Homecredit se loan k liye call aaya tha i said no to executive but usne kaha tha ki 6mnth me loan forclose karne pe koi intrest nahi lagega but mujhe abhi 9000jyada bharne k liye bol rahe aur proof mang rahe hai pls help me out otherwise mai ab ek bhi emi pay nahi karunga maine use kaha bhi tha ki mujhe loan nahi chahiye but usne kaha le lo sir 6mahine bad o% intrest k sath pay kar dena

Dear customer service.. I have a cash loan from ur Home Credit emi ( 5986 ) .. in this December month by mistaken you have charged 2 emi's ... by ecs and by cash ... so u request u to refund my amount

I want to close my acc ... i paid 6 month emi...

As per term 25.53% yearly int charge on 134000 rs...

In one month emi 134000×25.53%×1÷12=2851 rs int part

N balcing amt 4466 principal amt

So i paid 4466×6=26796 principal amt in total loan amt rs 134000

So balacing principal amt is 10704 rs...as per law of interest...

Bt ur exective say 121000 sumthing amt depsoit for loan close..

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is in reference to your concern registered with Home Credit India.

We wish to inform you that as observed from our record currently you are not eligible to foreclose your loan. Further, we wish to inform you that you need to pay minimum 6 EMI to foreclose your loan.

Procedure: You need to call our customer care toll free number before the 15 days of the due date without any delinquent amount on the loan account and activate the foreclose request with them.

The foreclose amount will be shared to you over the call on outstanding principal+ NIL ROI and you need to pay that amount with next 48 hours of service activation to foreclose your account with us.

I Want to close my loan i already paid 11 Emi total amount taken is 81000, its very fraud and when i call your customer care executive is saying to 72000 still with total interest of 36months. kindly resove ASAP my problem, so that we can close the toatl amount.
