[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — refund amount

Hello sir, This is Lokendra Kumar. i was ordered BSNL Penta order no[protected] on 22 may 2014.and on 24 delivered at my home. In BSNL Penta, manufacturing default found. on 4 June i returned as instructions by customer care executive (home shop 18). The sub order no was 78888025. When i contact 8 June they give me complaint no[protected] against refund. On 13 June when I call customer care, they told me till 18 June 7:41 am u will received your refund cheque. On 19 June I call again.they say cheque is under process, our concern team call u within 24 hour. When I contact 21 June they say.cheque is under process. We don't know why its not build. its take 7 days.but is over 7 days. it take time Sir I contact 10-15 times.but not received any call from concern department. And not get any satisfied answer from customer care executive. all executive make me fool. when i send mail to home shop 18.they not reply. If HOMESHOP18 is fraud company then told me clearly. After that i take action. WE HAVE BOOKED ONE CRISTAL 6 PIC SET .WE RECIVED BUT WE FOUND THE TOP COVER OFF BOULS ARE NOT FIT .WE COMPAIN AND SAID KINDLY REPLCAED THE TOP COVER .

AFTER SOME DAT WE RECIVE THE CALL FROM YOUR END NO STOCK .WE WILL RS 300 RETURN FOR THE CAP COVER . WE TOLD NO WE DONT WANT RS 300 EITHER REPLACE OR REFUND THE AMOINT .

BCOZ WE HAVE BOOKED THAT PRODUCT DUE TO GOOD LOOK .AND THE MAIN LOOK WAS CAP COVER OF BOULS .

MANY TIME WE CALLED BUT NO PROPER RIPLY .BETWEEN THAT WE ORDER THREE MORE PRODUCTS AND WE ARE HAPPY .BUT THIS IS UPSET US THAT EVERY TIME WHEN WE CALLED DIFFRENT STORY .

ONE DAY CALL WAS ACCEPTED TO REFUND ANS WE RECIVE ADDRESS TO STICK AND PACKED PROPERLY THE RETURN PRIODUCT OUR PERSON WILL BE PICKUP WITHIN 4 5 DAYS .

NOT YET CAME

AGAIN I CALLED SAME STORY WE HAVE RETURN RS300 HMMM WE CALLED WE WANT REFUND FULL .

KNOW WAITING FOR SENIOR CALL .( I WANT MY REFUND ANY HOW KNOW )

WHAT TO DO, YOU MEAN CAN U ALL ARE FORCING TO NOT TO SHOP AGAIN .WE WILL NOT RETURN THE MONY .

This is Mohammed Ali, I've placed an order for trident towels worth rupees 999/- but it was your mistake that you people sent me other order related to towels, I spoke to the telepickers several times but they say it will be done and you may receive a call from the concern department within 48 hours, several 48 hrs have been passed but no response from the concern team, what the hell of service is Homeshop providing, if this was the case I would have never ordered for the beautiful products to the persons who have responded me in this manner, what should I consider it? Is it a fake service which is provided to the customer? I need immediate solution for my query, if not I'll escalate the matter to the top level.
