Dear sir, I am working in home credit india finance pvt ltd company located at gurgaon dlf phase-3, in cyber city area but due to mentally harassment's i was resigning my job date of 15/11/2013 give him proper letter on mail and orally also but they told me you get your salary after 42 days later and that is the company rule but sir around three month has been gone they cant give my salary.please help sir i need my salary.please help me.my name is vinita emp code is 2378.
