I had applied for a mini cash loan on 20 the of june and it was approved the same day. But due to some technical website issue from their end i was unable to sign the contract papers. And it's not only me but there are multiple people with the same complaint. I have also written multiple emails to home credit but i always get automated response from them. I don't think they need any more customers now. Their customer care team does not even know how to talk to customers and always ask to write emails to [protected]@homecredit.co.in. I have done that multiple times but still i never get response from their end. I am again attaching the screenshots of the issues which i am facing. A good experience is shared with only 3 people but a bad experience is shared with tons of people home credit needs to understand this. Also there should be some alternative way to overcome this issue like they can send us the contract documents on our email id.
