Hi, I have bought a 'SPICE MI 506 MOBILE ' from HOME SHOP18 with order date 7thMay'14, but on delivery found that the product was defective i.e it was not working properly, so called HOME SHOP18 to send some one and get it replaced or repaired but inspite of calling them several times didn't get any positive response from their end, it has been really frustrating for us, so request you to please help ..       SIR, My above product which I have purchased from Homeshop18 was technical faulty and a used one without flip cover.When I complain they addressed me the sms below at my number- -( Dear Customer, ref. your Order No.[protected], please return the product at - TCI Supply Chain Solutions C/0 ACORN WAREHOUSES & LOGISTICS PARK 68 VIII- Kapriwas & Malpura Taluq, Dharuhera, 122110. Please provide back dispatch details at [protected].) but the parcel was returned as addresse not found by thr postal dept. the no. of speed post is EO[protected]IN when I complain the same they told to send again saying to send the courier at the same address but this time the pincode is 123106 which was sent by post is EO[protected]IN but this time also it was returned and when I complain they told me to send once more. In this way I have already sent Rs300/-. I am so much disappointed by there services. Kindly HELP THE BUYER because the ONLINE PURCHASE at this cost is wasting so much time and as well as we are wasting our money.I am quite happy with the purchase with homeshop18 but what know i am suffering worst experience. Kindly help me in this regards.

        r i ordered in hOme shop18 two jewelary products last month april27 th, order no.[protected].they will give eXpected deliVery date 5 maY 2014.but till date the pRoduct was not received.i will already paid money through Rs 1185/- the courier person call my mobile, he was told the "proDuct in my office .you wIll come to my office after receive your PrOduct" the Courier office to my Address betWeen 30 kilometers distance.

        sir They are cheating to me.my product not shipped my address.
        Plz Quickly respond and solve my problem,

          Request you to re-send the product in a travel worthy condition and place a paper in the box with your SUB ORDER NUMBER and complaint written on it.

          Please affix the address label mentioning the order number and the below address-

          TCI Supply Chain Solutions C/0 ACORN WAREHOUSES & LOGISTICS PARK 68 VIII- Kapriwas & Malpura Taluq - Rewari, Dharuhera, 123106

          Also kindly ensure to mention the SUB ORDER number mainly on the parcel if not it would be refused again by the vendor.

          Please send the product by any reputed courier [NOT India Post] and mail the scanned copy of courier receipts to re-imburse the charges

          Once it is dispatched please provide the Airway Bill number and dispatch date, for us to follow up and process refund accordingly.

              Homeshop18 is a big cheater. I have return a product & they told me send this product through any courier and when we have received the product, so we will refund your courier charges. I have return this product on 24th Apr 2014 & send the scan copy of courier slip on [protected]@homeshop18.com After that, Mr. Abhikant Gautam (Customer Support Executive, Phone Number - +91 120 – 2441918 ext-103) send me a email, Homeshop18 return your courier charges next 7-8 working days but I am still waiting for last 20 days. Now nobody reply my email & phone call. I am very disappointed with homeshop18. So, this is my personal experience homeshop18 is a big cheater company in online marketing. This is my humble request to all of you, please do not try to purchase any product from homeshop18 otherwise you are facing lot of issues.               I had talked to your customer care right now. He told me, you are refund me only 10% of my order value that's means only 8225%10 = 822 rs.

              What is this ? I am very disappointing about this type of conversation. After 30 days you people told me, why you r not tell me about this before.

              I am not accept any part payment, please refund my full payment INR 1850 because this process is already taken more than 30 days.

                  I purchased simmtronics x-720 tab from home shop 18 on[protected], But after 4 Months it lossed its internal memory that is from 4 GB to 1.29 GB Besides this also consumed Micro SD Memory i.e from 16 GB to 14 GB, Both are under warranty period it also not support 3G Dongle Idea Net Setter E1550 or Tata Photon etc. We called customer care so many times but they did not give us any type of feedback and response only by giving a number when we call on that number it is not answering, We just fed up of this tab.                       I ordered ambrane tablet combo on dated 28 April 2014. And I got broken tablet and keyboard. very poor customer care service no update on time. I got broken tablet and keyboard and no timely response. Last time they took around 40 Days to refund for not delivering items. HS18's seller 'shree balaji computers' is cheated last time also and this time also they send me damaged product.                             My order no is[protected], I ordered on 16th April 2014 on www.homeshop18.com and paid using net banking .
                            I received details about my shipment on 18th. But when on tracking on safexpress, it is showing "Out for Delivery " since 25th. Safexpress office is just 5 Km from my residence.

                            On 26th April I called homeshop18 customer care but they told me wait for 2 days. I requested to forward my call to senior officer, but she refuse to transfer call.

                            I contacted customer care of safexpress, but they don't have any information about my shipment. Today they told me, your parcel is lost. You are not our direct customer, so contact with Homeshop18 .

                            Today I again contacted with homeshop18, again same answer wait for 2-3 days. Again I requested to transfer my call to senior officer and again she refused.

                            So I emailed to [protected]@homeshop18.com, but still no reply.

                            Any responsible person from homeshop18 is here ? I am feeling cheated !!!

                            Will I get positive reply here Or I have only option consumer court?

                              I bought Micromax X336 from homeshop18 but it is the worst product with invoice number RL- 67686 and CST / TIN No - [protected] on[protected]. After I bought the product within a month phone started giving problem, its display was gone and it started showing black and white spot on display screen. You can not see anything even if the phone is on. I complain about this to homeshop18 several times but their customer service staff asked me to contact Micromax custoer service center. Micromax service center guys asked me Rs. 700/- to pay for the diplay problem whereas homeshop18 guys told me it would be free because it is under warranty period. Frankly speaking homeshop18 products and customer service both are at their worst. I would recommend never buy anything from homeshop18.

                              I felt cheated by homeshop18 after I bought this phone. Never buy anything from them; they are big time looters.

                              Any issues should be reported within 48 hrs to process replacement/refund.Also the physical damages will not be covered under manufacturer

                              warranty. It will be paid service.

                              The issue occurred after a month; how can I report it within 48 hrs of delivery. There is no physical damage to the product but its display is vanished within a month. Now, whom should I held responsible for delivering such a worst quality product?

                              There is no one to listen from homeshop18 customer care and from where should I get my money back or replacement of the product. Can you answer that?

                                  Hi This is for the second time I am complaining against Homeshop 18 regarding the replacement of my product. I complained on 15th April but there was no response from your side. I have not get any call or solution to my problem yet.This is really unexpected from a company like Homeshop18. I ordered for 5 Tasser Art Silk Sarees by ZOHA on 22.03.2014(product code[protected].To my utter surprise I received a totally different product (product code[protected], suborder no[protected] from the product that I have ordered. So I send back the product through First flight courier(CN no-MU0916023) on 31.03.2014 for replacement on complaint no[protected]. I talkedto the customer care and they assured me that the product will be replaced and sent to my address within a week and the money towards courier charge will be refunded soon. But till today home shop 18 is neither giving replacement nor refund the money towards courrier charges. Is this some joke or what? Since last one month I am calling to your customer care regularly for the solution, mailing but there is no response. IN THIS WAY HOMESHOP 18 IS LOOSING THE TRUST OF ITS CUSTOMER. Please look into this matter and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    Homeshop18 should simply get out of the retail business before someone buys them out and adopts their pathetic workforce. A company such as this won't even last a day in a country like US, but sadly in India, it's chalta hai. My father sadly made the first and last mistake of buying something from them, which was delivered (shirts) in completely wrong sizes. I called them to request for a refund upon which they said you must ship the product back at XYZ address. My father who is 72 - went out and shipped the product back and we called them to inform of this. After a few days, we received the package back REJECTED by the recipient. I called their customer service again and the rep said "oh we gave you a wrong address, please ship to ABC address". They simply refused to entertain any further requests in a very rude manner. My father went out again and shipped it a second time and this time the package did not come back. As advised by their genius customer service rep, I emailed them both the receipts (Speed Post) asking for a refund. After the promised deadline of refund passed - I called them for a 4th time asking for a status update. This time a manager told me that we can't track the package you sent so we can't give you any refund. I was simply appalled at this horrible attitude and simply couldn't believe my ears that I'd lost all the money after shipping back the product twice because THEY gave me the WRONG address. And for all I know the product was received by whatever shady vendor they're using. It's appalling to see what kind of people these companies are hiring as CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS who are not even qualified for a CSR's position. The Manager's name was Rinku and I hope (but doubt) that someone from their team reads this note and improves their pathetic attitude. I am going to file a DISPUTE with my credit card company and have blacklisted Homeshop18 and ask everyone to avoid it like PLAGUE. -Gautam Dhar Order #[protected]

                                    -I have already shipped the product back to your warehouse, TWICE - after it was sent back and rejected by the recipient at the address it was shipped to (provided by your CSR). Second time after I shipped it, it did not return to me

                                    Please stop making empty promises and misleading consumer boards. There has been no refund after 2 weeks of your comment. HomeShop18 will not even survive a day in the Global retail market outside India.
                                    Simply pathetic.
                                    Just wanted to say my thanks to HomeShop18 for proving that they are the WORST ONLINE retailer in India. After sending their email to refund me, they have simply ignored all requests and NOT RESPONDED to my emails or calls.

                                    Good luck to whoever decides to buy from these cheats.

                                      Just now i got a message in my phone saying that the product I ordered from homeshop18.com was delivered. And i didn't even get the product. I have been waiting for the product to be delivered for the past week and now it got delivered to someone else's residence. Not only your service is 1 week behind schedule but also your service is unreliable as well. I tried calling the helpline number and they said they won't provide me with any assistance and I have to send an email, which I did and after 24hrs I still didn't get any response from them yet.                                         Order No :[protected] This is my third complaint through e-mail for the above mentioned order number which only shows how much stressed I am. Regarding some size issues in my product, I have send the product through Registered Post by Indian Post on 19/04/2014 to the address messaged to me by your customer care representative which is as follows: Leayan Global Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. 4, Ecotech 2, Gautam Budha Nagar, Gr. Noida(U.P.)-201301 On monday I have received a call from the postmaster of Surajpur Post Office(noida) that no such company exists at this address which only means that the address messaged by you was not correct, and after talking to your customer care about this issue I am even more stressed because they are of no help, they are not providing me any assistance and it seems as if they don't care about my problem. I cannot believe how a company that runs 24 hours shopping television channel and advertises so much about it, actually has such poor facilities to provide to it's customers. I am again saying this, I have never been so troubled in my life. I have paid for my product and also Rs 422/- on Registered Post and my product is at the post office, I don't have my shoes to wear. The address provided by homeshop 18 for return was forged. Seriously, I am regretting my purchase with Homeshop 18 and I won't dare to shop again from homeshop18. My parcel is currently at : Post Office Surajpur Gautam Budha Nagar, U.P.-201306 If you could collect the parcel from the postoffice and provide me with the right size as soon as possible, I will be thankful.
