      Sir I purchased water filter from Homeshop18. I paid money on 23 May 2014 using net banking. Expected delivery date was 30 May 2014. On 02 Jun I raised ticket. I contacted Homeshop18 three times. Today its 12 Jun. I am still waiting for the delivery of the item. If I contact Homeshop18, they are asking me to co-ordinate with DOTZOT courier service. I request to look into the matter and resolve issue at the earliest.

        I purchased a ambrane 770-c 2g calling tablet from homeshop 18 on 20/05/2014 vide order no[protected]. Firstly, the product they sent me was defective as when the tablet is plugged in for charging, its icons start dancing and windows starts opening itself.


        Then they replaced it on 30/05/2014 they sent another defective piece where the battery, the moment it is put on charger, the tablet becomes so heated that, the tablet becomes a fry pan where one can make an omlate. When i made the complaint to home shop18 on 30/05/2014 itself, they asked me to wrap it and return it to them and promised to pick it up by 48-72 hours.


        Had the battery exploded, who would have been held responsible
        I have made the complaint again on 03/06/2014vide its complaint no. [protected] to take it back. I reminded them even on 05, 06, 07, 09, 10. 11. And on 12th june 2014 both from my registered mobile number [protected] and my residence no, they have not taken it back even on 12/06/2014.


        Now these homeshop18 people are not even bothered to listen to me and every time they are saying we will pick it up by next 48 hours. I have made complaints to their all toll free numbers and noida number also...


        Please help in refund of my money rs.4499/-.

        Very pathetic and worse experinece with homeshop18 and ambrane company please help me in redressal of my complaint and refund of my money. . Read less

          Order No.[protected], placed on 2.6.2014, recd. incomplete on 3.6.2014, after several complaint taken away back on 8.6.2014 and once again deliver incomplete on today I.e. 12.6.2014 vide AWB No. [protected] from Aramax Co.


          In continuation to my earlier email on the above reference, today once again we recd back the packet from HS 18, which is once again in complete and having only shoes not having the toretto jacket and sunglass as mentioned in previous mail. we did not receive the incomplete packet and returned the same.


          Then the courier personnel made a call to HS 18 executive namely " Parvesh" and we informed him all the things, he suggested us to write a complaint letter and to paste it over the packaet and return it to the same courier personnel. Accordingly, we pasted a letter on the packet and returned the incomplete packet that was having only puma shoes.


          In view of above, it is not appear to be good to write like but we are feeling so much harassed that it is very shameful on the part of HS 18 that again and again you are sending incomplete product after receiving the full payment on COD basis. this is not a good shoping experience on our side. please look into the matter and return our complete packet .


          (earlier mail dated 9.6.2014, ) In continuation to my earlier email on the above reference, the courier person has taken the receipt of incomplete packet on 8.6.2014, vide AWB No. [protected], This No. is being on the advice of the customer care for an early settlement of the issue for delivery of complete packet as mentioned in the previous mail

            Limited warranty is provided

                I bought a pen drive (Sandisk Cruzer Pop 16 gb) from homeshop 18 more than a year back, having 5 yrs warranty. Now it has become defective, showing 'the disk is write protected' whenever i am trying to copy or format. I have got no cash memo, warranty card or anything like that. What should i do now?                     Hi, This is Shobhit. I purchased a TV video game from Home shop 18 approx a month back. First they delivered me a wrong product and second when I had returned it next day they are not processing my refund. Even after so many reminders nobody is bothered about customer pain. This is THE WORST online shopping portal I ever experienced. And guys this not my first bad experience with these peoples, In past I ordered Micromax phone, after watching the demo on TV channel. In TV these stupid shows this phone will also works on 3G but phone doesn't have configuration to support 3G and their supervisors refuse to exchange/return it. Home Shop 18 never sold genuine products, their product are of high price and low quality and their customer support executive are liars.

                            i have purchased my a product order number[protected] from homeshop18.com at 15/05/2014 and i got my product on 27/05/2014 totally damaged and misplaced products contain so i call at the time and ask to replace it or refund my amount and they ask to send the product at zaveri pearls, ami dhruvi mansion, glass bldg, near zania apt, opp old river bridge, behind old shagun hotel, next to jain sthanak, wasi uprashray, navagaon, dahisar(west), mumbai-400068. but every time the ask to wait for 24 hours but not respond to my call or my query and mailed them courier resipt at [protected]@homeshop18.com but they said we r not resive your mail or my courier at there and wait for 24 hours every time and say our executive call you to your quarry but not any single call resived and not transferring my call to concern department for my quarry and cut my call every time and ask me to wait for 48 hour every time

                                  I have purchased a Multi Utility Table. Due to some defect & non receipt of gift voucher of Rs. 200/- I returned the product on 9.5.14. They were informed that the product could not be replaced as it is not available in their stock. Inspite of repeated calls I have not received cheque of Rs. 1299/- which was paid by me against the above said product. Though I received a SMS on 27.5.14 from HomeShop informing that refund cheque of INR 1299/- has been dispatched against your HS 18 order[protected].please expect delivery in 2-3 business days. Till to date I have not received cheque/cash against the above said product. Please inform the time limit for refund with interest.

                                    I have got HOMESHOP18 RS 100 voucher through Freecharge.com Using that coupon I have tried to do shaping on HOMESHOP18 using Internet. As per Freecharge.com guide lines I have enter coupon code in 'APPLY HOME SHOP18 COUPON' check box. On submitting correct coupon code page is giving error as Coupon is applicable only on web or mobile or TV. However I am doing transaction using web only & going to make payment though card only. Below are the conditions displayed in HOMESHOP18 coupon. Terms & Conditions: This is an E COUPON delivered to your inbox instantly. 1. Get Flat RS.100 OFF on purchases made on Homeshop18. 2. Offer valid on all categories except Books. Offer is not applicable on TV products. 3. Offer valid on online modes of payments only. 4. Only one code can be redeemed per transaction. 5. Offer valid till 30th June, 2014. All the conditions are satisfied still I am not able to get use that coupon. Please give resolution on the same as I am trying to do the transaction from last Sunday.

                                      Dear Team, I have ordered one product (BSNL Panta Tab-Rs.5999) on Homeshop18 by calling their customer care on 24th May'4 and cancelled product on same day and took confirmation as well of cancellation by 2 agents, however product came to our home and money was paid by brother as he was at home, (31st May'14) same day i called up and asked call centre that product is not fulfilling my requirements and i want to refund same, cc agent told me to pack same and courier guy will come in 48 hrs and will collect same and within 7 days you will get refund in form of cheque, today is 8th june and till now no courier boy has come to collect the product from us, i have called several time at their call centre and every time thay gave me assurance that same will be collected by today evening but no one senior than agents are coming on call to give me satisfactory answer- I want to raise a strong complaint against homeshop18 and call centre operation for falsification and wrong commitments
