My Brother In-Law Sh. Jena Aditya Pratap BaghSingh had ordered "Trendy Denim TriPack" of 38 Waist Size from HomeShop 18 on 03.03.2014. He received the consignment on 08/03/2014 by paying Cash of Rs. 2299/-. Surprisingly, when he opened the consignment, he found the Waist of Trendy Denim Tripack Jeans is of 30 Size. He called the Customer Care and complained about the consignment. Your Customer Care has advised him to return the consignment to New Gene India, Srinivas, Bangalore and they will replace the consignment with 38 Size. He returned the consu=ignment as per your advice and got a confirmation that, same was received by New Gene India, Bangalore. He has been repeatedly communicating with the HomeShop 18. Your Customer care advised him to send the POD again. He had sent the POD on 08/05/10/03/08/05 and 27/05. EONo. EO[protected]IN through Indian Speed Post. You have confirmed receipt of POD. My Brother In-Law has been harassed for more than 3 months . Neither he is receiving a replacement of Jeans nor he received the money (i, e. Rs. 2299/-) he has paid for.

Being a Professional Organization and Online dealing with the Customers, it's not at all Expected from HomeShop18. Kindly investigate the above Grievance and trace where the fault is. Response to me so that I can clarify my Brother in-Law. Please replace the consignment or return his Money (Rs. 2299/- through CHeque /DD)

Homeshop.18 on dated:-13/11/2013 my oder no is[protected] i had complaint you from next day you had suggested us some services center with its contact no.This services center are not available at that place .This pic is totally defective pic there are many problem like battery not working & earphone don't work & phone gets hack & battery doesn;t get charge.This type of problems are occuring from 1st day . I want my money back or otherwise i would do legal process

      Hi, Its Abhishek Bhalerao I placed order on 5th may 2014 today is 29 may 2014. when i placed order you give us promises that you will deliver order within 8 working days. But still you not delivered any order at my placed. If you don't want delivered the order at kalyan you have to informed us when i placed. If i call to your customer care they r saying we will placed order within 3 days. Right now you are mailing me delivery attempt is failed. I alredy purchase from Homeshop18 that time attemot is not failed. so now why this is happening, Actuly i think you don't want to delivered order so let Us know. we don't have that much time to call you and listening same things again and again. You not providing any clarification regarding this

        Dear sir/mam, i am so upset with HS18, i made the order on 10 April of godrej washing machine, the first transaction was fail so i did it again with my credit card, i was shocked to know that both transaction was done, no one call to tell me so i can cancel it, i got two order one i received and other i did not, and make a complaint for it on 14 april but till now i did not get my money back..the last mail for refund i got 10 days back that i will get my money in 96 hours but it's now one and half months..please solve my problem and give my money back which is Rs.10956.00

        I have shifted from the address 2 months back to which the cheque was sent. Thats why I had called HS18 customer care so many times and asked them to refund the money in my Credit Card that I had used to make the purchase. Is that so difficult for you people that such basic thing has been messed up even after 1.5 months. I am again asking you not to send the cheque but refund it back to my CC asap. Hope its the last time I need to remind this to HS18.

        today is 09-06-14, your last msg i got on 29th may that i will get my cheque in next three days but it's now 11days but no msg, no call and no cheque from your side, why you people do this kind of joke's with you customer's..it shame to your company and your service..really painful that i shopped from your website..i will pass this msg on social networking site's to all my known and unknown friends to never do any deal with your company..and i will take you to court..

          I have been calling customer care and I get the same response from the executives that they will refund my courier charges back. It has been a month that I have registered the complaint and the call had been escalated twice to supervisor Husien. He simply makes false promises and buys a week time and even if I call customer care now, they say they will arrange for a call back which never happened. It’s the worst experience that I have ever had with online shopping. I feel bad that the customers are treated so badly. I wanted to place a couple of more orders on Homeshop18 and when I think of this order, I lose all hopes.!!! Please take this complaint seriously and do the needful.

                Dear Sir, I had booked a product under the above mentioned order number from HomeShop 18, as the product was delivered in damaged condition. I discussed this to their customer care team over telephone at[protected]. It was told to me that my complaint has been registered and you had to return it back to our warehouse. I had returned the product to the address given by them through DTDC under consignment number D15462090 to “NITC, North India, Top Company, 18/1 Okhla Phase -1, New Delhi” on[protected], on the same day the it has been registered with their customer care team about it return by informing the details of courier. But the consignment could not deliver at destination and returned back after a week with Status – RTO under remark that shipment returned due to refuse delivery. I informed this issue to their customer care, they are trying to understand the issue and again another address was given to me. I was accepted ok and again the product was couriered to the new address from same DTDC with consignment no D15462088 but the same thing happened again the recipient at the address REFUSE DELIVERY and it returned back with a remark “RECEIVER REFUSE DELIVERY”. Now I understand that I have been cheated with this HomeShop 18. Actually they do not want to refund it and making me tired so that I will forget after some time. But sir I request you to please help me to resolve this issue, I have all the correspondences with them and courier slips, tracking status and final status of consignment received from DTDC local office in my email. If you suggest I can forward all of them to you. I hope you consider it favourably. Best regards

                  Order number[protected]. The way all other complaints have ended in this forum I am seeing my complaint will also get a comment saying sorry from homeshop18 team. Only faceless people will use the word team when answering a complaint. Also I am seeing no complaints is showing as resolved in their comments which clearly indicates how mine is going to end.                     I had ordered for Nova Roti Maker N1124 quantity 3 on may 7th 2014, i received the product on 15th may 2014 after N number of follow up's with there customer care, When i received the product i just got only one and in invoice it was mentioned as 3, I immediately called customer care to inform regarding this, I called customer care and they asked me to send an email to [protected]@homeshop18.com i sent an email along with the snapshots on 15th may 2014, till date i haven't received any response to the email from them, i kept sending emails to them continuously, but never received a reply till now In spite of sending emails i call them daily for an update, but no one gives a proper update on this. These people are harassing mentally. No floor supervisor also gives proper information. they will promise for a call back, but they'll never keep up there promises, they just try to escape from the call. I have all the call recording with me. They are frauds and cheaters. Please suggest on this and help me to resolve this issue. order no.[protected]

                      I have purchased sipper my order no.[protected], after one week follow up they tried to deliever that product on sat when my office is closed and today morning they r saying that it is out od stock...Hoemshop18 is actually fraud company...there telecallers do not know hwo to speak to clients...dey disconnect calls...they dont know anything and floor manager denied to speak to me...just shut this comapny stop cheating ppl..m goin to file a case aganist them this is just a start...

                        I have taken panta BSNL calling Tablet in the month of March 2014, its not even a 2 months, speaker and the ringer got damaged and then i have visited the service center which is in Rajajinagar and then i got repaired... Again now from yesterday the phone display only not visible, and i am not able to use it.. whats your opinion on this matter?

Above all complain no any reply by home shop 18.. Replace calling tab in same price or refund full payment. When i purchase your person tell me this is dual sim calling tab after received no any sim operate. 9/5/14 toll free talking we arrange replace or refund after 15/5/14 person tell me we arrange but after wrong misbehave with me on 17/5/14 complain.. next time this type of fraud i never purchase from home shop 18..                             my order no is[protected]..they insures me that product is good and it will fit it to my window but when i recieved that item is very small in size.when i call him for replace then they are telling me that is against his rule.my question is why u assures me to buy and why u have not told me that product deliver will no be replaced.i want my money back or i want larger cooler from that if the larger cooler is costlier then that i will pay the rest amount

                                Hi, I had ordered a '@home Best Buddies Photo Frame' last week, after a weeks time a wrong product has been delivered to me, the product delivered to me is Ceramic Bath set, which itself is in broken condition (attached pic as proof). I called the customer car and they asked me to write a complaint to this email-id. Just to inform you I am NOT willing to courier back the current product delivered to me reasons are given below, please send your representative/courier to get back the product and please deliver the correct product/ or refund my payment. 1. Its product delivered is already in broken condition (attached pic as proof), and of no use to anybody so doesn't make sense wasting time and money couriering this product. 2. The product delivered to me is ceramic product, so to courier I would need to do proper packaging, else it would reach your office as thousands of pieces- I am not willing to spent time and money for all this. 3. This has been a mistake from Homeshop18. so it makes more sense for the company to correct it, by taking required steps required to resolve it and try to retain the customer.                                   Order No.[protected] Havells 28 RSS Premia OTG Ordered on 03 May - still not delivered. Full amount paid by credit card. Despite several reminders to [protected]@homeshop18.com and also several tickets raised online in their portal, no one has bothered to respond. Also, called up the helpdesk atleast 3 times and the respose was always a standard reply of " we will forward it to the concerned dept". Mr.Sundeep Malhotra, CEO - is this the way an ecommerce company to be run?? Pl. arrange to deliver immediately and ask someone to respond. Thanks. Ravi Kumar

                                    I have ordered two Havells fan (Order #[protected] . I have received both the fans in damaged condition. Also not as per the specification (fan and blades are of different color). I have been following up with customer care since 2 weeks but still no replies. Whenever I call customer care they say different issue such as send snapshots of defective product, pick up not available in your area, will arrange a call back from back-end department, etc. I would suggest NO ONE SHOULD PURCHASE/ORDER FROM HOMESHOP18.                                       First I regret why I have not checked about the complaints on Homeshop18 before purchasing the product. I received a damaged product for which I asked for reverse pickup and did not happened so far. It is almost two weeks and the product is still with me. I have raised a complaint and they say that it has been escalated and no response on that so far.

                                      I hope someone will resolve this. This is my first escalation outside. 3k is no a big amount of money for me but the amount of pain that homeshop18 has created to me, I will show them what and how an unsatisfied customer can impact their business if this do not get resolved.

                                      Bought a Nova Roti Maker from Home Shop18 vide Order No.[protected] but the same is not working since day2 and lodged several complaints over phone as well as online ticket but nothing has been done to sort out the issue. They only reply to be sorted out within next 48 hours which never comes till now. please help me out

                                        Hi, There will n number of calls from my side for refund but yet the my money has been not returned. 1) Received the wrong Saree - Was book as I needed to wear in some spacial event. Will the time of booking given product code of saree. 2) Return 1 saree - Again receive the wrong saree. 3) Then will come to know as the saree was book by me was stock out on same day hence you ppl send me other saree with confirmation from me. 4) Will received the cheque after 1month with wrong Surname. 5) 4th April according to your guideline I have send that cheque back with ID proof and letter. 6) After few day you ppl confirmed that cheque has been received by Santosh ( Reception guy) as stamp was not found he signed and taken the courier. 7) from 4th April till 14th May more then 5 calls, every by week but hence I have not received my payment back. Kindly resolve my query in weeks time else my next mail will be marked to CEO Sundeep Malhotra. Details are as below.
