My name is amit n belhekar. My consumer loan number with home credit is [protected].

I have been harassed by the collection agency to pay the late fee and the last pending amount. Even after promising them they call at least 40-50 times a day. (Literally true)

I have all the proof's with me about my complaint.

I want them to stop calling me multiple times a day.

I get calls every 10 minutes. Sometimes from their gurgaon collection agency and sometimes from their mumbai collection agency.

Calling a consumer 50 times a day and asking for money due is not legit.

This is a pure harassment. Every caller asks the same question without checking the details. Even after i tell them what the problem is they still call and ask the same question.

If you are asked the same question 50 times a day what would you do?

I may be sick, busy or whatever the reason may be, they still cannot call me 40 or 50 times a day.

Please help. I am being harassed.

I guess we should also have laws like fdcpa in usa.

This not a fair practice of collecting a debt. And mine is not a debt, the account is still active.

Furthermore, If my complaint is not resolved soon or If I get calls from them multiple times a day then I am going to file a PIL against unfair practices of collecting a debt in India.

Not just that I am going to claim for money in return for the harassment I have been through.

        My name R DINESHKUMAR I have taken loan in home credit..My loan no [protected]..I took loan 129000.for 48 month emi at time of applying they told 24 % flat interest. But I m getting diminished rate of interest .. Interest itself I'm getting 4500 every month. So I called customer care they didn't respond properly.i ask for foreclosure ..Already I paid 7 emi...Balance 41 emi my total principle outstanding is 120148 as per my Interest certificate .But they r asking to pay 125000.. how I asked customer care..They r telling we don't know ..Speaking rudely to customer s . My mob no [protected].. they given all fake communication. I'm very poor family kindly help me and take severe action against home credit . I have attached my loan interest certificate. And my calculations of my principle amount of balance 41 Emi

        In regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that the Interest amount has been calculated using the flat rate of interest for the entire loan period. Interest Amount shall be appropriated to Loan account on the basis of the monthly reducing balance of the Loan Amount. Hence, we request you to make your EMI payment as per the loan summary, which was signed and agreed by you at the time of loan availing from Home Credit.

        Additionally, as we observed from our records that, already your ECS (Electronic Clearing System) facility has been approved on the captioned loan account.

        Further, we recommended you to maintain sufficient balance in the nominated Bank account at least 6 days prior to the due date to avoid bounce charges and any late payment charges also to maintain the healthy CIBIL record.

        We are pleased to inform you that, your concern addressed successfully.

              I have taken personal loan in home credit 129000...My loan number is [protected]..My emi 5360 every month...in that emi interest itself I m paying more than 4300. 7 month emi already paid. Balance 41 month my total principle 119, 880. Now I call customers care and request for foreclosure they r asking to pay 124550 .I ask y this much amount that exe telling u have to pay we don't know the details. Last week they told at time of foreclosure u have to only principle amount only. No need to pay interest for balance interest.. they r cheating customer by giving fake commitment. In interest, emi foreclosutre etc. All they given fake communication .. they cheated me and threatening me sir.

                Hi,
                through homecredit India my loan is registerd on 17th June 2018 they as per policy the promise me to dispense money with in 5 working days but I received my money after 10 or 11 working days and the financer told me you can foreclose your loan within 15 days after dispatch the cash.
                Now I want to close my loan as per 15 days but they are refusing and asking me to pay through EMI.
                i am not comfortable because they dispatch the cash to let and the cash is not useful to me so please help me without using money why I pay the interest rate of 35.89% and also including charges of save pay, early payment and insurance.
                Please help me regarding this issue.

                  They are cheating people as I read in this forum. They shall approve your loan and shall fix next month date as emi. They shall not disburse the amount in your account for many days. I applied for loan on 7 July 2018 and they approved it on 7th and fix my emi from 7 August. Till now ie 10th night at 7.30 pm, they haven't disburse amount. Not even any call or email to my complaints. I even shared my bank statement. But everyday they keep saying ki money ll come by evening on helpline. My loan account number is [protected].

                  Whoever reading kindly don't fell prey to these people, for 50k loan, loan processing fee is 2500 and interest rate 28.5 % and worst they ll fix ur emi and shall not disburse money for many days as can be seen in other complaints. I even share my bank statement but they never replied back.

                      i am one the customer HOME CREDIT
                      I have a loan account for a samsung mobile phone, to pay my third EMI i have approached one showroom named SALALA MOBILES neyyattinkara trivandrum, where one of your representative was live & he told me the they won't take the payment because the mobile phone i brought was not from there. he handled me in a very rude manner between the conversation.

                      while the customer care representative called me for enquiry he told me that i can pay the money on any shop where a home credit representative is present.

                      Is these type of rude & harsh behaving employees do they recruit for customer service ?

                      very very pathetic!!!

                      surely i will mention this harassment in my FB

                      every body want to know about the indecent behavior of employee in the organization

                          Sir, My registered mobile no. is [protected] . It was wrong written in previous post. Rest every thing is correct. I am egarly awaiting resolution of my complaint and give a written complaint to. Police commissioner of Jaipur not to use force by home credit gunda's in the event of not depositing further EMI till the dispute resolved. I will request the concerned authorities. for CBI enquiry against this fraud company. Which take licence by any way and fool the people.

                            This is Anant Bhatia, I have a personal loan amount 67000/- I have taken on 27th Nov 2017 for 3 years.Customers I'd. 4146522 Contract No. [protected] Reg. Mob. No.[protected] DoB 26th Jan 1993. Dear Sir/Madam, Before receiving loan from Home Credit your executiy told me that after six month you can for close your loan account without any interest changes. I have paid total 7 installments . Now I want to foreclose loan but customer care executive asking me to deposit about Rs 63000/- amount to close this. Here they are asking me for excess amount which is totally unacceptable after long conversion he told me that you will receive a call for exact amount with breakup or you can submit a complaint to [protected]@homecredit.co.in. but up to now I have not received any call. As per communication along with your executive before receiving loan you should provide me the foreclosure amount without any interest. Kindly justify it and provide me the correct and exact amount without any interest to close it. Otherwise I will not pay the Emi from next month.                             Dear Sir/Madam, This is Anant Bhatia, I have a personal loan amount 67000/- on 27th Nov. 2017 . Contract No. [protected]. Customer ID. 4146522. Registered Mob. No. [protected]. DOB. 26th January 1993. I have given 2010.00 as processing fee before disbursement of loan on 33.85% flat interest. Monthally installment calculated as. Interest= 68036/36=1890. Principal 67000/36=1861. Total month ally installment is. 1890+1861= 3751/- Before receiving loan from Home Credit your executive told me that after six month you can for close your loan without any interest charge. It is also written on the sanction letter.I have paid seven installment I.e. 1861*7=13027 as principal and 1890*7=13230 as interest. Remaining amount.[protected]= 53973 as per calculation by my C.A.But your customcare and senior officer demanding more than 63000/- for foreclosure which is totally unacceptable. 12 days have passed but there is no response from your side. You are mentally harassing me by wrong calculation and threatening me for case and demanding more amount for foreclosure..I will file a case in consumer forums for mental harassment and not providing correct calculation for the foreclosure of loan as told to me before disbursement by your executive. I will also write to Grievance cell of Honorable Prime Minister, Finance Minister and RBI. for justification. Also I am in touch with media and news papers. I request you once again to provide me correct amount to deposit immediately to foreclosed the loan. I will not deposit further emi if it is deducted by ECS than it will be treated as payment of principal amount. C.C. [protected]@cibil.com.                             About 8 month ago I received a phone call from Home Credit that you have got pre sanction of 67000 loan . you can foreclose it after six month. They charged 33.85% flat interest and after six month they do not response any call and demanding Rs 10000 extra for foreclosure of loan.I am submitting my greviance to Reserve Bank of India. Honourable Finance minster and honourable Prime minister for fraud done by this co.to poor people of India.They can manipulate recording, can manipulate documents but can not manipulate RBI rules and IPC of India.I request the Honourable Prime Minister and Finance Minister to take action aginest such fraud company which are cheating poor people of India .RBI governor kindly look into the procedures of this co. and do the needful.They are not responding calls . Expending crores of money to layers and middlemen and cheating poor peoples. Thanks
                            This co. giving false resolution rate as no case is resolved as it is blackmailing in the name of Civil and legal procedure. Please be alert.

                              Sir I don't know how to do approved loan for without my permission. I don't know what to you do. I am shocked on date 5july 2018. My bank sending sms (credit amount on rs 1, 17000/- from home credit India loan department. Home credit India tottaly faruding me. I m meet with your senior officer Mr Manish kaushika and sent the all details but he is not responsing me.i have registered the complaint for home credit coustmer care department and direct home credit head office in gurugram. But didn't helping me. So I m going to nearest police station and I have to register the FIR against home credit India all staff, sales executive and your senior Mr Manish kaushik. home credit India company. and I have going to court. Issue the notice for under section ipc 420 case registered tottaly faruding me from home credit India.
                              How to approved the loan without my permission and information. So I requested you please pro closer this loan after that I see in court. That's final

Jab mene loan liya to mere se bola tha ki 6 month baad aap loan close kr sakte ho.. 0% interest lagega bache hui principal amount par.. Agreement ki according mera loan account close krne ka amount 25500 hona chahiye.. Plz iss problem ko solve kro otherwise me ab ek bhi emi pay ni krunga..

                                  As per the terms and conditions mentioned in your Loan Summary, the interest amount has been calculated basis the annualised flat rate of interest.

                                  The apportionment of the interest amount over the period of the loan is done on a reducing balance method so that the interest charged on a monthly basis is consistent with the principal outstanding at the end of each month.

                                  We assure you that the total amount of interest received from the customer basis the flat rate of interest provided on the loan summary remains the same.”

                                  There are no foreclosure charges, however depending on the date of Foreclosure, the interest for the number of days in the month till foreclosure happens is calculated in a pro-rated manner.

                                  Further, we wish to inform you that it is the system generated amount which will be calculated automatically. However, if you wish to foreclose the loan you need to pay the amount which was shared with you over a call. Further, for more clarification would request you to refer the loan summary as all the terms and condition are mentioned on it. .

                                  Agar aap log reducing balance method use kar rahe ho.. to flate interest rate agreement me kyu show kar rahe hai.. mtlb hum logo tumhe flat interest de or tum log apne system se usko reducing balance method se deduction kro.. iska kya mtlb hai agar balance reducing method use krna hai to instalments banate time bhi usme balance reducing method use krte hue banao.. hum logo ke pass haram ka paisa ni h jo tm loan walo ko de de.. mera credit card se insta loan chl rha h mujhe ache se pta h balance reducing method kis tarah se EMI generate krta h.. ya to meri iss problem ko solved kro thik se otherwise me ek bhi EMI pay ni krunga jada se jada kya hoga mere cibil score ki L lag jayegi or notice aayega wo me dekh lunga fir dekhta hu tumhara recovery department mere se kaise paise basool krta h.. aage as your wish ya to mera jo ijjat wala amount hai usse lekar account close kro otherwise me ghanta EMI pay krunga

                                  I don't pay any EMI and me aaj hi jakar apna account close kara Kar aata hu fir le lena mere se EMI ECS se ok tumhari company bilkul fraud h.. loan lene se phele kuch bataya jata hai or loan lene se baad customer ko chutiya bana kar paise thage jaate hai.. 42.58% per year interest le rahe ho.. bc loan amount 34000 hai nd file change katne ke baad 32980 loan milta hai jiska 2623X24=62952 le rhe ho nd 15738 pay krne ke baad bhi 30803 or pay krne ko bol rhe ho. Chutiya samaj rakha h kya.. aaj hi me Relationship manager se baat krke account close kra deta hu then fir le lena mere se EMI or loan amount

                                    What type of service you providing to customer? Or you making fool to us??
                                    Even after following your procedure you guys not revert.

                                      I had applied for a mini cash loan on 20 the of june and it was approved the same day. But due to some technical website issue from their end i was unable to sign the contract papers. And it's not only me but there are multiple people with the same complaint. I have also written multiple emails to home credit but i always get automated response from them. I don't think they need any more customers now. Their customer care team does not even know how to talk to customers and always ask to write emails to [protected]@homecredit.co.in. I have done that multiple times but still i never get response from their end. I am again attaching the screenshots of the issues which i am facing. A good experience is shared with only 3 people but a bad experience is shared with tons of people home credit needs to understand this. Also there should be some alternative way to overcome this issue like they can send us the contract documents on our email id.
