[Resolved] Homeshop18 — detak slimming belt

I have been defrauded by homeshop I ordered for 2 (Two) detak handsfree and slimming belts[protected] but i have been delivered miss belt and that too only 1 (One). Order no: [protected] They have cheated with me. I will complain to consumer court. They should be banned. Selling third class products And not delivering them either. Sir I ordered zenx cleaning mop from homeshop 18.. I am a very much unhappy wit the product... Quality is very bad and damaged. I want to return it soon and want my money back.I am calling to customer care but they are not co-operating properly and telling to wait for 2 days.
