[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Defective piece of spice mi502n

Dear sir,
I am ashok .K. Shah from virar i had purchased spice mi502n from you i.E. Homeshop.18 on dated:-13/11/2013 my oder no is[protected] i had complaint you from next day you had suggested us some services center with its contact no.This services center are not available at that place .This pic is totally defective pic there are many problem like battery not working & earphone don't work & phone gets hack & battery doesn;t get charge.This type of problems are occuring from 1st day . I want my money back or otherwise i would do legal process

we had complaint you within 24 hrs at that time you had provider me services center with there contact no. but this services center are not available at that places after that we had made many calls to you but still nothing happened

Request you to kindly contact the nearest service centre as this product is of Nov'13, and any defect in the product as to be bought to our notice within 48hrs of order delivery.

Unfortunately, refund or replacement is not possible as per the refund policy.

We really apologies for the inconvenience caused to you in this regards.
