Hi Home Shop 18 Team, This is to inform you that we have received the item/order#[protected]SetVM 103 Klassic Vimal 121 Pcs Dinner set). Please note that this item is not looked like as we have seen in the Online section display. The quality of item is not good to use or gift to someone else. The appearance which was displayed in the Online portal is different as compare to physical appearance of the product. We have received this item in the below mentioned address. But, this is very uncomfortable for us and disappointment situation as well to come to know that there is no pick up/return back system in your Online delivery system. It cost too much to return back to your Chennai address by courier. Your company have to understand that how the customers can do all this courier exercise from their busy schedule. Please note that we want that either you return our money to our bank account or you can provide the pickup facility to the below mentioned address. If, both the options are not accepted from your side than we have to move forward to file the case in the consumer court for the same above mentioned issue. Please provide your response as soon as possible.
