[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Spark mate magic cleaning mop by crystal

I received crystal classic induction cooker on[protected] through homeshop 18, it did not work on day 1. I have told to send it to service center as they will not exchange product. on[protected] i give it to service center, they told me that they will repair it in 7 days. But it is more than 45 days, they are not able to repair it.

I got d mop as gift... some inside part of the rod has broken...

My drying section..Top white drying part has become v v tight...ccan't spin at all

This product is total waist because home shop 18 not providing us any technical support. My spark mate cleaning mop rod is broken and I complaint to home shop 18 but they said that your product is out of warranty and they can't provide me a new mop rod which I can pay the price of it but they said they can not help me and advice me to buy new one and throw the old one. I call Sudhir Kashap about this complaint and also Mumbai office but they also not going to help me.So I advice everyone not to buy this product with home shop 18. So please help me out of this problem.
