I have lost few thousands from this company

I bought touch stone jewellery bearing oreder no.[protected] got delivered to me on 26th May and arrived with defective. With repeated follow-ups neither it is picked up nor returned money. Their tele-callers never allow you to talk to their seniors regards any complaint or escalations. Be careful while buying from them. This order was worth of Rs.1999/-. In past I have lost few thousands from this company....
