India" on feb 2018. They have provided me with a personal loan of eighty thousand rupees (Rs.80, 000/- received after documentation fee).
    Their interest rate was too much high than the market rate but since I was need of money so I agreed to pay 40.01% per annum (3.33% every month). I took this loan for 30 months.

    Also I have told the sales executive that rate of interest is too high, Can I foreclose the account anytime ?

    Their Salesman (Over the Phone) said you can foreclose the account only after 6 months and their will be no extra charges to close the account permanently.

    I agreed over the phone then I do have my documents which was already with them because I was the existing customer too.

    I agreed to pay Rs. 5339/- every Month and the loan sanction to me for 30 months (Duration) but I was told that I can foreclose it after 6 months.

    After when I contacted them on the 7 Month (September 2018) when I asked them that how much is the balance due own me so I can permanently close this account and the executive over the phone said Rs. 74117/-, after that I was like what ?
    Till that time I have paid them nearly rs. 37373/- but still they were asking me to pay 74117/- I have ask them about the calculation many times but every time they said it's a computer generated amount and did not explained the full calculation.

    I am very disappointed now.

    Kindly help me please because they are charging very high interest rate and not telling me the the real calculation of foreclose account.

    But they are telling me to pay Rs. 74117/- to close my account. I am planning to go in consumer court for this fraud because I am so much frustrated and disappointed kindly help me please.

    I have paid all my loan dues earlier. Wide loan no [protected], so pls verify and arrange my no due cerificate pls .Its urgent for me.

    Same is happening with me right now and I m totally screwed up. I took loan of 150, 000.00 and have payed all 16 EMIs of Rs 7769 on time.

    With this calculation I have payed 7769x16= Rs 124, 304
    Now I applied for foreclosure and they are asking for Rs 89, 778 more to close.. I was like shocked

    I was expecting after paying more than half of EMIs my principle amount shall also be payed off half.. but its not so..

    During the time I applied for loan.. they said that the EMI 7769 contains 5000 principle and 2769 as Interest.
    By this my principle should be returned as 5000x16=80000 and principle left should be 70000.

    I m just like what to do... pls help me if you have got any solution

      I applied a online loan of 50k instead of 50k it activated 1k due to their technical problem. Since 27th august i'm feed up with them. No solution number of emails i sent. Loan number [protected]. Worst customer care service. After reading all reviews not only me every one is suffering with home credit. Take necessary action. I took three loans repaid on time but no use. I think it's not instant loan it is pay day loan. If we apply we get loan after one year

      Since one month same message no solution.i mailed to every email id which includes [protected]@ [protected]@.no one helped me simply apologies. Still same message.when you people will rectify will it take 1 year .iam dis my payments on time but you people unable provide on time service.

        I anas, i get a call from mr saud who offer me a loan, than i applied personal loan today 15th september 2018 amt of rs.80000.00. My contract number [protected] customer id. [protected].

        But now i wish to cancel this application beacause of higher rate of interest of 37.68%.

        I called to customer care and team leader who told me to email my problem, i am attaching my application copy in attachment.

            Hi indian consumer forum.

            My hdfc salary account no [protected] has been locked by hdfc creadit card division. All my accounts funds goes on hold. I am not able to do any transaction.

            I called lot of times to credit card division of hdfc bank, but they are not responding & not gave me right information. They are misguide me.

            I am getting in problem for my daily transaction.

              Hi, this is zara khalil khan from mira road.. Contract i'd [protected]
              This complaint is regard to executive mr kiran sutar executive of home credit.
              Mr kiran sutar had been visited our home for due payment.. And had been given information for due payment of home credit...
              Mr kiran sutar had informed us about the closure of contract no. [protected] of which closure amount was rs 19000 but he had given a deal which he considered final payment will be 15000 and the loan will be closed and noc letter will be given within 15 days regarding this closure amount, instead of paying emi of rs 1152 every month..., but after two weeks we getting the information from the home credit agency person... That the due payment we need to pay extra 15000 plus... The total amount which we need to pay is about rs 31000 which mr sutar didn't informed about... I want strict action against him and want noc letter regarding my 15000 closure which i have paid to mr kiran sutar.
              Due to this it has impacted on our noc letter and decreased the chance of future loan.

              This complaint is regard to executive Mr Kiran sutar executive of home credit.
              Mr Kiran sutar had been visited our home for due payment ..and had been given information for due payment of home credit ...

                The service was not good. When i took a loan to buy a mobile handset.. I was said that a small amount will be deducted at the last installment, which didnt. Now they are not refunding my amount.. Cheaters... They are calling me to buy the insurance but not talking about the refund...
                When asked, they said i should have called them, but my dad's amount got refunded.. What about mine then...
                Cheaters cheaters...
                I dont recommend anyone to get a loan from here...

                  No sir . Sorry . I am the new user . I would like to apply for the 15k loan amount but unfortunately it has been settled to 35k. And I have been tried to get back to previous stage to reset the loan amount to 15 k and want submit the application . But it couldn't possible . It's very disgusting to me .I got struck at 7th stage . .I don't want to take that 35k loan . I wish to change to 15k loan. Could u please suggest me.                     Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                    I would like to bring you a kind notice that i have taken a personal loan from home credit in effect from 08.02.2018 and as its 6monthly Emi's are paid so now i want to repay it but the amount told by customer service representative is way higher than the amount that must be paid.
                    They have told me to pay:Rs.96, 151
                    I have paid 6emi's of Rs.5598
                    Yearly interest is:33.85%
                    and as per half yearly calculation:16% approx is paid
                    So via simple calculation it can be calculated that I have paid Rs.2820 per month with each Emi as interest and the rest being my principal amount.
                    So after above calculation it can be calculated that the amount that has to be repaid is Rs.83, 332
                    so why the system is showing that the principal that needs to be paid is Rs.96, 151 and if this was the case so why it was not informed at the time of loan approval.
                    So its my humble request to you to look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible

                    In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that as per the loan summary letter terms & condition below mention points should be fulfilled to foreclose the loan under Early Repayment option:

                    Minimum 06 installments to be paid to foreclose the loan under this option.
                    As per the loan summary letter terms & condition you need to make payment of the amount communicated by our customer care team on[protected].
                    Nil foreclosure penalty charges will be applicable on the outstanding principal amount as per the loan summary letter terms & condition.
                    Additionally, we wish to inform that in order to foreclose the loan, you need to call our customer care toll free number within 15 days of your EMI due date without any delinquent amount on the loan account and activate the foreclose request with them. The foreclose amount will be shared to you over the call and you need to pay that amount with next 48 hours of service activation to foreclose your account with us.

                      I have recently taken a new mobile number and i am getting continuous calls. They are trying to reach someone. And continuously harassing me by calling every now and then. I have told them many a times that i have bought this new number for me in the month of july'18 and i do not know that person. Still they keep calling and everytime they promise that they will update their records but nothing happens. They want to know every detail of mine that who am i and what's my address but when i asked for the details of their representative like name and employee id, he simply denied.                           The sales executive misleads me regarding my loan, and my installments. They didn’t provided me any of the document regarding my loan summary or anything. The executive made a commitment that you have to pay 11 installments, when i made all emi successfully afterwards they said you have to pay one more.. Because it was an offer for you, that has been cancelled because of your late payments. When i filed a complaint regarding this issue by calling them on their tollfree no, no one helped me with the proper information. Each executive will tell you a different story.. After struggling alot finally a senior called me and claims that he will waveoff the last installment if i show him my bank statement via e-mail, so i did that and unfortunately he didn’t receive that e-mail (Senior told me this) and he ended up with my case, after one month they start harassing you, and some of the executives misbehaves alot. When i called the tollfree no they start lying to me that i haven’t called the tollfree no, this call is connected to collection department. And i never get assisted properly, every person over there claims to be a supervisor but can’t pull up any information regarding any of their executives.

                                Hi i am sebastian pillay. I had taken home credit pre approved cash loan before 9 months also paid 8 emi which is 5324. Now i wants to close my loan & when i called to home credit customer care they told me that wait till 1st august now when their collection team called me they told that u pay only this emi then we will take complaint for foreclosure amount so i state that u tell me the full amount for foreclosure & will pay that within 24 hours but still no one is helping & call me regarding this.

                                    MASTER CIRCULAR NO.DBOD NO.BP.BC.20/21.04.048/2008-09Dated 04 july 2008, as per annexure 4.2.5
                                    4.2.5 Upgradation of loan accounts classified as NPAs
                                    If arrears of interest and principal are paid by the borrower in the case of loan accounts classified as NPAs, the account should no longer be treated as non­performing and may be classified as ‘standard
                                    Accounts. With regard to upgradation of a restructured/ rescheduled account which is classified as NPA contents of paragraphs 4.2.15 and 4.2.16 will be applicable.

                                    Now if all these definition could not understand you Than specifically I Moved to Consumer court for mine justce and mine propers Accounts.because you know a little part of law ., and I know evRy part of law and rules and notifications..and this is mine last warning if you will not closed mine account, Than fasttrack court will decide what to do ..
