Hi am gayathri first i took a loan and paid back in time and 2 - 3 weeks back one girl called me and told me am eligible another loan of 70, 000 at time i didn't have my current address id proof and she told me you can change your bank account's address to my current address proof and when documents are ready call her back.yesterday 11.35am called her and she was busy with another call 1 guy told me he had arranged for call back within 24hrs.its already over till now no onehas called me back.irresponsible persons.

    Home credit india finance limited is a fraud company. They have told me that my bank ecs has not activated by them. And they will collect my emi by home pickup. So that i have not maintain my bank balance. And have not done any transection from that bank account. Currently i am using other bank account. Bt home cradit has continusely bounced my ecs without any information

      My complaint is about the interest charged on me for the amount of 50000 for one month only.they are asking me to pay 15000as interest for one monthly. And don't telling me in what way thy are calculating this.while giving me the loan they were asking I can close it whenever I want. By now they r charging unusual for closing. OK help me out I am a salaried middle class person can't afford this fraud

          I have taken an emi for my bike. But on due date (19.05.17) due to some unavoidable reasons my emi was skipped for this month my cibil score is 95%. On being contacted by home credit personnel i told them that i will pay my emi next month along with the charges applicable for emi skipping but they keep on calling everyday.
          To worsen the situation the home credit personnel kept calling my relatives instead of me thus posing an embarrassment for me. They should have contacted their client first i. E me, but repeatedly they keep calling my relatives afterwords.
          My relatives are calling me up and its such an embarrasment for both o[censored]s.

          Please take this seriously as a first& last warning from my side. And revert asap and contact through phone or email should you need further information.

            Home credit is harassing me by lots of ridiculous phone calls really useless for me and them. I have not taken any loan from them. My sister may have mentioned my cell no. while taking loan. There calls are ridiculous and nonsense. When I pickup phone only some music is played for few seconds, then executive starts there speech then starts asking same question that have answered earlier and while replying they disconnects.

              While searching ICICI Bank website for making payment of my EMI against home loan taken from ICICI bank meanwhile the website of Home credit India Finance Private Limited entered into it and I have erroneously made payment in hurry by mistake. They have acknowledged receipt of the same and assured to do the needful within 10 days but till date no refund has been made even after lapse of one month. On my several request they only replied that my case is still under investigation. The transaction ID of amount paid by me is HPCL1705243 PAYU dated 12.04.2017.

              I, Biswajit Mondal while searching for ICICI Bank website for making payment of EMI against home loan taken meanwhile website of Home Credit India Finance Private Limites entered into the transaction instead of ICICI Bank and I am in hurry erroneously paid the said amount online to them on 12.04.2017 vide transaction Id HPCL1705243PAYU dated 12.04.2017 11:46:49. They have acknowledged receipt of the amount. On my repeated requests they are replying every time that my case is still under investigation. The Company is located at Gurgaon (Haryana).

                Hi, my name is hemanandan. I have already purchased a vivo y55ls on oct. 2016 by home credit. My costumer id is [protected]. I have paid emi time to time every month. Not delay for any payment. According to your company plan, the costumer will purchase the another product on same id after 90 days from the date of issue the first product. According to company rules. After successful completion of the first loan without any missed emi (I. E.,) 6 emi's from nov 2016 - april 2017... I went mobile shop on may 14 2017, to buy another mobile. The company was rejected my request and the shopkeeper was not gave me the proper reason. Why are rejected my request? Then i call your costumer care no. Nearly 50 times they said me that the rejection information are not available there. I am not satisfied for this. I sended mail to [protected]@homecredit.co.in, sended 45 emails but no response.
                Please solve this matter and say me the proper reason of rejected my request by company. Please send me the reason on my mail id. My id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                            I am being harassed by home credit india finance. They are calling me multiple times a day to trace a lady by the santosh tiwary. Informed them n number of times that this is my number and not santosh tiwary. I have been given care id as [protected]@homecredit.co.in. But i have not got any resolution. I will wait for a resolution as to remove my number from dialer.

                            Else, i need to lodge a complaint with police regarding the harassment.
