BSNL land line & broad band — BSNL landline dead

Dear sir,
My Bsnl land line is dead since 12 days.I filed a complaint in bsnl office. I called all the people in bsnl office.Respose is "some line are dead near velankani post". But how long it takes more than 5 days.
I also have BSNL broad band with it. I need to pay all the bills. Kindly suggest what should be done know.

Dear Sir,

The BSNL braodband connection that we have at home is giving lots of trouble. The reason for this is that the landline that we have has a lot of disturbance in it. I have registered lots of complaints, but none has ever resolved this ever existant problem.

BSNL Landline and Broadband — complaints neglected

Sir,

I have been using bsnl landline as well as broadband service for 6 months. Everytime I gave a complaint on some issue, they wont respond to it. When ever I called them and enquire about my complaint they will say that it will be resolved by 5 o clock. It wont be resolved , If I call them after 5PM nobody will recieve call after 5PM. Every time It takes more than a week and 10 to 15 phone calls to get my work done.I am fed up with worst service of BSNL in Chennai. Please take corresponding action.

hello. this is vinnu. i have a BSNL landline broadband connection. but am not getting the bill from the day i am using the service. everytime i have to contact BSNL office for the duplicate bill to pay it. n also am unable to login in www.bangaloretelecom.com to pay my bill online. am facing so many problems plz help me. n also is ther any option like as soon as the bill gets generate i should get a msg on my mobile n a mail in my mail id. if so then plz suggets me. thanks.

The Broad band ( Data One) is not working properly in my house. either it should be rectified immediately or else we will return the mode etc and go to consumer court.

BSNL — bsnl landline and broadband

I am a customer of the bsnl landline and broadband home 500 plan. My land phone and broadband is not working properly since the last 3 months.My no is [protected]. I have complained via 198 several times and there is no response.Now my phone is completely dead for about one month and still no response. I have personally told the officer of our exchange and then I have complained to the district office. They phoned the exchange and told them to solve the problem still they did not do any thing. What shall I do now? Why should I pay for the service that i cannot use.

BSNL Broadband — BROADBAND NOT WORKING-25-30 DAYS

Broadband connection not working for past 1 month.several complaints have been registered and also the same has been checked atleast 5-6 times by the exchange people but no rectification yet:

1.compl no-1096845 dt 06.07.10 through Customer care no-(1500)
2.Written compliant submitted at the exchange
3.compl no[protected] registered on the customer care site of BSNL

No one is able to rectify the same and is unable to give a satisfactory reply also.Please resolve the issue at the earliest
