My contact number is [protected] i applied for insta cash loan of 50000. My loan is approved but i am unable to sign there contractual documents because it's not generated yet. Cc people can't help they told me to contact online department. But even after mail they r also not kind to help me... Very frustrated and dissapoint by home credit service.

Oh i didn't got any reply from home credit.even customer care department don't know abt it.
My name is Gaurav my contact no.is [protected] my reference number is [protected]. I applied for insta loan for 50000 I got the approval but I am stucked at last step.contractual documents yet not generated . I already tried so many times with different browsers but nothing happening even online home credit team not helping am attaching screenshot.

      I have been complained already before 15 days but nothing do for home credit company side. I am very irritrate with your service because your customer care talk very roudly. I am ramkumari from rajendra nagar and my loan number [protected] and my registered mobile number [protected].
      I have complained to you that i have taken a bike yamaha szrr loan from your company and my installment is getting deposited every month and no single installment has been bounced and now my loan installment has been completed on 1st aprail 2018 but my noc not given by your company side. I am not satisfied with your service.
      Please my noc provide me as soon as..

          Hi,

          I had applied for a mini cash loan amounting 50000 on 20th june 2018 also my loan was approved but i am stuck on the last 7 th step due to some website issue.

          I have written multiple emails to [protected]@homecredit.co.in but could not get any response from your team. Also spoke to a lot of customer team people but they are not able to understand my issue.

          The issue is that i am not able to sign the online contact papers because they are not getting generated due to some website issue. Also i am attaching the screenshot please have a look.

              High rate of interest 33 percent per annum it's against rbi guidelines pls take action against them. I am also paying a roi 32.5 per annum from 10 months i want to preclose

              I have taken 125000 in which till i paid 68000 now they are asking to pay 112000 when i got 122500 from 125000. For ten months where i paid 68000 they are only deducting 13000. How the payee will satisfy with it.

                Bank can't share customer's personal information to the third party (Unauthorised party) without taking the permission from the customer. But your bank reveal my personal details to the unauthorised party without any permission from me. I'm suffering from loss due to your breach. According to rbi regulations, banks can't provide information of nature of confidential.
                Please take strict action towards home credit india finance for breach of privacy and confidentiality.
                If your bank couldn't take strict action towards my complaint then i will go to the court for protect my rights and recover my loss from you by court.

                      I want to know that why home credit give me 40000 rupee cash loan offer. When i start conversation with your employee rajat paul. And he start feeling farm of mine when 2 farms completed he ask me questions (Ki ap en paiso ka kya kroge maine kha brother ne instalment per jupitor gift kia tha uski instalment deni h ap ye paise apne bhai k hath main degi ya apne hath main rkhegi) after hearing that stupid question i told him that what is wrong with you whatever i m doing. After few minutes he said sorry your loan approval is cancelled u can apply after 90 days. My 90.000 loan was already run from your company. And the people in home credit don't give me the answer for the rejection... After cut the call your company msg me (Apka home credit loan ascendant manzoor ho gayee hai kripya antim nirnay ke lia humare loan visheshagya ko baki vivaran de) and i call you company again and they said no u can aplly after 90 days and i said there is no senior people in your company who can give me the answer for that.. I want the answer and reason for the rejection. Either i complaint for your company employes to the other place.

                      My loan number is [protected] . My full name is Himani and this loan is already running. I am not talking about your new loan offer for me. It's 40.000 rupee when I start applying your excutive Rajat Paul start feeling form of mine after compliting two forms he ask me stupid questions. And after few minutes he said your application form is rejected I said why he said don't know man there is some technical issues so u can apply after 90 days. My 90.000 rupee loan is already running from your company and I pay your instalment before the date of month you given. My record is clear. I need some money for important work that's why I again apply for the cash but your company imployes not given the damn answer for rejection I only want the answer for rejection there is no senior people who give me answer for that..

                            i have applied a personal loan of 64000 on 11 jun 2018, The CCE (Shakeena) has said me that money will disbursed in my account within 3 working days . But it didnt disburse. When i am trying to call the CCE, they are saying that it will take 5 working days, If this is to be happened .. If it takes 5 working days then they could informed me at the time of registration, Actually, My father operation is on 16 jun 2018 . Money is very needed. Please disburse the amount to my bank as soon as possible so that I will be very grateful to the home credit team .

                              My mobile loan account was supposed to be closed after I cleared the outstanding balance. I was been told to pay specific amount to close account ' however later on this people are demanding extra money for same.
                              Thus people just keep on harassing me at work calling anytime .

                                I am writing this letter just to inform u that our cibil score is not increasing as we have bought a mobile phone 4 years ago.
                                So we have not given few installements. So due to this we had fullfilled and paid all the money of that phone. We have paid this loan at novémber 28, 2017
                                And still cibil score had been strucked us and we are totally disturbed by this as our many buying appliances we want to buy are not been buyed we are seriously facing this cibil score problem.

                                      I have applied for instant online loan for 50, 000 on 28th may 2018, got all agreement, sanction letter, emi dates but money haven't transferred to my account. On calling customer care they say its been disbursed on 29th may 2018. Have send many mails to onlineloan and customer care no revert except automatic generated mails. This shows how weak and dull is your company process. Do you feel that you would be able to stand or survive in front big sharks in market.

And when i called to your customer executive he told me that the loan amount was already credited.. Then i sent you the screenshot of my bank statement then they registered my complain and they told me they will response in 7working days. On 25th may i received mail from your side that your complain was closed.. And when i again called you your reprentative told me to send my statement in pdf form.. After that i sent my bank statement in pdf form so many times but whenever i called in homecredit your executive always told me that they didn't get any mail from my side..
                                        It's ridiculous..

                                        Ther is so many complaints against home credit. They approved y loans and in mobile app they show your emi date but not transfer amount. They playing with their customers .
                                        Also ask to send email of PDF copy but after 2 days their executive repeat same mails to us.. It is ridiculous to deal with Home credit.
