Hello,

I want to let you know that i have paid the total loan amount 64550/- to hcin[protected] on 12- 13 july 2017 through neft but i haven't received payment received notification and costumer care told me that they have not received the payment till now?

Here is reference number:

1. Reference number - n[protected] - 50000/- 12 july 2017

2. Reference number - n[protected] - 14550/- 13 july 2017

My loan num - [protected]

Also i have sent two email to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for this but not received any response till now?

I am are waiting for your reply.

    I am receiving calls today (19/07/2017) from morning. As one of my friend buy phone and pay all it's installments after they call him to do business with home credit he refuse to do any kind of business with home credit but now they are making call to me regarding him. I got so many call from morning and now i am frustrated please remove my number from your database.

    I give u advise if you want to take loan, just go to bank at least they will provide you correct information. If you take loan from Home Credit they are going to harsh you by making call and they are not going to deal with your query or even want to solve your query after taking loan.

      नमस्कार सर
      मेरा नाम सैयद् शमीम हैदर, लोन id -[protected] है।मैंने लोन का पेमेंट कॅश किया है।कभी लेट किया है तो लेट फीस भी दी है, लेकिन मेरे बैंक अकाउंट से हर महीने ecs के नाम से बैलेंस कट रहा है, मैंने कई बार कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी को भी इस के बारे में बताया लेकिन वह बताता है कि यह बैंक काटता है, मैंने अपनी ब्रांच से पता किया तो उन्होंने बताया हम नहीं काटते लोन वाले काटते है।
      तो परेशानी यह है आज मेरा फिर बैलेंस कट गया जबकि मुझको आपकी तरफ से नो डुउस भी मिल गयी।मैं ये जानना चाहता हूँ ये बैलेंस किस के पास जाता है, और काटता कौन है, और कब तक कटेगा।
      अगर हो सके तो यह बंद करा दे, बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी।

      This is in regards to your query registered with Home Credit.

      In reply to your query, we understand from your email that you are concern about the ECS payment. We observe from our records that as we have not received the payment on time through ECS due to insufficient funds in the month of December, January, and March and nor your alternate payment received by us. We have done the special hit to claim the dues from your savings account but same was unsuccessful and rejected by your bank.

      Any standing instruction being dis-honored would attract the ECS return charges and same will be billed by your bank. Hence we request you to liase with your bank in this regards.

      Additionally, we have not presented any amount towards your bank account post 1st April'17.

      Further, we would request you to kindly share the updated bank statement with us so that we can check and assist you accordingly.

        My name is abhishek tripathi. My minicash loan number is [protected]. I applied for minicash and amount sanctioned. My due date also flashed in homecredit app. But i did not recieve loan amount yet in my savings bank account.
        Please do needful. Homecredit also calculated interest amount from its sanctioned date 15 july 2017. But i did not get amount. Please credit it in the account.

          I applied a mini cash loan yesterday i. E 17/07/2017 and it was approved but the amount was not disbursed until now... I called the customer care and they suggested me to mail the details.. I mailed them the details and they replied that my complaint will be resolved in two days... Interest calculation is started from yesterday... Kindly resolve my compalint asap

              Dear respected consumer court. Mene apne personal loan ke 10 emi pay ke hai bina kese bounce and default k. But aaj mai wo loan khatam karna chahta hu to home credit wale 10 emi lene k baad bhi mene se 1.63 lac mang rhe hai jabke mera loan amount 1.80 lac tha.. Please mere ye problem solve kejeye because mai 82, 088 rupee de chuka hu or ab bhi mujhe 1 lac 63 thousand dene padege aisa to inhone jab mujhe loan deya tha tab kuch bhi nahi bataya tha. Balki inke executive ne mujhe ye bataya tha ke 6 month k baad aap kabhi bhi loan close ker sakte hai bina kese interest. Jo 6 month k baad amount bachega 1.80 lac mai se wo dena hoga. Please clear this issue.

              This is the same case happened to me, I had took a loan amount of Rs 1.80k vide loan account no [protected] and paid 11 montly EMI's of Rs 8288 ( Rs 91, 168/- ). Today i made a call to their Customer complaint for closure of my account.

              They told me to pay 1.60K for closure of account, they guys are out of the minds because where is my 91, 168/- amount which i paid earlier ?

              1 Home Credit is saying i have paid nothing till date and amount which i paid Rs 91, 168/- is only a interest charges ?

              I am waiting for your call for proper information with regards to my account and settlement amount.
              if you visit their website and check the details it clearly says interest on cash loan in 47-48% of total amount . why cant people fully research and take risks .
              Might be you are not aware, they are charging these high percentage on consumer loans on mobiles phones, TV, Bikes etc.
              For Cash loan they are charging 26% percentage which is clearly mentioned in the agreement.

                  How on earth you guys didn't inform this to me till now. Could you please advise why you have sent me email and messages confirming loan approval.

                                  We took a loan from homecredit for a scooty (12 moth emi). Homecredit promised that we need to pay for 11 months on time and we did not need to pay the last emi. We have choosen auto deduct from bank (Sbi). Everything gone good for last 10 months but in the 11 month, homecredit say that emi was not deducted as the bank network was not working and we need to pay for both 11th and 12th month. The time for payment is first 10 days of month and sbi network will not interrupt for 10 days. They cheat us only to get the 12th emi. Please help.

                                      I seek your attention on the matter refereed above as detailed below and required revert back at the earliest.
                                      I wish to put in your kind notice that i am having home credit loan no. [protected] by the name of kiran singh naruka d/o narendra singh naruka, dob 2.11.1993, for this my registered mobile no. Is [protected].

                                      Every month i am paying instalment for the same of rs. 1749/- by ecs process, this month my instalment get bounced due to insufficient balance in my account because i was unaware with it that my balance was getting low, i accept it & till today morning i was not knowing about anything.

                                      In morning your staff called me & tell me the whole bouncing story then i replied oky let me check once with my bank and if i got it bounced then definitely will pay it through net banking by today itself.
                                      After that your all very much concerned staff call me again & again to describing the whole story, i suggest them to not calling me & getting me irritated in a morning as i already informed i will look into it, but they didn't understand either in english or hindi and harnessed me very much & these people didn't stop there only by the same time they were called my both alternate nos. Also which are holding by my brother & mother ([protected] & [protected]). One of your very much educated staff told me on phone " madam is behaviour se to nhi chal payega " he spoke in a very high tone. Is this the language to use with the customer.
                                      This all drama is highly intolerable by me, and when i called on your toll free no. The lady told me mem we are apology for it but u have to pay the instalment... What a # is this... Is i am denying to pay??? I was complaining about the unprofessional behaviour, which have no concern for you???
                                      Dont you people know how to take care or handle a customer and these people dont know how to speak up with a women also.
                                      I am not tolerating it and first i need answer of it then only i will looking forward into other matters.

                                      You check my records first, there was nothing guilty in it, then why should i will suffer with all these rubbish things.

                                      Hence, i shall highly appreciate if you can give this priority attention

                                        Your customr service is not good. Do din hogay loan department me keshav ji se baat krne k liye cl krta hoon kbhi bolte hai k avilable nahi hai. Kbhi kehte hai k busy hain apki call arange krwa dete hai wo apko call back kr lenge. But abhi tak koi response nahi aya. Bhot he gandi service hai.. Agar loan nahi arange hota hai to mujhmd btado aap. Nd agar is week me mujhe loan milgya to thek hai nahi to mujhe ye apka cash loan nahi chaiye. Jab loan ki baat hoti thi to apka banda keshav daily call krta tha din me 3 3 time. Abhi wait krni parti hai 3 3 din baat krne k liye. Is week matlb saturdy tak loan amount agar mere account me transfer hoti hai to thek hai nahi next week agar amount aati hai to usme se apki processing fee deduct hoti hai to uska me kuch nahi kar skta..
