This company is big fraud company I have complained but not changing my product i have ordered a Celkon mobile from HOME SHOP 18 and the three phones not working properly and price is INR 1, 999 . but after 10 days both phones not working properly and i have compliant and customer say me please go service when i am go there just say me these phone any other shop you can repair so just i can't repair your mobile and Seller Name Tarash Overseas Pvt.Ltd.Plot No.5, Sector- 27, Near SSR Corporate Tower, Faridabad Haryana Faridabad 121003 both phones is dead not working please refund my money otherwise i take action your company

    Today i have received polo t-shirts (brand TSX) against order no.[protected] from homesope 18 which they have telecast on their channel on dt. 29.11.15 but quality of T-Shirt is so poor compare to brand and as committed over the TV add. Also size of T-shirt also not as per the order they have sent big size i demanded (XL) but they send T-shirts with size 42-44 no but while add telecast they said sizes are L, XL, XXL only. Homeshop18 is not a good channel or businees partner. I request to homeshop18 that kindly refund my money and take back your stuff from my home address which you have delivered goods.       We ordered the T-shirt mania of (5 collar T-shirt, 2 round neck T-shirt). The problem is there are only 4 collar T-shirts & 2 round neck T-shirts. The one collar T-shirt is missing. And the other problem is there is (1 green collar T-shirt & another was of round neck of the same green color. )I want blue or black color of that collar &round neck T- shirt. please send it to us very early the mania of 7 T-shirts.

        I, had ordered “ Gorgeous pair of earrings “ with a free cocktail ring by the brand Sanskruti after watching the AD of Homeshop18 ( HS18 ) on TV dated[protected], while calling at [protected] . I opted for the C.O.D. for the order ( Total cost Inr 1068 including the cost of shipping as Inr 69 ). There was no order confirmation sms sent to me from HS18 . When I called up HS18 again after a day and a half, I was told that the order is in process and that the order confirmation along with the order ref. no. will be sent to me via sms on my mobile ( [protected] ) after its verification. However, no such sms was sent to me by HS18 . Rather, on[protected], a courier person from HS18 came to my residence along with the aforementioned ordered product around 5.30 p.m. in the evening . Just after 5 min. of his arrival I, then recd. a sms from HS18 that my order ref. no.[protected] has been dispatched and that I, should keep the cash Inr 1068 ready for the delivery of the order at my place . The order was however, taken, but when the box was opened, the earrings were found to be shabbily packed . Some of the earring set packaging were torn and the earrings itself were found to be strewn in the box itself. Some earrings were also found to be damaged / defective ( parts coming out / twisted ) while their studs were spilled in the box. The order box did not contain the cocktail ring ( as also mentioned on the proforma pasted atop the order box ) . Some earring studs were found to be missing . I therefore lodged a complaint with HS18 for the defective, damaged and short supplied ordered product vide complaint ref. no.[protected] dated[protected] after reluctance strangely from HS18. The next day I recd a call from the complaint cell of HS[protected] . I was rather surprised at the tone and the attitude of a couple of persons who spoke to me un-apologetically and never took my complaint in the right earnest . They told me to pack the box securely and courier it to a place in Maharashtra .They made me felt that it was infact me who is a defaulter . I therefore, made a repeat complaint vide ref. no.[protected] dated[protected] at HS18 while also registering a strong objection to the behaviour and lackadaisical attitude of the persons who has spoken to me from the complaint cell . I then recd. a call from one Kapil from[protected], who was told categorically that the resolution to my complaint is : 1.Apology letter from the owner of HS18 for whatever had transpired . 2. Immediate new and complete replacement of my order . Also, that under no circumstance the old order box ( containing short supplied and defective ordered product ) will be couriered to HS18, but as soon as the above two points of resolution are complied, the HS18 person can take the old order box once he carries new and complete order box along with the apology letter from the owner of HS18 to my residence . I, told that henceforth I will take no non- sense calls from HS18, to repeat the above ( including my resolution demand ). Since the above HS18 has still not complied on the above but have resorted to vague calls just to kill time. I, therefore on Sunday[protected] at 12.42 hours ) spoke to one Ms. Harpeet at Hs18 ( [protected] ) and exhorted her to stop the vague calls from HS18 and again re-iterated my above mentioned two point resolution demand to my complaint. But despite that, disgustingly I, have again recd couple of vague calls and smses on my mobile today[protected] to contact HS18, so turn to your forum to get the desired resolution to my above complaint against HS18.

        HS18 have replaced the defective product today after much dilly-dally and procrastination, but have again duped us by supplying short supplied product ( obviously intentionally ) given the series of complaints lodged to HS18 . Also, the apology letter sought from the owner of HS18 for the fiasco in earlier supplying defective, damaged and short supplied product and then showing reluctance for its replacement for over 2 weeks, is also ( sought as a resolution too ) not given by HS18 to us . HS18 is certainly a dubious concern, which has no compunctions whatsoever in repeatedly cheating and troubling its clients . Should be blacklisted for sure .

              Order No. :[protected] Sub Order No. :[protected] Name: Priyanka Patel WE had ordered a Zoha collection from HomeShop18, on Cash On Delivery, once it was received we found that the material quality was very poor and out of 5 nos. 2 nos. was defective, so we decided to return the same, after that we made several calls to them and came to know what we have to do next, we returned the article as per address given by them, also made a whatsapp on their number as intimated than there was no response from their side, and from them side they reject our parcel docket no. CG[protected]IN (Price Paid Rs. 84) speed post and send back same to me. Now I was sent this again and docket no. CG[protected]IN (Price Paid Rs.84) yesterday it is more than 25 days, we are calling they inform us that they have not received any article, online status shows rejected by them. again after that there was no call from their side, now they tell to take status on there letterhead and send ??? it is only a harassment to us, i feel like cheated by them and will surely not suggest anyone to buy from this site. my contact no [protected]

              You are absolutely right, homeshop18 costumer care is worst, I am facing the same problem as yours, got the damaged product and for return homeshop 18 has not the enough courage to correspond through email, repeatedly sending messages. Beware of this site and warn others not to buy any product from them on your facebook and twitter pages.

I am a regular customer of homeshop 18 and such a careless behaviour was not at all expected . I will have to stop placing orders at homeshop18 henceforth .                   Hi Home Shop 18 Team, This is to inform you that we have received the item/order#[protected]SetVM 103 Klassic Vimal 121 Pcs Dinner set). Please note that this item is not looked like as we have seen in the Online section display. The quality of item is not good to use or gift to someone else. The appearance which was displayed in the Online portal is different as compare to physical appearance of the product. We have received this item in the below mentioned address. But, this is very uncomfortable for us and disappointment situation as well to come to know that there is no pick up/return back system in your Online delivery system. It cost too much to return back to your Chennai address by courier. Your company have to understand that how the customers can do all this courier exercise from their busy schedule.                     i had ordered Queenie- Capri, Leggings & Cycling Shorts for Girls by Little Star-9-10 Years for the quantity of two sets. my order no. is[protected]. i paid Rs. 2067 including shipping charge.i received my item on 22 nov. after opening it, i found only one set of my item in it, while i have ordered and paid for two sets.i called the customer care on the toll free number. he registered my complain and gave me the complain number[protected] and told that within two working days I'll receive a call from customer care regarding this issue. within half an hour i received a call from your customer service by this no.[protected] he told me that my issue has been solved and i will get the another set of my order in few days. but i haven't get any mail or sms of this confirmation.on 23 nov. i received a sms that my order is been processing but late night i saw that my order has been cancelled. i called again on 24 nov. and i talked with senior executive Mr. Javed. after some discussion he told me that your short item will be delivered within 10 to 11 days.i again got the sms that my order is being processed. after sometime i saw that my order is cancelled again. i can't understand what is going on?

                      My name is suresh prasad jaiswal . and i am residing in rourkela.. the reason behind my complain is to let you know that.. the head of the courier office residing in rourkela .. calls me and misbehaving with me.. because i have rejected the the courier..but the rejection of courier is based on the company's policy.. he used to being personal ..and using abusive words...and also threating me that the customer care head(DGM) is his friend...and no one can resolve my issue... so i just want to request you to take a strict action against the company..according to the Right To Information (RTI) act... please help me to show the consumer asaistance

                        I am Levi saini! I ordered TVC chocolate Facial Kit from Homeshop18 on date 3 Nov 2015 .

                        First of all they sent me product way later than mentioned delivery date and on acceptance I found that they sent me all wrong kit from what I ordered.

                        I communicated with them on phone and they asked me to ship it back to get refund. I spent another 200 rupees to ship it back they got the product back on Nov 19 2015 .

                        I communicated them many time for refund but this company have refused to refund my hard earned money and stolen it and stolen the product too.

                        This is one of cheater company . If there is anyone reading this email and have power to get my money from these people, Kindly help me out . That will be much appracited

                          My wife already purchase more than 16, 000/- during the promotion period of 13th Oct, 2015 to 15th Nov, 2015 in your organisation, but last delivery your side rejected for out of stock. this is not our mistake. Your homeshop18 person told me you give only one shagun coupon . this is not good. This is cheating or fraud. My wife was very nurvas . She is lost financial as well as physically.                                     They called me and said we will not give any replacement check with Intex mobile.

                                    First of all I bought mobile from Homeshop 18 and its there responsibility to give me the service. They cant take there hands off.

                                    I purchased mobile from them, in the month of October 2015. Documents are attached.

                                        WE had ordered a KUM KUM Jewellery Set from HomeShop18, on Cash On Delivery, once it was received we found that the material quality was very poor, so we decided to return the same, after that we made several calls to them and came to know what we have to do next, we returned the article as per address given by them, also made a whatsup on their number as intimated than there was no response from there side, today it is more than 25 days, we are calling they inform us that they have not received any article, online status shows it delivered at the address by 9th Nov. we send them all photo copy for online status, receipt of India Post, sub order no etc whatever they demanded, again after that there was no call from their side, now they tell to take status on there letter head and send ??? it is only a harassment to us, i feel like cheated by them and will surely not suggest any one to buy from this site.

                                        But after one month I am facing problem than I talk with customer care I submitted induction on service center than after 15 days has past again same problem and again I summed on date 14 november15 after 6 days has goan service call center person tolled one week required .
                                        again crystal service center again sad 7 days require
