Dear sir/madam
I have a mobile shop in govandi i am. Running my business from last 10 years in this area but still we didn't got your finance in our area. There one shop who have their outlet in ghatkopar and opened new shop in govandi they are doing emi process from this shop by using ghatkopar. I would like to request you to do audit purpose soon. Because we are trying to do this emi process from last 1 year and it's still pending.br...

I have taken an emi for my bike. But on due date (19.05.17) due to some unavoidable reasons my emi was skipped for this month my cibil score is 95%. On being contacted by home credit personnel i told them that i will pay my emi next month along with the charges applicable for emi skipping but they keep on calling everyday.
To worsen the situation the home credit personnel kept calling my relatives instead of me thus posing an embarrassment...

Home credit is harassing me by lots of ridiculous phone calls really useless for me and them. I have not taken any loan from them. My sister may have mentioned my cell no. while taking loan. There calls are ridiculous and nonsense. When I pickup phone only some music is played for few seconds, then executive starts there speech then starts asking same question that have answered earlier and while replying they disconnects....

While searching ICICI Bank website for making payment of my EMI against home loan taken from ICICI bank meanwhile the website of Home credit India Finance Private Limited entered into it and I have erroneously made payment in hurry by mistake. They have acknowledged receipt of the same and assured to do the needful within 10 days but till date no refund has been made even after lapse of one month. I believe you would have taken the documents while signing the contract so please use them instead of calling me. Please remove my no. From your database. I am gently requesting you. I had brought a mobile and kept paying the emi before time till four months now only two emi are left and i need a personal loan i had requested the homecredit to give me a loan the said yes and the said that there are puting my name in the list as it will passed there will tell us from two months we are getting only this response from them if they cant do the need they should say not make me a fuel...

I am being harassed by home credit india finance. They are calling me multiple times a day to trace a lady by the santosh tiwary. Informed them n number of times that this is my number and not santosh tiwary. I have been given care id as [protected]@homecredit.co.in. But i have not got any resolution. I will wait for a resolution as to remove my number from dialer.

Else, i need to lodge a complaint with police...

Maine aapke home credit se Gionee s6s finance karaya tha. Jisme ki maine Rs 5600 down payment di thi or jo meri EMI bani thi vo Rs 1643 ki 7 month ke liye thi. Or bill mujhe 16500 ka mila Yani ki mujhe jo payment karna hai vo hai 5600+11501=17101 Aap log 0% per phone finance karne ki baat karte hai to Rs16500 ka Rs17101 kaise le sakte hain or jabki mujhse 500 ka file charge bhi maanga gaya.

I did not get my noc till now until I have completed my all dues and my loan has been closed on 12 March 2017...many times I have called or send the mails to your executive but they all are not giving the satisfactory answer. Initially they all are replying of my queries but now it seems that they ignoring me...

I am taking a loan but i miss one emi and as discuss with them they send one agent for collection but they dont send after that they are charging me too much interest rate. As emi is 915 and now they charge me 2990 amount and still i ready to pay but they dont want to want to contact with me i drop mails regarding for the same but they sont rply and eventually they are not get back to me on call...

I was already a costomer of home credit but when i again visited to buy one more mobile after clearing all my emi s they made me wait for 90 minutes and told that its sunday so server is busy come back tomorrw but again at the same day they called me and asked me to come again and i got a massage that ny loan had been approved but when again i came to store again i waited for 30 minutes in the end it was same thing so hopefully i will not...
