I bought touch stone jewellery bearing oreder no.[protected] got delivered to me on 26th May and arrived with defective. With repeated follow-ups neither it is picked up nor returned money. Their tele-callers never allow you to talk to their seniors regards any complaint or escalations. Be careful while buying from them. This order was worth of Rs.1999/-. In past I have lost few thousands from this company.

    Hi, I Bought of Vimal Classic 121 dinner set. Its delivered too me on 29 may 2014. next day i raise request for return item because of quality was not good. Home shop 18 customer support member had taken my return request but no one is coming to my home for taking back. Please take necessary action against them so they can take it return.     Guys Its Almost More then 15days now . i have made complaint Order no:[protected] Vimal Classic 121 dinner set for Order Return Due to VERYYYYY POOOOOOOOOORR QUALITY . Daily i am calling customer care and no-one is taking care .
    I talked to Senior person and they said it will be taken care till 11 June . Its 13June now and noone coming/calling for return order
    Very pathetic service and its homeshop18 is Fully fake .
    Please ask them to take my complaing seriously else i need to take more serious action on them

      I have bought a Dr. Morepen BP Combo (BP Monitor BP06+GlucometerBG02+Thermometer MT105) from Home Shop 18 vide order no.[protected] placed on dated 28th April 2014. When the product was delivered to me on 30/04/2014, I immediately checked it & found that thermometer was being faulty & was not displaying any numbers/characters. I raised a complaint on home shop 18 toll free number[protected] on 01/05/2014 for the replacement of Dr. Morepen’s Thermometer device & customer care executive informed me that the same will be replaced with in 5-7 days. But despite of my numerous follow ups I got a replacement on 15/05/2014. Meanwhile, I observed that Glucometer (Model BG02) is also not showing the actual result of sugar level. My dad is a diabetic patient & we bought this product since it was being sold by Home Shop 18 & Dr. Morepen which is 25 years old trusted brand in Pharma, Surgical Equipment and Medical Devices sectors. Yesterday on 06.06.2014 when I checked my father’s sugar level using same model i.e. BG02 it shown 116 mg of sugar. We cross checked with our doctor and the same was 259 mg on his device. I got surprised that there was almost 150 mg of difference due to which we could have faced a huge problem if same had been ignored & was not cross checked on other device. By god’s grace my father got timely treatment and his health is stabled now. Yesterday itself when I called up your CCE Mr. Praveen on above toll free number and shared my experiences. I also requested him to get it replaced since from the date of purchase whole product have been shown a weird results & same look to be a manufacturing fault. But he (Praveen CCE home shop 18) didn’t listen anything & told me that I can go to consumer court and any online consumer complaint redressal forum. I got surprised to hear his words, I mean at such a junior level position he challenged me to do anything which I want which seems something ridiculous & uncalled for. Upon my several request he lodged a complaint no.[protected] against my order no.[protected]. Home shop 18 has been a trusted brand & such a pathetic after sales service can ruin their market reputation. Therefore, before going to a consumer court I once again request you people either refund my money or get the complete combo replaced with recently launched new model BG03 of Dr. Morepen.         Hi, I have place an order [[protected]] on home shop 18 on 21st may. I have been notified by them that my product will be deliver to me within 3 working days. I have place this order because i am going out of station on 30th may and i need a rucksack bag for my trip. But till 26th may i didn't get my product and not any dispatch details. So i start calling there costumer care and all the agents i have spoke with, assure me that my product is ready and will be dispatch soon. But by 28th i never get any product dispatch information, so i again call and spoke with their supervisor who assured me that it will be done on priority and i will get my product ASAP. But that never happen and i have to arrange separate bag from market for my trip. And while i am leaving Delhi on 30th may i got call from their end saying that there is some technical glitch while placing order, so they are refunding my money and i need to replace my order. I told that agent i am not in a position to re-place the order as i am in bus and leaving Delhi and told her to get my product dispatch against same order no which you have generated on 21st may. But after that i got an email from there end that refund has been processed. But i never asked them for refund. All this make me ditched, betrayed and frustrated by home shop 18. They always gave me fake promises starting from placing an order till dispatch details. Please take some serious action against this fake website.

          I have purchased a Karbon 3G Android vide order no[protected] dated 30th May 2014 and made payment of Rs. 6599/- through Internet banking on the same date in favour of HomeShope and you confirmed that It will be delivered in next three days and I am following the same since the 4th day and every time you are giving me assurance that it will be delivered in next two days, however today being the 8th day it is still not delivered. More over tracking number and contact number of the courier company has also been given incorrect and advised to follow myself. This is my mentally and financially harrashment and I am really disappointed by the service and customer service provided by Home shope18 and demotivated to not to ever shop from HS after this experience. kindly deliver my order within 2 days otherwise I will go through legal proceeding against HomeShope18. dated 07/06/2014.

            This is regarding order no[protected] dated 26th May 2014. It was supposed to be delivered in next three days. i have been following up since the 4th day and every time am given assurance it will be done in next two days, however today being the 10th day it is still not delivered. More over i was given an incorrect tracking number and contact number of the courier company and advised to follow myself. Am really disappointed by the service and customer service provided by Home shop and demotivated to not to ever shop from HS after this experience. If anybody is addressing these complaints i request you to please get my courier delivered asap or i shall take it to the next level.

              Consequent upon receiving promotional email from Homeshop 18 – Superdeal on 31.5.2014, I placed an order for product code No. 31776923, namely PUMA shoes combo. The order was placed on 12.30 noon, 2/6/2014. While placing the order, I clearly asked the shopping guide/sales executive about the content of the package that is being shown in the link of the referred email recd. from Home shop 18. He duly affirmed that the package contents are: PUMA commander shoes Toreto Jacket Aviator Sunglass. 2. As being informed, I placed the order referring the size of PUMA commander shoes – 9 No. and Toreto Jacket size- L and Aviator Sunglass. He has confirmed my order by checking the details himself and informed me that my order has been booked with ref. No.[protected]. 3. Today, when I received the delivery of the product and accordingly paid Rs.1499/- for the same, I was surprised to see that there is only one pair shoe in the packet and Toreto jacket & Aviator Sunglass were not there in the packet. Even, in the content of the packet as referred in the bill of HS18, placed inside the box, only PUMA shoes has been mentioned. 4. Within one hour of receiving the packet, I duly made complaint to HS18, customer care, executive- Ms. Suman on 3/6/2014 at 11.25 A.M. vide complaint No.[protected]. She informed me that I have to return the packet to the courier person that will be send from HS 18 side within 72 hours and I will receive my whole content packet within next 7 days. In view of above, I will return the same packet as and when the courier person come to take delivery of the packet. I am requesting to send the full contents of the packet at the earliest. But now, when after lapse of 3 days, today (6.6.2014, at about 12.25p.m. from [protected]) I again called up HS 18 customer care, another female executive give me another information which is totally different from the previous information, she said that no one is coming to collect the previous packet and only the remaining 2 items will be delivered in 5-6 days from filing the complaint i.e. 3.6.2014.                 Dear Sir/ Madam, On 5 Feb 2014 I bought a Micomax -A77 mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problems : 1. Software problem 2. Audio Jack is faulty 3. Quality of Camera is very poor. When I went your service center, I was surprised to see the behavior of your employees Mr. Rakesh (incharge of service center – M/s Satguru communication, Shop no-1, GF, Dharampal palace, Sector-27, Noida). He is very rude with customers, unprofessional and doing nothing to resolve the problems of clients. I was very disappointed to see the performance of your service center. I submitted the phone on 23 May, 2014 (Request No. : N[protected] dated: 23 May 2014) and after a lot of follow ups with Mr. Vivek Tiwari, I have taken back my mobile on 2nd June 2014 (after approx 10-11 days). The Sale of Goods Act 1930 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone replaced or refunded and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days and will take necessary action with some of your unprofessional employees. I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.                   I ordered a book online from Homeshop 18. Although the book was advertised as being in English, when it came it was in Manipuri, and was therefore useless to me. When I complained, the company told me to courier the book back to them. This I did by Blue Dart courier at a cost of Rs. 310. Although the company told me by phone that they would refund the cost of the courier, now they are saying that they will not refund the cost of the courier, but only ten percent of the cost of the book, which would be Rs. 17. I wish to file a case to compel them to refund the cost of the courier, as the whole episode was entirely due to their incompetence and because of this I have suffered a loss of Rs. 300.                     I ordered a product with Homeshop18 a few months back. The product that was delivered was not as they mentioned on their advertisement, so, I returned that. The product was returned last month, but they have neither confirmed return receipt nor they have processed refunds. I am constantly following to their call center, and everytime they mention that it will be processed in next 4 days. So, after 4 days, if I take a follow up with them, they say that this time it will be surely done in next 10 days. But they don't care giving me a call back if they delay ... WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICE EVRE !!!

                      Order no:[protected] This is now so frustrating me to write…. as it took more than a month for me to have a solution for my product. I have purchased a Spice 436 mobile and the product received is a defective item which is assured to be replaced. So I sent it to you via first flight (consignment no: S[protected]), after which I haven’t heard or received any new product as promised. Then when I called your support team to enquire the status, I was informed that the courier is not delivered to Homeshop18. It took me a week struggling with the first flight courier to have the status of my courier and I have spent hell of my time and money for this. And finally given “the proof of delivery” stating that the courier was delivered to homeshop18 on 13th May. Attached is the proof of delivery for your reference. It has your company seal, I wonder how you don’t have any track of this material and I was behind the first flight unwantedly yelling at them for a week to have this report. Still when I tend to report this to your customer support, they say that they are not able to track the product received. I am blind! Now if I turn back and see, I feel like why have I bought this product from your concern? Kindly help me having the replacement mobile phone worth of my money… Regards Santha Priya

                        On May-20th (2014), I ordered "Godrej Security Solutions Ceres Coffer V1 Grey Security Locker" from homeshop18.com as it provided good 10% discount with free shipping. I was pleased with the deal while I placed my order. However my bad experience started right from the shipment. Initially website (and email from homeshop18) said product will be delivered by May-23rd, but eventually it came on May-27th (4 days of delay without any delay indication from homeshop18 -- we kept waiting at home for the delivery).

                        To make situation worse, when I opened the package on the same day evening, I found the locker model is totally different, I got "Godrej Security Solutions Ceres Coffer Security Locker" (note "V1 Grey" in the model name I had ordered). I immediately called homeshop18 who were quite polite and told me that it will be replaced without any issue. It was May-27th when I first made call to homeshop18 and today is Jun-5th, even after making almost daily calls to them, I see no progress on this replacement.

                        I even offered to keep this model, but as this model is cheaper in price that what I ordered for and paid, I requested to refund the difference amount. That too isn't taking any progress. It's just a nightmare experience for me. Certainly my last order with homeshop18 ...

                        What a quick reply from your homeshop18. Is that because I've finally posted this issue on the consumer complain forum ? Because so far all my calls to homeshop18 are in vain and all your sweet talking people are useless to do any fruitful work to get me to the resolution. Each time they promises that someone will get back on priority next day and till today not a single call I've received from your department. It's me who tirelessly keep calling you folks, but unfortunately all in vain. What a pity homeshop18; as you would know e-retails have come up like mushrooms now, so you better work diligently to survive in the tough competition. My order# is[protected], let's see what magic you are bringing after I've posted in this forum; though honestly I know this is also a stupid attempt by me here to see any hope.

                        Just wanted to close this thread ... finally I had made a deal with Homeshop18 that I'll keep the incorrect model and request Homeshop18 to refund the difference amount. At least this worked out well ... I received the difference amount cheque within a week.

                          Myself gaurav arora. I had bought a product from homeshop 18. when I bought the product, agent told me that the fabric is pure cotton, but when I received the product, it was of poly cotton. Then I lodged a complaint towards it in customer care.They told me that your amount is totally safe, nd ensured me the said amount will deliVered to you within 7 days.I purchased the product 14th of may and till now I didn't get my amount. so I requested to you take some action regarding this nd make my payment as soon as possible.

                            I am a regular Customer of HomeShop18. I have purchased more than Rs. 50, 000 from Homeshop online Shopping. I am sharing an horrific Experience of mine happened on 29/05/2014 at 1.00PM. It was a terrific mistake by me by lodging a complaint of my Brother In-Laws Grievance. I paid the Price for it. Somebody faked name Rohit having Cell# [protected] called me on Thursday (i.e 29th May 2014 at 1.00 PM) and told me being a representative of Home Shop 18 and want to deposit Rs. 2299/- on my Account Provided I have to reveal my Security Code of online Shopping. He was so cunny and convinced me within a 10 minutes of Interaction. I did a great mistake of revealing my Security code . He withdrew Rs. 17, 000/- from My Wife's SBI Account (Maestro, Debit Card) within 7 minutes. I tried hard to change the Password, till the password got effected, he took away Rs. 17, 000/- in 8 transactions. I have mentioned all the transactions made by him within 7 minutes . He told me, " Nobody catch me, I am going to throw this Sim Card", I am doing this for last 6 months. After getting out of this trauma, I am writing to you so that any other fellow should not be trapped by these fraud persons. Eight Transactions made within 7 minutes 1.                             Same case happened with my father SBI Account but U.P. Police is not taking interest to write FIR.

                                    Hi, Recently I Bought one Kent RO Supreme Purifier Order # [protected] through HS18 website using my CC which was delivered on time but when I called to Kent Toll free No. For Installation then they Mention "we don't cover/entertain any product installation, Warranty & services for the product's bought online except through www.kent.co.in: so request is to please return back the same to online product company ASAP".                                       I have not received my product within given time frame. every time I call them, they give vague response, that complaint is registered and you will receive the product within two working days. Today I asked for refund, they are saying that my request has been noted down and I will have to callback again after two days for knowing the status. Why do I need to call them every time for knowing every thing? I have provided my mail id and mobile no. Why cant they mail me the status? Their representatives give very rude and irresponsible asnwers. I am worried for my money. Please help.

                                        I placed an order for a towel set (order Id[protected] and made online payment using a debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the system showed that my order could not be processed. So I called up customer care number and the customer care executive confirmed that payment has not been received and I will get a refund of the amount in 24-48 hours and I should place another order to get the towel set. So I did the same and placed another order for the towel set and the same got processed. The next day I gave another call to the customer care and they suggested that the amount deducted from my bank account will be refunded within 72 hours and I can send a scanned copy/transaction id of the bank in case the amount is not refunded. After an hour or 2, I checked the online status of my order and found that homeshop18 has received the payment now and both my orders (for the same product) are under process. So, I again gave a call to customer care and requested them to cancel the duplicate order. The customer care executive even confirmed the same and also raised a complaint. However, I received 2 messages at night stating that each of the 2 orders have been shipped for delivery to my place. Since it was pretty late in night so I again called up the customer care today in the morning enquiring about the status of my orders when they confirmed that my orders will be cancelled and in case the products are delivered to my place then I should not accept them. However, the delivery person delivered both the orders to someone near my home (and not to the person specified in my order) and took his signatures to confirm the delivery. Please let me know what can I do if the delivery boy delivers the products to anybody and not the person specified by me or anyone from my family? Is this the credibility of an online shopping site? They deliver the product for which we have already made the payment to any body???? On top of it, I have been trying to speak with someone senior in the customer care department but my call is always put on hold and I keep waiting for 20-25 minutes each time. The customer care executive with whom I had a word today in the morning promised me a call back before 7:00 p.m. and despite of my frequent calls no one from the department is making me speak to a supervisor. Now, I do not want any product from homeshop18 and want to return both the towel sets as I am really annoyed with calling customer care again and again and keep waiting for them to resolve my query. Request you to please take the towl sets back and refund my money for both the sets. Further, kindly suggest an email id which can be used to escalate the issue in homeshop18.
