Dear sir/mam, i am so upset with HS18, i made the order on 10 April of godrej washing machine, the first transaction was fail so i did it again with my credit card, i was shocked to know that both transaction was done, no one call to tell me so i can cancel it, i got two order one i received and other i did not, and make a complaint for it on 14 april but till now i did not get my money back..the last mail for refund i got 10 days back...
