Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I "Mr. VIVEK KUMAR GUPTA" had
purchased a Fujezone Dual Sim Full Touch Screen Mobile Phone With Free
Dual Sim Phone ASE 17, against the Order No.:[protected], Sub Order
No.:[protected], Order Approval Date:[protected] & Cargo Ready Date:-
[protected], Amount Rs. 4499.00.
I Had sent Back the above said Mobile Phone for replacement:-
With Document No.:- DO[protected] WW, Dated:[protected],
Through TNT Courier on Account No.:- 74099 & till now i did not
recieved the REPLACEMENT.
Because I had not updated the Courier details with HOME
SHOP 18, as i had got misplaced the Courier Document.
But, now While cleaning up my Home for DIWALI purpose, i
got my Courier Document & i had raised the Complaint with Home Shop 18
(Comp. No.:[protected], Dated:[protected].
But, on[protected], I had spoken to Home Shop 18 Executive
for complaint updation, he said there is No complaint raised by you &
also you had not purchased the mobile from Home Shop & the Mobile
No.:- [protected] is in the name of Mr. Singh.
I had got all Hard Copies of Documents:- Home Shop
Purchase Bill, TNT Courier Reciept, My Mobile No. [protected] Proof for
that it belongs to me.
Kindly give proper feedback regarding my Mobile Phone on
Urgent Basis.
Note:- Photo proof of Original Bill Copy & TNT Courier Original receipt already sent thru mail.
