Hi,

I had consumer in home credit before 2yers backs. At that time my adhar having wrong date of birth. I took loan with that date of birth. After some time change my date of birth in adhar card as well as all documents and cleared all out standing amount and closed that loan. I i will try apply any consumer loan its rejected. But now cbil also more than 750+. But now also home credit loans rejected.

Plase check and revert me.

    I have not taken loan in april 2018. Since april 2018 in my cibil score 98000 loan account is active.

    Due to this i am unable to take high amount of loan and my cibil is getting down month by month.

        I want to mail you against home credit personal loan policy i have take personal loan from there amount is 133000 loan id [protected] date:- 29/4/18 interest per month 1.15 and the company inform me you will close your account after six month but after 16th month i have paid monthly installment 6125*15= 91875 rs. And i want to close my account but they tell me within 48 hours you will pay 111000 rs. And i wand my statement how its possible plz you brief my payment details is how much interest and basic rate i will pay monthly. And i request this loan i also want to request from the company that the loan i had taken was given to another person who is still absconding and it is not my income to pay your high percentage installments.

          I had taken a loan of 2 lakhs from the home credit finance company, though i was their regular customer, when i asked them for foreclosure they said they will accept any form of payment be it by cheque or demand draft, i hot a demand draft one of the executives said that it was possible to pay by demand draft the other executives say it is not possible now the bank from which i have done the balance transfer have given me a demand draft. Now bcoz of your executives miscommunication i am paying 2 loans why should i do that?? I want this sorted now asap my loan account number is [protected]

                Hi, my name is ranjeet,. I didn't take any loan or finance any product but getting calls again and again.. Someone gave my number while financing a mobile. Even i told them i don't know him and i did not get any verification call that i know him or not.. I told them so many times that please remove my number but they are not. Ready to and says we cannot.
                I asked so many time to have a word with super visor but they always says supervisor is not available, i think company is running by their telecallers not managers.. So please help me

                      The home credit company provided me loan of Cash Rs 1, 25, 000/-. There process charge 3750/- debited the Loan amount and balance credit my account of Rs 1, 21, 250/-. My monthly Emi 6998/-*36.
                      I already paid 8 Emi and want to settle to all balance of loan amount. But they are attracted extra 19000/- further charges. Why I pay extra further changes. My loan agreement clearly say to interest charges rate is 33.84% p/a or 2.82% p/m. It is already talking received record to my device.

                          Home Credit India Finance — Fraud of chor company home credit india


                          I have taken a personal loan from "Home Credit India" on feb 2018. They have provided me with a personal loan of eighty thousand rupees (Rs.80, 000/- received after documentation fee).
                          Their interest rate was too much high than the market rate but since I was need of money so I agreed to pay 40.01% per annum (3.33% every month). I took this loan for 30 months.

                          Also I have told the sales executive that rate of interest is too high, Can I foreclose the account anytime ?

                          Their Salesman (Over the Phone) said you can foreclose the account only after 6 months and their will be no extra charges to close the account permanently.

                          I agreed over the phone then I do have my documents which was already with them because I was the existing customer too.

                          I agreed to pay Rs. 5339/- every Month and the loan sanction to me for 30 months (Duration) but I was told that I can foreclose it after 6 months.

                          After when I contacted them on the 7 Month (September 2018) when I asked them that how much is the balance due own me so I can permanently close this account and the executive over the phone said Rs. 74117/-, after that I was like what ?
                          Till that time I have paid them nearly rs. 37373/- but still they were asking me to pay 74117/- I have ask them about the calculation many times but every time they said it's a computer generated amount and did not explained the full calculation.

                          I am very disappointed now.

                          Kindly help me please because they are charging very high interest rate and not telling me the the real calculation of foreclose account.

                          But they are telling me to pay Rs. 74117/- to close my account. I am planning to go in consumer court for this fraud because I am so much frustrated and disappointed kindly help me please.

                            I applied a online loan of 50k instead of 50k it activated 1k due to their technical problem. Since 27th august i'm feed up with them. No solution number of emails i sent. Loan number [protected]. Worst customer care service. After reading all reviews not only me every one is suffering with home credit. Take necessary action. I took three loans repaid on time but no use. I think it's not instant loan it is pay day loan. If we apply we get loan after one year

Still same message.when you people will rectify will it take 1 year .iam dis my payments on time but you people unable provide on time service.

                                    This complaint is regard to executive mr kiran sutar executive of home credit.
                                    Mr kiran sutar had been visited our home for due payment.. And had been given information for due payment of home credit...
                                    Mr kiran sutar had informed us about the closure of contract no. [protected] of which closure amount was rs 19000 but he had given a deal which he considered final payment will be 15000 and the loan will be closed and noc letter will be given within 15 days regarding this closure amount, instead of paying emi of rs 1152 every month..., but after two weeks we getting the information from the home credit agency person... That the due payment we need to pay extra 15000 plus... The total amount which we need to pay is about rs 31000 which mr sutar didn't informed about... I want strict action against him and want noc letter regarding my 15000 closure which i have paid to mr kiran sutar.
                                    Due to this it has impacted on our noc letter and decreased the chance of future loan.

                                    Mr Kiran sutar had been visited our home for due payment ..and had been given information for due payment of home credit ...

                                      The service was not good. When i took a loan to buy a mobile handset.. I was said that a small amount will be deducted at the last installment, which didnt. Now they are not refunding my amount.. Cheaters... They are calling me to buy the insurance but not talking about the refund...
                                      When asked, they said i should have called them, but my dad's amount got refunded.. What about mine then...
